Obama administration sides with Saudis on 9/11 suit

Members of 9/11 victims’ families, who filed a lawsuit seeking to pin blame on the Saudi royal family for financing attacks against the United States, just acquired a significant new opponent: the Obama administration.
A Department of Justice brief (PDF link) filed with the Supreme Court on Friday argues that the Saudi royal family is party to a sovereign state and cannot be sued in American courts.
Fifteen of the 19 alleged 9/11 terrorists were from Saudi Arabia, according to the FBI. Former President George W. Bush waited six years to acknowledge this in public.
“Several lower courts have dismissed the lawsuit,” noted the Associated Press.
“Lawyers for the Saudi family said that they were heartened by the department’s brief and that it served to strengthen their hand before the court, which has not decided whether to hear the case,” reported The New York Times.
“But family members of several Sept. 11 victims said they were deeply disappointed and questioned whether the decision was made to appease an important ally in the Middle East,” continued reporter Eric Lichtblau. “The Saudis have aggressively lobbied both the Bush and Obama administrations to have the lawsuit dismissed, government officials say.”
The Times added: “‘I find this reprehensible,’ said Kristen Breitweiser, a leader of the Sept. 11 families, whose husband was killed in the attacks on the World Trade Center. ‘One would have hoped that the Obama administration would have taken a different stance than the Bush administration, and you wonder what message this sends to victims of terrorism around the world.’”
Breitweiser, one of the so-called “Jersey Girls” who were successful in pushing the Bush administration into forming the 9/11 Commission after months of resistance, played a key part in the film “9/11: Press for Truth,” which details their stories and continuing quest for answers.

Lingering questions
The lawsuit in question was filed in 2002 and originally asked for $116 trillion. Later documents adjusted that figure to just $1 trillion.
Under the banner of “Families United to Bankrupt Terrorism,” they targeted numerous organizations, nations, individuals and institutions.
“[The] plaintiffs are suing seven international banks; eight Islamic foundations, charities and their subsidiaries; individual terrorist financiers; the Saudi bin Laden Group; three Saudi princes; and the government of Sudan for allegedly bankrolling the terrorist al Qaeda network, Osama bin Laden and the Taliban,” reported CNN.
The bin Laden Group is a wealthy Saudi company operated and owned by Osama’s siblings.
Senator Bob Graham (D-FL), in his book “Intelligence Matters,” published in 2004, writes that revealing the 9/11 terrorists’ funding would have drawn “a direct line between the terrorists and the government of Saudi Arabia, and [triggered] an attempted coverup by the Bush administration.”
He added that the Bush administration blocked the release of a 27-page Congressional inquiry into the attackers’ financing.
A list of secret contributors to a Saudi bank which the Bush administration said helped finance terrorism was leaked on Nov. 26, 2002. The list, according to Slate, “has shareholders that include prominent Arab figures from numerous countries in the Middle East. Among the shareholders are the grand mufti of the United Arab Emirates and prominent families in the UAE and Kuwait. Two sisters of Osama bin Laden are also on the list, undermining the bin Laden family’s claim that it separated itself from his terrorist pursuits after he was expelled from Saudi Arabia in 1994.”
The Web site continues: “Ahmed Huber, a Swiss director of the bank who is a radical Islamist and Hitler admirer, acknowledged in 1995 that wealthy Saudi Arabians were large contributors to the Al Taqwa bank. The just-revealed list of shareholders demonstrates further connections between important individuals in moderate Middle Eastern countries and a financial network allegedly vital to bin Laden.”
Saudi Interior Minister Prince Naif Bin-Abdulaziz, in a June, 2008 interview with Asharq Al-Awsat, said the Saudi government was still unable to pinpoint the sources of terrorist funds, but pledged progress was being made.
The United States government has, at least in public, pressed the Saudis to shut down terrorism financing operations in its borders since the start of 2002. In November of that year, “U.S. intelligence agencies and financial investigators [...] put together a classified, working list of nine wealthy individuals believed to be the core group of financiers for al Qaeda and other radical Islamic terror groups, U.S. officials said,” according to The Washington Post. “Of those, seven are Saudis, one is a Pakistani merchant and one is an Egyptian businessman. The officials would not identify the individuals.”
The government’s investigation in Saudi financing, which lawmakers suggested had been deprioritized by the FBI, came to a halt on orders from the White House. Simultaneously, the Bush administration was involved in negotiations to use Saudi Arabian facilities to stage the American assault on Iraq.
“It’s up to us, and I think we can do it,” Deena Burnett, whose husband died on Flight 93, told CNN in 2002. “It’s up to us to bankrupt the terrorists and those who finance them so they will never again have the resources to commit such atrocities against the American people as we experienced on September 11.”
The solicitor general argued in Friday’s Supreme Court brief that unless the State Department designates a nation a supporter of terrorism, U.S. citizens are restricted from suing under the U.S. Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act.
“It noted that the State Department has issued no such finding regarding Saudi Arabia and concluded Saudi government financial support for radical Islamist charities was too far removed from the 9/11 attacks themselves to cause the Saudi government to be liable,” reported The Philadelphia Inquirer.
The only charity to be convicted by the Bush administration for funding terrorism was The Holy Land Foundation, based in Dallas, Texas. After lengthy deliberations resulted in a mistrial, administration lawyers fine-tuned their arguments against what used to be the largest Islamic charity in the United States and returned convictions against its U.S.-based directors for allegedly funneling over $12 million to designated terrorist group Hamas.
The group defended itself claiming they merely supplied food, clothing, medicine and education to children in war-torn Palestine. The government argued that providing material support for Palestinians through Israeli-approved charities allowed Hamas, the elected political leadership of Palestine, to focus more assets on militant activities. The Holy Land Foundation’s directors were found guilty of 108 charges of providing material support to terrorists, money laundering and tax fraud.

The United States is Bankrupt
It is an established fact that the United States federal government was dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act on March 9, 1933 (48 Stat. 1, Public Law 89-719). House Joint Resolution 192 of the 73rd Congress, in session June 5, 1933, entitled Joint Resolution to Suspend the Gold Standard and Abrogate the Gold Clause, dissolved the sovereign authority of the United States and the official capacities of all United States governmental offices and Departments.
The receivers of the United States bankruptcy are the international bankers via the United Nations and the International Monetary Fund. The real losers are the American people, for we have lost the lawful structure of our once great country.
According to one judge (who asked that his name remain anonymous), he attended a secret meeting of the judiciary in April 1933. All the higher judges, top attorneys and U.S. attorneys were present. They were told that “America is a bankrupt nation. It is owned completely by its creditors. The creditors own the Congress, they own the Executive, they own the Judiciary, and they own the state governments. Take silent judicial notice of this fact, but never reveal it openly. Your court is now operating in an admiralty jurisdiction. Call it anything you want, but do not call it admiralty, because we do not want to explain ourselves to the American public…” (paraphrased). You see, due to the fact that the United States could not pay its debts, international contracts and treaties were broken, invoking admiralty (military) jurisdiction throughout the country.

Members of Congress are official trustees presiding over the greatest reorganization of any bankrupt entity in world history, the United States Government. We are setting forth hopefully, a blueprint for our future. There are some who say it is a coroner’s report that will lead to our demise.”

The reason they cannot call it admiralty jurisdiction is that your defense would be quite different in admiralty jurisdiction than under common law. Under admiralty jurisdiction there must be a valid international contract in dispute. if you know that you are under admiralty jurisdiction and they have admitted on the record that you are in an admiralty court, then you can demand that the international maritime contract in dispute, to which you are supposedly a party and which you supposedly have breached, be placed into evidence. You would be within your rights to say, “…well, I never knew I was involved with an international maritime contract, so I deny that any such contract exists. If this court is taking jurisdiction under admiralty law, the place the contract in evidence so that I may challenge its validity.”

EXACTLY CORRECT, I have tried to explain this to other Americans, but they do not WANT to believe it. Being from the military we studied the meaning of flag differences and ONLY a military or presidential flag may have a gold border and gold tassles. Anyone using these improperly would be guilty of impersinating a govt official.
We are under military rule whether we WANT to believe it or not.

The US Constitution was created on September 17, 1787, and was ratified (behind closed doors) on June 21, 1788. Thirty nine of the fifty five delegates, who attended the Philadelphia Convention, signed the document. Their con job is evident from the very first line penned. Legally, the “People” allegedly mentioned, are not sovereign. They are merely willing slaves who have been granted the illusion of freedom.
From an occult point of view, the Constitution was ratified on an Atonist festival day. It is a patently Solar Cult document. This is because the date of ratification was June 21st, the day when the sun ascends to its highest point in the zodiac.
Benjamin Franklin, James Madison and Alexander Hamilton, were three of the men who framed the infernal Constitution, and pushed for its ratification.
Their document served the American aristocracy, not the people. In fact, the document was never put before the people for ratification. This is because it was openly opposed by the majority of men and women in the original thirteen states. The Constitutionalists were guileful traitors whose attendance at the Philadelphia Convention was kept secret for an entire generation. Their document served to leave the “door” of America unlocked and ajar, so that the country’s foreign enemies could surreptitiously re-enter in the days and years following the supposed War of Independence. The hypocrisy and duplicity of the Federalists is directly responsible for the present rise of fascism and advent of the New World Order. We consider these men little more than British agents, because King George himself – the man who declared eternal war on America – could not have done as much damage to America as their actions wrought.
Such a tyrannical future where property rights would be ignored, where a massive standing army would lurk unchallengeable, where Congressmen would hold office for life, where ruinous treaties would be commonplace, where Presidential powers would make Nero jealous, where gold and silver would vanish from circulation to be replaced by the worthless “notes” of a private banking conglomeration, where the States would be reduced to mere administrative departments of the feds, and where the grasp of taxation would actually reach into the common laborer’s paycheck – all this was too fantastic to be even theoretically contemplated during the ratification debates – Kenneth W. Well… I’m open to the idea that America was bankrupted in 1933 and that the power in America has been usurped by the banking powers, as Watchmen claims. There is certainly plenty of evidence to suggest this is so.
But your argument has very weak legs to stand on from any experience/knowledge that I have. All of the problems that you indicate as being part of our “tyrannical future” (ie – property rights being ignored, a massive standing army, unlimited Congressional terms, unlimited presidential powers, etc, etc) ALL are a result of STRAYING AWAY FROM powers given by the Constitution. The Constitution didn’t “open the door” for such things to occur. The founding fathers were quite adamant about freedom’s dependence on property rights… on preventing government from becoming tyrannical through checks and balances… on keeping gold and silver as a basis for a strong currency… etc. They were painfully aware of the faults of every free government to exist throughout known history, and what their individual faults were.
But the problems that you point out are real. And should be of great concern. But to put the blame on the Founders or the Constitution just doesn’t make any sense…. at least not if you read the writings of the Jefferson, Washington, Adams, Hamilton, etc. The blame is to be put squarely on (1) usurping banking institutions, (2) the erosion of the original intent of the government through ignorant and/or self-serving politicians, and (3) an ignorant and/or apathetic population which literally watched and bedrock of America erode from under their feet, as it were, and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
I for one would readily accept a new government if it would just get back to constitutional government.

It’s nothing more than a pathetic call to curb any opponent to the regime in control of that Defense Grid (against teh 4l13nZ!). It’s absurd, it’s the ultimate tyrrany with large testicles hanging from orbital platforms. If the UFO testimonies were true, even simply on the “avionics” and maneuverability of these “alien” crafts, we could turn the entire Earth into a fortress, it would still be a primitive fortress of rock and plywood meant to repel something akin to lasers, ballistic nukes and gravity guns or else.
More down to Earth and extremely more likely, look for EM weapons (like lasers) and plasmoids, capable of all the effects described in typical UFO literature, from fast moving shapes that cheat physics to things that shot down planes to crop circles with bent and heated up plants.
Not only they explain them with ease, but they also fit with plenty of other events which are not related to OVNIs, from influence on the mind (check out the “microwave auditory effect”, it’s even written in wikipedia ffs!) to shooting down the planes flown by people who were stirring trouble, things that can cause cancers, etc.
Some people said such expensive and clumsy weapons existed since the 70s, more or less, claiming the Soviets had them. Others said it’s impossible, arguing that problem to move around the power plant that would be needed to power these things. But that’s forgetting that the Soviets also had mobile nuclear power plants.
So, in particular, go look for the following book “Ovnis: l’Armée Démasquée”, by Emmanuel Dehlinger. It’s written in French, barely edited these days, but you can read a good portion of it in English here:

Of course, the VAST MAJORITY of TV shows, films and books have made it sure, in pop culture, that aliens are real. Many shows in particular argue that, if you think about it, it was most important for Earth to be ARMED: X-Files, Babylon 5, Star Wars, Stargate, Star Trek, Earth Final Conflict, Space Above and Beyond, etc.
Not a fucking single one ever attempted to offer a plot about how it’s the military that’s behind this, with purely human tech and nothing more fancy than (invisible) focused beams of light (light as the full EMR spectrum, not just the segment we can see), or directional and omnidirectional EM emissions.
You’ve probably seen the large plate mounted on a truck and aimed at a test subject in a desert, who took the test jokingly, but had to run out of his “cage” because of the heat when the beam was on.

Funny how they point the fingers at all the people related to businesses of the Bin Ladens but say anything about all those Amercican companies (i.e. Halliburton) and families (i.e. Bush) doing business with the Saudi and the Bin Laden family and the others. There are 2 issues being balled up into one.
1) The Saudis were used by UBL because it was easier for them to get US visas and he knew the appearance of having that many involved would further help drive a wedge between the US and Saudi Arabia. His entire goal/purpose is to get US interests out of the Holy land. (Read the reasons he gave for his Fatwa)
2) High level Saudi government officials and Royal family members involved in directly and indirectly financing the high jackers operations. Anyone who has studied for more then a minute the Saudi feelings about the west born out of Sharia law, knows why they would support this type of attack. It doesn’t mean the King authorized or allowed 9/11, or that we should stop working with them. With that being said, we should be killing everyone involved in 9/11 the way the Israelis killed those involved in the Munich attacks.
Your reaction is exactly what UBL wanted the US to react like. This story, and the way snippets of others comments are being taken out of context is way over simplifying the entire situation. Extremely complex.

911 was an intel op from start to finish. Bin Laden was a Saudi/CIA agent. The nominal involvement of Saudis as “terrorists” was the necessary cover story. Active and passive participant in this case are guilty.
The New World Order is a familiar spirit, it is not claiming dominion as nation.

Slaughter, defined by the players in this case, defined by the moral hazard ethic, consumed the lives of persons and the peace.
Persons accept the offer of war, counterintelligence and acceptable loss for the presumed cause. 911 is part of the war in support of a forceful effort designed to inspire global submission. It was another delusional attempt to secure peace among all nations by offering a false flag. This flag has found the attention of delusional fools and exposes the lukewarm body the chill of indifference and the heat of fear. The end result of strong delusion shall stand as Jacob the deceiver wrestling with God in Christ, until the accused knee in submission to the truth. This case is defining the offer persons in contempt and those given strong delusion.
The progression of short term gain in defense of a perishing principle is at hand. Persons with ears to hear and eyes to see are not deceived by 911. 911 and the ensuing offense that is continuing is a revelation of the unbecoming New World Order. The New World Order offer of temptation is fully exposed at this point. The awakening is progressing, this case is an example of wakening and is a usable portion of victory, that is the virtue of the charge in this case.
The crime defines conspiracy beyond mere government culpability. The insiders are many and they do represent Israel, Saudis, American, European etc… persons as usual suspects. The enemy is defined by the New World Order cup of fornication. The depth of 911 is beyond natural progression, it was a spiritual manifestation of evil that goes beyond persons that directly made it happen. Witnessing a crime in progress holds persons to account and there are many witnesses in this case that are culpable, not just directly. The continuing silent participants are many. All persons that understand the revelation of the New World Order criminal enterprise are holding a 911 account and this case is a portion of it.
There is enough information to have a Congressional public hearing, that is all. That has already been proven to be useless. At this stage, this case just accents the current global environment politically and religiously.
The fact is, there is no defense against the New World Order fascist in this case because, the people are lacking support and proper representation. There is no religious order and no secular power powerful enough to secure persons or justice.
Eliminating the conduit encompasses acts of espionage and high crimes. There is no defense against this. A reaction to 911 must be by the people of all nations.
There is no call for labor at this point, there is a call for all persons to flee the City of Babylon. Let those on the roof top not come down into their home. The dawn is upon the laborer in the field, all the numbered saints shall stand fast in agreement.
Stand fast, do no harm but, stand fast. Stop providing support for the New World Order. Do no labor but, go into the street and strike, strike until it hurts enough to restore order. Anything less is pathetic. Going before a New World Order court is an admirable effort but, why appeal to a corrupt and powerless body at this point? Drop the case and offer an appeal to all, it’s time to divest from corruption and put on incorruption.
Make straight the way of God in Christ, the time is at hand. The Word of God in Christ is now know among all nations, tongues and man. The children of Heaven shall not cry from corrupted mountains, we are risen in agreement as the stone that falls upon the foot of unrighteousness. Persons dash the foot against the stone. Shall we not abstain from this corrupt body?
Withdraw, divest with provision, walk without breaking stride and don’t look back. Stand fast, do no harm. Fear not, go with God in Christ. The time to petition this court, this corrupt New World Order system, is now finished.
Bring forth the offer of revelation unto all, make the call unto all nations, tongues and man. Gather together the elect. Stand in account among the numbered Saints in agreement.
