It’s par for the course for Obama and Biden, the men who promised “change” but in every step of their preparations for assuming office have pursued nothing but continuity, to acknowledge that they will protect criminals in the Bush administration from prosecution for authorizing torture, a complete violation of both the U.S. constitution and the Geneva Conventions.
When asked by ABC host George Stephanopoulos if top level Bush administration officials would be prosecuted for mandating prisoner abuse, Biden said that he and Obama would be “focusing on the future,” adding “I think we should be looking forward, not backwards.”
Such rhetoric goes to the very heart of the gigantic con job the “Obama change” hoax has wrought upon millions of befuddled Americans who naively presumed that voting for the lesser of two evils would result in anything other than more evil.

Perhaps Göring, Ribbentrop and the rest of the Nazis prosecuted at Nuremberg for their war crimes were following the wrong line of defense when they claimed they were merely “following orders,” they should have just proclaimed that the world should be “looking forward not backwards” and according to the Biden/Obama view of justice, they would have got off scot free.
Likewise, pedophiles and rapists who abuse children and women in ways not far removed from what was approved at Abu Ghraib should merely tell police that since the abuse and rape occurred in the past, everybody should just move on, “looking forwards not backwards”.
Obama and Biden, with their de-facto pardons of the Bush administration torture masters, are ensuring that what happened at places like Abu Ghraib, including beating people to death, raping people with acid covered batons and sexual abuse of children, will continue to happen in future without consequence.
Of course, those that protect war criminals from prosecution should be treated no better than the war criminals themselves, and when real “change” comes to America, Obama and Biden will face the same justice as Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld.

For those who don’t believe detainees were raped with acid I would give research a try. Start with the Taguba Report. I am tired of weak minded people sending me mindless dribble on how the CIA, DIA, contractors and troops didn’t torture and rape humans with acid. That is only one form of torture documented. How about crushing children’s testicles with pliars in front of their parents. Those responsible will just be paid and promoted to shut up. Obama could care less. Obama and Biden should be charged and tried then for aiding and abetting torturers. The reason you won’t get a conviction? Because you’d also have to charge and try half the Senate and most of the House of Representatives.
Americans should declare their independence from the US Government. Withdraw their allegiance and support, and if necessary, show the US government the real meaning of the 2nd Amendement.

Let’s all remember that the Bible tells us that this is Satan’s world for the time being. The current world governments including the United States of America are not of God they are mechanisms of the devil. While I’ll agree that the “change” promised has not yet been forthcoming, I would caution everyone to understand that BO is NOT yet POTUSA and that if he announced at some point before he takes control that he and JB intended to prosecute war criminals Bush, Cheney, et al, that he would probably be taken out “before” his own swearing in. He could not, in fact, have been elected if he didn’t appear to be “playing the game” and “on the team.” Face it, that’s not how our criminal political system functions. Did anyone really expect any change for the better from Heckel and Jeckel here?? They were ‘elected’ because they agreed to dance to the tune of the globalists who put them in office. ECTOENDOMEZO, as is said in the wonderful Freedom to Fascism video by Aaron Russo: “They’ve got the guns.” The IRS does not, by law, have the power to force you to pay taxes, but they DO have an army of indoctrinated people who are willing to come and tear up your home and arrest you for not paying taxes; whether or not it is unconstitutional is moot. It would take a mountain of people not paying their taxes to make a difference, and even then those people had better be armed and ready for action! I don’t speak for myself, but most people have families and loved ones to worry about and cannot risk the lives of those folks, whether they know about the heinous acts of the Federal Reserve and the unconstitutional income tax they impose, or not.
Moral of this story: Don’t attack people who are on your side; divided we fall and all that mess. If you have some grand plan where we can all go to some stronghold with weaponry, rations, and other such items, then tell us. Otherwise, stop judging us as do-nothings and accept that we and others like us are trying to get the message out to as many people as possible, so we need not live in this mode of society anymore. I too am disturbed by such rhetoric. If their actions follow their words and line of reasoning, then they indeed will be facilitating the furtherance of the crimes committed by the Bush administration. Maybe they will all be put on trial in our court system, but any rational compassionate human being that has already viewed the evidence has convicted them in the courts of our hearts and minds.

Oh, there will be change. We are changing as a nation, and a bunch of us have seen through the B/S and are refusing to play the game anymore.
I approached my employer with a proposition to pay me $2.00 an hour less, UNDER the table. I no longer pay income tax because officially I am no longer working. A side benefit is I actually bring home more money now. It works out better for my employer too, he no longer has to pay unemployment, social security, and the like, plus he gets my services cheaper. Like most businesses, his is hurting and this arrangement helps him too.
I shop at smaller stores when I buy. I offer that I will buy the items from them if they will not charge me sales tax. Most need the money and they agree. Those that won’t get to watch me put the items back on the shelf and leave without paying a cent.
I have succeeded in cutting the amount of taxes I pay. There are some things I cannot get around, but it’s nice to know the government is getting about 75% less from me than they did last year.
If we could do this as a nation, imagine what we could accomplish to get our government to clean up it’s act. If they don’t, we starve them to death!
We can start with a very simple plan. One day each week, we do not buy anything. No money flows in America on this day. No sales taxes, no gas purchases, no nothing! Believe me this will make some people notice! This is real “Change” they can believe in.
Something as easy as this is very possible, and will cause no hardship to the average working Joe. You have the other 6 days to prepare for the “no-spend day”.
If we ALL did things like this, Washington would be at OUR mercy!

I really like this site however this is kinda unresponible journalism stating so matter of fact that the Obama administration condones pedophiles, rapists and even comparable to being pro-nazi in the way this article is written… I can do that too…. “This article is just as responsable as the Bush administration leading us to believe in thier web of lies, the person who wrote this condones misleading information by unreasonable comparrisons…. etc etc”
Look the fact of the matter is, Obama and Biden are not even in office yet. they are being handed a country in reccession among many other problems and I’d hope that his main focus right now isn’t payback but to undo the damage that’s been done. I wouldn’t be suprised however if they do end up trying Bush and others but that actually might be kinda tricky and I think they already know this, on account of the many sneaky policies Bush has put into place and is still racing to get done.
It is severly under-reported the last-ditch efforts Bush is making to make a lot of thing for the next administration nearly impossable to reverse and when you put it all together, yeah it might be a futile mission to prosecute anyone. the Bush administration may have made some huge and obvious fumbles that didn’t go unnoticed but what they did wasn’t as idiotic as to why they did it.
For instance, obama wants to undo a lot of what Bush did and Bush ios doing some crazy things right now such as some new policies and ammendments to things like the operration of gauntanamo bay. obama wants to shut it down but that will be nearly impossible from what Bush is doing right now. in fact all the home policy and security changes might pretty much make Bush immune to any kind of criminal procedings because 9-11 paved the way for them to get away with so much, things they passed most Americans are really unawair of. They are protected from alot of things now because of this.
It’s not an effort to protect Bush but perhaps a realization that all the f-ed up stuff he did feeds into a bigger picture that it’s hopeless to see any sort of prosecution. Its a corporate bureaucracy what Bush has created. I hope that something is attempted but wouldn’t be the least bit surprised at the outcome. It’s stupid wishful thinking and pointing fingers at obama and Biden is not where you will seek answers or get results. this is most likely going to be the toughest challenge any presidential administration has ever faced in US history.
And for those of you who thought McCain was up to it,… your nuts… And to think he would bring charges against Bush… your crazy… that old man would have had an anorism if even put forth any effort and we would have been stuck with pahlin for President…. then you would all be wishing for Obama… grass is always greener I suppose.

President Obama doesn’t need to go after the Bush criminals. That can be accomplished by any courageous prosecutor in the US. War crimes are crimes in every state and can be investigated and prosecuted anywhere. The only thing Obama must agree to is to let the law follow its course. No attempts to hassle and deter the prosecution. Let it do its best to find the evidence necessary to charge and prosecute the criminal elements.
