Obama death plot raises fears in race’s final week

Two white supremacists have been arrested for threatening to kill Barack Obama in a chilling twist revealed by officials as the race for the White House headed for its final seven days.
Daniel Cowart, 20, and Paul Schlesselman, 18, were arrested last week in Tennessee for possession of firearms, threats against a candidate running for president and conspiring to rob a gun store, the Department of Justice said.
The men began “discussing going on a ‘killing spree’ that included killing 88 people and beheading 14 African Americans,” Brian Weaks, an agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives told a Memphis court on Monday.

“They further stated that their final act of violence would be to attempt to kill/assassinate presidential candidate Barack Obama,” he added, as the two men appeared before the federal court.
The case is likely to heighten fears for Democrat candidate Obama’s safety as he bids to defeat Republican opponent John McCain to become the first black US president in history in next Tuesday’s elections.
He is already under secret service protection having received it much earlier in the campaign than any other presidential candidate. His campaign team declined to comment on the news.

this is sadly, the first time i have read this article in paper form before i read it on the internet. so, that alone tells me MSM have a slow news day and are purely makin s--- up to scare imperials to vote as if it matterd.

Yeah, i agree with ‘me’. The local tabloids here were filled with absolute rubbish (Actually, they often are, but this time even worse); near-naked women on the front page below “OBAMA DEATHPLOT BLAH BLAH”. It wasn’t surprising that they didnt manage to spread all of them.
Too bad MSM, but you’re about to go down, and down hard. Maybe they know it; maybe it’s on purpose. Or maybe we’re just kicking the crap out of them. Which is why the papers are filled with rubbish.

Maybe we are all forgetting the Times Online reported the skinheads assination attempt. Perhaps they were provacators. What better way to stir up support for Obama from blacks. Notice that logically if you were going to kill the president, I ask you would you complicate an almost impossible mission with the killing of children? Nope it does not pass the smell test. Think about it. I think the whole thing was staged media propaganda. Tell me if you think this sounds logical to your. To Obama I say keep the change.

OMG! This sounds like a couple of idiots fantasizing about what they would do if given the chance and had their conversation caught by a wire or informant. None of the things they claimed to want to do are even remotely feasible and some were downright comical. Some ambitious, promotion-seeking agent at the ATF saw an opportunity to get some attention from the brass. In the end what did they do wrong? Possession of firearms, is that against the law? Planning and discussing? It’s now against the law to THINK or TALK about doing something? They didn’t DO anything! This is a non-news event being used by the media to drum up support from on the fence white people.
