Obama not likely to prosecute torture

The one-time candidate of “change” and “hope” didn’t leave much room for prosecution of the Bush administration in a Sunday interview.
President-elect Barack Obama suggested that prosecuting torture committed by the Bush administration would not be a priority for him once he takes office.
“We have not made final decisions, but my instinct is for us to focus on how to we make sure we’re moving forward, we are doing the right thing. That doesn’t mean that if somebody has blatantly broken the law that they are above the law, but my orientation is going to be moving forward,” Obama said.
Interviewed by ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, Obama said that he plans to close the detention center at Guantanamo Bay but won’t accomplish that goal during the first 100 days of his administration.

“It is more difficult than I think a lot of people realize and we are going to get it done,” he said.
Human rights and civil liberties groups have called for senior Bush administration officials to be prosecuted for a series of alleged abuses, from mishandling the conflict in Iraq to the illegal detention and torture of terrorist suspects and domestic spying.
Obama criticized Vice President Dick Cheney for his public defense of “extraordinary” interrogation methods used against top terrorism suspects, including waterboarding.
“Vice President Cheney, I think, continues to defend what he calls extraordinary measures or procedures when it comes to interrogations and from my view waterboarding is torture,” Obama said.
“I have said that under my administration we will not torture.”

Moving forward…it’s the standard excuse every single administration makes…
Of course, when you’re picked up for murder and you then tell the police to not dwell on the matter but move forward you be laughed at big time…
But well, lets see what the attitude of the general public will be…will they demand justice, that laws are being enforced?
Will they overthrow the government when it fails to do the citizens will? Or will they wait for the next election to join the rigged game again…
For now they are playing you for fools and you let them…

Ahh yes, the Change We Need — is no change!
Everyone who is kidnapped, assaulted, or tortured by the government should personally sue Bush and his cronies in criminal and civil courts. He cannot do this.
It will only take ONE successful lawsuit to put these people on notice and SHUT THEM UP.

A law suit? Lets just say you get a case past the hearing and it does make it to court. I dont care if you eventually make it to the Supreme Court, they are Bush appointments, and if you do your homework you ll find that some of them were legal counsel to comapanies like Monsanto etc(paid employees). Everyone basically has a debt to the regime that is our industrial military complex. Its not just about whether a new bunch of hand picked Elitests/ CIA family members are in the white house. Its way deeper than that. From the time of and befor the Kennedy MURDERS they have been heavy in the governement. Kennedy issued a statement that he was going to give the power of monetary production and oversight back to the Treasury and he was issueing an audit of the federal reserve. But he had no idea what he was dealing with. If you look at the past and present structure of the federal reserve youll find members of the CIA and the house of Reps. The bank of england etc etc etc.
The evil that crepped into this country in 1913 with the federal reserve act has now made its way into every part of the government. Its why JFK and his brother was murdered, and atleast 27 witnesses disapeaered. And still no one acted within any resolve. Its why vince Foster was murdered and people disapeared all around that “Suicide” (shot in the back of the head). Its why Brown was murdered. He wanted wanted to go a different direction than the federal reserve with money made from a deal with china. He ended up in a “plane crash” but he conveniantly had a bullet hole in the back of his head.
Entertainer: John Denver known around the world for his music, would give 20 minute encores at all his concerts, explaining what Rockefeller and Exxon mobile were doing to the environment and how the public needed to hold them criminally responsible. He was a master pilot and ended up “flying out over the ocean not able to reach his fuel tank switch” ?therefor crashing to his death into the sea.
Political news analyst: Tim Russer attempted to Out the Clintons about hiding money etc during the debates. Bill Clinton gave a speech where he spoke to this very vengefully(see you tube) then Tim Russer conveniently had a heart attack over his desk.?
So it doesnt matter who is in the white house, the parallel government is controlling the entire program and they are becoming open about there evil destination they have in store for the people of this country and its corporation of death.
The writing is on the wall. They are using the internet to track and seek out free thinkers and oposition and eliminate them with the use of the CIA, ATFE etc. Once they imprison us then all they will have to do is pen up the sheep and slaughter them.
Just study the rise and fall of the 3rd Reich and you ll see there goals.
I look forward to the day when the creator returns, only then will you have a True accounting and a True Court of Judgement.

Sadly did we really have a chance to put George Bush on trial. Unless a “citizen’s arrest” is made the minute he’s outside the grounds of 1600 Pennslyvania Avenue, the chances of bringing him and his entire administration are slim to none. Unless we all stand up and make a stand shades of the Million Man March upon Washington demanding Obama have Bush and his cronies shipped to The Hague to stand before the War Crimes Tribunal for their crimes. And should they dodge that I propose they stand trial for treason against the United States of America and the deaths of 4000 American soldiers.

PLEASE!!
I’ve said it a thousand time and i say it again.
The US have no obligation to surrender any suspects of warcrimes to the Hague Tribunal.
Conveniently the US left the Rome Accord in 2002, I recon Bush and Cheney realized that the “truth” eventually would get out.
No US citizens can be prosecuted in Hague unless America willingly surrenders that person to the tribunal.
They have, and that includes Rove Obama and all the other neocons, prepared these actions for a long time and considered most possibilities down to the finer details.
The policies that the comming administration will play out have all been prepared in advance and there are a complete agenda that will shape the US and the world according to their plans.
Lets just hope that eventually the general public will realize what it is, and rise up out of their slumber (but unfortunately I dont think this time will come as so many simply just dont seems to care at all or are content as long as they get to keep their flatscreen tv).
Spreading the information and organizing is the way and making it impossible to ignore the reality is the key!

What’s really torture, is watching all the sheeple worship Obama- not realizing that he is just as New World Order compramised as Bush, Clinton, and the rest of the gang. They bah on stupidly not realizing that their “opinions” are basically clay in the hands of the controlled corporate media propaganda networks.
The Republican/Democrat (right/left) parties are a front, smokescreen, diversion. Drawing the unwitting like flies to the zapper light of the rhetoric.
There is only one REAL party controlling America- Annuit ceptis novus ordo seclorum aka the New World Order global government scam. And it infiltrates/bribes/blackmails existing groups and offices, and creates subversive offices, groups, and policies for the purpose of forwarding the subversive objectives of itself- the fourth beast described in Daniel, and Johns revelation, the final global government.
Sadly, most of the sheeple who worship Obama as the answer- probably still believe that boogey man muslims attacked America on 911. To the educated, it’s as silly as believing a Golden Books bedtime story- to them, it’s reality.
