Obama Regulatory Reform Plan Officially Establishes Banking Dictatorship In United States
Move to hand privately-owned Federal Reserve complete regulatory power over entire U.S. economy heralds new form of government

President Obama’s plan to give the privately-owned and unaccountable Federal Reserve complete regulatory oversight across the entire U.S. economy, which is likely to be enacted before the end of the year, will officially herald the beginning of a new form of government in the United States – an ultra-powerful banking dictatorship controlled by a small gaggle of shadowy and corrupt elitists.
The new rules would see the Fed given the authority to “regulate” any company whose activity it believes could threaten the economy and the markets.
This goes a step further than the centrally planned economies of the Soviet Union or Communist China, in that the Federal Reserve is not even accountable to the U.S. government, it is a private entity that according to former Fed chairman Alan Greenspan, is accountable to nobody but the banking families that own it.
Obama’s regulatory “reform” plan is nothing less than a green light for the complete and total takeover of the United States by a private banking cartel that will usurp the power of existing regulatory bodies, who are now being blamed for the financial crisis in order that their status can be abolished and their roles handed over to the all-powerful Fed.
According to an Associated Press report today, Democratic leaders have committed to enacting the plan before the end of the year and Republicans in both the House and Senate have indicated that they won’t stand in the way of the overhaul.
“The final plan….is expected to sidestep most jurisdictional disputes and simply impose across the board standards to be applied by all financial regulators, according to administration and industry sources, ” reports the Washington Times.
In other words, the Fed, which is already totally unaccountable to Congress, is to be placed in complete control of the entirety of the U.S. financial system, to do as it wishes without repercussion.
As the LA Times reports, the government, in conjunction with the private Federal Reserve, would effectively have the clout to simply seize and take over any company it desires.
In order to appease those opposed to the plan, such as Sen. Christopher J. Dodd, chairman of the Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs, the Obama administration has agreed to create a “watchdog” council of regulators to “advise the Fed”.
However, as former chairman Alan Greenspan has most recently pointed out, given that the Fed is an independent entity, and therefore accountable to no one, it will have the power to simply reject and overrule any advice it is offered.
Pointing out the flagrant conflict of interest in empowering the Federal Reserve to essentially regulate itself, Professor of public affairs at the University of Texas at Austin Robert Auerbach writes, “The Federal Reserve has massive conflicts of interest that make it ill suited for its present regulatory functions and certainly for an expanded regulatory reach. The officials leading the Fed today preside over an organization that is run in substantial part by the bankers they regulate. Bank regulation begins at its 12 district Federal Reserve Banks, each governed by a nine-member board of directors, two-thirds of whom are elected by the bankers in the district.”
As economic author Nomi Prins highlights, Obama’s plan does nothing whatsoever to fix the excesses of financial institutions blamed for the financial collapse, it only ensures their continued operation and an expansion of the practices that contributed to the economic crisis in the first place.
“The ’sweeping overhaul’ of the financial system detailed by Geithner on behalf of the Obama administration does not overhaul the system at all,” writes Prins, “giving the Fed a bigger role, creating a ‘council of regulators’ to oversee the existing oversight bodies and allowing the biggest Wall Street players to maintain their status, leaves the system intact.”
“The Federal Reserve is not a fully public entity. It has amassed a set of $7.87 trillion worth of facilities and other entities through which it has lavished cheap loans in return for questionable collateral from the banking system. It has kept the true nature of these transactions a secret despite numerous FOIA requests. And, it has actively promoted the creation of bigger institutions in a chaotic environment, rather than putting the brakes on the creation of these giants,” concludes Prins.
Proof that the agenda of implementing overt financial dictatorship is being carefully coordinated can be seen in the fact that an almost identical scheme is also being set up in the United Kingdom, where “The governor of the Bank of England has called for greater powers to allow it to fulfil its new role of promoting financial stability,” according to a BBC report.
Just as in the U.S., King is calling for traditional independent regulatory bodies to be all but abolished and replaced by the Bank of England itself, which just like the Federal Reserve is a private outfit with no accountability to the government whatsoever.

The mainstream media, for the most part, has reported the oversight plan as a much needed regulatory crackdown on those responsible for the financial crisis. However, the details of the plan constitute almost exactly what lobbyists for leading bankers have been pushing for over the past few weeks.
“All derivatives contracts will be subject to regulation and all derivatives dealers subject to supervision,” Treasury Secretary Timothy F. Geithner said at a Time Warner Economic Summit in New York on Monday, also noting “When you have too many people involved, there’s an accountability problem.”
As we reported earlier this month, heads of nine of the biggest banks in the derivatives market, including JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup and Bank of America, secretly lobbied to keep derivatives under Federal Reserve “oversight” and away from real scrutiny.
As reported by The New York Times, they all met secretly to discuss how to use the lax regulation and institutional secrecy of the NY Fed to shield their credit-default swaps business from prying eyes and attempts at regulation.
The banks formed a lobby– the CDS Dealers Consortium– only weeks after accepting TARP funds in October 2008 to protect its interests. Heading this effort was Edward Rosen, who previously helped fend off derivatives regulation. Rosen wrote and circulated a “confidential memo” to the Treasury Department and leaders on Capital Hill, making their agenda clear, the Times reported.
Rosen and his backers propose that derivatives be “traded in privately managed clearinghouses, with less disclosure,” according to the Times. The clearinghouse of choice for the big banks in Rosen’s CDS Consortium is ICE U.S. Trust, which is in turned regulated only by the Federal Reserve system.
So the upshot of all this is that the bankers get what they want, are allowed to carry on as they were, while at the same time the fractional reserve banking system and the federal government are both greatly expanded and empowered, and the compliant corporate media ludicrously tells us that a strict crackdown is underway.
This kind of activity is exactly what some leading representatives have warned of in recent weeks.
A fortnight ago, the Democratic Chairman of the Agriculture Committee, Collin Peterson, announced to the press that “The banks run the place,” in reference to the US Congress.
While Peterson is also pushing for legislation to regulate derivatives trading, his proposed bill would limit derivatives trading to public exchanges, rather than private clearinghouses, which are managed by banks.
Peterson’s warning mirrors that of Democratic Senator Dick Durbin, who just a few weeks before uttered the same rarely acknowledged truth.
“And the banks — hard to believe in a time when we’re facing a banking crisis that many of the banks created — are still the most powerful lobby on Capitol Hill. And they frankly own the place,” Durbin said.
How simultaneously dangerous and ridiculous it is that the Federal Reserve is given more authority to oversee the economy. This is the same privately run entity that refused to comply with congressional demands for transparency and disclose the destination of trillions dollars in bailout funds. It is the same privately owned entity that has withheld internal memos, in spite of freedom of information act requests. It is the same private entity, run for the most part by European banking elites, that has arrogantly refused to tell Senators and Congressmen which banks were in receipt of government loans.
The government is ready to hand over everything to a monolithic private corporation and a gaggle of bastard banker offspring, that have gobbled up an amount close to the entire GDP of the country in taxpayers’ money and figuratively stuck the middle finger up regarding questions over where that money has gone.
It can be no more apparent than at this time that legislation to audit, repeal and eventually end the Federal Reserve, must be supported by Americans if they want to see their children and their grandchildren grow up without indentured debt and entrenched servitude to a fascistic marriage of private banks and hugely inflated government.

Time for the immediate creation of an alternative union of U.S. states that agrees to no longer cooperate with the current federal government.
This type of revolution does not require weapons, only the unified cooperation of local elected officials.
The federal government is powerless without acces to and control over the resources of the individual states.

That’s a very good solution and probably one of the better ones I’ve heard lately, however the officials are all corrupt because they think they are in the “CLUB” with the elite yet are not and try to emulate them in their inhumanities and self-righteousness! They can’t be thrown out because they are protected by enforcement officials that only obey and do not think, at least not yet.

Its getting easier and easier to show these officials how they’re getting screwed by this too though. The pittances they receive – such as exemption from property taxes – is nothing compared to loss of their own freedoms and the economic losses that are coming down the pipe.
Some are still very short-sighted, but many local officials and local voters are becoming irate enough to support state sovereignty and withdraw consent from the federal govt. The states are great vehicles to pursue this, as they can also protect the citizens and restrict the feds from some tax monies.

The drive in states to have that 10th ammendment resolution pushed is doing just that. It will come to a head. Luckily, they are having to speed up their process due to the power of the flow of information in the internet. The internet has done more in the last 12 years than the printing press did in nearly 300 years. It has been the best tool to unveiling the corrupt machinations of government ever devised.

Once again, agreed, Jim. It is also important to point out the fact that research can be done at a pace of something like 20:1 over the old fashioned way of having to visit many libraries in order to find valid peer reviewed journals and historical documents. Since this is the case, those who choose to go down the rabbit hole of truth can put the puzzle together at increasingly faster paces. I believe this is the reason for the uprising of the truth seekers.

That wiki site is not very good. Tarpley was mentioning Obama as the Wall Street puppet back in 2006 in a conference in Amsterdam. He elaborated on this throughout his weekly radio shows on GCN as Obama’s run for President became apparent. He’s released two books warn that Obama was more of Fascist than Bush.
We now see the banking interests have completely usurped what was left of the State power and the Whitehouse is busy building private militia of Green volunteers. With the military strategy/foreign policy under Brzezinski’s influence the encirclement of Russia continues, resource wars in China in Africa will escalate and Pakistan is being de-stabled (another Tarpley prediction back in summer 08).
This is not a positive congregation of events by any means.
Basically, if you want to truly understand what’s happening in World Affairs, Webster Tarpley is not a bad place to start.

I agree Tarpley is pretty well-informed on sociopolitical issues. He’s a great researcher and is incredibly knowledgeable.
I disagree with his economic solutions to a degree – but thats a small matter that can be debated once we throw these criminals out of our government and return to a Constitutional govt. Until then, small issues of how to set up the most efficient/resilient economy can be tabled at least until we can get the crooks away from the controls.

I’d say it has been since the 30’s. The Fed’s open market activities committed the credit of the US to fund the rise of the third reich (Germany brought from a bankrupt country to the world’s greatest military power in history in 15 short years… how the hell does that happen but by massive financial intervention, Lol), as well as military buildup throughout Europe.
The number of open market dollars is 123 billion from ‘28-’30, according to the Fed itself (for worldwide activities most likely, not just European).
Then, once Europe is armed to the teeth and geared up for war on the credit of the working man, that same working man is drafted and sent off to fight the very armies his dollars were used to fund. If that is not a complete master-slave relationship, I don’t know what is.
Having said that, there is hope. Afterall, the elite require us to be their financiers (we do all the work afterall), labor force, enforcers (we form the police and military’s afterall – they dont fight), and spies. Without us, they literally have no power. That’s the true power of the infowar – the ability to show our fellow man how our fortunes and freedoms rise and fall through working with each other, not working for the elite.

You could look at it this way;
The more centralized power is, the easier it is to expose and in the end correct it. Instead of having to fight bankers, fake left-right paradigms, corporatism, globalism, corrupt politicians etc, it is easier if the root of the problem is merged with all vested interests.
People might have a hard time seeing multiple conspiracies running the globe, but might be more open to one conspiracy.

I just don’t understand how people think this is the end. This is exactly the kind of draconian legislation we need in order to demonstrate the need to remove the government from power. There is a war coming, and the more people that are affected adversely by this, the better. They will be your comrades-in-arms by virtue of their being dispossesed. It’s all good.

I hope your right. Ive personally been trying to keep a calm head about this and hope that we can just remove this administration from office but it seems to me that besides a handful of polititians that no one will vote to remove them from office. The problem is they have passed to many laws, that violate our constitution, to protect themselves. I often wonder what its actually going to take to get these crooks out of here. The way I see it laws have been broken and arrest warrants need to be issued. Could a descent judge/sherrif actually deputize every citizen to enforce these warrants if issued?

But these sheriffs want their federal money and will continue to suckle the government teet until they’ve completely sold everyone out. If the money becomes worthless, that will help break the bond. We’d like to think many police and sheriff departments would aid the people, but ask yourself this: if you were threatened with violence or imprisonment for not taking the money and to go along to get along, would you really fight leviathan? You willing to risk your family’s safety in the process?
The government has the money, thugs and means to wreck any and everyone’s life if necessary. We would need large simultaneous eruptions of disobedience to occur before we would get anywhere to speak of. Let’s not forget, the military has been trained in taking over police departments just for this very reason and Alex has documented it. I for one am not relying on “law enforcement” to actually do anything more than harvest money through traffic citations and the mandatory violence against those who do not bow to their authority. They’re not our friends and shouldn’t be who we need to be looking toward if their history means anything to anyone.

Too true Jim. A problem with an unaccountabel regulatory body is that, after the new powers have been established and are in use, we will never have a clear picture of what they are doing. We will have a pretty good idea though.
After the second leg of the crash unfolds through this Fall and into next Spring, we will begin to see all over the United States the kind of protest marches we now see in Iran.
Millions more out of work. A dollar that is COMPLETELY worthless and replaced and radioactive and poisonous crap from China as the ony stuff most can afford.

You’ll understand that this new “era” is not in our best interests, it works for the few. Read “Web Of Debt” then tell me there is nothing wrong and we are all a bunch of nutcases who oppose an “honest” system of private bankers.

So if we get rid of the FRB, who will be in charge of monitary policy? The treasury department? So it’s better to have monitary policy in the control of the politicians? What is Ben Bernanke’s background? Did he come from Wall Street? No. Did he come from generations of wealth? No. Now take a look at where our current and past treasury secratary’s have come from. Several of them came from where? Goldman Sachs? Yep. All of them came from the robber barons of Wall Street.
There are no doubt (like everything else) changes that should be made to the Federal Reserve system, but to simply get rid of it in favor of a politicized system would only make things worse in the long run.

The bankers had Lincoln’s government over a barrel, just as Wall Street has Congress in its vice-like grip today. The North needed money to fund a war, and the bankers were willing to lend it only under circumstances that amounted to extortion, involving staggering interest rates of 24 to 36 percent. Lincoln saw that this would bankrupt the North and asked a trusted colleague to research the matter and find a solution. In what may be the best piece of advice ever given to a sitting President, Colonel Dick Taylor of Illinois reported back that the Union had the power under the Constitution to solve its financing problem by printing its money as a sovereign government. Taylor said:
“Just get Congress to pass a bill authorizing the printing of full legal tender treasury notes . . . and pay your soldiers with them and go ahead and win your war with them also. If you make them full legal tender . . . they will have the full sanction of the government and be just as good as any money; as Congress is given that express right by the Constitution.”
The Greenbacks actually were just as good as the bankers’ banknotes. Both were created on a printing press, but the banknotes had the veneer of legitimacy because they were “backed” by gold. The catch was that this backing was based on “fractional reserves,” meaning the bankers held only a small fraction of the gold necessary to support all the loans represented by their banknotes. The “fractional reserve” ruse is still used today to create the impression that bankers are lending something other than mere debt created with accounting entries on their books.1
Lincoln took Col. Taylor’s advice and funded the war by printing paper notes backed by the credit of the government. These legal-tender U.S. Notes or “Greenbacks” represented receipts for labor and goods delivered to the United States. They were paid to soldiers and suppliers and were tradeable for goods and services of a value equivalent to their service to the community. The Greenbacks aided the Union not only in winning the war but in funding a period of unprecedented economic expansion. Lincoln’s government created the greatest industrial giant the world had yet seen. The steel industry was launched, a continental railroad system was created, a new era of farm machinery and cheap tools was promoted, free higher education was established, government support was provided to all branches of science, the Bureau of Mines was organized, and labor productivity was increased by 50 to 75 percent. The Greenback was not the only currency used to fund these achievements; but they could not have been accomplished without it, and they could not have been accomplished on money borrowed at the usurious rates the bankers were attempting to extort from the North.
Lincoln succeeded in restoring the government’s power to issue the national currency, but his revolutionary monetary policy was opposed by powerful forces. The threat to established interests was captured in an editorial of unknown authorship, said to have been published in The London Times in 1865:
“If that mischievous financial policy which had its origin in the North American Republic during the late war in that country, should become indurated down to a fixture, then that Government will furnish its own money without cost. It will pay off its debts and be without debt. It will become prosperous beyond precedent in the history of the civilized governments of the world. The brains and wealth of all countries will go to North America. That government must be destroyed or it will destroy every monarchy on the globe.”
Lincoln was assassinated in 1865. According to historian W. Cleon Skousen:
“Right after the Civil War there was considerable talk about reviving Lincoln’s brief experiment with the Constitutional monetary system. Had not the European money-trust intervened, it would have no doubt become an established institution.”
The institution that became established instead was the Federal Reserve, a privately-owned central bank given the power in 1913 to print Federal Reserve Notes (or dollar bills) and lend them to the government.

Very Good Steve, but may I add — Matthew 24, Mark 13 & Luke 21 — readers — I advise you to read all three chapters and see that they all are in the same sequence. Some give a little more detail — some a little less. Pay particular attention to the sequence of events after the Scripture says “immediately after tribulation”…. That’s when Christ returns! NOT BEFORE TRIB! Then read Revelation and start to fill in the blanks — so to speak. Always keep in mind Daniel 9:27 when doing a time line. You can actually map this out if you are a seeker of the truth and really want to know — it is very interesting. Contrary to popular belief readers — all you need is the KJV Bible to know the truth. STOP reading the Bible commentaries and other people’s books — if you are His child He will give you the understanding. Stop leaning on other people’s understanding and seek the truth for yourself. Also Steve — look in the Seventh Vial — that’s when Babylon comes into God’s remembrance “to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of His wrath.” Chapters 17 & 18 are explanations and then in 19 the sequence of events starts back up. I know I am going to get slammed for this, but I agree with Steve. Allow me to get a little spiritual (as opposed to religious) on y’all.
The light is nothing but love, and in opposition, the darkness is nothing but evil. It is like thise: You can enter a completely pitch-black room, and with one simple light of a match, the light engulfs the darkness which had been there. You can not, however, enter a well lit room and have the darkness overshadow the light. Since love is light, this is the only thing you can use to remove the darkness.
In the pyramidal structure of power, which ever way the base of the pyramid sways, the top must follow or fall to the bottom. The power of the pyramid is not at the top, it is in the foundation at the bottom. The foundation allows the power to reach the penacle of the pyramid.
Mankind, being created in the image of the Pan-Creator, God, can be nothing but love, since God is nothing but love, and nothing exists outside of him. There is a purpose for the evil ones. They are hear to help us, as a collective conscious, evolve into a better understanding of what love is. The time of this evolution to the true knowledge and understanding of ourselves is upon us. The time of the evil ones is over, for their purpose is no longer needed. They, however, are having a hard time accepting this and do not want to give up their position at the top. We, the truth seekers, are the children of the light which must shine the light of love on the evil ones and show them their time has passed. We must, as a collective whole, shine our light on them and make them return to the darkness.
With that said, let me get a little more political, a little more from the physical perspective:
The criminal banksters must be removed from power. Do what you must to bring about this change, but always do it in the name of love and liberty. We are free peoples with free-will. We are not slaves and will not stand for the tyranny! You will know when the time is right to act, and as long as you follow your intuition and follow what you know in your hear to be the truth, then you will help us bring about the end of the tyranny.

i don’t know why you guys want to talk like this is the end of the world. this isn’t the end of the world, or revalations, or end times or whatever. at most it will be a huge population reduction, which considering how stupid most people are, it wouldn’t be that bad of a thing form a resources/mother nature point of view.
what’s important here is that every man and woman born on this planet regardless of their beliefs should be free. that’s what makes America great (or MADE America great at least). some of us realize this – the ones that realize this need to herd the SHEEPLE together and unify all of us towards being the country that we are famous in history for. don’t let the history books tell of our story, about how we started off a great, FREE nation that the whole world admired, but then we sat idly by and allowed the corruption of the world to catch up to us again.
The constitution is the KEY here. if everyone that voiced their opinions in these meaningless and uneffective little forums would stand together and prosecute the perjurors and constitution-violators, we could have our FREE country back.

VIII. Redistribution of wealth. No, no, no. I work for my money. It is mine. I have always worked for people with more money than I have because they gave me jobs. That is the only redistribution of wealth that I will support. I never got a job from a poor person. Why do you want me to hate my employers? What do you have against shareholders making a profit?
IX. Charitable contributions. Although I never got a job from a poor person, I have helped many in need. Charity belongs in our local communities, where we know our needs best and can use our local talent and our local resources. Butt out, please. We want to do it ourselves.
X. Corporate bailouts. Knock it off. Sink or swim like the rest of us. If there are hard times ahead, we’ll be better off just getting into it and letting the strong survive. Quick and painful. Have you ever ripped off a Band%u2011Aid? We will pull together. Great things happen in America under great hardship. Give us the chance to innovate. We cannot disappoint you more than you have disappointed us.
XI. Transparency and accountability. How about it? No, really, how about it? Let’s have it. Let’s say we give the buzzwords a rest and have some straight honest talk. Please try…please stop manipulating and trying to appease me with clever wording. I am not the idiot you obviously take me for. Stop sneaking around and meeting in back rooms making deals with your friends. It will only be a prelude to your criminal investigation. Stop hiding things from me.
XII. Unprecedented spending. Stop it now. Take a breath. Listen to the people.

We the People of this world are Christ/GOD, the loving and caring ones. As soon as we realize this Christ (the people) will take back the world from these power hungry, evil parasites. Then we can turn our world back in to a paradise that it once was.
That have the people fooled into thinking they need them, we do not need them nor their “money” we can survive without it. We did before, We can do it again. we traded services and goods amougnst ourselves. The greedy/evil ones created money to control and take.
Most people of this world do not want to harm anyone, we just want to live and take care of ourselves and families. And by doing so we take are of each other. These parasites are the ones that cause our pain and suffering by turning us against each other and corrupting those who are weak. We need to wake up and throw these evil little parasites out, this will take their power away, remember we give it to them, we can take it back.
Organized religion is nothing more than a way to control and take our power away from us as well. We do not require these controlling parasites to tell us how we should live, we need to look within, we know what is right and wrong and must do the right things.
I am not saying not to believe in GOD, but god is within each of us. Believe in yourselves and you will believe in GOD too!
Fear is what is destroying us, they use fear to control, take fear out of your life and you take back that control. See them for who they are. Weak, scared little bullies.
By using this info as a yard stick you can see them everywhere in places of power and control.

It isn’t capitalism that is destroying us. It is an overly oppressive regulatory corporate government. Capitalism is a self-correcting economy. That is, if it freely practised. The regulations only serve to ensure the status quo and the resulting stagnant economic environment remains. Government will destory us all, not capitalism. Anarchy is the best choice. In it, liberty and responsiblity for ones self are the driving mechanisms. And just how much corruption would we have if there were no government? I’d say a lot less. Government is not a necessary evil. It is merely evil.

Well, it’s worse today then it was a couple years ago. That’s probably why you are waking up now, it’s gotten bad enough to catch your attention. Maybe it’s a more mentally disrupting process nowadays to wake up, because the poison we have been bombarded with has increased in potency tenfold. Intoxicated by financiers, world political leaders will be surprised – once again – to see all the problems of last year reappear, all the more severe since they were not addressed but only buried under piles of public money. Once that money has been squandered by insolvent banks compelled to « rescue » even more insolvent rivals, or by ill-conceived economic stimulus plans, problems will re-emerge, further exacerbated. For hundreds of millions of citizens in America, Europe, Asia and Africa, the summer 2009 will be a dramatic transition towards lasting impoverishment due to the loss of their jobs, with no hope of finding new ones in the next two, three or four years, or due to the disappearance of their savings invested in stocks or capital-based pension funds, or in banking investments linked to stock markets or denominated in US dollars or British pounds, or investment in shares of companies pressured to desperately wait for an improvement not coming soon.”

Thank you so much for this video. I was so close to breaking out of this vicious cycle the last time I was pulled over and ticketed for not registering my car. I didn’t understand enough about the law to mount a defense in court, so I acquiesced and pleaded guilty to something I know is not a crime. I knew instinctively that a lawyer could not truly represent me as a human being, but I did not realize the implications of the threshold I was approaching. If I could do it again I would write that judge instead of paying my $150 fine, and I would inform him that when my registration expired, so did my contract with the state regarding their jurisdiction and ownership over my vehicle which had once again become my property. I can’t wait for my registration to expire again, because this time I will do the right thing and break this cycle. I will tell them, that if they want to bill me for traveling on my own god given land to send me a bill, but I will not bow down to extortion and fraud any longer. I will also refuse a license, because after they lose ownership of my vehicle they will no longer be able to legally force me to be licensed to operate it. It will be my own property that I will be able to operate any way I see fit. They can send me a bill for traveling in my property if they have a problem with that, let them try to extort me on paper and see if it ever occurs. I was not guilty, and next time I will be sure that the judge understands that.

Just an added note. I checked my registration and luckily it will expire just 3 months before I would have been forced to renew my license. Otherwise, according to the legal contract of registration they would have grounds to penalize me for not being licensed to operate the vehicle which had become theirs only through the registration process. This way I can break the cycle of registration, of licensing, and if they want to see me in court I will be there as a human being in good honor and defend myself as a man without having to pay a dime to any swindling lawyer attempting to usurp my god given rights. The timing of this new knowledge reaching me and the four year expiration date of my license is near perfect, and that is a fact that I cannot ignore. It is God’s will.

You should listen to this guy http://1215.org/lawnotes/index.html and sue the state in court with a declaratory statement showing you right to travel ( you can get a list of court cases supporting this). When they don’t respond – you win, your facts are truth. Then you sue the DMV to have their records show that your license is free fom having any vehicle code violations applied to it. Then when they ask for your license and run it they find their computer say “free to go”.

The US Treasury should create all US Legal Tender and collect interest instead of paying interest. The interest would pay off our national debt. We would no longer need to pay Federal Income Tax because most of the money collected goes to pay the interest on our national debt. We could fix our infrastructure and Social Security would be no problem. Health care could be taken care of as well.
Banks create loans out of nothing. Didn’t you heart Obama say that banks create 8 or 9 times the money. He was explaining why TARP money went to banks instead of people in distress.

Yea, however, doesn’t even the bible say that we have to help ourselves? Its like drowning in a river and a helicopter comes over to throw you a rope and you refuse, saying, “screw your ladder, god will save me!” Then you die and go to haven and you ask jesus why he didn’t come to save you and he replies “well didn’t you get the helicopter and ladder?”. Look, follow your faith if you like, but just know that even faiths expect us to help ourselve and not just to expect god to fix everything without our help.

Lots of interesting comments but I feel many are missing the most important piece of information. The Rothschilds who have the control of the Fed bank, have a direct afilliation with the Catholic Church through the Jesuits. The answer to the whole mess in the world lies in Christian religious history. The proposal that will come up is the need for a law requiring all to worship or cease from labour on Sunday. A Sunday Law. This is directly against the principal of seperation of Church and state. Why is this a problem? Because the day of worship according to God and His Ten Commandment Law is the Sabbath. The seventh day of the week, Saturday. Just ask a Jew, which day is the Sabbath? The Sunday worship by nearly all christians today is wrong. They are following the day of worship of the Catholic Church. By so doing they give their allegiance to the Catholic Church!!! The Catholic Church will tell you in their Catechism they changed the day to Sunday. Aren’t true christians suppose to be Protestants. Do they know the correct day of worship according to God? By obeying the Sunday Law, God will take that as a mark of rejection of Him and His authority. Those who do so will be marked as lost. God requires obedience to His law. It is the condition of eternal life that men and women give their allegience to God. Thats enough to think about for now God bless and check this out.
