They are already Geoengineering, so they have to keep pumping it up. I have a new article coming out in a few days detailing Geo-Engineering. The chem-trails are a part of this Geo-Engineering, and I have absolute proof of that, but, so is seeding the oceans. That’s right, our oceans are being scientifically engineered.
