Obama’s Civil Defense Program Resembles Domestic Draft
In newly rediscovered audio interview, Rahm Emanuel describes militarized training aimed at preparing Americans to deal with terrorist attacks

A newly rediscovered 2006 audio clip has shed more light on Rahm Emanuel and Barack Obama’s plan for compulsory community service and a “national civilian security force”. In an interview with Ben Smith of the New York Daily News, Emanuel outlined the agenda for military-style training, essentially a domestic draft, aimed at preparing Americans for a chemical or biological terrorist attack.
Asked by Smith about the universal service plan and whether people would have to live in military barracks, Emanuel laughed before responding, “We’re going to have universal civil defense training, somewhere between the ages of 18 to 25 you will do three months of training….but there can be nothing wrong with all Americans having a joint similar experience of what we call civil defense training or civil service in service of the country, in preparation, which will give people a sense of what it means to be an American.”
In response to the point that the program was significantly expanded in comparison to what the U.S. government already has in place, Emanuel responded, “Guess what - we have a lot more challenges so we are going to need a lot to do it.”
What challenges is Emanuel referring to? The same crisis foretold by Joe Biden, Colin Powell and others that we are “guaranteed” will unfold shortly after Obama takes office?

“It will be a common experience and we will be prepared, God forbid, God forbid that there is a chemical hit, another terrorist act or natural disaster becoming more frequent - there’ll be a body of citizens who are ready and capable and trained - that’s all you have to think about,” said Emanuel before smugly declaring, “We’re all here for you OK? It’s a circle of love.”
Asked if the training would be military style, with people wearing uniforms, Emanuel stated, “If you’re worried about are you going to have to do 50 jumping jacks the answer is yes,” adding that the service could be done through state national guard.
A jumping jack is a military term for an exercise otherwise known as a star jump. What on earth does Emanuel mean when he says Americans are going to be forced to perform military-style physical exercises and what does this have to do with civil defense or preparing for a terrorist attack? It sounds more like the state-mandated physical workouts described in Orwell’s 1984.
The video then features a clip from C-Span from August 2006 in which Emanuel is asked whether the program will be compulsory, to which he responds, “In a sense it’s required of everybody, 18 to 25, three months, and at some point at that point you do it.”
The use of the word “required” is noteworthy, because this exact terminology was removed from Obama’s change.gov website when controversy over the program arose last week.
The militarized nature of the program and its supposed intention sounds more like a draft-lite than the “community service” angle now being pitched on Obama’s website. It also bears similarities to the nationwide FEMA-run program training pastors and preachers to act as “pacifiers” in the event of martial law being declared after a terror attack or a natural disaster.
Will the liberal left pay as much attention to Emanuel’s stated agenda to implement a proxy domestic draft as they did to rumors of Bush bringing back conscription, or will the true scope of Obama’s “national civilian security force” continue to fly under the radar?

A fuckin’ train ride? This guy is a nightmare and his appointment proves we are at the final stages and I’m not going anywhere. He who gains power from crisis can’t be trusted not to be behind the crisis, especially if they are sympathetic to Isreal. Use the system to beat it. Go along with it, let them train you. Let them ready you for battle. But don’t fall for the propaganda they try to condition you with. Remember that the US government is your enemy. Remember that they do not have your best interests at heart. Take the training, pretend to go along with the indoctrination. Then once you have the ability use your skills to help build a resistance force. Take what the system has to offer and use it against them.

All of a sudden the FEMA camps & white box cars are making sense. My question is, what about the people who are over 25? Most of the folks in the twin towers weren’t 18 to 25. At least all the colleges will have people trained to respond *whew!* Wasn’t it in WWII that the auto manufacturing plants were used for weapons manufacturing & people were sent to work in sweat shop conditions? If we haven’t learned from history, we deserve what we get. England has mandatory military training for this age range. I guess this is why Dubya got knighted by the Queen. I have to laugh at all of this. I continue to read people’s comments on all current issues and every1 still does not get it! We are not heading for a fascist society because it is already here. Take a good look around you. Everything is based on fear this and fear that. My word, all the people whom spend too much time talking about what’s coming and not 2 people have any solutions. So here are 2 choices for all of us to make…
1) go back to sleep and love your servtitude (as in a brave new world)
2) talk to everyone you know and tell them everything that you have researched, read, experienced and come up with solutions together that make sense!
I for 1 no it’s too late to stop this train on route to it’s destiny. Unfortunaltey I cannot sleep or function properly due to fear mongering and my inability to do anything about it! I have told numerous people about various things (i.e. Rise of the 4th Reich, 1984, A Brave New World, David Icke, Ron Paul, Smedley Butler, the Reece comittee, and many more) Most people look at me sideways. However, they have not read any reports that various Think Tanks have penned. The interest of most sheeple is sports, stats, pop tarts, and any other form of vacation from their own boring non-existant lives.
So in summary, you all better be prepared to control you and your families future. Learn everything you can that your grandparents already knew and teach your children. Get away from taking others opinions on what you need to do in whatever aspect and look into yourself for those answers. Rememeber Einstein once said “condemnation without innvestigation is the height of ignorance” and our society is nothing but ignorant.

The program he outlined is exactly the sort of thing Israel does, and frankly, if that’s what he wants, then he should move there and leave us alone. We don’t need a paranoid nutjob running around making everyone else paranoid and on edge. We’ve had 8 years of that. What we need is someone who will stop tryignt o run the world their way and making us an even bigger target for attack than we already are.
I donated to, and supported Barack Obama but his Choice of Emanuel was highly disconcerting. If they try to go forward with this I will do everything in my power to stop them, and so will the American public. I suspect they will find themselves voted out of office promptly in 2012.

I always knew I was going to meet Jesus, but with this accelerated program I am going to meet him much sooner along with my family.By the way people if this is all true and you know what I am talking about here. It is not going to be pretty at all and not easy. Imagine 5 years from now, Trying to buy food, water, gas etc. and you dont have that new fangled device everyone has in their right hand?? I believe everyone needs to start learning how to hunt,fish grow food and live in the wild. I am sure things will be changing here and not for the good. I dont believe this many people would be going on the internet and searching and talking like this if it were not this obvious. Hey he is a nice guy that is different, but that dosen’t make him a good guy(obama supporters). Pretty bleak there Maverick. As a believer I believe; but are we suppose to just do nothing? The message is no matter what… it’s going to happen; I get that but what of resistance atleast of passive resistance where Gods people (those who see but don’t accept mans plan for them) are concerned, should they just bleakly walk onto those trains and into the camps? Sure, a lot of Americans are in a dream-like trance, but even though they may disagree with most of what is said on this site and with most of what we warn about, the ideas are planted in their head and when the time comes they WILL wake up and fight. I will fight to the death if need be to preserve life and how it is meant to be lived. And right now it is in jeopardy- this government’s tendrils are sinking further and further into our lives. It shouldn’t be telling us how to live. It was put in place to work for us, not against us, not to suppress us. It shouldn’t be telling us what we should eat and what we shouldn’t eat. It has no right to tax things that are deemed “bad” for us (i.e., the sugar tax in NYS)- we should be able to live how we want to live, whether it’s bad for us or not, we should be able to make our own decisions regardless of whether it’s healthy or unhealthy. The way I see it, they are taxing the crap out of everything we enjoy. Of course, it’s difficult for any kind of real “change” to take place when all of the bad guys are looking out for each other and have the rest of us by our balls. But when they finally take a step too far and things start heating up, I’ll be in the front line and death does not scare me. Yes, Obama is just a puppet, however he has been an extremely effective tool for the people behind the scenes. The millions of Obots out there are so in love with this guy that they will not question a single decision or action that this guy makes- puppet or not this makes him extremely dangerous.
