“The orders signed by Obama do not undo the Bush administration’s attacks on constitutional and international law.
1. “They do not challenge the supposed right of the president to unilaterally imprison any individual, without trial and without charges, by declaring him to be an ‘enemy combatant.’”
2. “Nor do they end the procedure known as ‘extraordinary rendition,’ by which the United States during the Bush years kidnapped alleged terrorists and shipped them to foreign countries or secret CIA prisons outside the US, where they were subjected to torture.
3. “They do not affect the hundreds of prisoners – 600 at the Bagram prison camp in Afghanistan alone — incarcerated beyond the barbed wire of Guantanamo.
“If and when Guantanamo is closed, the US government will simply ship alleged terrorists caught up its international dragnet to other American-run prison camps.”
4. “On the question of so-called ‘harsh interrogation techniques,’ i.e., torture, Obama’s orders leave room for their continuation.
“White House Counsel Gregory Craig told reporters the administration was prepared to take into account demands from the CIA that such methods be allowed.
“Obama announced the creation of a task force that will consider new interrogation methods beyond those sanctioned by the Army Field Manual, which now accepts 19 forms of interrogation, as well as the practice of extraordinary rendition…”

The main stream media sickens me! The media gags me! The media feeds the America public a line of nauseating politically-correct bull-you fill in the blank-that defies reality.
In the current issue of Time Magazine, January 26, 2009, “Refugees Who Saved Lewiston, Maine” by Jesse Ellison, he wrote a cock and bull story that spits and splatters falsehoods that defy reality. He writes how African Somalian refugees ’saved’ Lewiston from extinction.
That article SO angered me because I visited Lewiston, Maine for a totally different picture. Therefore, I wrote an LTE to Time and so can you: letters@time.com. I wrote:
If you asked the people of Lewiston, they mutter under their breaths and complain at every restaurant and bar that their town and way of life suffered destruction by a foreign invasion. Somalian immigrants have nothing in common nor do they assimilate. They’ve simply taken over. Lewiston’s schools suffer disruption that has downgraded education for American kids while Somalians usurp exploded welfare rolls. Those Somalians implement their own culture, language and customs onto Lewiston. So much so, many citizens have moved away. For Ellison to pretend that all works well in Lewiston proves the height of PC journalism and what Mark Twain called, “Silent Assertionthe shabbiest of all lies when the media obfuscates, denies, ignores, clouds or suppresses a social wrong or situation.” On a note of environmentalism, Maine does not need to grow or suffer human expansion. It does not need more immigrants. It has done well for 232 years without such outside migration. The more people added to Maine, the more damage to the environment.”
Further into the issue, Henry Cisneros, an open borders advocate for ILLegal criminal aliens, wrote, “A Fence Can’t Stop the Future.” In his PC piece, he bragged about the fact that a fence cannot stop criminal aliens from breaching our sovereignty as a nation. He touted the fact that Mexicans make up 45 million in America, and because of the fact that Latino women birth eight children for every Latino that dies, versus whites birthing one child for every white that dies. That means by 2042, Latinos will become the new majority at 53 percent while blacks and whites will become the new collective minority.
And, we all know how Mexico’s successful society and culture engages excellence in education, environment and human dignity!
But the harsh realities we face stem from 95 percent of the births in Texas, Arizona and California arrive from illiterate ILLegal alien mothers with no fathers. They birth kids like popcorn poppers! No way to feed, care or maintain responsibility for those children! Who pays? You pay! Total? Try $346 billion annually across 15 federal agencies!
Cisneros said, “U.S. growth will come from the Latino population-that’s 100 million people.”
He admitted that a major Latino population could, “actually speed our national decline.” California, overrun by Mexican migrants, plummeted from the top five schools systems in the USA 20 years ago to the bottom of the barrel of the worst five states. Why? Mexico, as a culture, rejects education. Most Latino immigrants quit school by age 16. It’s been said, “The girls get pregnant and the boys deal drugs before heading off to jail.”
Our dilemma grows as we add millions from Latin America and Africa that arrive from cultures of poverty, illiteracy, endless child birth, drugs and crime. Detroit suffers a 76 percent drop out/flunk out rate in their high schools. Chicago, New York, Denver, Miami, Dallas and other cities follow the same illiteracy path.
Six years ago, former Colorado Governor Richard D. Lamm in a Washington DC speech on “How to Destroy America”, said, “Here is how to destroy America. First, turn America into a bilingual or multi-lingual and bicultural country. History shows that no nation can survive the tension, conflict and antagonism of two or more competing languages and cultures. It is a blessing for an individual to be bilingual; however, it is a curse for a society to be bilingual. The historical scholar Seymour Lipset put it this way, “The histories of bilingual and bicultural societies that do not assimilate are histories of turmoil, tension and tragedy.” Canada, Belgium, Malaysia, Lebanon-all face crises of national existence in which minorities press for autonomy, if not independence. Pakistan and Cyprus have divided. Nigeria suppressed an ethnic rebellion. France faces difficulties with Basques, Bretons and Corsicans.”
Lamm continued on how to destroy America, “Invent ‘multiculturalism’ and encourage immigrants to maintain their own culture. I would make it an article of belief that all cultures are equal. That there are no cultural differences! I would make it an article of faith that the black and Hispanic dropout rates are due to prejudice and discrimination by the majority. Every other explanation is out of bounds.”
At the end of Cisneros diatribe, he said, “We can learn English without forgetting Spanish, adopt American social practices and follow American laws without ignoring our obligations to our family and community.” [i.e., maintain Mexican culture and language]
The hard fact remains that Mexicans in this country do not learn English, do not respect our laws, do not respond to educational opportunities, do not incorporate themselves into the American way of life. They force their customs into our communities.
Ditto for the Somalians in Lewiston! Even more disconcerting, they run Americans out of their own cities and communities. Somalians do not respect our language, culture or way of life.
They simply invade and overwhelm while implementing theirs. They colonize and separate! Same in Miami, Chicago, Atlanta and New York!
Again, the MSM continues its ’silent assertion dance’ that obfuscates, suppresses, denies, ignores and clouds what’s really happening in our society.
This immigration juggernaut portends an additional 138 million to 150 million more people into our country in 41 years-90 percent driven by legal and illegal immigration. Can you name one advantage for adding 138 million third world people to the USA in the light of current water shortages, energy and quality of life issues in every city?
Who wins; who loses? In the end, we all lose the foundation of our language, our culture as well as sustainable civilization. Man! Are we in trouble!

The author of this article is not the one spaming. The best way to gain justice is to educate the masses and let the awakend masses to educate others until the truth is completely obvious. When 911 happened I bought into most of the official “news” but as difficult as it was for me to believe, within a few months, it was completely obvious to me that 911 was an inside job. And now with all the unusal changes going on nationally and globally, it is apparent that 911 was the catalyst. We need real answers to real questions regarding 911 and other false flag operations. If we truly are a free republic, and justice is our focus, then a serious investigation of 911 must be demanded by the people and the TRUE findings must hold those responsible for 911 accountable–that is justice! Remember, in the initial aftermath of 911 the Bush administration encouraged us to never forget 911 and to support our troops–now we are encouraged to forget 911 after 8 years of chaos and the world on the verge of an economic crash. We cannot and must not forget 911 and those who lost their lives during and after 911! The guilty must be brought to trial for CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY! Question: why did Pelosi who was voted into speaker of the house for the primary reason of requesting for impeachment hearings for Bush state to the public after her election success that impeachment of Bush was off the table? Obama is trying to give the public the appearance that he is trying to undo the damage done by the Bush Administration but he is only posturing, giving the Illusion of undoing the priors damage.
How hard is it to see the non-change that is here with Obama. Just look at the appointments and this should tell any person that there is still total Israeli control over our System of Government.
The only time we will see true change is when you force your government to change and do their jobs according to the US Constitution and Bill of Rights, Until then, you will see NO REAL CHANGE, PERIOD!

Note to Prison Planet: The photos that you used are gross. We all know what torture is. I would have preferred not to see it. I happen to have been eating breakfast when I was scrolling down and saw that shit. It didn’t need to be so graphic.
And as far as Obama goes. If he’s not going to change what needs to be changed then he’s committing crimes under international law and should be charged with the same crimes that Bush should have been charged with.
You know what to this day still blows me away? There are less then 600 people in the US that control policy for WE THE PEOPLE. There are over 300 million of us citizens. Yet the masses still put them selves in bondage under these tyrents.

Look, the fact is that nobody is pure evil, just like nobody is pure good. Conspiracy is speculation, which means creating all sorts of possibilities for one scenario. Knowledge is not the best thing in the world, especially not to a mind that cannot handle it.
Alex Jones, you’re a fool. I liked your documentary but you laid it on too thick to be believable. And you resorted to childish taunting, threats, and manipulative words, whereas a with the power of truth would feel no need. Why the hell would you sell crappy merchandise, other than to make more money for you and your people. Yet you accuse Billionaires of being evil dictators.
It is impossible to know everything, especially what they do not want people to know. So why is this shit around? If the big bad government held so much sway, this documentary would have never made it through production!

The Truth will set you free? What the hell kind of naive bullshit is that? Truth is reality, and reailty is not free. You have to pay to live, and are lucky for the ability to do so. and free from what? From the power of nature? The warmth of the sun? The ultimatum of death? These are all realities that control us, and also keep us living. If anything, LACK of knowledge is freedom, because a mind that does not know of hinderances and dangers would have nothing to stop him from moving. Sure, this person may move into a dangerous/deadly scenario, but at least he used the time he had to move, instead of think about how to move.

Note to Republican whiners and the GOP, who are just now taking issue with spending, the economy, detainees that we haven’t been able to get enough evidence in seven years to charge with a crime or whatever other whiny bullshit that was in large part caused by the GOP.
Your way failed. Big time. The tax cuts failed. The neverending sinkhole of money for Iraq failed. Torture failed. Indefinite detention of “enemy combatants” failed – even shot down by a Supreme Court where 7 of the 9 Justices were republican appointees.
And because of it, republicans lost. Badly. Twice in a row.
So guess what? Conservatives don’t get to call the shots. You don’t get to suddenly decry spending – when it is going to infrastructure, energy policies and the middle class. You don’t get to perpetuate the approval of torture. Not after the ass kicking you took in 2006 and even more so back in November.
It doesn’t matter if you throw out “scary concerns” about Barney Frank, Chris Dodd or Nancy Pelosi setting the agenda or being in charge. It doesn’t matter if you ask where the detainees will go if Gitmo is closed, especially since you don’t have another alternative.
So stop whining. Stop lying. Stop with the strawmen and the ad hominem attacks. That era is tired, and frankly is inching closer and closer to being over. Obama knows it. More and more Americans know it. And more are realizing it every passing day as they see what a responsible, engaged and smart administration can do – and the reaction that they are getting around the country and world.
Wake up and realize it, or continue to make an even bigger mockery of yourselves than you already are. Which, frankly, is fine by me, since that will marginalize you even further as this country slowly gets back on its feet.
