Obama’s Plan To “Geo-Engineer” The Planet Mirrors CFR Policy Documents

The Obama administration’s announcement that it is to consider radical planetary “geo-engineering”, such as “shooting pollution particles into the upper atmosphere to reflect the sun’s rays”, exactly mirrors recent publications penned by the elite Council On Foreign Relations.
Yesterday the Associated Press reported that the Obama administration has held discussions regarding the possibility of “geo-engineering” the earth’s climate to counter global warming.
The AP report states that Obama’s science advisor John Holdren is pushing for radical terra forming programs to be explored such as creating an “artificial volcano”. Despite Holdren’s admission that such measures could have “grave side effects,” he added that, “we might get desperate enough to want to use it.”
Such ideas exactly mirror those put forth by the CFR in previous years.
In briefing notes (PDF) published in May 2008 from the CFR’s Geoengineering: Workshop on Unilateral Planetary Scale Geoengineering, the elite internationalist group lays out the exact same radical ideas now being touted by the Obama administration.
The following excerpts are taken from the document:
Geoengineering Strategies
Among all geoengineering schemes, those currently considered most feasible involve increasing the planetary albedo, that is, reflecting more sunlight back into space before it can be absorbed. There are a number of different methods that could be used to increase the planet’s reflectivity:
1. Add more small reflecting particles in the upper part of the atmosphere (the stratosphere which is located between 15 and 50 kilometers above the Earth’s surface).
2. Add more clouds in the lower part of the atmosphere (the troposphere)
3. Place various kinds of reflecting objects in space either near the earth or at a stable location between the earth and the sun.
4. Change large portions of the planet’s land cover from things that are dark (absorbing) such as trees to things that are light (reflecting) such as open snowcover or grasses.

Stratospheric Aerosols that might be engineered to migrate to particular regions (e.g. over the arctic) or to rise above the stratospher (so as not to interfere in stratospheric chemistry).
Adding more of the right kind of fine particles to the stratosphere can increase the amount of sunlight that is reflected back into space.
Applied to geoengineering, various technologies could be used to loft particles into the stratosphere, such as naval guns, rockets, hot air balloons or blimps, or a fleet of highflying aircraft. Potential types of particles for injection include sulfur dioxide, aluminum oxide dust or even designer self-levitating aerosols.
The CFR’s geo-engineering research program is directed by David G. Victor a Professor at Stanford Law School and an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. Also involved are M. Granger Morgan, head of Carnegie Mellon University’s Department of Engineering, Jay Apt, Professor of Engineering and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University, and John Steinbruner, Professor of Public Policy and Director of the Center for International and Security Studies at the University of Maryland.
In an article entitled The Geoengineering Option: A Last Resort Against Global Warming? published in this month’s Foreign Affairs, the CFR’s monthly magazine, the directors once again lay out their ideas for planetary terraforming, calling for a worldwide 60-80 percent cut in carbon emissions.
Obama’s push toward a so called “cap and trade” carbon taxation program is also a direct descendant of Victor et al’s CFR policy formation.
A CFR geo-engineering meeting summary document from 1999 (PDF pages 12,13,14) also categorically states that the ultimate goal under “A technology strategy for global warming” is the implementation of a global Carbon Tax.
The memo also pedantically explains how the perceived fear of global warming can be used to sell to Americans what is essentially a tax on air:
“While taxing tea pales in comparison to taxing air as a perceived government affront, the clear benefits of a taxation policy to combat global warming might convince even the descendents of our tax-resistant Founding Fathers.”

The tentative announcement by the Obama administration of the existence of geoengineering research programs is a first step toward introducing the idea to the wider public.
However, as we highlighted in our master article yesterday, geo-engineering is undoubtedly already being conducted by government-affiliated universities, government agencies, and on a mass scale through chemtrail spraying.
Such programs merely scratch the surface of what is likely to be a gargantuan and overarching black-budget funded project to terraform the planet, with little or no care for the unknown environmental consequences this could engender.

Yes, but there is more to this IMO.
Propaganda has entered a new phase on several fronts.
This similar reflective engineering crap was rolled out on all state media and mass media over the past several days. Included in every story was the pure BS line about ship trails being chemtrails as relates to satellite photos. Chemtrail doubters and apologists have also been out in full force on comment boards.
This subject was usually forbidden and a censorable offense on most sites. Now it is a synchronous full court press as they seek to control the debate. Chemtrails are also in almost all TV ads and numerous popular TV shows where outdoor shots are in play.
On 911 truth it seems like the strategy had been for mass media to IGNORE first, and deny or confuse or challenge as the second strategy. Now we have many more mainstream news and entertainment shows dealing with 911 truth. Of course it is all lies, but they are no longer playing run and hide. The new game is get it out in the open and lie about it.
This is why the first class idiot and moron extraordinaire Glen Beck is now talking about NWO and related issues……..so the establishment fake left wing pundits can savage him and associate all 911 truthers with him.

Playing with the atmosphere is a crime against humanity, if ever there was one. The atmosphere belongs to all of humanity; not to a group of Amerian scientists. Changing weather artificially could have tremendously destructive consequences (does no one know what chaos theory says about the impact of a butterfly flapping its wings…?), and kills millions of people. Some lunatic is bound to suggest that we bomb Iran or North Korea with nukes to create the “artiificial volcano”, but even littering the atmosphere with reflective particles has to be complete madness.

Have you read the reports about the bees that are dying in masses across America, and they say they don’t know why or what is causing it – per our lying government. They gave it a name, but it might have something to do with this chemtrail spraying. If no bees, about 800 plants will go extinct that require the bees polination. There are also some reports about animals aborting their babies in some areas in past sprayings that we were not told about. Go do some googling, find and read them. They all happened within the last 3 years in America and overseas.

Been goin’ on longer than that with the bees and it is only cultured bees not wild bees that die. But I think it is a good idea you have to investigate that angle. If the Gov. is responsible for spraying chem. and won’t come clean about what they are spraying then there won’t be many investigations linking the chemtrails and the bee deaths.
However the dickheads that own the planet have kind of a bee fetish. (They like lots of little drones and workers to make a nice breakfast for them.) So I couldn’t really see them intentionally doing anything to massacre bees. The Earth is cooling for a time, until the next large Sun Cycle, we had a big one in 2001 and boy was it hot that summer. We are at the lowest peak right now but expecting a large one estimated to appear between 2011 and 2012. That is why we have no sun spots right now at all on the sun, it is at the lowest peak. I came across on ATS that atomic bomb testing and the others that have gone off have depleted the ozone layer by at least 14%.
Could this be the real deal and the real cover up? That we burned the ozone. Maybe this is why they are secretly doing these chem trails in hopes to repair it. Maybe this is also why they are trying to eliminate nuclear weapons and stopping other countries from advancing to them.
It could also play on the lines of nuclear power plants as well.

It is a cover story. Google – Sun Solar Cycle and read some of the scientific data from NASA. NASA told the truth, do you believe them. Global Warming is caused by our sun, it is warming all the planets in our solar system, and they even saw water on Mars and got some pictures online, because it got so hot there. The sun was in its high peak in 2001 and summer was very hot. It is in low cycle right now with no sun spots. It will peak again 2011 to 2012.
Global warming is fake and made up by the governments to get our Carbon Tax Money People. They want to steal your money and make you pay for the AIR that you breathe every day. Don’t that just piss you off to no end, because it really does me.

Ive been watching them spray for at least 7 years now. I cant believe it when I point the to the false clouds and most people look at me like im a nut case. Jokes on them. In Kansas City it is a daily ritual for me to observe the planes making CLOUDS. NO ONE LISTENS OR SEES. People won’t listen until they see PROOF POSITIVE or experience it themselves. That is just human nature.
I have put together a booklet of information on different events taking place. All from Creditable and unpeachable sources and not rumor mills. Some news media reports, newspaper clippings, politicians telling the info themselves in interviews, books written by the Elite detail their plans, foreign dignataries talking about our situations, and such. Things they can’t refute as made up or a lie. I put it in their face and say read, and then tell me what you have to say.
That is how you handle the non-believers, you have to make them a believer with proof.

They are already doing it people, just look up at the skies! I asked Greenpeace why they
are not investigating “chem trails” and their answer was, “because they are connected with conspiracy
theories to do with the military”. The fact that you can see them lingering in the skies for hours
is not enough reason for Greenpeace to take them seriously. No, they are more worried about their public image and being associated with “whakos”. This attitude is symptomatic of all that is wrong with mainstream environmentalism. Unless organisations like Greenpeace are prepared to tackle issues like this head on they will always be worried about what people think of them and so concentrate on the “marketing mentality”.

this movement into AWARENESS of ‘chemtrails’ IS GROWING ! just a few weeks ago i was frustrated that so little people were looking UP into our beautiful sky. now more of us are talking about it…. & we have to keep talking about it…. with others as much as possible…. as time goes on MORE people will become AWARE, then the debates WILL BEGIN !!!! & that’s where WE who have spent this time gathering info, studying & filming ‘their’ tacticts WILL give the military & ‘controlling hierarchies’ a run for their IGNORANCE….. for one thing, ‘contrails’ don’t exist anymore…. those ‘evaporating’ lines are a liquid mixture that forms a very thin foggy – whitish layer…. see how the BLUENESS of the sky seems a little more paler when you compare it to other parts of the sky that is DEEPER BLUE. the mixtures seem to move & sit IN FRONT of the sun as though magnetized to the sun !!!! WATCH…..!

We can all see the things that are happening in the world, what we have to ask ourselves is what are we going to do about it? Write your congress, write the papers, post as many viral videos as you can make. Create awareness.. I know there are many that will not believe, but for every four that do not, one will. I think in situations like these (enviornmental, financial, war, popularity) that less is more. How could adding pollutants help an already polluted air system. How could going deeper in debt help, How could more weapons help, and who really cares about some false Idol on Television telling me I am not good enough, Yeah we really need more of those.
I think this earth day we should tell the population of the earth what we think.
We cannot be discouraged by the ignorant.
