  • Oil majors to lead another Iraq invasion

    ABC Australia
    Wednesday, July 2, 2008

Five years after the US-led coalition stormed into Iraq there is set to be another western invasion.

This time it is the world’s biggest oil companies leading the charge, 36 years after Saddam Hussein kicked them out.

The oil giants are seeking access to Iraq’s rich crude reserves, Australian companies BHP Billiton and Woodside are among them.

The Iraqi government wants to make up for the lost opportunities under Hussein’s rule and has the ambitious goal of doubling Iraqi oil production to more than 4 million barrels a day within five years.

Peter Zeihan, an energy analyst at geopolitical intelligence group Stratfor, says there is plenty of incentive for the big oil companies.

“They have the largest, easiest reservoirs to tap, they’re very close to existing export points, there’s infrastructure in place for over double the amount of oil that currently is being produced in Iraq,” Mr Zeihan said.

“When Iraq does ultimately open up in a big way and allow greenfield investments, every single oil major in the world wants to be part of that play. And if that means signing deals that you’re not exactly thrilled with today, so be it.”

The Iraqi government insists the companies that win contracts must take on a local partner who in turn must have a minimum 25 per cent stake in the deal.

In an attempt to fast track oil production the government will award six contracts on a no-bid basis, to a handful of mainly US companies.

Why not have the oil companies pay for the invasion into Iran instead of U.S. Taxpayer. We can easily convert to other option right now. The oil companies do not want us to loose our dependence on them. Have you seen there profits lately

Sounds like a plan, but, upon closer examination, the story goes like this: Some old Uncle Elmer invented it in his garage in his back yard, somehow his little ol’ homespun electrolytic cell/engine produces more energy than it consumes, because it taps into the mysterious “zero point” energy. He tried to patent his invention, but the govt./big oil/the boogy man/Bin Laden offered to buy him out, he refused, he was somehow Arkancided, then the car and all the plans magically disappeared. Of course, I know somebody who has a friend who knows somebody who has seen it, and, for $10,000 in earnest money I might be able to get you the plans.

As much as I believe that 9-11 was an inside job, so was OK City, so was the 1993 attack on the World Trade Center, that education is being deliberately dumbed down, that there is a move to merge the US, Canada, Mexico, and that some govt. agency is reverse engineering alien spacecraft in the Nevada desert, I TOTALLY DISBELIEVE IN THE WATER CAR … because quite simply, it violates the laws of physics, at least as we know them.

There are all the “water as fuel” ads now on the web. This is misleading advertising. Water is a source of Brown’s Gas, that is, monatomic hydrogen/oxygen mix, that burns energetically and will tend to catalyse combustion of conventional fuel, even in small amounts, such that the expense of 50 watts from the alternator will give you a significant boost in horsepower and mileage due to enhanced combustion of CONVENTIONAL FUELS such as gas/diesel/biodiesel/greasel. There is also water as a PROPELLANT, i.e., small amounts of water injected into the fuel, which can also enhance combustion as well as flash to steam, giving more power. Again, water is NOT the fuel here.
Nor is water the fuel in systems where water is used with an alkali metal to generate hydrogen gas. Alkali metal is VERY EXPENSIVE to produce in terms of energy.

So before you go off half cocked regarding “water as fuel” do your homework. BTW, if you DO have the plans for the “Uncle Elmer” engine (the story of Stan Meyers is a case in point) please share, and WITHOUT the earnest money. I will build it in my garage. I would love to get my hands on this technology to share with anyone who wants, but pardon the heck out of me if I am just a bit of a skeptic on this, inspite of otherwise detesting the so-called “debunkers” when it comes to
9-11/JFK/UFO’s/tax-honesty/state Citizenship/the strawman IN ALL CAPS name
