I mean old Capitalist Democratic America is dead as well as old Soviet Communist Russia and what we see there are two different countries with some dear old memories in the heads of their citizens. And if you didn't notice let me remind you of two significant changes - Russia very qucikly got involved in global capitalism and money makin' while America very swiftly killed it's domestic social care system.
