Panic in Ukraine, Authorities deny aircraft are spraying aerosols over cities, Martial Law expected

The office of Emergency Response in the district of Desniansko, Kiev, are tonight (30th Oct.) strongly refuting reports that light aircraft were spraying a substance over the city intended to counter a “swine flu pandemic” in Ukraine.
It was reported that light aircraft were seen over the Forest market area of the city (close to the Forest metro station) and they were spraying an aerosol substance intended to “counter swine flu”, this of course would constitute forced medication of the population.
The editors of local newspapers in Kiev received dozens of phone calls from concerned residents and shop owners in the Forest market area of the city reporting they had observed several light airplanes circling in the sky during the day spraying an unidentified aerosol into the atmosphere.
Retailers and local business people reported they were advised to “stay indoors” during the day by local authorities.
Local newspapers contacted government administrators in Kiev and were told that “no permission had been granted today (30th Oct.) for small aviation aircraft to fly within the city limits”. Also local FM radio stations in Kiev were regularly refuting the reports during broadcasts today, apparently under duress from local authorities.
Reports of helicopters and light airplanes spraying aerosols over Kiev, Lviv, Ternopil, and other cities throughout Ukraine are tonight flooding online forums and websites, hundreds of people have verified the reports with their own eye-witness accounts.
On 30th October President Viktor Yushchenko ordered the Ministry of Defense to establish mobile military hospitals throughout Ukraine, to assist and provide “essential medications” to people with swine-flu. Yushchenko has also ordered medical personnel from the reserve defense forces to report for duty.
An order from President Yushchenko is expected soon that will effectively place Ukraine under “martial law”.
“Due to the complex epidemiological situation in the western regions of Ukraine, where tens of thousands of people have become ill, thousands are in hospital, and dozens have died.”
Nine regions of Ukraine have declared a quarantine around the country and public events have been banned (including the elections).The Clergy have been ordered not to hold any Church or religious services on Sundays or to gather a congregation for any reason whatsoever. Police are also enforcing the compulsory wearing of protective face masks, any driver caught not wearing a mask faces harsh legal penalties.
Earlier, health authorities in western Ukraine reported a “severe outbreak of UNIDENTIFIED Influenza, suspected by doctors to be a form of viral pneumonia”. The disease has already claimed a number of lives in the region. In Lviv, schools have been closed and authorities are conducting emergency meetings to determine how to deal with the outbreak.

This also may be metaphorical. Do you ever think that WE ARE the scorpions unleashing the venom of the truth on the illuminati and their minions? Don’t you think that they are being tortured by our exposing them and becoming wise to their plans? We are literally robbing them of riches and control when we don’t buy their drugs or their poisoned food. Just as an FYI…. It’s only called “The Book of Revelation” in English. In other languages, it’s not called “The Book of Revelations” (written in the foreign language of course). It is called “Apocolypse”.
For example in Spanish, it isn’t “El Libro de Revelaciones”. It is called “Apocalipsis”. This is at least true in every Latin based language (French, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, etc)

Doubt that spraying a vaccine from the air would actually work unless they used some kind of carrier like that web like substance. A lot of the prison warder goyim are getting really pissed that the cattle aren’t lining up volutarily for their poison. They may be beginning to show their frustration because if they fail in rounding up their fellow proles, things won’t turn out well for them. The illuminati never planned on 2 major things.
1. As they get closer to thier goal, they’re realizing that all the deciet and murder they’re responsible for actually implicates THEM as those not deserving of their new world order.
2. The goyim are undergoing an enlightenment for a variety of reasons. I thought it might be insecticide or disinfectant like hydrogen peroxide. Checking the weather forecast, the temperature of Kiev is 0/-1 C, so there wouldn’t be much insect life except in human habitation where the temperature is warmer. Not sure if chemicals would be that much use in cold weather either.

Headline news yesterday on the Dutch news that in America people are lining up for their flu shots.
They showed people in cues in front of a vaccination centre desperate to get their shots.
Some vaccinated were interviewed who told they were happy to get the flu shot whilst showing children getting the nasal spray vaccine.
Also they said that most Americans are getting the flu shot.
According to RTL Nieuws (Netherlands) Americans are in a panic over the flu shot, not of the dangers but if there is enough to go around.

Cod liver oil pills are readily available and a quick source of vitamin D (and A and other things that are good for your heart).
If you are between 18 and 25 you should have an herb called Mullienne on hand to make into a tea. It is a common weed with broad fluzzy leaves. Look it up on line. It suppresses congestive action in the lungs and will help suppress the cytokine storm activity that leads to the internal bleeding. Having some oxy-silver, or something like it, is also handy and effective if used once any flu gets severe (you can’t use it continually so wait till you know you really have the flu).
Remember, flu season is flu season because of the change in the quality of sunlight and the drop in natural vitamin D generation in your body. The flu virus is always present.

I saw something very similar recently, with small aircraft flying very low in a residential neighbourhood at night and in the rain. In total we counted 4 airplanes circling the area. I had never seen anything like that before, and the first thing I thought is that they must be spraying something over the houses. As it was night and raining I could not tell if they were indeed spraying anything.

Flight paths to airports may be modified in bad weather to avoid turbulence and to compensate for strong headwinds or tailwinds. Not much fun trying to land in the dark with a slippery runway and sudden gusts of wind.
My city used to have problems with tourist companies offering sight-seeing tours of the city by helicopter and small airplane. Every 20 minutes for 6 hours during the weekend, light aircraft would circle overhead.

If we play the part of a contrarian and assume see the truth as the opposite of what is presented by the MSM…
Aerosol spraying of metals (chemtrails) was presented as a deterrent to global warming.
Then the idea was presented in a History Channel program that HAARP was being used in conjunction with the aerosol spraying in an attempt to create global warming – which fortunately coincided with a solar cooling cycle – but was enacted in the work up to the carbon-tax agenda being introduced.
I think it was always in the back the minds of many that aerosol spraying could very well be used to release a pathogen or virus into the atmosphere.
So, playing the contrarian, if the story is being put out “that light aircraft were spraying a substance over the city intended to counter a ‘swine flu pandemic’ in Ukraine” – the spraying could be to create a pandemic in the campaign to get people to take the vaccination worldwide.

I read yesterday at AboveTopSecret a post from someone living in the sprayed area in the Ukraine. He said the substance sprayed was green, sticking to windows and -sounds weird but- it smelled like chicken. I don´t think it was BS, because other posts from the Ukraine(on different pages-there are over 80 pages now on this thread) also said it was green -guess they didn´t smell it though. Also, another poster had read reports of people having red spots due to the exposure to the spraying. Another post stated that his/her mother received a sms the night of/or before the spraying warning her to stay indoors. The mother was a member of the city counsel and got the message from a fellow city counsel member. So if you wake up one morning and there is green-sticky-chicken-smelling stuff on your windows – better stay inside!

We have to make it public so that all will know what is the reality. I watched a few documentaries some tiome ago on all that is now coming to reality. This is truly crary. The are plotting to reduce population of the world by mor ethen half at least. The Zeidgeist and other ducumentaties said it all a few years ago already. It is the same here in the UK, we are shown on mainstream news, our American friends queuing, massive queues, all waiting anxiously for their SHOT. In fact there was a young mother there with her children, one in a pushchair that had leukemia!! she could not wait to get him slugged full of chemicals!! The media, now are they being paid extra to spew this rubbish, in fear of losing their jobs if they dont, OR ARE THEY JUST GOD DAMNED STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!! I find myself shouting at the television. I try hard not to watch the news now, but I like to see what they are saying.
NOW, over here, our fantastic Health Minister sits on tele saying that the vaccine is safe, people are clammering for it, and that he is worried about our hospitals being able to cope with the pandemic. He also manages to pluck out of thin air a figure, this week we had another 78,000 cases. PERHAPS THE JERK MIGHT WANT TO TELL US WHERE THESE CASES ARE. Would you not think that a warning to stay away from particular areas MIGHT just help the spread of the virus. AND I HAVE NOT HEARD OF ANYONE HAVING SWINE FLU, MY FRIENDS HAVE NOT, THEIR FRIENDS HAVE NOT. SO WHERE ARE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

When I reported the synthetic cloud project to Town Of Vail Government at their regular session, I got a look from some of the council that snakes must be growing out of my head. None-the-less, I presented my photos and essay to each member. I had no idea that 100 citizens would be there because it’s usually empty. The photos of the operation make it so obvious to me that at the very least, it’s not just hot jet exhaust coming out of the planes. It’s also not just fuel dumping or cloud seeding. After studying this for several years, I believe this is multi-layer and multi-purpose. It started as weather modification experiments that evolved into weather warfare in Viet Nam. The goal was to make it rain so hard on the HoChiMin Trail that the war supply line turned to a muddy quagmire. After that they found ways to do the reverse and induce drought by locking up moisture or punching the energy out of strong storms. The military also used planes to spray a powerful form of LSD on our own troops to see how it would affect them. Some of them murdered their own troops and never completely returned to our reality. The movie Jacob’s Ladder with Tim Robbins was based on this true story of despicable experimentation. The also used planes to spray Napalm and Agent Orange. Their was absolutely no way to protect our own troops from this supposed attack on the enemy. The Brass had to know this, and they used these weapons anyway. To this day, people are still dying from Agent Orange poisoning. I knew someone that suffered from this horrible affliction. The skin lesions looked like half healed road rash with battery acid rubbed on. So the idea that our government or military wouldn’t spray poison from planes because it would hurt them too, doesn’t hold water. They have shown they will do it without a care in the world.

Last night I was watching Black Hawk Down and had a disturbing thought.
I just can’t imagine todays young adults (mid-20s) like myself putting up any kind of resistance or fight. Having been in higher education for about 7 years now, thinking of all the college aged students, I just can’t picture today’s ‘men’ or ‘women’ heading out to war or defending this country. I know that there are many brave men and women who do. But observing my surroundings I don’t see that kind of patriotism or bravery.
I mean I just can’t picture the partying/clubbing/stylish youth of today surviving those kinds of conditions physically or mentally. Today’s men/women are more concerned with going out to the clubs, looking good, having the latest iPhone, and watching reality TV about other spoiled youth our age. And sure I can’t say that my life hasn’t involved those things either.
But even after 7 years of higher education, I can tell you that some of my classmates still have no clue about half of what goes on in the world.

Did you ever stop to think that maybe the vaccine is not for the H1N1?? Maybe it is a vaccination against another pathogen – which will be released as a chemical weapon?

Chem Trails number one source is AUTOMOBILES….the CATALYTIC CONVERTER on cars are installed to burn toxic waste added into the gasoline supply by chem corps turning a profit instead of ethically dealing with another business liability. The additives are marketed as engine cleaners. Of course the converters do not burn 100% of the chemicals…but we all breathe it….

She is a graphic artist and lives in Western Ukraine. I think the name of her city is
Chernotzy. Its near the carpathian mountains.
Everything is above board. I have heard it both ways. Some marriages from ladies over there work and some don’t. It’s just like being married here.
Anyway, I sent her some autumn pictures and a quick note and didn’t hear from her at all.
However, my Moscow friend said that he received some emails and talked to her on the phone. I don’t have any idea what’s going on.

I seen something like this today. U know when u see a passenger plane way way up there and it leaves some sort of trail chemtrail or comtrail. Well I live in southern Missouri and I see a chemtrail. And how u can tell the difference in them is a comtrail will disappear pretty fast and a chemtrail will stay in the sky for hour or longer. Anyway I heard a plan but not a passenger plane. It was like a dusting plane or something with a single propeller in front of the engine. Well it was spraying something that look like a chemtrail and it stayed in the sky for 2 to 3 hours. I have never seen this type of plane do something like this. I do not live around farm land.. Next time this happen I will take photos of it. Just think its weird after reading this story.

I have an urgent message for you, more important than any message you can hear. God is Holy and cannot accept sin(honor thy mother and father…, thou shall not kill, thou shall not commit adultery, thou shall not steal, thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor, thou shall not covet..etc…Exodus 20:12-17). Here are some verses that show examples of sin:

You could be perfect in all the law and stumble at one point and it is as if you broke all of them:

The penalty of sin is death and eternal punishment in the LAKE OF FIRE. I am warning you about hell because I love you! You are dead in your sins and headed for hell which is described in the Word as a FIRE THAT QUENCHES NOT(”…the fire is not quenched” Mark 9:44). It is a horrible and terrible place of everlasting torment that people will go because of their sins.
“And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.” Luke 16:22-24

But God has provided a way for each to escape the lake of fire. He sent his Son Jesus(God manifest in the flesh-1 Timothy 3:16) who was conceived by a virgin by the Holy Spirit of God,lived a sinless life, and suffered a horrible death/shed blood and rose again 3 days later to take the penalty of YOUR sins so you dont have to pay for them in hell for eternity! He loved you so much which is why he did it! He is the only one to have fufilled the law perfectly(sinless) and paid the price of the entire world’s sins so that man could be saved on the merits of His perfection(see Romans 5:19). All you must do to be saved is BELIEVE in Him(trust in Him to save you as a sinner). You must admit your lost sinful condition to Him/that you’re worthy of hell, and ask Him to save you by placing complete trust in Jesus ALONE for salvation(an example in the Word of someone doing this- “And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.” Luke 18:13).It is not even partly by yourselves that you can be saved, but only by the merits of Jesus Christ!

No works or anything you do can save you! May God open your eyes, that one day I may see you in heaven. Read the Word of God(the 1611 King James version- NOT the modern versions, they are corrupt) before rejecting it! Death is fleeting. You may NOT have tomorrow! For death comes when we least expect it! Make sure you are saved TODAY! The Bible condemns the rich, the wealthy, and those who take advantage of the poor, so it CANNOT have been made up by the elite. Because the Word clearly CONDEMNS people such as those! It declares all mankind as sinners(myself included).

i had caught this in mid summer but what it brought in a week was the blight killing potatoes and tomatoes in western ny a week after they sprayed again saying it was for mosquitoes but that made it worse ,unless they were actually spraying mosquitoes.

–Has Baxter International Released a New Biological Weapon in the Ukraine?
-Later in the year, a bizarre story emerged on the internet. The Huffington Post reported on a a man named Joseph Moshe who was arrested after a hours long standoff with the police because he had supposedly made threats against the White House. The man was able to withstand multiple rounds of tear gas.
However, the internet community was very skeptical of the true reasons behidn this man’s arrest. Comments on the Huffington Post website immediately began pouring in about an unreported side to this story, namely that Joseph Moshe was a Mossad Agent specialized in biological warfare who called into a radio show to warn people about a biological weapn that was being made by Baxter international that would be spread through vaccine and would cause a plague upon it’s release.
Although anyone can make a doomsday claim and we should never believe anyone (and it must be said that the Truth movement handled this well, the message was spread without being proclaimed as gospel) the amazing part about Moshe’s claim was the location where Moshe said the biological weapon was being produced.
Moshe claimed that Baxter’s laboratory in the Ukraine out of all places was creating this biological weapon. All of this came out in the beginning of August, which is more than 2 months before the situation that is currently unfolding. For Moshe to correctly name the country where a new epidemic would be unleashed, requires either inside information, or an incredible coincidence as anyone with a basic knowledge of statistics can confirm for himself.
