Paper: Army Prepared For Economic Riots On UK Streets

The Army is on standby to deal with rioting on UK streets as a result of the economic crisis according to a newspaper report, which states that MI5 is targeting political activists who could help create a “summer of discontent”.
“The “double-whammy” of the worst economic crisis in living memory and a motley crew of political extremists determined to stir up civil disorder has led to the extraordinary step of the Army being put on standby,” reports the Daily Express.
“MI5 and Special Branch are targeting activists they fear could inflame anger over job losses and payouts to failed bankers.”
One of the prime concerns is not that anarchists will escalate the riots, but that the disenfranchised middle class will become involved, a precedent that will no doubt make it harder for riot police and the Army to crack heads without stoking anger amongst a significant number of the usually docile British population.

Another contributing factor that may lead more of the middle class to become involved is rising resentment over uncontrolled immigration and British jobs being given to foreign immigrants.
The prospect of soldiers being drafted onto the streets is a “last resort” according to the report, but with major police departments publicly complaining that they will not have the resources to deal with widespread unrest on the scale of the 1980’s poll tax riots, a contingency plan to deploy troops is in place.
A senior source told the Express, “This is a very real, and very serious, problem….I can tell you there have been crisis talks in Whitehall about this”.
The protest season is set to begin on April 1st at the G20 summit in London.
The prospect of widespread rioting at some stage this year is a scenario feared by many.
Police in the UK are preparing for a “summer of rage” and mass protests against the mishandling of the economic crisis by the government, according to reports.
Meanwhile, in the U.S., urban warfare training drills are taking place across the country as numerous public figures, including Senator Christopher Dodd, leading economist Nouriel Roubini, top trend researcher Gerald Celente, the head of the International Monetary Fund, the head of the World Trade Organization, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, former national security director Zbigniew Brzezinski, and Director of National Intelligence Dennis C. Blair have all warned of coming civil unrest and global instability.
The U.S. Army War College in November released a white paper called Known Unknowns: Unconventional ‘Strategic Shocks’ in Defense Strategy Development. The report warned that the military must be prepared for a “violent, strategic dislocation inside the United States,” which could be provoked by “unforeseen economic collapse,” “purposeful domestic resistance,” “pervasive public health emergencies” or “loss of functioning political and legal order.” The “widespread civil violence,” the document said, “would force the defense establishment to reorient priorities in extremis to defend basic domestic order and human security.”

I suspect the military is not prepared to hundreds of thousands of citizens rebelling despite whatever propaganda stories say to the contrary. If they get some real rebellions like in Greece, might see some elites fleeing in fear of their lives. It’s long over due for a revolution in England.

When you switch to an alternative currency, the people that run your society and that are working overtime to screw you, your children and grandchildren will lose their revenue and hence their influence over you.

The answer in the UK is extremely simple…
Enter into a peaceful Lawful Rebellion under Article 61 of the Magna Carta of 1215 and become a Freeman on the Land at Common Law – see http://www.tpuc.org for more info. – currently, about 200 people a day are serving the Queen with Affidavits and entering into Lawful Rebellion.
Acts of parliament are not Laws, they are Statutes – and according to Black’s Law Dictionary, a Statute is a Legislative Rule of a Society, given the Force of Law by the consent of the governed – by becoming a Freeman on the Land at Common Law you are expressly removing your consent to be ruled by Acts of parliament in a manner that has been lawful for almost 800 years! – Why do you think Statues are called ‘Acts’? – They only Act as Laws!
Once a Freeman, you are only liable to adhere to the Common Law of the Land – which in principle means you must not harm or injure another human being, cause a loss of property, or use fraud in a contract.
In addition, you can serve government agencies, such as the police, with a Notice of Understanding and Intent and a Claim of Rights to clarify any issue you want (as long as it adheres to Common Law principles) – for example, you can draw up a Fee Schedule and charge the police for your time (How does 500.00 per hour sound?)
It really is that simple – I undertook the process myself last month – peaceful non-compliance with unjust laws and non-payment of unfair taxation is the only way forward…

Article 61 of the Magna Carta 1215 is our right to peacefully and lawfully rebel, it is our protection against those in government who wish to unlawfully rule us – not lawfully govern us!! But I know people in the army and know the mentality of troops and yes they are trained to deal with the enemy but going against British people, even though I woud class myself as Scottish just wouldn’t happen. I am sorry, yes they will be at riots and at protest but there is no chance in hell anyone would be killed because that would just create 10x the anger and people to go after the government. They are aware of this and 56 million or so british people would easily defeat any army which was not intent on killing.
Since the lisbon treaty was not enforced or put through where it said that protesters can be killed legally etc….we can protest and march as much as we want.
