The mother of an 8-year-old autistic girl who was arrested after a scuffle with her teachers said it was horrifying to watch her daughter be led away in handcuffs from her northern Idaho elementary school.
Police in Bonner County, Idaho, charged the girl, Evelyn Towry, with battery after the arrest Friday at Kootenai Elementary School.
(ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW)
Even though prosecutors dismissed the case Tuesday, the family is considering legal action against the school. They say their daughter was physically restrained to the point of causing bruises and is now tormented by memories of the incident.
Spring Towry said she got to the school Friday just in time to see 54-pound Evelyn — who was diagnosed at age 5 with Asperger’s Syndrome, a high functioning form of autism — being walked to a police car with two officers at her side.

What kind of treatment is this of a child and then to dare charge her with assault on top of it. Sure the charges were dismissed, because they were ridiculous in the first place. If anyone was the victim of an assault it is the child. If anyone dared to touch my child that way, they would regret it with a lawsuit and filing charges of my own, the first : terrorizing a minor, the second charge: child abuse with intent to cause mental injury, the third charge: battery of a minor child, the fourth charge: harassment of a minor, the fifth charge: being stupid in the presence of a minor. I know the last one is fictional charge, but it still fits the crime, no?

Don’t just Consider Legal action, DO IT! My nephew just got his ass beat by SEVEN cops in DENVER for supposedly interfering with the cops investigating house thefts, but they beat his ass in his own house. NO WARRANT, NO QUESTIONS, Lots of cussing and mindless orders being thrown but NO RESPECT for ANY LAWS! These cops are just randomly approaching kids and kicking the living crap out of them for no reason whatsoever.
So, Lawsuits are being filed and they should be filed for EVERY case involving police brutality across the country so we can bleed them dry of the city, county and state funds and make this stuff STOP.

What do americans feed their 8 yr olds that puts them in a position where they can form a thread to an adult…?
What do they feed adults that puts them in a position where they loose all rational thought and in a state of total fear of 8 yr olds…?
Tazer or cuffs…are those the only solutions you can think of in handling an 8yr old? I sure hope you’re not a teacher. I also hope you do not procreate before you get yourself a proper education…

The programme is to intergrate kids with Autism into mainstream schools to help them adjust – which they never will (as a rule). However, it is impossible to adjust the teachers – they just don’t get Autism – even after a half day introduction to this terrible disorder.

I have an idea. What if what we’re reading about in the media is propaganda? Even on this site? They (N.W.O. idiots) have the power to create events, slant the news, or sometimes just plain fabricate it from thin air! There seem’s to me to be some extremely bizarre stories out there in the media, don’t you think? Now what does it say about us if we get all enraged about there propaganda stories? I say we stop playing right into there hands and stop getting upset and reacting the way they wish us to! I have no desire nor inclination to be a puppet for the globalists. How can we know what’s real and what isn’t, what’s manufactured for our benefit and what is REAL news? Read multiple sources, read press reports from foreign media, read from websites you agree with and those you don’t. Then ask God to give you the wisdom needed to sort it all out so you can make and intelligent choice on what you choose to beleive!

do not let social services near the child nor psychiatry. they will give her drugs that will make her worse. going on my personal experiences i have to say that there is conflict. the child will be challenged and it often deliberate, it is entrapment.
spree killers are made in laboratories as are most serial killers. do not let her be drugged. if she is already being treated take legal action.
she may not be getting drugged so find this out as she may have an adverse reaction to her environment, and that includes her food.
the drug companies and student health workers doctors nurses research staff all know the tricks of how to win a test subject fro their movement and selfish needs.
i am allergic to bread/dough it fucks up my head for the next day and i actually experience withdrawals over a few days which include anger.
the best solution is to flush it out by drinking water.
so health and school officials will deliberately subject the child or adult to these influences to study the subject and the reactions brought on by the intoxication from everyday food stuffs.
the child is being tortured and a scuffle with staff shows to me clearly that there is animosity towards the child.
she is reacting to her surroundings and as it is a scuffle it is an objection towards her treatment and a very brave effort it was for such a small and vulnerable child.
the drugs and psychotherapy they will give her will turn her queer and destroy any religious faith she may have and her faith and trust in her family and community.
children on medications mostly turn to or lured towards illicit drugs misuses.

i can apply all of the laws in the universal declaration of human rights to this case especially if treatments or any interferences relating to the child’s welfare has been implemented including research into the child’s tolerances towards her environment.
the child has clearly and hopefully displayed a natural intolerance towards her environment, if her reaction has been provocative of drug treatments or any other intervention out with the childs control then those responsible are looking at a mega law suite.
and truly when has a child ever been trusted to make an informed judgment about treatments of any sort by any adult?
when a child is offered food or anything that is intended for ingestion the mother and the father must first demonstrate that it is good for consumption by consuming part of the item that is offered.
if your child was on prozac and you were told you did not need it, but you rarely are, would you consume your child’s medication.
the big pharmacies and other related workers i.e. doctors psychiatrists and nurses always infer that it could be a condition that is genetically based and therefor may be present within other members of the family.
so in that respect if you object to the treatments you the parents will be next.
manic street preachers, if you tolerate this then you will be next as the control freaks always start with the kids because the big pharma browns have always preferred the children to the adults for their needs.
