Inhofe says Treasury Secretary made dire warnings in conference call on September 19th

Senator James Inhofe has revealed that Henry Paulson was behind the threats of martial law and a new great depression prior to the passage of the bailout bill, having made such warnings during a conference call on September 19th, around two weeks before the legislation was eventually approved by both the Senate and Congress.
As we reported at the time, on October 2, Democratic Congressman Brad Sherman gave a stunning speech on the House floor during which he decried the fact that, “Many of us were told in private conversations that if we voted against this bill on Monday that the sky would fall, the market would drop two or three thousand points the first day, another couple of thousand the second day, and a few members were even told that there would be martial law in America if we voted no.”
A few days before, Rep. Michael Burgess also told the House, “Mr. Speaker I understand we are under Martial Law as declared by the speaker last night,” referring to a temporary suspension of the rules and procedures of Congress by its leaders so that a bill can be passed quickly.
But the origin of the most dire warnings about physical martial law in America, to which Sherman was likely referring, has now been exposed.

Speaking on Tulsa Oklahoma’s 1170 KFAQ, when asked who was behind threats of martial law and civil unrest if the bailout bill failed, Senator James Inhofe named Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson as the source.
“Somebody in D.C. was feeding you guys quite a story prior to the bailout, a story that if we didn’t do this we were going to see something on the scale of the depression, there were people talking about martial law being instituted, civil unrest….who was feeding you guys this stuff?,” asked host Pat Campbell.
“That’s Henry Paulson,” responded Inhofe, “We had a conference call early on, it was on a Friday I think – a week and half before the vote on Oct. 1. So it would have been the middle … what was it – the 19th of September, we had a conference call. In this conference call – and I guess there’s no reason for me not to repeat what he said, but he said – he painted this picture you just described. He said, ‘This is serious. This is the most serious thing that we faced.’”
Inhofe said that Paulson told members of Congress the crisis would be “far worse than the great depression” if Congress didn’t authorize the bill to buy out toxic debt, a proposal “which he abandoned the day after he got the money,” added Inhofe.
Inhofe is referring to the controversy last week when it emerged that the bailout money was not going to buy up toxic debt but instead Paulson, the former CEO of Goldman Sachs, had pulled a bait and switch and ordered the money be injected directly into banks.
Senator Inhofe has slammed the secrecy surrounding the destination of the bailout money, saying that Hank Paulson could have given it to his friends and that the “blank check” must be cancelled now.
Inhofe is now trying to rally support for a freeze on what’s left of the initial $350 billion of bailout money with his “roll back the bailout” proposal, which will also require an affirmative vote on the part of Congress to approve Treasury’s plan for the remaining $350 billion.

Come on what ever happened to keep the change? Amazing how no one is even quetioning any of this or any of the other activities. The entire congress has been goofed upon and America gets to pay for it. Even more amazing is the amount of money they blame on the housing problem. Do the math, there is no possible way even if every mortage in america was bad that it adds up to a trillion. It is like a neighbor coming to borrow a shovel and a rake but ends up takng your wife, kids furniture, car AND home. And no ne says a thing. I finally got a response from my congress critter yesterday regarding my 3 letters to him against the bailout. As of yesterday no less he was still parroting the nonsense about “frozen credit markets” and impending collapse of the economy.
I campaigned against the idiot but here in North Florida they’d vote for pretty much anyone with an (R) after his name and he knew that.

I would like to think that this country is a hairs breath away from an all out revolution, bit it’s not. In the past, it is usually the younger generation of young adults, my generation, that coalesce and demonstrate to fight against the establishment. But now the establishment was successful in creating a generation of idiots reading beauty magazines and flexing their muscles. Congress, if you looked at what Paulsen has done with the money, there is the key to destroying the man. He has been criminal in his behavior. I have heard of bonuses being paid to executives of financial organizations who got bailout money. Wrong is wrong. Congress, step up to the plate and demand answers. Use your power to take Paulsen down.
If you guys don’t stop wasting our hard earned money, many US citizens may decide to stop paying their taxes as a protest. I bet that would get the attention of the politicians.

OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!! I have never seen so many chemtrails to start off the day. I am here in Orange County California and it’s like they are making up for not being able to spray during the fires. I am not kidding. I have NEVER seen this many and it’s only 8:30 in the morning. They are everywhere. Straight lines, crossed, big puffs, and even huge ovals. I’m tired of Paulson’s face! I watched yesterday’s panel of congress questioning him about his misuse of funds. He was unapologetic, interupted those questioning him with his long say nothing answers. He is so arrogant and cold. It was plain to see that he has divorced himself from the American public. You know what was also apparent was how scared he was. Stuttering and sputtering as he tried to come across resolute in this plan he is trying to sell everyone. Ron Paul asked Bernake is a new financial order was discussed yesterday in their meetings, and where things are headed with the dollar and whether there was talk about gold. Bernake’s lips said, No but his face said otherwise. Why not be honest and say it is being discussed as with many other plans? But no, they are pathological liars and swindlers owned by the upper crust of the scabs that rule in the shadows.
At the end of the panel meeting as Paulson was leaving he had the nerve to smile and carry on as if it was business as usual. If he and his friends and collegues were all losing their house’s he wouldn’t have put on the show he did in that panel. Hateful sod!

God I wish our Senators and Congressman would pull their heads out of their butts and draft REAL legislation to abolish the Federal Reserve, return to sound money, close down the Department of Homeland Security, repeal the Patriot Act, repeal the John Warner DEfense Authorization Act 2007, repeal the HR51 Presidential Directive, end the war in Iraq, and then PROSECUTE the entire Bush Administration, Bill Clinton (for de-regulating the Federal Reserve), and then prosecute every last one of these private bankers and their CEO cronies spread across this country.
And then we need a FULL investigation into who is in the Tri-Lateral commission, Council on Foreign Relations, the Bilderberg group and what the nature of their business dealings have been inside America.
We need dedicated and brave attorneys and lawmen from across this country to stand up to this corruption and hold the domestic enemies of this country accountable for their treasonous acts against our Republic.

Get with it people, the FED is not the problem, it’s the thieves that run the FED that is the problem. The FED crooks need to be replaced by a group who are accountable to Government, Congress and Public auditing and scrutiny. The FED needs to quit printing worthless paper and get back to basics, zero interest loans and mortgages – a non-profit organization, no leveraging, no money based on debt, run for the people by the people.
With no interest payments to line the crooks pockets and no bailouts they’ll soon crawl back into the primordial pond scum they emerged from. And…lets start making them pay taxes – or better yet, their estates. Imagine making all that money and yet they pay no tax!

Paulson triggered payment on the credit default swaps on Fannie and Freddie on 9/7/08 when he surprisingly took them over. It was a financial 9/11 attack and it has not received any attention in the media. Get the word out and look it up yourself. I can’t find anyone blogging this. It has gone completely under everyone’s radar.

Wow!!! Is the only word that can even come close to explaining what I have found. I was researching the history of the constitution last night. When I stumbled on to something that could very well be the way to fix our great country. I don’t know were to start exactly, but I will figure it out very soon.
It started with “The Effect of The District of Columbia organic act of 1871″. This act in fact was the beginning of the problem we face today. This act formed a municiple corperation that was simply put a private corperation. The corperation was refered to as “The United States Government”. This was so Congress had a means to direct private buisiness under the existing Martial law that President Lincoln had enacted in 1863. This gave them corperate abilities they would not have had otherwise.
This branch adopted it own constitution which was in fact a copy of the original constitution except it left out the 13th ammendment and adjusted th 14th 15th and 16 into the 13th 14, and 15.
This private corperation then started generating debt’s or bond’s which came due in 1912. There was 7 families that bought up all of these bond’s. These families settled the debt of this corperation with all assets of the treasury of The United States. In 1913 there was no money to operate. These same seven families forseen this problem and formed a private corperation to handle it. They convieniently called it “The Federal Reserve”.
At the same time they added a 16th ammendment to there version of the constitution which mind you is not the true constitution. They did this without any juristiction to do so in the first place. This was the beginning of the IRS. This institution is not a part of the real government it’s a branch of the private corperation that calls itself The United States Government. They later used this same method to form the Social Security Act. Do you see were I am going with this?
Did you know that this same private corperation is who is running our country today. The point I am trying to make here is they have lead us into believing they are our government. But in fact they are not at all in control. Most of the true congressional seat’s have sat vacant since the early 1900’s, since 1970 . Even the true president of America sit’s Vacant to this day. Tell me this don’t facinate you huh.
This bring a very peaceful solution to everything wrong with this country. All we have to do is reseat the original juristition government. The government bound by the constitution will put an end to all this private corperation has brought on us.
I am now starting to a extremely effective peaceful method of winning this silent war we are fighting. I hope you will look into this for yourself. There are plenty of sites to find out for yourself. I would start by going to http://www.teamlaw.org and reading the WARN newsletter. Then The Patriot Myth’s #22 These are very indepth and will take some time to read. Both will send shivers down your spine once you start to see the bigger picture. After you have send the link to everyone you know. We can each make a difference by educating people to the true workings of our great country. We can use the very law’s implemented by our great constitution to peacefully take back our country. Please don’t take my word for it research it for yourself.
This could very well be the unconventional weapon that all the profit’s have predicted this war will be won with.
