Pentagon preps for economic warfare

The Pentagon sponsored a first-of-its-kind war game last month focused not on bullets and bombs — but on how hostile nations might seek to cripple the U.S. economy, a scenario made all the more real by the global financial crisis.

The two-day event near Ft. Meade, Maryland, had all the earmarks of a regular war game. Participants sat along a V-shaped set of desks beneath an enormous wall of video monitors displaying economic data, according to the accounts of three participants.

“It felt a little bit like Dr. Strangelove,” one person who was at the previously undisclosed exercise told POLITICO.

But instead of military brass plotting America’s defense, it was hedge-fund managers, professors and executives from at least one investment bank, UBS – all invited by the Pentagon to play out global scenarios that could shift the balance of power between the world’s leading economies.

Their efforts were carefully observed and recorded by uniformed military officers and members of the U.S. intelligence community.

In the end, there was sobering news for the United States – the savviest economic warrior proved to be China, a growing economic power that strengthened its position the most over the course of the war-game.

The United States remained the world’s largest economy but significantly degraded its standing in a series of financial skirmishes with Russia, participants said.

The war game demonstrated that in post-Sept. 11 world, the Pentagon is thinking about a wide range of threats to America’s position in the world, including some that could come far from the battlefield.

   China is already kicking America’s butt

   thanks to our sell out leaders, and our re-locating all our factories

   They are worried about hostile nations trying to hurt our economy, Whoa. I believe our own government is reeking havoc and being pretty hostile to our economy. What could other nations do that would be worse than our own nation’s actions? Hmmmmmmm.

   With the balloon heads we have in congress this is probably the financial wargame scenario.
   All the big wigs are gathered around a Monopoly board. When banking rolls the dice they move the mini bank peice around the board and some Chinaman tries to steal a green house off the board. The Rushski uses slight of hand to rob the Jew who of course is the other banker controlling the money for the game. Oh this is really high tech shit, not to worry, we are all safe.
   Meantime in the real world, Paulson and Bernankee and the boys are actually stealing Trillions for themselves. But pay no attention to them, pay no attention to the Jew behind the curtain. Instead villanize the Chinese and Russians.
   We screwed up and the rest of the world had to use our currency as reserve or world currency. Can you imagine how screwed the U.S. would be if world currency would have been the Yuan or Ruble? Bankster greed really did us in this time.

   all they need to do is take aim at their own raisin faced old fart bosses at the federal reserve, but then the top brass might not be able to tough it out without their paychecks and perks and kick backs that they are paid off with.

   It’s not the “U.S.” military anymore (assuming it ever was to begin with).

   It’s now the international banking cartel’s military.

   This cannot be stressed enough.

   The glorified goons-for-hire using “war games” to practice OPPRESSING THE AMERICAN PEOPLE on behalf of the very criminal bankers who *engineered* this economic crisis in the first place are TRAITORS to the very U.S. Constitution they took an oath to uphold, and therefore do not even deserve to be called “Americans.”

   So don’t say you’re “just following orders,” traitors to America! That excuse didn’t fly at Nuremberg, and it doesn’t fly here!
