‘Non-cooperative humans’ doesn’t refer to your political bent. It just serves to differentiate between searching for humans who want to be found (accident victims, quake survivors) and those who are actively trying to avoid being found (criminals, enemy troops).

Chicken shits? You’re a fool if you don’t think this thing will come after you one day, criminal or not, it’s a CONTROL mechanism, world domination is well on its way and I’d like to fear its potential because that may help me one day, while you’re out there fishing and ignoring the reality of what is coming I will be more ready for this in my home than you will be carrying fish to your truck where one may be waiting, loaded with weapons and takes you and your fish out, just for practice.

This is the wave of the future, I have first hand knowledge about projects such as these, and this technology will be a part of the not so distant future.

Bottom line is if you’re a criminal or engaging in criminal activity, don’t fear the reaper. It’s coming.
