Police ’secretly taped Damian Green arrest’

The controversy over the arrest of Tory frontbencher Damian Green took a new twist today after it emerged the arresting officers were wearing sound recording equipment at the time.
Police arrested and held shadow immigration minister Green for nine hours last month in connection with a Home Office leak inquiry. It prompted Tory accusations of “heavy-handed tactics” by Scotland Yard and piled pressure on the officer in charge of the probe, Assistant Commissioner Bob Quick.
In a statement today, the Metropolitan police said a tape recording of Green’s arrest was made “without his knowledge”.
The issue had now been referred to the UK’s covert surveillance watchdog “for their advice”, the force added.

The Met said: “A tape sound recording was made of the MP’s arrest and subsequent period in police charge, without his knowledge, prior to arrival at Belgravia police station from Kent.
“This was authorised at superintendent level to provide an accurate record of anything that may have been said by officers or the MP over a period of nearly two and a half hours.
“This was done with the best of intentions but to ensure total transparency this matter has been voluntarily referred to the Office of the Surveillance Commissioners for their advice.”

What if you or I secretly taped our arrest?
You and I know that they can change the tape to say whatever they want. Come on, you are not fooling anyone with that “total transparency” crap!

What a crock. In the interest of “total transparency,” their previously covert, potentially illegal (don’t know if so in UK) and non-transparent operation (done with the “best of intentions” of course) has been referred to the fox guarding the henhouse. Keep a close eye fellow Americans! This is our future. The best intentions on the part of the government has NOTHING to do with the liberty of the private citizen and EVERYTHING to do with tyranny. I’m surprised (but thankful) that Dr. Ron Paul hasn’t already had some “accident.” We need to ensure that if he ever is, the next high-profile person who stands against government tyranny and stands up for personal freedom steps right up to take his place.

Most child who’re do well in life it is their victims a children and adults that lead tortured lives I do not think that any child who’re that does well in his or her occupation and later in life like the scum that are employed by the police the NHS the social services and especially child care. If you invite self proclaimed survivors who bear no real scars for their conscious acts you are inviting paedophiles into your home and life. You are also dealing with paedophiles every time you deal with the police the judiciary the health and social care services and journalists that frequent the Tun bar on Holyrood road Edinburgh Scotland in fact when you deal with all local and national authorities. So the children are already in danger and by that I do not mean all of them.

operation avalanche USA resulted in operation ore UK the list of internet and practicing pedophiles for the UK operation ore was not the full list provided by the FBI. the UK police judiciary and prosecution services omitted names from the original to protect their colleagues, this is a fact as i have spoken to the FBI and they said i know most of them where i am and that i would recognize the judges who are pedophiles because i have seen them already.
