Poorest Americans could be fined under Obamacare

The latest criticism of the Obamacare act comes after a glitch was discovered embedded deep in the writing of the law. Thousands of families could become uninsured if their employer’s coverage is too expensive and they aren’t able to recieve financial assistance from the government to buy private health insurance of their own. Dean Clancy, the Vice President of Public Policy for Freedomworks joins us for a closer look at some of the other criticisms about the legislation.
