Powers won’t wait for Iran to build nuclear weapon: Obama

US President Barack Obama cranked up pressure on Iran by saying Friday world leaders were “appalled” at post-poll violence and would not stand idly by while Iran builds a nuclear weapon.
Welcoming a rare consensus on Iran among the globe’s most powerful nations at the L’Aquila summit, Obama told reporters he hoped Tehran would recognize that “world opinion is very clear”.

The G8 joint declaration expressed “serious concern” over post-election violence in Iran but called for a negotiated resolution to the standoff over Tehran’s nuclear programme, giving it until September’s G20 summit.
“And that’s been always our premise, is that we provide that door,” said Obama.

So clear… That’s why he was trying to kiss Russia’s furry ass recently. It won’t work. Russia will stick with Iran. This is gonna lead to America’s downfall, as the bible predicts. Iran/Russia will hit Israel and US.

Do you honestly think Russia or any country for that matter can fight against the US in a war? I’m here to tell you if you think they can you are dead wrong. There isn’t a single country on earth that can fight against America. Aside from nuclear war which no one really wins I think, we would mop the floor with Russia, China, Iran and anyone else out there dumb enough to bring down our hammer on themselves.

Russia’s ICBMs are more advanced than US nukes. Russian ICBMs have a technology where each ICBM has its missles that are equipped with interception dodging technology. Basically, an American shield is worthless against Russian nukes. That and the Russian and Chinese secretly have been developing their nuke arsenal with superior delivery technology to American nukes.

Even if what you say is true, if the war goes nuclear we all lose. But in a conventional war there isn’t a nation or group of nations on the planet that can fight against America by itself. This is a fact. Russia doesn’t want any of us why do you think all they do is talk and puff out there chests? Where as America does stuff we build missile shields, take over other countries and such.

Brandon, I not only think they can fight, I think that they can mop the floor with our ass. The military is too stretched out as it is, fighting wars on multiple fronts, for years. Russia is basically just letting the US fly over Russia to get to Iran and Afghanistan because they KNOW that if those guys can whip the Mother Land’s ass, they will do it to the stupid American’s or bankrupt the country in the process. Opps, they have already done that. So, Russia is just giving the American’s the defeat they want, by letting them fly over to their doom. The enemy of my enemy is my friend motif, but more over, let them kick America’s ass, and when they are finished, and the wars have drained the American people dry, and left their military weak, and scattered, then they can come in, if they wish, and take over the US fairly quickly, with little resistance. A few of those nukes they are talking about destroying a couple to the US a couple to Israel to help solidify relations with Iran, and an America so weakened that it can’t defend it’s self… sounds like this foreign policy is going to end up with the USA being conquered, either physically, or financially or both.

Interesting that we find Iran’s policy against protestors “appalling” while nothing is mentioned about the situation going on in China! Would we dare threaten them for THEIR civil rights policies? Iran is in a no-win situation. Israel and the US are giving Iran no alternatives! Iran is being bullied by nations who already possess nukes – talk about terrorism! Iran, as a sovereign nation and belonging to the non-proliferation treaty, is well within their rights to produce nuclear power. Who is actually doing all the threatening here? Iran is in a defensive position. Israel already has their agenda planned. It is just a matter of time!

Iran is the “Bully”, the real victims are Iranian people being torture, jailed and killed by their ruling mullahs. Two Christians sisters are jailed in Iran for being Christians! you people going about Gitmo etc. and no one says a thing about Iranian people being assaulted by their govt aka mullahs.
Read up on John Bolton about Iran and wake up and see the truth, it is not hidden, its right up front in your face, you just need to open your eyes and use logic.

Apparently there are some real military insiders here who regularly inspect the nuclear arsenals of Russia and China. The very idea that Russia is more technologically advanced that the US is preposterous at best. Why don’t you visit a few of their naval harbors before you make such asinine statements. American ballistic technology is adequate to eliminate any country on Planet Earth, our submarines alone could level China and Russia in one salvo. Yes, my father served on one and he was very proud of our superior technology. The Chinese are too stupid to develop their own weapon systems they STEAL everything regardless of patent law or common decency. The Chinese will fail in their quest to be world leader and Russia is impotent and they know it. As for the bible it serves best as toilet tissue it certainly does not predict an Iranian/Russian strike how fucking stupid can you get?

That’s bull. RUSSIA has been the only country at G8 not to express any remark that would actually be a veiled barked order at Iran, but the AFP is not short of another falsification.
What Russia did was raise the question of world wide nuclear weaponry, including Israel.
