New revelations have shed more light on weather modification programs, also referred to as geo-engineering, commonly called chem-trails. The “new” terminology, ‘Precipitation Enhancement‘, has revealed government and governmental contractors have been dispersing chemicals into the atmosphere on a regular basis for decades, dating back to the 1950’s. This article is an attempt to remove the conspiracy theory label that has been attached to very real man-made phenomenon of weather modification.
Precipitation Enhancement programs are ongoing in Texas, California, Australia, China, Iran, and many other locations worldwide. The following programs are documented, and the websites below list the flight missions over Central and South Texas:
There are currently at least 10 precipitation programs underway in Texas, covering more than 50 million acres, under the Edwards Aquifer Authority since 1999. California has cloud seeding programs underway under the authority of Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E).
Water management is the supposed justification for many of these programs, but upon further investigation, flash flooding and severe thunderstorms are typical results. This link takes you to a summary of some of the missions over South and Central Texas, and if you open the first two Daily Reports (PDFs), flash floods, and severe storms the precipitation enhancement missions caused are documented. As a side note, flood insurance in Texas is hard to obtain.
The U.S. Military has been involved in weather modification for half a century, and the extent to which they have progressed is still unknown, however we do know that droughts, floods and general degradation of enemy forces are a few objectives the Air Force can produce. This document describes the known uses for military applications of weather modification, and this link will take you to a database of weather modification PDFs.
Waylon “Ben” Livingston, aka the father of weather weapons, in an interview with documentary film-maker Alex Jones, admitted the weather was being modified around the world, using what was learned a half-decade ago flooding the Ho Chi Minh trail in Vietnam.
We now have documentation revealing Geo-engineering (1), (2), (3), (4), Weather Modification (5), and Precipitation Enhancement (6), from governments, universities, private companies and public companies such as water districts. The debate about whether or not chemicals are being dispersed in our sky on a regular basis should now shift to focusing on what recourse we the people have to stop these unnatural and harmful secret programs.
As stated above, “Local, non-permanent changes, such as precipitation enhancement, hail suppression, fog and cloud dispersal, are permitted under the U.N. treaty banning weather modification”, conveniently enough, due to legal loopholes. If you obtain a permit, you can modify the weather, just be sure to follow the 200 pages of guidelines.

I don’t believe it for a moment…of course cloud-seeding has been going on for decades! Chem-trails are NOT cloud-seeding…unless they are seeding the clouds with heavy metals aluminum, barium, not to mention the molds and bacteria that have been discovered in the chem-trails. Yes, most people are complacent enough or just plain stupid enough to believe that the chem-trails are just innocent cloud-seeding…they can’t see beyond their own personal horizon to realize that these programs are taking place in EVERY major city in the U.S….and in other countries around the world!! They are “drugging” the air, just as they have “drugged” the water systems throughout the U.S. and the result is a population of mentally ill zombies, that accept every bit of the never-ending stream of propaganda being fed to them via television and radio.

Oh nah nah bro, wasnt much a rebuttal heh, it was more in agreement, I do believe they are putting stuff in the air, all kinds of stuff. what i meant though was at first you mentioned something other than barium or something to that effect, so i brought in silver. hell barium just tops it off lol. On the poisoned water note, our neighboring city (15 miles away) is freaking out right now, due to a recent find of 50 ppm of chromium over reg in their well water but I cant link that to chem trails, Im guessing it came from directional drilling tools unless chromium was dropped in a huge concentration which id doubt…since its mostly used with stainless steel. anyway thanks for the links.

Get a good reverse osmosis system…I have an 8 stage one. There’s chemtrails almost DAILY where I live in TN. I notice that clouds will not form AT ALL on their own now until they are put there via the chemicals. When they spray heavily we have very strong winds, heavy rain, tornadoes. I am sick of it!!!!!

Not only do they use silver iodide for cloud seeding, but they typically seed CLOUDS, not empty blue sky. Not to mention they don’t seed at 30,000 ft or above. AND, they use smaller aircraft for delivery. Usually prop planes. Chem-trails are certainly not cloud seeding.

The reality is, man can do little if anything to influence the weather. Yeah, man is a pest and can irritate things here or there, but at the end of the day man is at the mercy of the elements/earth/universe. The Creator can not be outdone.
Yeah these chemtrails are a pain, but people need to be educated so we can put a stop to whatever it is that is going on that is bad.

I go along with what you say, but i would re-phrase it:
humans cannot control the weather, but maybe can influence it a bit.
The problem is the dodgy chemicals they are using in their attampt to control.
The weather we get depends on more than chemical composition, the high and low pressure systems, prevailing winds, geographic location, time of year, etc, etc…..

This just brings the Illuminati one step closer to being God….They create life by cloning…they speak with the celestial, and now they are modifying the natural occurrence of weather…what next?
I believe this is more than just mere weather modification, as most have already concluded above, these chemtrails have multiple purposes, stemming from working in conjunction with HAARP, modifying weather like the pressure system, depopulation by spreading bacteria and viruses through these trails.
I first noticed chemtrails not by the hype, but I noticed in 2004, I live in Eastern Canada, and I decided to look up plane trails….then I read about contrails, which I’ve known these and were familiar with them, but then these “contrails” appeared to be MUCH more noticeable, and would lurk around all day, with patterns, and eventually spreading across the sky….I also believe these chemtrails all have different uses, and they select what chemical they want for that area, whether its to do with weather, or poisoning us…..
They Poisoned our food…..They Poisoned our water…..Now they are POISONING our air….how much more fuckin shit are we going to take? I’m sorry but I know violence is not the answers, but we need to exterminate these evil fucks, because I’m sick of living in a world full of evil fuckin inbred lunatics who don’t see the populace as equal….They think they are superior because of their knowledge and “enlightenment” well…..Fuck them! I know enough truth to know this world will never get better unless the people stand up….sure we’ll look like “crazies” but we already are looked as irrational, and just nuts, so its about time we fight for truth…..

Chemtrails are attacking your reproductive organs for the ‘purpose’ of sterility. What starts out with these folks to be ‘ethical’ or for ‘experimental purposes’ for good (questionable)reason, turns out to be ‘deadly’. Photographs of vague rainbow-looking clouds is nothing pretty, but Ethylene Dibromide – dangerous stuff not to mention the barium, aluminum, arson and everything else that’s going into them. We’re not going to get the kind of world you’re talking about until Jesus comes and takes control. THEN justice will be done, fairness will rule, and happiness and contentment will be attainable. Of course the control freaks and people who enjoy sinning won’t like it. But that’s their problem and it doesn’t stop destiny from coming.
I’ve been through pain and suffering that people 80 years old haven’t seen, so I know what I’m talking about. But I’m not going to use it as an excuse to play victim or give up. My choices are still my own no matter what anyone else has done to me, and God will hold me accountable for them – and no one else.
My point is that even in the face of such blatant wickedness BEHIND the corrupt government, the military and media, making the choice to live as a Christian still puts me ahead of the game. There are too few of us to bring about a change in the world system. But we can affect the small areas around us with kindness and let it ripple out.

Why would California PG&E need to do anything with weather?
I was in Moscow for Air Force Day in the late 1990s. The weather was supposed to be heavy rains, but I was informed the government would be inducing rain elsewhere so their air show could go on. The sky was overcast, but not rainy, and you could feel the pressure was a little off. It was interesting. They caused the rain elsewhere to keep the skies clear and I was told they had been doing it for years. They said it often made people feel strange due to the unnatural change in pressure. Yes, I am right with my Maker. And I marvel that He provides — in nature ! — what I need to restore my poor battered body. I nearly died from problems caused by a disfunctional thyroid — which is CAUSED by poison in our waters…poison (fluoride) that is required by law ! talk about idiotic ! I’m on man-made meds now & much improved, but am learning about natural things that will actually detox my body of fluoride. Please do some research, friends, you can only benefit. And stock up on tincture of iodine soon. The pharmacist will tell you it’s “for external use only”. note that fluoride accumulates over time in the pineal gland (Google Dr. Jennifer Luke’s research), which decides — among other things — the onset of puberty & the production of melatonin (sleep hormone). Looks like OUR atmosphere is being polluted much worse by the govts than by the populations. If they have been geo engineering for so long and there is global warming/cooling, then it has been caused by chemical spraying. We have a right to breath clean air free of harmful chemical compounds, or does that make me an environmental extremist? Why not dye the ocean white to reflect heat?

In Belgrade, Serbia too. My wife and I regularly follow chemtrail activities over our house. Yesterday the sky was full of chemtrails, and we had a shower and a thunderstorm last night. Many planes are flying over to the nearby airport, so we starting noticing this phenomena about a year ago, and kept looking ever since every time a plane files over. Unfortunately, nobody we talked to ever noticed anything wrong going up in the skies. Or in the world, for that matter…

I remeber seeing chemtrails as a boy of around 7 years, I’m 46 now.
My mother told me they where just normal and nothing to be afraid of but even then I couldn’t grasp why only some planes did this !
So yes it has been going on a while.

They are not seeding clouds, they spray on clear days. Time to move out of the city if you can. Here in Memphis, TN the Mississippi River is at flood stage. We have had more than enough rain, but the chemtrail activity has increased. This is not about seeding clouds! I think I’ll call the National Guard at the airport about them. They have huge planes, suspect the’re the ones doing the dirty work. Tried calling city and state health departments about this activity, was told it was just fog. ha!ha!
