On his show today, Alex Jones read an email sent by a listener. “I work at the National Institutes of Health and we received an email about the upcoming International Swine Flu Conference that will be occurring in Washington, D.C. Aug 19 – Aug 21, 2009,” the listener writes. “They’re talking about mass fatality management and continuity of government. They’re going to hit us with a massive biological false flag attack.”

The email contains a PDF attachment of a brochure for the Swine Flu Conference. Breakout sessions detailed on the brochure include discussions on mass fatality planning, business continuity planning, and COOP or Continuity of Operations and Continuity of Government Planning. Additional sessions cover enforced quarantines, mass vaccinations, and how to “control and diffuse social unrest and public disorder.” The brochure is also available for download on the International Swine Flu Conference website sponsored by ISFC New-Fields Exhibitions.
“Top leaders and key decision-makers of major companies representing a broad range of industries will meet with distinguished scientists, public health officials, law enforcers, first responders, and other experts to discuss pandemic prevention, preparedness, response and recovery at the 1st International Swine Flu Conference,” the website announces.
The conference is further evidence the government plans to launched a false flag attack under the cover of an engineered H1N1 flu pandemic and impose martial law.

On July 25, the Los Angeles Times reported the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention expects the flu pandemic expected this autumn to kill hundreds of thousands. “The number of potential deaths is much higher than that usually seen in seasonal flu, which kills an estimated 36,000 Americans a year, and is even higher than the nation’s most recent pandemic.” The 1957 pandemic of Asian flu killed 70,000. The 1918 Spanish Flu claimed between 500,000 to 675,000 lives in the United States.
The CDC has announced that it will no longer keep track of the number of people killed by the virus. “Health officials from the CDC said the virus was too widespread to continue counting,” the Digital Journal reported. “Health experts say millions have likely been infected worldwide.”
The U.S. government has bought 195 million doses of H1N1 swine flu vaccine for a possible autumn vaccination campaign, a U.S. federal official told Reuters on July 23. The U.S. Health and Human Services Department has also contracted for 120 million doses of adjuvant, a compound to stretch the number of doses of vaccine.

In late 2007, the Bush administration issued a “directive” establishing a “National Strategy for Public Health and Medical Preparedness” based on Biodefense for the 21st Century. Prior to this, in May of 2007, the U.S. military had the foresight to “plan for a possible avian flu pandemic that could kill as many as three million people in the United States in as little as six weeks,” according to Yahoo News. Guidelines and “planning assumptions for US military services and combatant commands” were published in a document entitled “Implementation Plan for Pandemic Influenza.”
“Possible scenarios include US troops being called in to put down riots, guard pharmaceutical plants and shipments, and help restrict the movement of people inside the country and across its borders,” Yahoo summarizes. “The plan envisions fast moving, catastrophic waves of disease that would overwhelm health facilities and cripple the ability of state and local authorities to provide even basic commodities or services.”
The “hidden agenda consists in using the threat of a pandemic and/or the plight of a natural disaster as a pretext to establish military rule” and “suspend Constitutional government and allow the Military to intervene in civilian affairs in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act,” author Michel Chossudovsky wrote in 2005.

This will call public attention to the plans for the epidemic, and maybe even make them stop it.

Wouldn’t change a single thing. In 1985 the UK government decided to impose the “Anglo Irish Agreement” on the Protestant majority in Northern Ireland. They were outraged and marched en masse on Belfast, carpeting the city with people in all directions, where they waved some flags and banners, uttered angry words, and then quietly dispersed with the agreement intact and subsequently replaced by another one that eventually led to the IRA’s political wing, Sinn Feinn, sharing power in the province.

They had these kinds of conference for the Y2K bug, when it was predicted hospital systems will grind to a halt, radar systems and missile launchers would fail.

At this level of management, these people will do anything for an excuse to go off an on a jolly for a few days, get away from the family and buy some gifts for the kids. And they make themselves look busy by writing papers, holding conferences and spending some time schmoozing. And they can cover their asses by saying, “well I attended the conference and took the course.”

I used to work in the public sector and trained like this for all sorts of mega-disaster scenarios. During Gulf War 1, we gamed for a nuke strike on the city and mass radiation casualties at the hospital. In the army, we gamed for civil war scenarios and even guerilla warfare against the US if they invaded. People do this stuff to keep busy that’s all.

There is nothing in this document that indicates in any way that there is a false flag attack, whatever that is. Every topic at this conference will be of vital concern should the swine flu virus becomes highly virulent or should the bird flu virus become highly communicable. What you would you prefer? That there be no planning for such possibilities? Why does everyone who follows this site seem to be so totally paranoid?

has anyone else read the news today? UK Swine Flu reports are DROPPING!! down about 300 this week,
so pray tell? why? would they be expecting a continued rise???? In Australia too, our new cases are down.
The VACCINE is what will trigger the resurgence they keep seeming to want to happen, at this rate. I also see that NO mutations are reported in any UK and Aus cases. hmm?

This idea of a widespread disease facilitating the use of martial law to circumvent state sovereignty is a extremely disconcerting one. When contemplating the source of such a disease, which for all we know could have been manufactured, it serves to corroborate the so-called paranoia of so-called conspiracy theorists, some of whom expound the idea that the “The FEMA Coffins” story ties in directly to this one, and hearkens back to the overall idea of using the threat of a pandemic and/or the plight of a natural disaster as a pretext to establish military rule.

Did anyone give any credence to its a bio weapon ?engineered by alquada ?, which is being said by some scientists in addition it is designed to kill people 18 – 40 or there about ,not children, not the old , but “army age”. If alquada had any idea they could designee a flu of this type by mixing genetic material from the 1922 pandemic the kidney material of a particular age and gender individuals they wanted it to infect and the bird or swine flu do you thing they would attempt it? if the attempted it do you thin the could have perfected it in eight years?.

The public needs to be reassured that regulatory procedures in place for the licensing of pandemic vaccines, including procedures for expediting regulatory approval, are rigorous and do not compromise safety or quality controls.
Vaccines are among the most important medical interventions for reducing illness and deaths during a pandemic. However, to have the greatest impact, pandemic vaccines need to be available quickly and in large quantities.

During the 1957 and 1968 pandemics, vaccines arrived too late to be used as an effective mitigation tool during the more severe phases of the pandemics. Influenza vaccines had not yet been developed when the 1918 pandemic swept around the world, eventually killing an estimated 50 million people.
In 2007, as part of preparedness for an influenza pandemic, WHO worked together with health officials, regulatory authorities, and vaccine manufacturers to explore a broad range of issues surrounding the regulatory approval of pandemic vaccines. [1]
Ways were sought to shorten the time between the emergence of a pandemic virus and the availability of safe and effective vaccines. Different regulatory pathways were assessed, and precautions needed to ensure quality, safety, and effectiveness were set out in detail.
Fast-track procedures for approval
Regulatory authorities have shown great flexibility in developing procedures for fast-tracking the approval and licensing of pandemic vaccines.
In some cases, pandemic vaccines are not regarded by regulatory authorities as entirely “new” vaccines, as they build on the technology used to produce vaccines for seasonal influenza, established procedures for testing and regulatory control, and an extensive body of safety data.
In such cases, approval procedures are similar to those applied to “strain changes” made each year when seasonal vaccines are modified to match circulating viruses in the Northern and Southern Hemispheres.
Specific regulatory procedures have been devised to expedite the approval of pandemic vaccines. In the USA, for example, fewer data are required when the manufacturer already has a licensed influenza vaccine and intends to use the same manufacturing process for its pandemic vaccine.
In the European Union, the European Medicines Agency uses a rolling review procedure whereby manufacturers can submit sets of data for regulatory review as they become available, without having to wait until all data can be submitted together in a single formal application.
Also in Europe, some manufacturers have conducted advance studies using a so-called “mock-up” vaccine. Mock-up vaccines contain an active ingredient for an influenza virus that has not circulated recently in human populations and thus mimics the novelty of a pandemic virus. Such advance studies can greatly expedite regulatory approval.
Special safety concerns
Influenza vaccines have been used for more than 60 years and have an established record of safety in all age groups. While some serious adverse events have been reported, these have been rare.
Nonetheless, special safety issues will inevitably arise during a pandemic when vaccine is administered on a massive scale. For example, adverse events too rare to show up even in a large clinical trial may become apparent when very large numbers of people receive a pandemic vaccine.
Some adverse events will be coincidental – that is, associated in time with vaccine administration, yet not directly caused by the vaccine. Genuine adverse events directly caused by the vaccine may also occur, but cannot be predicted in advance. Given the safety record of seasonal vaccines, such events are expected to be rare.
Time constraints mean that clinical data at the time when pandemic vaccines are first administered will inevitably be limited. Further testing of safety and effectiveness will need to take place after administration of the vaccine has begun.
For these reasons, WHO advises all countries administering pandemic vaccines to conduct intensive monitoring for safety and efficacy, and many countries have plans in place for doing so. On the positive side, mass vaccination campaigns can generate significant safety data within a few weeks.
International sharing of data from such post-marketing surveillance will be vital in guiding risk-benefit assessments and determining whether changes in vaccination policies are needed. WHO has developed standardized protocols for data collection and reporting in real-time, and will communicate findings to the international community via its web site.

Dutch main government advisory health organisation (RIVM) has lowered allert level from swine “mexican” flu to “normal flu” level.
The director of this RIVM is running for WHO head for Europe.
So don’t know how to match this, what is going on.
People who have Mexican Flu don’t have to be reported any more and Mexican flu is going to be treated as normal flu, not any more with Tamilflu doses.
Al Dutch people will get a paper in the mail containing information about the Mexican flu and the new ruling.
The Netherlands is considered one of the most Big Brother organised countries in Europe. Our passports now have RFI chips and we all need to put our fingerprint in our passport. The minister of Justice Hirsch Ballin who decided this last issue has been called to explain the fingerprint database of the complete civilisation at the Humanrights commision of the United Nations. However they have only asked him “concerned question” and not demanded that he would cease and desist this dangerous new law.

I’m only 17 and people of my age are really negligent about not turning away from these FALSE vaccinations. I heard they contain substances that is fatally virulent that’s a lot worse than the flu itself ( I know most of you already know that, I did too because I knew this whole time, it was all man-made and nobody listened to me) This also might be another substitution for the RFID chip implantation, who knows what’s also included in those doses but I could be wrong.
