A south side Indianapolis explosion that killed two people is now a homicide investigation with two rewards being offered, Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry said Monday night.
Investigators spoke to Richmond Hill residents Monday night before briefing the media on the development in the investigation.
Curry said investigators are looking for the public’s help with any information about a white van seen in the subdivision. Officials want to know who was inside.
Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms is offering a $10,000 reward for an arrest and conviction in the case.
