Provocateur Cops Caught Disguised As Anarchists At G20
Authorities again attempt to provoke chaos at global summits to justify brutal police crackdown

Shocking video has emerged of cops posing as anarchist protesters at the G20 Summit in Pittsburgh, in yet another example of authorities attempting to provoke chaos at global summits in order to justify a brutal police crackdown.
Footage from Saturday night shows three burly older men who look completely out of place with black bandanas over their face walking alongside young protesters during a march against police brutality in a You Tube clip entitled “G20 Epic Undercover Police Fail”.
The clip would be hilarious if it was not so disturbing. Protesters walking behind what are obviously badly disguised cops claim they broke cameras and acted aggressively towards genuine protesters, as well as carrying gas canisters. During a peaceful demonstration on Saturday night, riot cops savagely attacked protesters with batons and rubber bullets while also assaulting and arresting students who weren’t even part of the demonstration.

At one point one of the undercover cops states, “Let’s not make this too much fun, I’m tired, I’m getting old.”
“Do you think it’s funny to mock our First Amendment rights, asks a demonstrator as onlookers begin to become aware that the men are obviously police officers dressed up as anarchists.
At every single major summit over the past few years, authorities have inserted agent provocateurs into protest groups in order to spy on them and if necessary, provoke violence to justify oppressive police brutality in the eyes of the watching world.
We have documented numerous different occasions where the leadership of the black bloc anarchists were actually working with the authorities to provide a pretext for a police state crackdown.

During the previous G20 protest in London, black bloc anarchists were allowed by police to smash up bank buildings while being accompanied by more press photographers than other protesters in what was obviously a stage-managed spectacle for mass consumption, while legitimate protest groups were refused “permits” to protest by the government.
Following the SPP protests in Canada two years ago, Quebec provincial authorities were forced to admit that three rock-wielding black mask-wearing “anarchists” were in fact police infiltrators used to gather information on protesters.
Video shows two of the provocateurs pick up rocks and try to incite violence before they are outed as cops by legitimate demonstrators. The two thugs then tried to slip behind police lines before their fellow officers were forced to stage their arrest. Again, the fact that they were cops in disguise was later admitted by authorities. Alex Jones’ film Police State 2: The Takeover exposed how the black bloc anarchists were completely infiltrated and provocateured by the authorities during the violent 1999 WTO protests in Seattle.
The authorities declared a state of emergency, imposed curfews and resorted to nothing short of police state tactics in response to a small minority of hostile black bloc hooligans. Police allowed the black bloc to run riot in downtown Seattle while they concentrated on preventing the movement of peaceful protestors. The film presents clear evidence that the black bloc anarchist group was actually controlled by the state and used to demonize peaceful protesters. Watch the video below.
At the WTO protests in Genoa 2001 a protestor was killed after being shot in the head and run over twice by a police vehicle. The Italian Carabinere also later beat on peaceful protestors as they slept, and even tortured some, at the Diaz School. It later emerged that the police fabricated evidence against the protesters, claiming they were anarchist rioters, to justify their actions. Some Carabiniere officials have since come forward to say they knew of infiltration of the so called black bloc anarchists, and that fellow officers acted as agent provocateurs.
At the Free Trade Area of Americas protests in Miami in late November 2003, more provocateuring was evident. The United Steelworkers of America calling for a congressional investigation, stated that the police intentionally caused violence and arrested and charged hundreds of peaceful protestors. The USWA suggested that billions of dollars supposedly slated for Iraq reconstruction funds are actually being used to subsidize “homeland repression” in America.
Despite being caught over and over again dressed up as anarchists and posing as protesters, authorities are still content to use agent provocateurs in a desperate and underhanded attempt to make heightening levels of police brutality somehow appear as a legitimate response. Since this maneuver has now been totally discredited and everyone is fully aware of it, it’s unlikely that they will be able to get away with it at all for future protests.

Most of this stuff happens because the people in charge believe in the lesser evil for the greater good. And at the end of the day, most ordinary people do too. That is the real problem. Individuals make up groups, and not vice versa. Lesser evils that affect individuals in order for the greater good of the group, still affect the group.

They use hand signals, so you better know them too. I live in Pittsburgh and last Saturday talked with a cop that was working security at a sub shop in police uniform, which is allowed but limited to so many hours so a lot of cops do it for extra cash.
I asked “what did you think of the police actions during the G20?” He said he didn’t really like it. I told him you guys really lost the hearts and minds of a lot of civilians that normally would give you the benefit of the doubt in most any situation. The news showed one thing, but we that live here and were sound blasted in our own homes with our kids know the real story. He just looked sad, sincerely sad like he didn’t know what to say.
I said I know the feds demand a lot of you and you feel like you can’t say no. He said that is true and upsets a lot of the police, especially during G20. He said that if it really hits the fan he would be shoulder to shoulder with people like me.
I told him I would like to believe that but they all just failed one Hell of a first test here in Pittsburgh. And as has been reported at other events around the USA, most other police departments have failed this test as well.
I told the guy that the people are eventually going to start taking names as they get sick and tired of being overtly treated as slaves by our own peace officers.
I have friends in the military that say they would never do stuff like that, they would stand around and ignore everything, and certainly would never attack or disarm Americans. I believe them, too bad all the military people I trust are stuck guarding poppy fields in Afghanistan where they cannot help their family, friends, and neighbors.
I have been aware of this type of stuff, but now it has hit my backyard. I am going to start going around to police and asking them to sign onto oath keepers and start taking names and badge numbers of those that do not intend to uphold the US Constitution. I am not going to sit by as this take over happens in my city, I am going to start confronting these cops before they swap rubber bullets and mace for #00 buckshot. Call me weird, but I do not want to get shot by my local peace officer because he was too chicken shit to refuse an illegal, unConstitutional order.
To all police out there, do not be scared to stand up for the Constitution and the rights of civilians. Go public if you are refused the ability to deny unConstitutional orders, the people will be on your side.
And that is how I ended that conversation with that cop, little did I know the provocateur thing in the video above was occurring across the city from me at the same time. I felt really good above that conversation then I get home and see this, it’s depressing.
But let’s not get caught up in the police hate us, we hate them mentality. Let’s make the concerted effort to put boots on the ground and personally approach these men and women, most will become more brave as we reaffirm to them to uphold the USC, at least that is my plan and my prayer.
Any ideas or thoughts on how to get civilians and peace officers back on the same side, cause I am willing to put in the work?

You know, that is actually one of the best ideas Ive heard so far in how to deal with the police. A civilian grass-roots movement that confronts them directly with their constitutional oaths and forces them to either sign or not sign a re-affirmation. It not only reinforces the importance of their true duty in their minds, it draws a clear line in the sand. Excellent proposal.

Awesome idea! I also think that it could be developed into a dual pronged approach. The first, as you described above, the second would be to take it to the public, starting at the Pitt campus, to let the students know what you’re doing. The students in turn will be charged with disseminating to friends, family, and professors.
I live in the Pittsurgh vicinity and would attend this type of thing. Tony Norman, wrote a great article today in the Post Gazette online – maybe he can get involved and give this idea some publicity.
Any meeting would have to be monitored closely to prevent cops or cop appointed proxies to infiltrate and cause havoc.
The first cop that needs to be approached is the Police Chief of Pittsburgh. The second person approaced to sign the oath needs to be the Mayor.

Cops are soo bad at trying to be something they are not. their narcos used to try and dress like hippies to buy drugs from us at concert’s when we were young and they were just the worst disguises anarchists and hippies dont wear after shave or cologne most dont shave or own a watch or wear new tennis shoes . and would 9 times out of 10 fall for the hey buddy you dropped your badge line. and look on the ground to pick it up. It goes to show that when you intend to decieve people the laws of karma come into play or may be it was they just didnt really care enough to do their job well . either way It was fun to out them and make fun of them their stupidity and unprofessionalism gave us yrs of laughter and amusment while traveling from city to city . The cops in pittsburg where especially dumb but very violent . i guess those yrs of loosing their lunch money caused them a great deal of frustration

no doubt police infiltrate the black bloc, but to say that “the leadership of the black bloc anarchists were actually working with the authorities” is absurd and irresponsible. black bloc enjoys creating chaos without the help of the police, and there were so many totally sweet incidents in Pittsburgh obviously not the work of police.
the pitt video above is good, but it doesn’t show the police infiltrating the black bloc. thursday and friday the black bloc made total destroy. by saturday, the police were trying to catch up and these three losers may have been the best they could do.

They were cops alright. Or, as some pointed out here, Blackwater or some such. This is the way to do it. Take a camera and use it. Film everything and when you see the undercover cops follow them with lots of your friends and film them. WATCH AND DOCUMENT EVERY MOVE THEY MAKE.

I hate to say it but you can’t kill them for being there. There is no war yet so that would be murder. If a revolution or civil war broke out, then it would be justified.
Since they were the aggressors by breaking the guys flash or whatever, and provoking the police to attack the protestors if they smashed anything, then they should have been jumped and beaten severely. They looked pretty big and tough, so it would take a courageous group of at least 20 on them. Make sure no one films it. Then make sure you have those plastic bindings they use as handcuffs on you. Then a group of 100 of you march them to the cops and say they assaulted some of you. 100 vs 3 ….. Odds are they will have no choice but to charge them. That is where you film everything. Then you can find out more about them after they get charged, like what their occupation is.
Make sure all of you as a group follow up on the assault charges against them too.
Let the world know on the net what they do. You have to do this to them and make sure it’s out of sight of the SS troops in force. Maybe they’ll stop sending them amongst you.

So, as I sit here with 45mins until I get to leave work, I find myself with a massive headache.

Christians and patriots beware of Alex Jones:
Alex Jones could potentially be working for the opposition
leaking strategic and statistical information.
This would give a new ‘psyop’ meaning to phrases like info wars and prison planet etc.
I was a fan of his for at least two years before I began to really think about his behavioral patterns. Hear me out!
Alex is a genius I must admit, if indeed he alone is the one coming up with the psychological aspects of his broadcasts, but at the same time I believe that Alex Jones is a disturbed individual with malicious intent or unintentionally leading many to disaster and speeding this whole ‘Police State Society’ process up.
Alex refers to himself as a Christian (at times) and a patriot. Just like all U.S. presidents!
Speaking to his audience, he refers to himself and them as ‘We’ and ‘We’re’ (IE. ‘We’ve gottem on tha run!’).
He uses voice impressions (usually cops or military personnel) to personify what he refers to
as monsters and satanists etc. (While hilarious, pay close attentions to Jones’ detail with these ’sickening’, ‘monstrous’ voices)
Usually the situations in which he does this, aren’t as extreme or as evil as Alex implies with these voices, nor as demented.
During one of the commercials during breaks, Alex asks the listener, ‘If you’re going into a battle with a rifle and a side arm…’
How much ammunition would you want? He adds that he would want as much as he could get.
Then Alex retreats into a ‘peaceful shell’ and states to the listener that their weapon is food,
leaving them alone to rationalize the violence implied by the purposefully misleading introductory question.
Alex attempts to use psychology to provoke a rebellious rationale or fear into his followers that could possibly be invoked as violence if ever he so called for such behavior.
That’s putting alot of trust into one man, by simply tuning into their broadcasts and promoting it.
Now as far as posing as a Christian… think about this.
I’m not saying he’s not one, but he most certainly is misleading alot and it seems to be intentional.
For example:
In the film 911: Road To Tyranny, Alex mentions people who believe in a second coming of Jesus Christ
being labeled as terrorists in a document/s he refers to as if it’s outrageous. Meanwhile it is important to note here that
Mr. Jones doesn’t believe in a second coming of Christ either or at least the Rapture.
In his interview with Dave Mustaine from Megadeth, Alex says that some people believe
that Captain Kirk is going to’ beem’ them up. This is clearly mocking the idea of a Rapture.
Most of his interviews are as well with people who are or were in fact members of the occult or in a secret society.
All of Alex’s sponsors sell things that seem logical, but isn’t it true that if you apply that same logic
to the facts that Jones presents that all of those products will be useless?
For instance you buy the 7 year seeds package, begin growing a garden, but OH!
The government has been spraying chem-trails and could easily begin using something like agent orange
again if not worse.
Another instance, you want to have water don’t you? Why not create your own water from the air you breath?
Oh yeah! Chem-trails and bio-weapons! Oh My!
Well let’s at least have a solar backup generator so we can tune in to the Alex Jones show for a solution!
Furthermore Mr. Jones, doesn’t the bible tell you that all these things WILL happen and not to be troubled over them?

I believe…that what the People of America need to have is a Constitutional Guard to protect them to protest and dissent. The Government has taken our Constitution and made up their own rules for it. Never Mind our Rights! That is their agenda! Therefore, if they are not under the law and their own, we will have our own law against them. 1. There is no proof that these turd muffins are LEO’s.
2. I agree with the poster who said to beat the piss out of provocateurs. Though I think that someone would come to their aid, if they are beat badly enough other pricks would be less likely to follow orders in future events.
3. All protesters should march armed to the teeth, always. We have a right to protest, no one has a right to deny us that right. Being armed ensures that our right to assemble is not infringed upon.

The police have historically been the enemies of the people and have always taken the side of whoever is in power. When the power changes hands, the police change over with it, like chameleons. They have no personal morals, just a desire to cosy up to whoever happens to be in charge at the time.
In the classic Robin Hood story, who is it that took the food from the mouths of the poor? It was the Sherriff of Nottingham, who wasn’t loyal to the legitimate King Richard, but who was the strongarm for the usurper Prince John.
During WWII who was it that rounded people up and took them out the woods to be shot? It was the local police of each conquered country, who switched their allegience to the Nazis when they got into power, then switched to the Communists when they came in later.
Remember the evil Gestapo? What most people forget is that Gestapo was an acronym for GEheim STaats POlizi, the State Police. They were a cross between the California Highway Patrol (CHP) and the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI).
Remember, the police are our enemy – they always have been and always will. There may be a few good apples in that basket of rotten fruit, but don’t bet on it.

Although it’s true that police have posed as anarchists in various cases including the video from Pittsburgh above, it’s a complete fabrication that the anarchist movement is a tool of the authorities. Those were actual anarchists in Seattle, not cop puppets, and plenty of them are still involved in the movement today, available to vouch for the authenticity of the bloc in 1999.
As a long-time anarchist organizer myself who was involved in some of the mobilizations discussed here, I can say with great certainty that these allegations are off-base. Please, ditch the conspiracy theory and be honest–a lot of this stuff is groundless, and you must know it. It’s irresponsible to demonize sincere freedom fighters. Unmask the authoritarian crackdown for what it is, but don’t blame those who are working so hard to resist it!

It’s a serious problem to demonize legitimate protesters as being agents of the government merely because of their being used as an excuse to target less radical demonstrators. Being a leaderless entity consisting of a great number of people, often organized in the most general way possible or not organized at all, the possibility of “infiltrating” a black bloc to the extent of controlling its actions so as to allow a police response is slim to nil. There may always be spies and the very occasional agents-provocateur, but is it so hard to believe that the police might just be eager to exploit any reason whatsoever in order to arrest as many demonstrators as possible, including state-popularized fears of “anarchist rioters”?
The simple fact is that anarchists are those most opposed to government and least likely to have qualms with law-breaking in the process. This makes them an easy scapegoat for police brutality, but rather than blaming them for the actions of the government pigs, why not stand with them as allies united against the removal of our freedoms?
Remember that in the Spanish Civil War, the Communists’ allegations of anarchists being fascist spies is what led to the real Fascists taking over while their opponents were too busy fighting each other. Don’t fall for the police’s intentions of demonizing their fiercest opponents.

the state used agent provocateurs against the black panthers, does that mean that movement was created and run by the state, or does it just show that they posed a threat and the state dealt with them as it knows how? the state used agent provocateurs and infiltrators against the militia movements in the 90’s, would the people on this site honestly believe that the whole thing was a state run show, or could it be agreed that a threat was posed, and the authorities attempted to deal with it? honestly, think about it before labeling everyone you don’t quite understand and obvious tools of the state. there are many who oppose what they see happening in the ways that they see to be appropriate, and some of us have no problems with property destruction, though it is much more effective as a tool as destroying the profit motive (large scale arson like various elf cells are doing in mexico). but divide and conquer is one of the oldest tools of war known, and that is what infiltrators do. by claiming that these obvious pigs represent the idea that all anarchists are tools of the state (one of the main things anarchists oppose, mind you), you are just playing into the hands of people whom we all oppose

While this video and a few others do show that cops dress in black to infiltrate/observe and/or provoke at these big protests your assertion that anarchists worked with cops in Seattle or elsewhere is a lie.
why are you lying?
Is it because you can’t handle the fact that a full on international movement (that has existed for over 150 yrs) rejects republican democracy, capitalism and all authority?
Is it because you fear the competition from a movement that offers a better, freer vision of the future than yours?
Is it because the anarchist movement (pie in the sky as may seem) is actually more grounded in reality than y’all are?
For example: Anarchists were protesting free trade deals and globalization long before y’all got in on it.
More: Anarchists actually hate the government (and capitalism) ALL THE TIME, and not just when a Dumocrat is in office.
and further: most anarchists don’t wast time with conspiracy theories that focus on individuals and offer their fellow citizens a comprehensive and systematic critique of what is wrong with the modern world.

The Greeks rioted in much more destructive ways than this last December, setting fire to countless storefronts, tossing firebombs at and physically fighting police officers, and occupying buildings. Yet the vast majority of them got away with it. Why?
Because they had the public support for it. People knew what they were doing and why they were doing it and agreed that it needed to be done.
By condemning property destruction and self-defense as “violent”, you’re only giving police the go-ahead to crack down on ALL dissidents, because you give them the public support to do so!

Paul Joseph Watson is a government agent (or a dupe of one) and this story was planted by the government to pit dissidents against each other. This is a classic ploy used by the FBI COINTELPRO operations back in the sixties and seventies called bad-jacketing. By creating an atmosphere of paranoia among dissidents and getting them to believe some of their own are actually government agents the government causes groups to cannibalize themselves. There are even cases where the FBI has gotten dissident groups to try to kill one of their own members by framing him/her as a government spy. This story is standard disinformation in the same vein.
