According to reports out of top Chinese mainstream news outlets, the RAND Corporation recently presented a shocking proposal to the Pentagon in which it lobbied for a war to be started with a major foreign power in an attempt to stimulate the American economy and prevent a recession.
A fierce debate has now ensued in China about who that foreign power may be, with China itself as well as Russia and even Japan suspected to be the targets of aggression.
The reports cite French media news sources as having uncovered the proposal, in which RAND suggested that the $700 billion dollars that has been earmarked to bailout Wall Street and failing banks instead be used to finance a new war which would in turn re-invigorate the flagging stock markets.
The RAND Corporation is a notoriously powerful NGO with deep ties to the U.S. military-industrial complex as well as interlocking connections with the Ford, Rockefeller, and Carnegie foundations.

Current directors of RAND include Frank Charles Carlucci III, former Defense Secretary and Deputy Director of the CIA, Ronald L. Olson, Council on Foreign Relations luminary and former Secretary of Labor, and Carl Bildt, top Bilderberg member and former Swedish Prime Minister.
Carlucci was chairman of the Carlyle Group from 1989-2005 and oversaw gargantuan profits the defense contractor made in the aftermath of 9/11 following the invasion of Afghanistan. The Carlyle Group has also received investment money from the Bin Laden family.
Reportedly, the RAND proposal brazenly urged that a new war could be launched to benefit the economy, but stressed that the target country would have to be a major influential power, and not a smaller country on the scale of Afghanistan or Iraq.
The reports have prompted a surge of public debate and tension in China about the possibility that a new global conflict is on the horizon.
China’s biggest media outlet, Sohu.com, speculated that the target of the new war would probably be China or Russia, but that it could also be Iran or another middle eastern country. Japan was also mentioned as a potential target for the reason that Japan holds the most U.S. debt.
North Korea was considered as a target but ruled out because the scale of such a war would not be large enough for RAND’s requirements.
The reported RAND proposal dovetails with recent comments made by Joe Biden, Colin Powell, Madeleine Albright and others, concerning the “guarantee” that Barack Obama will face a major “international crisis” soon after taking office.
It also arrives following a warning from Michael Bayer, chairman of a key Pentagon advisory panel, who echoed the statement that the next administration will face an international crisis within months of taking office.
One would hope that good people, or at least sane people who don’t wish to start a global nuclear war, will oppose the RAND proposal, such as top the military generals who threatened to quit if Bush ordered an attack on Iran. Admiral William Fallon, the head of US Central Command, quit in March last year as a result of his opposition to Bush administration policy on Iran.

I found this article on RAND’s website about Reorganizing U.S. Domestic Intelligence.
One of the questions in the fight against terrorism is whether the United States needs a dedicated domestic intelligence agency separate from law enforcement, on the model of many comparable democracies. To examine this issue, Congress directed that the Department of Homeland Security perform an independent study on the feasibility of creating a counterterrorism intelligence agency and the department turned to the RAND Corporation for this analysis but asked it specifically not to make a recommendation. This volume lays out the relevant considerations for creating such an agency. If true, this is potentially some of the worst news yet to break in the last month. The reality of these facts should further solidify for us all that there are indeed nefarious operatives acting behind the scenes of the US governmental structure that seek to exploit the worsening aspects of the overall societal breakdown now being experienced. Sounds like Chinese propaganda to me. Maybe they want us to appear aggressive in their media. It mentions the news broke from France, but no French media is on it. The reason I say this is because Communist countries periodically launch propaganda like this to band the country together against common enemies, just like Democratic countries often do.
Although, it makes sense a French whistle blower or maybe a French businessman with Chinese holdings or influence would leak the information to China. If that is the case, it is probably true. I doubt the Chinese government would put out the news if they had not vetted it first, unless of course they were using it for propaganda. They sure do love their propaganda over there. Seems to me though if it was true, Russia and Japan would be posting news. Even France may post the information if it were true, although I do not trust them to publish it since they are so far up the NWO’s asshole it probably hurts them to step sideways.
Well, whatever the case, I’m sure a new world war will further the world governments agenda just like the last two did. First we had the League of Nations, then the United Nations. Maybe a new war would give us a Unified League of National Buttf---ing Unification. I’m sure that’s the NWO’s longterm goal after all! All signs seem to indicate the motherf---ing war is imminent regardless of the self induced economic crisis.
Currently the plan to reduce the price of oil seems like it is the best option for jump starting the economy. We can screw over the Saudis as well as Iran without the elite risking bio-weapons and dirty bombs being dropped on their estates by the Chinese nationalists (and believe me there are probably a lot more of them than we realize with their fingers on the buttons.) The same can be said for Japan and Russia. It seems that if these countries know the RAND corporation is behind this, then they already know who their first targets are. Shoot for the heart and the mind will die, and vice versa.

With most (New Zealand and US) households servicing increasing debt, it is
within the realms of possibility that those on low incomes could
become targets for unscrupulous loan companies to offer various forms
of debt bondage as a means of clearing the debt rather than facing
bankruptcy. ” Or as a way to protect the loan giver from non-repayment
and its bankruptcy from giving people loans with-out jobs or
experience.
Debt bondage can hardly be distinguished from traditional slavery
because it prevents the victim from leaving his job or the land he
tills until the money is repaid. Although in theory a debt is
repayable over a period of time, a situation of bondage arises when in
spite of all his efforts, the borrower cannot wipe it out.
Remember that both Debt bondage and student loans are not
dischargeable in bankruptcy.
According to Anti-Slavery International, “A person enters debt bondage
when their labour is demanded as a means of repayment
of a loan, or of money given in advance.
Student loans is simply money given in advance.
Sound crazy? The point of ’student’ loans is that value of the work done by
a bonded labourer (Un-employed/under-employed borrower) is greater that the
original sum of money borrowed or advanced.
A total of $30,000 borrowed in the 1980s was recently declared worth
$100,000 today, and rising steadily. Student loans are
given out to a lot of people with no guarantee that the individual
will secure a form of employment where s/he can earn a

understand the dynamics of credit and the economy over a long period

Once an individual defaults on a student loan,
they are unable to obtain any credit, even if they are otherwise

Youth face another form of indenture: bankruptcy laws already exclude

As an example the other day alex said on his show that in the uk before tv shows there were warnings that there maybe strobing and that there would be subliminals ( subliminal messages). Yes there are warnings about strobings as they can cause elipeptic fits, but never in my years has there ever been a warning about subliminal messages. Now this maybe an honest error or it maybe just lazy reportage. Either way alex was wrong.

If your are christian, pro gun and are happy to indulge in conspiracy theories then you can get to promote even the most rediculous ideas on his show. With no source of the France media, I have to consider this as a rumor. There could be a France media but I guess it is some small media which just wants to make news. Or it could be that Chinese guy Lei Sihai trying to make some news. Either way it seems to be a fake news to me.
Given RAND did create some a report, I don’t believe that it will be adopted by US government to declare a war either with Russia or China or Japan. But it is possible to fight IRAN. Even US needs to create excuses before going to a war. Since the government has been creating excuses to fight IRAN in the last several years, IRAN is definitely in its list. We just don’t know when it will happen.

The thing nobody is brining up at all is the fact that this is how Japan was pushed into WWII. This could set the US up for a fall. The US emerged from WWII with its manufacturing infrastructure intact. Yet, China has the infrastructure now. This could push the US into an unwinnable war–considering our inability to get the job done in our two small wars.

I have a weird story about the Rand Corp. I was a student at Loyola U in L.A. in 1972 and went to an anti Vietnam war rally outside the Santa Monica Civic auditorium, just up the coast. (Yeah, so I was a liberal drug taking hippie. Please send an assassin that will end these posts and put me in eternal bliss, I beg you). The Rand Corp. is headquartered across the parking lot where we were standing. We noticed this guy in a business suit standing in the back watching the event. We went over to him and offered him a joint. To our surprise, he took it and did inhale, and then he put his hand in his pocket and pulled out a small plastic bag with little white tablets in it. He just gave them to us and said it was acid (LSD). We were high on pot of course but doubted this guy just the same. We were stoned but not stupid. (Well, that might be debatable). He said he was on his lunch break and pointed over his shoulder to the office building that was clearly marked ‘Rand Corporation’. We asked him what he did and he said it was classified and walked off.
We thought it was probably Ex-Lax and the joke would be on us. Anyway it turned out to be something like the ‘white lightning’ that was passing around. We all got high that weekend … way high.
Today I know the Rand Corporation were involved heavily with the CIA which pioneered these drugs into mainstream America, not to mention the experimenting on US Army GI’s, against their knowledge. (See: Englewood Cliffs, NJ Drug Experiments).

I have been saying for months that I believe G.W. Bush is going to declare war on Iran or North Korea before Jan 20th, 2009 and remain as president and turn this country into a dictatorship or worse, an Empire! We americans need to be ready to make a stand against our government if it refuses to act lawfully and resonably. As the US constitution says, it is every citizens obligation to rise up against the government should it ever turn corrupt or stop following the laws and rights laid down by the Constitution. Sounds almost convincing, but I don’t see another war as being likely. First, the resources to invade and occupy a 3rd country aren’t available. The limp-wristed Europeans are too broke to finance our wars and their own, even if they could find real men to fight with. I won’t believe it till it happens.

I could say that this article seems to repeat what looks like propaganda for the masses. I do, however, see some elements of reality in the fact that the RAND CORPORATION does have a vested interest in continuing an already perpetual state of war in this country.
I’m no military strategist, but I will try to make sense of what is possible here:
1) The RAND CORPORATION has been caught red-handed before and even admitted to providing some of the basis of doctrine applied in “Rebuilding America’s Defenses, A Project for the New American Century”.
2) The “Project” was planned and developed at least ten years prior to the current administration’s inauguration.
3) The RAND CORPORATION was in bed with the AMERICAN ENTERPRISE INSTITUTE in endorsing the “Project”.
4) The “Project’s” main theme was about “projecting America’s influence and power” worldwide.
5) The CARLYLE GROUP (sic?) and its holdings were involved in the planning and execution of the “Project” as a means of expanding its business.
6) Eisenhower’s warning to the people in his farewell speech, “Beware of the military-industrial complex ( ie: defense contractors and their financiers )”.
7) Virtually every political scenario serves multiple aims at the same time.
9) This may be all for the purpose of “brinkmanship” on the part of the “listening parties”, eg: “Political Posturing” in an attempt to “goad” a foreign power into a war of aggression or aggressive acts in kind.

Nukes would be very effective at cutting back the population as a whole. What about the mutual annihilation concept? Do the elites want to live on a burnt scorched planet? I’d say there isn’t a lot of good sound thinking happening here, but I’m afraid that’s an understatement of grand proportions. No thinking at all. This population gives the balance that is necessary for the elite to play there games. If there was suddenly less than a billion people the entire business structure of the world would change. The elite would loose a lot. Which I’m sure that would be okay by them. Until they find out just how much they would loose then it will be too late. Their power is more important to them than there own personal happiness.

I’m a bit surprised as none of mentioned powers to be attacked is a soft-target. All got plenty of preparations needless to say that Russia by all means after the Georgian clash is well aware of Israeli and NATO, US equipment issued to Geostrategic satellite states in the former east. If this comes to an armed clash between the US and Russia its safe to be said that US will loose along with NATO forces. Russia is not a superpower, it is not even a minor superpower but Russian war history says a lot about the Russian bear.
China another target mentioned, this is a nation that can be called a modern Superpower. It has prepared for decades and would not without nuclear involvement kneel for any western state no matter casualties.
Japan their forces have been trained and is still trained by US forces there is no reason at all to attack this nation. The Japanese Defence forces would probably stack up some good resistance but as an island it is doomed to fail so they would never risk another Pearl harbour.
Conclusion – even if this might be some war hawks wet dream they are several decades away from achieving either of these wars without facing a complete defeat. I say play on Sam.
Nothing will come out from this one.
