Yesterday’s remix challenge — to mock the ridiculous new “anti-terrorism” posters the London police have put up that tell you to spy on your neighbors — was a smashing success. I’ve collected the 25 or so that came in to date below (sorry if I missed one or two — I did it all by hand!) — click through to see them all and prepare to laugh and weep and laugh and weep.

Fantastic. However these things are not just in London their here where i live, about 250 miles away from our criminal capital and popping up all over the place along with others that seem to be slapped all over bus stop shelters that read as follows in very large letters on a blue background….
1 Anything you say may be taken down and used as evidence
2 you have the right NOT to remain silent
3 we’d like to give you a good talking to
it’s also against the law to smoke at a bus stop and big signs tell you so.
It’s a police state be all and end all.

I must admit – at first I though the beginning two were a joke as well…
England is farther gone than I thought – V is truly no longer political satire..
Did you really think it was a good idea to not eventually demand the same rights your colonists asked for a few hundred years ago?
And don’t say we yanks are in the same boat – martial law is now so easy to declare in America that even Chuck Baldwin could get in – declare it – and return the Republic to the Libertarian Paradise it once was!

Excellent! This is great. This is one of the best ways to fight tyranny, for those inclined — that is, exposing the absurd through humor. They try to lay a blanket of terror over your lives, and you expose to ridicule. I’m sure it is pissing them off. Hopefully there is a campaign to handout versions of them or post them up in public. Massive non-violent resistance and non-cooperation. You make my English ancestors proud. Cheers!
