Ron Paul: Culprits Of Financial Collapse Should Be Arrested

Congressman Ron Paul says that the people responsible for the economic crisis should not be hailed as saviors and given more power to fix the problem that they created, but arrested and criminally prosecuted.
Paul told the Alex Jones Show that the only way the private Federal Reserve could be brought under control would come as a result of a mass uprising, noting that there is a lot more awareness in Washington about the Fed’s contribution to the economic crisis.
The Congressman has two bills before Congress, one to abolish the Fed altogether and another to audit the organization.
“Today they’re protected, they’re in total secrecy and they’re protected by the law – if 1207 is passed we have an audit and they have to answer the questions and I figure, if we ever get that far and get the exposure and get the transparency that we need then people will wake up and realize, why do we have them at all,” said Paul.
The Congressman’s bill to audit the Fed is similar to another bill introduced by Bernie Sanders in the Senate which is aimed at getting the Fed to answer specific questions about where $2 trillion in bailout funds has gone, a subject that Bloomberg News sued the Fed simply to try and discover. Staggering scenes unfolded last week at a Senate budget Committee meeting when Bernanke arrogantly refused to state where any of the bailout money had gone despite repeated questioning by Sanders.

Asked if the people who caused the economic collapse should be trusted as saviors or criminally charged, Paul responded, “We should have minimal government, but even in a minimalist government your government is supposed to deal with theft and physical harm and fraud, and that’s what’s going on and that’s what they ignore or protect….it’s horrible what they’re doing….and they should be prosecuting these people, these people should be in prison.”
The Texas Congressman also discussed Obama’s monetary policy, noting that every time a new government initiative was announced to supposedly rescue the economy, the stock markets sink.
“In spite of how a lot of people think the markets don’t know what’s going on, the markets are pretty smart, so the fact that they’re not responding, in spite of all this stuff the government is doing, every time the government comes up with a new program, the markets go down even more,” said Paul, noting that free market advocates were right in warning that the problems will only begin to be resolved once liquidation is allowed to occur.
Asked how bad the economic picture would get, Paul responded, “I think it’s going to be very prolonged, I don’t see any rebound, markets may come back up and that sort of thing but to rebound I would expect it to last every bit as long as happened in the 30’s,” adding that the last depression did not really end until after a world war.
“I think it’s going to be a long long time but now we live in greater danger because people are far more demanding, they believe they have a right to their neighbors property and that’s why there’s liable to be violence….ultimately they’re going to destroy the dollar,” said the Congressman, adding that the only quick solution to the crisis was to follow constitutional principles.

Probably because Ron Paul is not going to go down that road. Do we need a real investigation of 9/11? Yes of course. Is Ron Paul or anyone else going to make a new investigation happen? Sadly, probably not. Ron Paul has always been one to focus on economic issues, the illegal Federal Reserve, Austrian school of economics, etc. He is a politician/statesman and in my opinion a very good one. The rest of congress is bought and paid for while he is not. If everyone in congress voted as he has for all these years the country would be in much better shape and much smaller.
Everytime Ron Paul makes the news, usually about something economic in nature, people want to bring up 9/11. I think if Ron Paul constantly called for a new 9/11 investigation he would loose credibility very quickly. I say let Ron Paul continue with what he does best.

Why should anyone pressure Ron Paul on 911? He said he wanted an open investigation. This is a reasonable answer.
The fact is that Ron Paul is waking more people up to the Federal Reserve and the elite crooks and Globalists. Once people understand how crooked the monetary system is the rest (911 NWO etc) all fall into place.
The fact is people do not want to believe 911 was an inside job. However once their eyes are open to accepting to what is really going on their ability to face the truth goes up 10 000%.
In short it is better to turn a small p patriot into a real Patriot who is brave enough to face the truth for sake of God and his family and country.
I have NEVER convinced anyone that maybe 911 was an inside job. However I have dozens upon dozens of times logically changed their paradigm by showing how the monetary system works. After that within a couple of months THEY are the ones telling ME about 911 being an inside job.

I would say that finance and the economy is Ron Paul’s specialty…his voting record though, speaks for itself. Do you know that he proposed following the Constitution and voting on an official declaration of war?…and that since this was not done, he has been against the war since it began? And even if by some remote possibility any evidence were found; at best a few patsies would be set up to take the fall. They’d be calling Arlen Spector to whip up a new magic bullet theory.
Do none of you ‘truthers’ realize this is the case? Do you not realize that it is useless to go after the individuals? Unless the SYSTEM is radically changed, it’s useless. The FedGov has it’s tentacles wrapped around every aspect of American life.

you have to prove the economic deception first!!! if people arent convinced about being economically deceived, they wont buy in to 9-11 truth. once you can prove the economic deception to people it opens their eyes. it reveals the true power behind our government, the “men behind the curtain”. it proves that many people in our government (especially appointees like rahm-bo, geithner, paulson, rumsfeld, etc.) are puppets beholden to others besides the president. it exposes how corrupt our government can be.
most people that dont believe 9-11 truth, do so because they just dont want to believe their government would lie about it. they just shut off to it because it doesnt affect their day to day life. it is easier to just ignore it and get back to watching american idol. economic issues DO affect everyone on a daily basis, and people see that the government doesnt appear to be acting in their best interest. they are open to the economic truth. truth is addictive!! once they open up to the economic truth, they are liable to start looking for more truth. you just have to start with a message people are willing to hear!
ron paul understands this. that is what he is focusing on. thats what worked for me and many of my friends. his getting into the 9-11 stuff would be political suicide. we dont have enough people in washington that are true patriots and actually standing up for the constitution. we cant afford to lose him.

The real culprits are not the small marginal borrowers, whose credit and earnings did not match the purchase of the real estate by them nor the petty Mortgage brokers, rather it is the Attorney’s who advised the Big Banks to goahead with the Sub-prime, and Credit Default Swap and Securatizing the moretagges. Next set of culprits are the Credit Rating Agencies and last but not the least the entire Fed. Res. Bank and its 18 years veteran Chief.

I have heard Alex talk to Ron Paul about 911. He said it needs an independent investigation. I’m sure off air Ron Paul asked Alex to not ask him that. Although I agree with everything the honorable Mr. Paul has to say, he’s being too idealistic. He is absolutely correct about our markets being an absolute sham, a play toy for the bank elitists! He gives too much credit and hope to a system of governance that is completely alien to all of us. Our government died and was replaced a long time ago with a “corporate” system via the “Doctrines of Incorporation”. Even the first Constitutional Convention is highly suspect as it was held behind closed doors, and left a few openings for the gradual enslavement of this country’s people later.
Again: I fully agree and see as accurate what Mr. Paul has highlighted over the years. I just don’t see anything to come of it without a full-out revolt by the People!

Why are we waiting for yet another blow? Why are we only “responding”?(responding is an overstatement) WE are the ones with rights that are being stolen. WE have to take them back. Our Constitution did not GIVE us these rights. All humans are born with these rights. ALL HUMANS. The truth is they have they power to destroy all of our lives. All they have to do is take us on one or two at a time. WE have strength in numbers. I think that Dr. Paul is a good and decent man and that he probably knows what really happened on 911. BUT, for whatever reasons, he probably can’t speak publically about it. People in office know things that most of the rest of us don’t. And they may disagree with those things as much as we do but sometimes it’s not as easy for them to speak out against them as it may be for us.
To the best of my knowledge the Federal Reserve has never been audited in it’s 95 year history. The principal shareholders in this private bank are a mandated secret by law. NOW might be a good time to audit them. And NOW might be a good time to find out who owns them.
Story has it that it is owned by the top banks in the U.S. and Europe. And who owns those is easily discovered.

I agree that Ron Paul is one of the best Congressman we have today especially under the circumstances he must work under. Although I do not agree with everything he says, I am in agreement with his actions, introducing HR 1207.
It would be great if he could take a hard stand on every issue, but he has to pick his battles in the snake pit of Congress and I am willing to support his focus on areas where there is progress. He is more effective focusing on the Federal Reserve, and am happy with his taking some real action.
It is an uphill struggle, and there are few good people even willing or able to attempt the effort.

I respect Ron Paul and what he is supposed to represent. However, let me point out that at this critical time in the NWO’s scheme of things, a man like Ron Paul is required. He is the release valve for people such as ourselves, he gives the impression of someone on “our side” as a way of pacifying us. They did the same in the 90’s with Newt and Rush. When you ruffle the feathers of the american eagle you need a front man to release the pressure…enter Ron Paul. Relax, the Ron Paul fans. We really don’t need to discuss about the 9/11 forever, because ridding the Federal Reserve is much more important than bringing the 9/11 criminals to the justice. The Federal Reserve may be one of the accomplices who prepared the U.S. to face the 9/11 and enter another Middle East war afterwards. We need to rid the Federal Reserve (FR was founded in 1913), Bank Leumi (BL was founded as a Zionist/Israeli bank by the Second Zionist Congress in 1899) and Bank for International Settlements (BIS was founded by American Owen D. Young in 1930) to remove almost all aspects of Zionism. The BIS was established to help Adolf Hitler to take control of Germany and abolish the German reparation debts which was imposed by the Versailles treaty. Zionists all wanted Germany to stop paying the reparations so it could enter another great war (WWII) and reduce the European/Russian populations through conflict escalating much sooner. Removing the German reparations and initializing the Great Depression in America were connected and happening simultaneously through the BIS, trading complex, and Smoot-Hawley Tariff Act. Even if we successfully rid all of those powerful banks, we have to be vigilant of the Zionist remnants, which are referring to the underground banks, off-shore banks, and even possibly off-planet banking in a satellite orbiting the Earth. Presently, we need to stop Jews from exploiting the WWII issue so they can dig the Switzerland banks for gold.

If pork bills only contain pork for districts and states that are represented by House members and Senators that support pork, then people who live in districts or states whose House and Senate members are anti-pork are paying taxes to pay for the pork in other places.
In other words, for an anti-pork representative not to attempt to get a share of the pork, so long as we have a pork system, forces the responsible to reward the irresponsible.
It is similar to term limits. A House member or Senator can support term limits, but continue running for re-election, so long as we have a system without term limits, and is not a hypocrite for doing so.
Another example: Suppose I did not believe in the Social Security system? Does that mean I should refuse Social Security benefits even though I have paid into the system for my whole life?
The bottom line is that just because you object to a system on principle, so long as that system exists, and you are bearing your share of the burden of supporting that system, it is ludicrous to not attempt to get your fair share of the resources doled out by that system.
One big problem in politics today is a lot of morons are making accuastions of “hypocrisy” without a clue what they are talking about.

The movie Zeitgiest is almost the truth except where the host claims that there is no assurance that Jesus was resurected. His ignorance looks better than my spelling. But Aaron Russo’s documentary, “Freedom To Fascism” can never be equaled especially the interview with Sheldon Cohen, who really should be forgiven. Thank you for your answer. It is rather important for a reason that I cannot say here. It will take time to maybe take care of this, but it appears that it is not just you, meaning it is not necessarily personal. I know about this type of system to some degree, but no matter, it still should not have been done. At least your answer was allowed as mine was. That is important. Nothing might be able to be done until the end of March, after a couple of weeks after “The Obama Deception” madhouse in Prison Planet/Infowars has slowed down. Keep your chin up and I hope that we meet again. If you manage to come back here, I will keep you updated since I have my ways.
