Ron Paul Grills Bernanke: “You Can’t Reinflate The Bubble”
Congressman: Only way to solve financial crisis is to work, produce and save – not to create credit out of thin air

Congressman Ron Paul again took the opportunity to lecture Federal Reserve chairman Ben Bernanke on sound money principles at this morning’s House Financial Services Committee hearing, warning that the financial crisis cannot be solved by merely creating credit out of thin air.
Paul said that yesterday’s record consumer confidence slump was a reflection of monetary policy in Washington and that it was impossible to patch up a failed system.
“This is the end of an era,” said the Congressman, “we can’t reinflate the bubble….if we think that we can reinflate this bubble by artificially creating credit out of thin air and calling it capital, believe me we don’t have a prayer of solving these problems – we have a total misunderstanding of what credit is versus capital.”

Paul stressed that capital could not be created out of thin air by the Federal Reserve. “We have to work hard, produce, live within our means and what is left over is called capital,” said Paul, dismissing the notion of recapitalizing markets by turning on the printing presses as a “total fallacy”.
The Texas Congressman said that central bankers were only failing forward in creating another new system doomed to crash by creating internationalized regulations and giving up on the dollar standard.
“We have to have a system that encourages people to work and to save – what are we doing now – we’re telling consumers to spend and continue the process – it won’t work,” concluded Paul.

MAY TO JUNE people watch for the world to start going completely nuts around this time. From what I can see, it looks likely…..because then there is three and a half years before the end of time mentioned in the bible.

And it mentions the end of time…the end of time is when the Earth completes it circuit around the universe that is what Dec 2012 is the end of this circuit and then time begins again as we go around the universe yet again. If it is a big circuit like it is….. then why did they choose this point to call the end???

Some say because this is when we line up with the black hole in the centre of the universe and we become hit with some wave from it. Wormwood is the name for the Black Sun in the centre of the universe also known as it truly is a huge black hole and the cosmic rays that explode out of it and come hurling at us are poisonous and make the waters bitter as it says above. It apparently pulses but this could be true or not but the pulse has been measured so maybe it is true?

{12/15/2012} – 1260 days = {7/4/2009}
7/4/2009 is 7/4/1776 + 233 years

The right date is the winter soloists in 2012 which is Dec 21 2012 this date lines up with both the Mayan and the Chinese prophecies. Who lives in their means not me Id be sleeping under a bridge if I had to wait until I saved enough capital to buy my home. The banks are not Evil People are Evil If you borrow more that you can afford to pay back then you are destined for failure. However if you utilize credit for your major purchases make extra payments when you can on the principle and only charge what you can pay off in a few months and not charge anything until that debt is payed in full every one wins, you get your stuff, the bank gets its money and currency is allowed to flow.
what difference does it matter what the money is based on because it is all a perception of reality, gold and silver are just rocks mined from the earth, 0s and 1s are just numbers pulled from thin air. The difference is the value that you place on them.

Credit hasnt always been the american way. People used to be able to save enough money in short order to build a home, buy things to fill it, and still have money left over. (mostly on one income by the way). fast forward 60 years, massive inflation, globalization, salary not keeping pace with cost, federal debt etc reduce us below this standard of living. There was a time when you didnt need a massive debt load that took 30 years plus to pay off. you could build a house for a few thousand dollars. Today in even affordable area’s the cost would be over 125,000.. Does any congressman or anyone in washington get this besides Ron Paul?

Dr. Ron Paul is right.
If the Federal Reserve is loaning money like crazy, this money will have to be spent on capital projects or loaned out because the people who received the loans will have to pay interest on it, unless they are already bankrupt in which case their business becomes a Ponzi scheme. I think this is why the Fed is loaning money to dead banks.
The longer they are dead the greater the amount of money they will owe. The Federal Reserve needs them alive so they can collect their interest for as long as possible.

Gold does not have a inherent value/energy, so one more exchange is necessary to realize value(energy) and exchange value has to be negotiated during each transaction, so it cannot act as store of value nor is it a standard. It is very easy to manipulate the value of gold currency and gold backed paper currency is double whammy.
This is how the gold currency scam works, since gold cannot act as store of value, use the gold to buy and store food grains(food grains have real value you can eat it, food is essential to sustain life) and food grains like wheat / rice can be stored for 20 years. When food shortage hits the market sell the food at high price and get back all the gold. Repeat the process few times and you become rich.
