Ron Paul, the popular Republican Congressman from Texas, is ripping into the president and Congress for what he sees as their “goal” with round after round of stimulus: complete economic collapse.
“From their spending habits, an economic collapse seems to be the goal of Congress and this administration,” he said in his June 22, 2009, weekly address.
He added that Democrats who voted for the president’s war funding request, which gave an additional $106 billion to military operations in Afghanistan and Iraq — among other, unrelated items — were actually voting in favor of the wars, not just authorization of the president’s agenda.
He called it an affront to everyone who believed a vote for Obama was a vote for a peace candidate.
The president’s insistence on including an additional $108 billion in asset exchange with the International Monetary Fund is merely “buying global oppression,” he said.
Paul added that, “this [bill sent] $660 million to Gaza, $555 million to Israel, $310 million to Egypt, $300 million to Jordan and $420 million to Mexico; and some $889 million will be sent to the United Nations for so-called peace keeping missions.”
In other words, the latest U.S. war funding was an “International bailout,” he said.

The legislation’s provisions for the IMF included 100 billion dollars for the New Arrangements to Borrow (NAB), a credit instrument providing the multilateral institution with additional resources to deal with exceptional risks to the stability of the international monetary system.
They also include an expansion of the nation’s special drawing rights by five billion SDRs, adding roughly eight billion dollars to the IMF’s financial firepower.
The 100 billion dollars for the NAB acts as a credit line for the IMF in case member countries need emergency loans that exceed the institution’s resources. As such, the money is not considered an immediate budget expense.
Sen. Jim DeMint (R-SC) had proposed to strip out the IMF funds, but his measure was defeated in May by a vote of 64-30.
“Not only does sending money to the IMF hurt citizens here, evidence shows that it even hurts those it pretends to help,” Paul said. “Along with IMF loans come IMF required policy changes called ’structural adjustment programs,’ which amount to forced Keynesianism. This is the very fantasy-infused economic model that brought our own country to its knees.”

Never hand in your guns… let them get the ammo first… one bullet at a time, preferably from a distance, and at supersonic speeds.
The gov has basically stopped all ammo shipments, a trickle here and there, 2 box limits at local walmarts, etc… you can still buy guns, but ammo is so hard to get, and so expensive, that by the time you get a decent gun *let’s say an AK-47 at 6-700 bucks* then add in ammo… 1000 rounds at 300 bucks, for non reloadable ammo… and honestly, any survival situation is going to have to have 5000 rounds minimum, per caliber… your going to have 2,200 in one gun and a decent amount of ammo.
Now, I am supposed to give this up to the government when they come? LOL.
One bullet at a time… that’s the only way they will get my guns.

Get yourself an AR-15 or a SIG 556, both fire 5.56 Nato and use the same magazines.
After the crunch I suspect there will be ample opportunity to gather up loaded AR magazines.
Maybe good to have an AK as well in case the Tidy-Bowl blue helmets hit the beach, alot of the Eastern Euro blue helmets carry AK’s.

5000 rounds? Get real. Obviously you are talking of fighting a war with your own ammo only. 5000 rounds is a ludicrous amount for just hunting, and an ak-47 would suck for that anyway, so obviously you are talking of defending yourself against the army. If you survive a firefight, they have ammo. Sun Tzu’s art of war is quite clear on having the enemy support you. So, a hundred or so is more than enough. You do have the wrong caliber though. .223 would be a better choice.

I believe 5.56 and .223 are the same size, one is measured in metrics and the other in caliber. I seriously doubt UN will be invading the US. I really doubt anyone wants to liberate a MacDonald’s from Billy Joe, Barrack Obama, or anyone for that matter. They do have families too and I don’t think anyone wants to sacrifice their children for such a silly cause. As for a firefight, when you are trying to suppress an enemy, which is rediculous with semi autos, one can go through 100 rounds easily. However, most civilians that fight, likely wouldn’t last longer than a day if they try to hold ground.

You’ve got to give it a time frame of two or three years, at least, after that who knows. If you make it that long with those world government creeps doing a witch hunt on everyone who doesn’t lick their boots, you’re doing good. But to tie you over these tough times, even if you can pick up some ammo now and then,5000 rounds would be very conservative. The main goal would be to stay low profile rather than shooting it out with globalist crowd. They’ll end up killing each other anyway. Our main objective should be to stay alive and free!

The economic collapse will not hurt my family or most of my friends. The thing I worry of, is to fend off our Estate from the common trash who stink up our world. Then I guess the next thing will be more people begging for work from one of our companies. We have planned something like this for along time, since the “60s”. Remeber the story of the little Squirrel who worked to collect his nuts then stashed them, then the one who did not. Well with the money we have gained from having the common person work for our companies, we were smart and stashed our Assets. We were purchasing Gold Silver and Properties. Your gold and money won’t buy you eternal life. Chances are that you will be a target one day soon because of it. If you got assets it is smarter to keep your mouth shut and hide it well. Banks are not going to be safe. The time will come when money won’t by you what you need to survive any more ’cause it’s quickly becoming worthless. Best you can do I think is get out of the cities and set yourself up in the countryside. Buy a few acres in a remote location. Have a little garden, fresh water, lots of guns and plenty of ammo. –Under what is called the “Precautionary Principle”, many countries around the world have placed moratoriums on the sale of GMO products and some have banned these products. However, without any serious testing, the United States government has not only allowed GMO ingredients in our food supply, but the FDA has actually tried to forbid companies from truthfully advertising “GMO Free” products. As my Congressperson, I want you to take a lead in reversing this trend. The Precautionary Principle, in essence, hold agencies and countries to the standard that is something has not been shown to be safe, it cannot be used, grown, offered or sold.
Genetically Modified Organisms do not meet the Precautionary Principle because they are administratively, not scientifically, deemed to be equivalent to unmodified organisms while excellent science substantiates that they pose special high level dangers for consumers, farmers and the environment. Disturbingly, these dangers are not temporary since, once the novel DNA, the antibiotic resistant DNA and the promoter virus are introduced into the DNA of the consumer, or of other organisms in the environment, the consequences are totally unpredictable and have been shown to be highly dangerous. Once loosed, however, the novel DNA cannot be called back, like the genie in the bottle.
Congressman Dennis Kuchinch has introduced three important bills to comprehensively regulate GMO products since they are virtually unregulated now. These bills are:
• H.R. 6636, The Genetically Engineered Food Right To Know Act, which would require mandatory labeling of all foods that contain or are produced with GM material. No such labeling is permitted at this time in the US.
• H.R. 6635, The Genetically Engineered Safety Act, which would require that GE foods follow a food safety review process to prevent contamination of food supplies by pharmaceutical and industrial crops. This Act would also require that the FDA screen all GE foods to ensure they are safe for human consumption. No such safety review is permitted at this time in the US.
• H.R. 6637, The Genetically Engineered Technology Farmer Protection Act, places liability from the impacts of GM crops on the biotechnology companies that created the GMOs, and protects farmers from lawsuits by biotechnology companies. No such liability exists at this time for pharmaceutical plants and animals once approval is granted by the acting agencies for the organism and the same is true for non drug modifications as well.
These flaws in the regulatory structure are of great concern to me and I believe that they should be deep concerns of yours as well since more than 80% of all food consumed in the US today contains GMO food or ingredients. Lethal allergies, auto immune disease (including diabetes in children), birth defects and sterility rates are rising and can be, in large measure, laid squarely at the door of a dangerous food supply, including GMOs in most of what we eat.
I urge you to become a co-sponsor of these bills or to introduce sister legislation in the Senate in order to protect us from the currently unknown potential threats of GMO products. This is a very important matter to me and I am among the over 80% of the public that a recent NY Times / CBS poll indicated wants mandatory GMO labeling.
As a concerned citizen, I will be watching your active stance on these bills and look forward to sharing the news of your co-sponsorship and support for these measures with other constituents in your district.–

Common sense would tell us that this bail out madness is going to devalue the American dollar, lead to inflation, perhaps hyper inflation and quite possibly cause the U.S. economy to collapse. What they’re doing appears to be deliberate and the complete destruction of the U.S. economy appears to have been in the plans for almost 100 years.
IF the bankers bring down the U.S. economy, THE American people will be more maleable to banker solutions – eventually a world government.

I’m thinking most everyone will try to leave the big cities, which will overwhelm well known small / mid size towns / rural areas camp grounds. Urban areas are going to fecal; traffic will suck, idiots will rule the streets..
But on a boat loaded with food, ammo and protection, say one Chinese AK47, one can park safely off land, surf the net, watch TV, eat popcorn and dodge the aqua police during the asshole Vs Idiot civil unrest show. Learn to fish and sail, dude, you got grub and motation for the duration. Worst case scenario you can peace-out , hopefully maybe depending, to Mexico, or Canada or Cuba for an exciting career as a Zamboni driver or gringo bus boy or whatever.

IT does not take a rocket scientists to know that Obama does not want the economy to reboud but to bring in larger bigger government and controls for the everyday Joe. Just look at Obama’s friends to know the bigger picture and you would understand what he does is planned by him and a little help by big money from George Soros, a btw a self hating Jew.
