As far as finance and business goes, at least one rule generally holds true…

Credit Default Swaps, Securitization, GSEs, CDOs…all of these things were considered “financial wizardry” back in the bubble days. Now they’ve been exposed as little more than Wall Street’s version of three-card Monte.
But the card sharks behind these scams – not the individual investment banks on the frontline, but the huckster who put his seal of approval on these street-side swindlings…the guy whose rate-setting mandates created the environment for these bubble shenanigans…that yahoo is still at large, and no one in the government really seems to care.
No one; that is, except for a rogue Texan. A man who won’t settle for anything less than the America he was promised in the constitution…
The Doctor is In
Most of us grew familiar with Ron Paul in late 2007 and early ’08. He campaigned on a platform of smaller government; specifically by means of eradicating the Fed and the Internal Revenue Service…a platform that turned out to be just a few months early.
But our Resident Offshore Expert – Former Congressman Bob Bauman – knew Ron from their days together in the House. As you might expect, Bob says the soft-spoken doctor is a kind man…one who definitely “talks the talk” in addition to walking the walk.
And beyond that, Ron’s surely no average politician.
No, he actually serves a practical purpose within his community…imagine that. He’s a doctor. An obstetrician, which has proven to be a bit of a roadblock for his less useful competition…
“I had real difficulty down in Brazoria County, where he practiced, because he’d delivered half the babies in the county. There were only two obstetricians in the county, and the other one was his partner.”
That was a competitor – Gammage – talking about one of Paul’s first campaigns that came in the wake of the Watergate scandal. It should’ve been a pushover for the Democrats. In hindsight, Gammage realized that he underestimated the grass roots pull that Ron Paul had amongst his constituents.
Since then, Ron’s been an established fringe voice in Congress. His message, steeped in fiscal common sense and Austrian school economics, has grown more popular over the years, culminating in his run at the 2008 primaries.
But Ron was still too much of a dark horse.
And the Republican Party couldn’t decide whether they wanted the guy from New York that cheated on his wife…or the guy from Arizona that got engaged to his current wife while married to his previous wife. Decisions, decisions.

There will be no Fed audit, but that also will expose the game. No one is buying Bernakes BS anymore and the word is getting out even to the golf heads in my neighborhood who have no idea what is going on in the world are hearing about this. I get more questions on my “End the Fed” bumper sticker than you would believe.
The scam is being revealed. What happens now? I don’t know but I do knwo that they wil do whatever it takes and I mean WHATEVER it takes to stop the audit bill. There is NOTHiNG off the table.

The FED has over 20,000 employees. They have been physically siezing banks in our area for the last 6 months. Quite disconcerting, but it only helps us to understand how they plan to shut them down by september.
I think people are clueless in this country…They actually believe or just dont see the connection between the FED and the Military. Who do they think funds all those black-ops details? Where did Alan Dulles go immediatly after he completed falsifying the Warren Commission and the JFK Assassination? He was given a job as chairman of the FED.

I’ve been a life-long Democrat, and I support Ron Paul. He’s literally the only Congressman who understands the value of sound monetary policy.
Ron Paul also knows that the Federal Reserve actually has no right to print money. Executive Order 11110 was created by JFK in 1963, and it revoked the Federal Reserve’s power to print money. That means that every U.S. Dollar printed with the words, Federal Reserve Note, after Kennedy’s death can be considered counterfeit money.
I would like to urge Congressman Paul to remind everyone about Executive Order 1110 and to file charges against the Federal Reserve for counterfeiting. That’s the only way to change anything. I know it seems impossibly simple, but it is indeed the solution to the nation’s problems.

He better be careful EO 11110 is one of the things that got JFK killed. It wasn’t the main reason in my opinion but it gave the lead group that wanted him dead ( LBJ) plenty of support. Today the stakes are higher and that is certainly enough reason to get someone killed.

I agree with what G says on June 28 above. He is well informed and has substance in his recommendations as to what to do.
And to pitofdoom I say, felllow, why don’t you change your name? Your not doing anybody any good with that kind of attitude. Don’t you know who your God is, or do you even know him. He has always worked against enormous odds, like when Pharoah had the Israelites backed up against the Red Sea, it looked as if there was no way out.
But when Moses extended his rod out in front of him and told the people to stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, the sea split open and they went across on dry ground to the opposite side, and the horses, men and chariots all went after them but God folded the waters on top of them and they all drowned in the sea.
So I say to Ron Paul, extend yourself out and stand your ground. All of us true patriots in America are behind you, and together we will bring the New World Order down. For when we are weak, then we are made strong. Even other countries will join in with us once they see we mean business. They are going thru hell right now too.

If your not calling your Senator about this bill, or if you haven’t called him/her then why not??? It takes FIVE minutes. When you do call, be sure you save the contact info in your cell or blackberry so you can hit speed dial next time. After you call, follow up with an email and a short written letter. Saturate them. If you’re commenting on here and haven’t done this yet, then go to CONGRESS.ORG now, and get the contact info for your Senator.
Are you organizing other’s in you area to to this?? Are you part of Ron Paul’s Campaign For Liberty??? People need to be organized and informed and you may be the only one in your county who is in a position to do this. Do it now. Don’t put any more comments on here until you’ve actaually done something to help this bill or any other bill that needs help.

We are trying to sell a home on 2 acres of land and even though the buyer has a GI Bill he cannot find a creditor who will finance it, the money has dried up, even after giving billions to the banksters. It looks bad folks and it will get worse, we have too many duel citizens in our govt. who could care less about our situation as long as billions poor into their country of origin. There is hardly a week that goes by that we don’t read about and view video’s about anti constitution cops physically abusing and arresting some poor soul that was just exercising one of his constitutional rights. If the oath keepers were as hard-set at protecting the constitution and our rights as they say then there would already have been some retaliation against these enemies that we read about every week.
How many of the government thugs that assaulted the “Branch Davidians” and bar-b-qued the little children have been hunted down and shot by the “Oath Keepers?” Cross this line,ok now I dare you to cross this line and so on. The things they say they will not tolerate have already been done and continues to be done. They talk tough but that is all.
We know they are real and sincere when we start seeing some military funerals and 21 gun salutes and start reading about brutal cops all over the country being found dead with notes left at the seen letting folks know that they were killed for violating the constitutional rights of Mr.or ms. John Q. Public. I don’t know exactly what I will do just yet but either way I will not be making idle promises that either I can’t or won’t keep. Talk is cheap.
