The South Ossetian family of a 12 year old American girl have renewed their attack on the U.S. TV network which stopped them from telling their story of Georgian aggression on air. The live interview, which has whipped up a storm over media bias, saw the girl and her aunt describe how Russian soldiers saved them from Georgian attack – only to be bizarrely cut off after just two minutes.

It’s led to concerns over the objectivity of coverage of the crisis, with claims that Americans are not hearing both sides of the story.
And the family of 12 year old Amanda Kokoeva, who was visiting her relatives in South Ossetia, are determined that more people hear their account.
Amanda’s other aunt, who was with her when the war broke out, says that America’s media is shutting off its ears, refusing to acknowledge what she describes as Georgia trying to ‘annihilate [Ossetians] as a people’.
Georgia denies any accusation of genocide. Instead it claims its military campaign was aimed at establishing order over a breakaway region.
This war of words means nothing to Amanda’s cousin Yana.
“We were hiding in our basement until our family decided to risk it and drive to North Ossetia,” she recalls. “Our car came under fire and the tyres were blown out, so we had to walk to Russia. Amanda and I were very frightened.”
After crossing the Russian border, Amanda’s family took refuge at their grandma’s cousin’s place in the North Ossetian capital, Vladikavkaz.
“If you were in South Ossetia last week and were bombed by the Georgians, I’m sure you wouldn’t want to remain part of Georgia,” said Tamara Kokoeva, Amanda’s grandmother.

For some reason, people on this website misunderstand how U.S. Foregin Polciy works, especially in terms of its relationship with Isreal.
To state that all of our modern wars are for Israel’s benefit, clearly exemplifies the ignorance of some bloggers.
1st of all, you need to understand what a client state is, and why it is in the U.S. interest to maintain and build these client/patron relationships with countries around the world. By giving credit (aid) to client states to purchase U.S. weapons, as well as other products, U.S. corporate interests are able to make huge profits without competition. Second, the U.S. military or mercenaries are hired to train these client state militaries as well as coordinate their military capabilities together in the event the U.S. government deems it necessary to use violence to deal with a challenge to the U.S. economic status quo.
Thus, these client states are mere servants to U.S. foreign policy objectives, not the other way around. Thus when we invaded Iraq in 2003 (among many other decisions we have made in the Middle East), It was because Saddam Hussein respresented a challege towards increased U.S. hegemony in the Middle East in a post Cold War unipolar world. Absent the U.S.S.R., the U.S. sought to expand its influence all over the world, especially in the Middle East, East Asia, and the former Soviet Bloc.
If you read up on your history of the U.S.’s involvement in the Middle East, and its relationship towards Israel, you will have noted that it was not until the war in 1967 that the U.S. began to give support to Israel (and even during that war President Johnson was weary of backing “the Jews”). Our earliest major involvement in the Middle East was to form business relationships with Saudi Arabia, and to secure a steady supply of oil during WWII, in which the reliance on air power deemed it necessary for the U.S. to secure oil. After WWII, we further cemented our relationship with the Saudis with the notorious 50-50 deal that enabled U.S. oil companies to increase their ownership/production of Saudi Oil, while enabling the Saudi Kingdom to charge higher royalties.
In summation, please read histroy before making generalizations and accusations that are unfounded. Until people understand how U.S. foreign policy ACTUALLY WORKS, many will have misguided conclusions as to the ends and means of U.S. foreign policy, and thus scapegoat easy targets (i.e. Israel).
While there surely are Neo-cons in the right-wing parties such as Likud in Israel, and there are Jewish Neo-cons like Paul Wolfowitz and Sen. Joseph Leiberman (I-CT) in the U.S., the neo-conservative ideology has nothing to do with Jewish control over the world. The neo-conservative ideology is one that is centered around promoting American corporate interests aggressively all over the globe. It differs from past foreign policy only insofar that it appears more willingly to use violence to achieve these means (whether it is overt military warfare, or black Ops, or state sponsored terrorism), and that there is no other Superpower (U.S.S.R.) to deter this aggressive stance.
U.S. Foreign policy is about making U.S. corporate interests richer, not about securing Jewish domination of the world, or acting on behalf of Zionists.

JT: While I also beleive that 9/11 was an inside job, the ends of this event were for the benefit of U.S. corporate interests, not Israel or Jewish people. The fact that the owner of the buildings, Larry Silverstein is Jewish does not mean that it was a zionist conspiracy. Are you suggesting that had he’d been another religion he would not have gone along with this plan?
Secondly, any Mossad involvement (which is highly unsubstantiated) would have had to have been directed from U.S. government. As I stated earlier, Israel is a client state of the U.S. so any military/intelligence operation it undertakes (especially if it would have occurred inside the U.S.), would have to have the green light from the highest echelons of power in the U.S. government.
Thirdly, those images of people celebrating the loss of life and destruction on 9/11 were actually Palestinians. Unless I am mistaken, I clearly remember the celebrations in both Gaza and the West Bank.
To sum it up, there is no possible way that 9/11 was caused by the Israelis. If there is any evidence released in years to come, it will show that they either had no involvement, or that their involvement was acting on behalf of Bush and Co., who wanted to create distance between themselves and these actions so that they could not be prosecuted in the future.
View it under the context of our relationship with private military contractors like Blackwater. We use them to do our dirty work that if the U.S. government had done directly would have been illegal. Thus these officials are clear of any wrongdoing in a legal sense (though not morally).

While I am glad that you understand the points I was making in regard to U.S. foreign policy, it is completely incorrect of you to claim that Jews own all of the banks, large corporations and media.
Not only is this myth a generalization that has its roots in anti-semitism, it serves to detract us from what the real divide in our society is, those who control the means of production, and those who are subservient towards these owners.

@Read: First point, it’s VERY pertinent that Silverstein is a zionist Jew. You say that 9-11 served only US corporate interests, but don’t you think a war against Islam (which is what has been going on since 9-11) is in the interest of Israel?
Second point, 9-11 was mutually coordinated by elements within the US and Israeli governments. You yourself have already pointed out why the US stood to profit by 9-11 ($$$$$$$$$$),and I have shown you where Israel stood to gain.
Third point, the dancers I was referring to were “the five dancing ISRAELIS”. You can look that up on YouTube. These ISRAELIS were actually brought in for questioning, were determined by the FBI (we know we can trust them) not to be Mossad agents, and then set free.
Fourth point, If truthers want to keep saying that 9-11 fell because of a controlled demolition, they need to show WHO planted those charges. I think there is good reason to suspect these ISRAELIS who were videoing the event AS IT HAPPENED, and the ISRAELIS who were driving around in those white moving vans. The ISRAELI owned company to which those vans belonged disappeared after 9-11.
Please, do a search on YouTube for “9-11 George Washington Bridge” and listen to Dan Rather himself tell you some interesting stuff that has since been forgotten, or maybe I should say swept under the rug.

JT: I agree that many zionists hold double standards when it comes to Israel’s violence against Palestinians. but we also must note that this comes out of ignorance and the best way to combat ignorace is with education. When I encounter Zionists and get into a political discussion I try to show them the wrongdoings of the Israeli government and military/intelligence, just as what I do when I encounter hawkish Americans.
I agree that the Israeli government has done a lot of fucked up shit (for lack of a better phrase), but that does not mean there is a Zionist conspiracy for Jews to take over the world.
Another misconception is what zionism actually is. It is the notion that Jews have a biblical right/duty to return to present day Israel, very similar to what Muslims consider their right/duty to return to Jerusalem, and other holy sights such as Meccah and Medinah.
While there are zionists who view palestinians as sub-human, and do not care about the violent actions of the Israeli government, there are many who do find these actions morally reprehensible and seek to call to task their own government.
Further there is a large peace movement in Israel which openly criticizes these actions by the Israeli government. The peace movement includes zionists, non-zionists, practicing and non-practicing Jews.
To sum it up, the duty of every human being should be to hold their own governments accountable in every respect (whether it be foreign or domestic policy). To single out a minority hawkish zionist population as being responsible for a host of the world’s problems, and in control of much of U.S. corporate, banking, and media interests is just inherently wrong.
V: Just because there were zionist Jews who could be implicated in the 9/11 inside job does not mean that it was a zionist conspiracy.
That’s almost like saying that because Barack Obama is black means he will represent the oppressed black population in the U.S. if he were to be elected president (not the greatest parallel but you understand my point).

But that’s why it’s a “suspicion” as opposed to “knowledge”. Although, one thing that is undeniably, objectively real is the behaviour of those Israelis on 9-11. If we accept that the building was imploded we must admit that someone did the work, and I think these individuals activities fit right in with what you would expect to see.

Perhaps that is their standard, but not mine.
