Rudd to announce civilian corps

A civilian corps manned by everyday Australians to help out in war zones and natural disasters is set to be announced by Prime Minister Kevin Rudd in Perth on Wednesday.
Mr Rudd is expected to announce the civilian corps among nine initiatives at a community cabinet meeting in the West Australian city.
As reported in The West Australian newspaper, the regional response strategy would call on professionals and public servants. They would include defence reservists from local, state and federal governments, as well as non-government workers.

A task force has reportedly been established to develop rules of engagement for the civilian corps.
Mr Rudd told the newspaper the army would be expected to mobilise, deploy and sustain a civilian contingent “in a range of threat situations and physical environments”.
The civilian corps is one of the main initiatives to come out of the 2020 summit held in April last year and is expected to be operational by the middle of this year.

You notice the co-ordinated action. They’re doing these kind of things worldwide, whether they be civilian youth forces, stimulus packages, jacked-up tax rates for the rich. It’s globally-coordinated action. This IS world government. Not proper world government, with total tyranny, but there is certainly a coordinated effort going on here.

The GIVE program requires 250,000+ “volunteers” (a draft to be in effect if needed). They will be placed in a military setting for a three month “oreintation” and be issued uniforms. What is yet to be decided is whether the shirts will black or brown and the design of the arm bands.

Kevin Rudd was a senior public servant in Queensland and then a Federal member before the ALP elected him leader of the Party. Whilst he was there, his nickname was Dr Death because he was so ruthless. It was like his star rose meteorically. When his leadership was announced, 9/10 people said ‘Kevin Who??? Who is this guy? Then the MSM got to work and the rest is history. There are persistent rumours that he did not actually win the election, and that many people voted multiple times. We do not have to produce ID when voting here so it’s very possible. There are also persistent rumours that some of the individuals who manage the polling booths are corrupt. He has had the highest turnover of personal staff in the history of this country’s leadership and we are now getting used to hearing about his fits of rage. In other words he has a way of getting his own way.

that particular party had a strong following amongst the recently deceased-checking death notices collecting names and using them to vote early and very often-it only takes a few uncaring dead voters to swing an election

I read that Rudd is trying to lure young people into the civilian corps by offering reduced HECS fees.
Karen, you are spot on in regards to Kevin Rudd’s rise to prominence, especially in reference to the media.
Anon is also correct.
The outcome of the election here was entirely foreseeable if you analysed how both sides played their game as well as the media coverage.
During the elections where they wanted to keep Howard in, the media viciously attacked the likes of Simon Crean, Mark Latham, and Pauline Hanson. Kim Beasely deliberately played a half-arsed role to make himself and the party unviable until they chose Rudd as their “leader”.
Then the media turned, and began to adore him. Positive media attention combined with the obviousness of Howard’s collusion with Bush and Blar during the bogus War On Terror led to a perfect manipulation of public opinion to sway the upcoming election in favour of Labor.
The icing on the cake to make the Liberal party unviable during this recent election was Howard stating he would not stay for the entire duration of his term, and nobody liked his successor Costello.
Yes, it’s all manipulated and pre-orchestrated. Plans are made and implemented globally, and the rigged 2-party system plays its part accordingly.

I am with Karen and Steve. The media manipulates the public to obtain the results they want for their controllers. The controlled mass media with its weapons of mass deceit, thankfully is being replaced graduallly by internet exposures.
