With this new missile sheild development to make any form space transport of nuclear devices to target far away areas doesnt ensure or fully protect when you can smuggle the device in the target area and make it undetectable and ready for use if called on. This isnt White and Black world nor is there a honor system. Its a open rules game and the guy with the bigger gun and brain dominates.
