There is no such thing as a profitable nuclear power plant. It takes more energy 2 produce the uranium than the value of the electricity sold. The purpose is merely 2 recover some of the loss on the lower-grade 'waste' uranium by generating heat with it (converted 2 electricity via steam turbines), & help conceal nuclear weapons programs. Russia already has enough bombs 2 wipe out every nation on Earth, so nobody is gonna' attack them. Their bombs also have much higher yield than American ones as they need it due 2 less accurate guidance systems (just drop the bomb somewhere within 30 miles, instead of a window yes? LOL) Must admit this writer is a bit odd: "Chavez’s visit to Russia came amid tension in the Russian-US relationship that soared in the wake of the conflict last month between Russia and Georgia, a US ally geographically situated in a vital energy transport area." Should have wrote: "Chavez visit occured as Russia asserted through the Georgia conflict that America will not be permitted to transport Iranian oil through Georgia if their nuclear customer Iran is attacked."
