Russian Professor: Collapse Of America Could Begin In Two Months
Doomsday author says Obama is doing nothing to forestall disintegration

Russian Professor Igor Panarin says that events are continuing to confirm his doomsday prediction first made over 10 years ago, that the United States will completely collapse like the Soviet Union before the end of 2010, and warns that the chaos could begin to unfold in as little as two months.
Panarin, doctor of political sciences and professor of the Russian Diplomatic Academy Ministry of Foreign Affairs, told journalists during the unveiling of his new book yesterday that President Obama has done nothing to forestall the fast approaching crisis and that it could begin to properly unfold in November.
“Obama is “the president of hope”, but in a year there won’t be any hope,” said Panarin. “He’s practically another Gorbachev – he likes to talk but hasn’t really managed to do anything. Gorbachev at least had been a secretary of a regional communist party administration, whereas Obama was just a social worker. His mentality is totally different. He’s a nice person and talks nicely – but he’s not a leader and will take America to a crash. When Americans understand that – it will be like a bomb explosion.”
Since 1998, Panarin has been warning of a future disintegration of the United States and the collapse of the dollar. The recent election victory for Japan’s Democratic Party is another sign that the economic collapse of the U.S. is imminent, according to Panarin.

“Today I received another confirmation that the collapse of the dollar and the US is inevitable. Japan’s Democratic Party won the election, and I’d like to remind you that its leader [Yukio Hatoyama] has the snubbing of the dollar among his economic plans. In plainer words, he plans to transfer Japan’s monetary reserves from US dollars into another currency. The move will seriously accelerate the dollar’s exchange slump as early as this November. Disintegration will follow shortly,” he said, adding that next year China would also begin to massively dump the dollar and that Russia would begin to sell oil and gas for roubles.
Panarin previously stated that the dollar would eventually be replaced with “a common Amero currency as a new monetary unit”, referring to the Security and Prosperity Partnership agreement between the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
He foresees the U.S. breaking up into six different parts, roughly along lines similar to those of 1865 during the Civil War, “The Pacific coast, with its growing Chinese population; the South, with its Hispanics; Texas, where independence movements are on the rise; the Atlantic coast, with its distinct and separate mentality; five of the poorer central states with their large Native American populations; and the northern states, where the influence from Canada is strong,” according to Panarin.
Longer term, Panarin predicts that the breakaway states will eventually be taken over by the European Union, Canada, China, Mexico, Japan and Russia and America will cease to exist altogether, as depicted in the illustration above.
Panarin blames the collapse on a “political elite that implements an absurd and aggressive policy that aims to create conflicts around the planet” and warns that increasing firearms sales in the U.S. are a sign that people are preparing for “chaos” in the aftermath of a total financial meltdown.
“In my opinion, the probability of the US ceasing to exist by June, 2010 exceeds 50%. At this point, the mission of all major international powers is to prevent chaos in the US,” Panarin concluded.

If people really believed America will fall explain why the world uses American treasury bills as their savings account. 1) Foriegn countries buy American currency so they can call the in the debt and get LAND (i.e. – American soil) as payment of the debt. Also, since they print money out of thin air and merge currencies these days, it won’t matter one way or the other if America falls. Laugh all you want, it’s a decent representation of what we are about to see. The thing about countries, esp japan, moving out of the dollar was a great point. When our creditors bail, which should be soon with such MASSIVE debt, it’s all over. We won’t be internationally recognized, our credit rating will be negative, which means we can’t buy food and supplies for the population, or pay law enforcement and military to maintain order. They will desert without payments, and join/form local militias to protect their home areas.
The midwest states do like canada and are culturally and economically linked–I like to call them the hockey states. plus the wilderness states out west have a lot in common with british columbia.
Russia will want alaska back and does hold some of our debt and has influence so they’ll be entitled to that.
Hawaii is rather a small repayment for default with japan, a very large creditor. They’ll also get our other pacific posessions.
China getting the west coast which does have growing chinese pop makes sense, it’s a big prize but they’re the biggest dog in the fight and have the firepower to back it up.
The east coast is rather european and has many ties to europe economically and socially. But I think it’s the UK, who is a substantial creditor and some would argue true controller of america, would get the original colonies plus atlantic possesions of ours back.
Southwest will integrate with mexico because of historical claims and massive latin pop. But texas will be in control and be the seat of power, possible capital in san antonio.

Not hardly. First of all, please find a map and take a look at China and Russia. The last thing they need is more land. Second of all, there may be shortages of food in India or the Phillipines or some third world countries, it’s certainly not the case in China or Russia. An argument could be made that China and Russia may eventually see a confrontation with the U.S. as a means to the relief of severe water shortages (which is related to agriculture) but taking over the U.S. would have to be related to a considerable gain in resources, otherwise why bother?
That being the case, both China and Russia can understand the folly of a decision to invade the United States. With the nuclear option, both nations would take a tremendous amount of damage and casualties. If they retaliated against the U.S. to the scale necessary for defeat, then they wind up contaminating much of the resources that they invaded our country for in the first place.
This gloom and doom scenario simply doesn’t pan out. The worst of what could happen to the U.S. would be internal and not the take over by another country or countries.

Well, since most of Mexico is under the same type of anarchial government I prefer, I would rather live under Mexican rule than US rule anyway. I almost moved to Mexico once, after spending a few months there. Never been to a tourist area (unless you count the hell hole Mexico City) but usually went to areas that were dominated by the Indians. Loved the small villages. Got in a little trouble there though as the local cocaine boss in one area liked me and wanted me to go into business there. Met at one of the worst techno bars in Mexico, and that’s saying something! Was supposed to meet with this Army colonel but that’s a long story and a deal I managed to get out of anyway. I am hoping for a greater breakup of the country than this though. Nothing goes that smoothly and this is as much an internet revolution as it is anything else. Ergo, it will be a global revolution. It doesn’t take into account a few other tidbits either. Namely that Canada nor Mexico really have desires to take over our hemisphere. Maybe China (though I think their goals are more business orientated). As such, our real threat would be the European Union. Good luck with them attempting to take anything south of the Mason-Dixon line. I don’t think that would fly very well there.

Although the premise is very plausible and there could very well be a dissolution of the united states as we know it today, it does seem unlikely that the armed citizenary of this nation would allow foreign nations to invade their soverignty by gaining control of large swatches of land as indicated in his picture. Although perhaps these entities may have some influence on trade and migration to these unorganized sectors, the control will be in the hands of the american people. Now we maybe be seperated by ideology, politics, geographic or topographic non man made entities such as rivers, mountains, etc.
The timeline for initiation of the chaos that will come to our shores seems likely, especially if people are cold and hungry by November. With colder than expect winter being predicted and with the potential of swine flu and/or its vaccine causing harm to people, things could get much worse in a hurry. J, this is a nation of people unaccustomed to the hardships that most people have as their daily realities. One bad winter and most of these fat, braindead americans would sell their souls for a meal. The scenario isn’t that unlikely given that our food supply is so corrupted by GMO seeds courtesy of Monsanto, our water supplies so corrupt, and big pharma having many of us addicted to their poisons as well. We are also unable, for the most part, to grow our own foods, control our own businesses, or a number of everyday aspects of life which have been taken over, willingly, by our government and our societal model. While I am a proponent of anarchy, I am not a proponent of the violent and chaotic state of affairs which we could be facing very soon. It is possible, though I doubt this scenario is the end result. The world will be facing an age of revolutions, not just our country.

I must agree with Jim Lunsford, i would prefer living under Mexico’s rule than any other –although i don’t expect there is much of a chance the US falling apart as described. I live half way up the penisula in Florida and a very high percentage of the folks here are Mexican anyway. And they are often better than a lot of us ‘white’ folks the folks in terms of work ethic, religion, and family values. I’ve spend time down in Central America working in Agriculture and if i could, i would move there myself. I bet they don’t have floride in their water either.

I have only been to two tourist towns, Mexico City and Taxco. All the rest of my time there was spent in areas that didn’t exactly have a lot of grino traffic around. I almost moved there, still might if it proves impossible to stay here. But, I am also planning on making my stand here. I would fight for Mexico, it is a much freer country than you describe. The waqter may suck, but the beer and the food and the senoritas more than make up for it. That smell in the air? It’s liberty. Something they are proud of in Mexico. Edgar J. Steele predicted in his online newsletter “Nickle Rant” that the US would be broken up into 5 sectors. I think he predicted this at the beginning of the year. He says many of the whites will be in the North West part of the country.
Anyway, now several people are predicting this.
Remember, Obama is a protege of Zbignew Breszinsky, he is a globalist. Zbignew formed the Tri-Lateral Commission at the behest of David Rockefeller in 1973. Our dollar will take a hit, but if other countries refuse to trade dollars, then they will be defending themselves against their Chinese, Russian and North Korean neighbors. Thinking about the number of Chinese and Taiwanese immigrants in the Silicon Valley to neighboring area eagerly getting US citizenship to gain the political strength as a ethnic group as a whole to represent the power of the Chinese Communist Party, I guess that’s how the Chinese lobby would get interested in.
Will EU get the eastern part? That’s quite good for Americans to teach them a lesson to slow down the changes and gives time to look back what they should learn from the past history. For every lesson we need to learn, the world has benefited tremendously from the U.S. Free and open trade that has benefited business people around the world would be gone. The Chinese government has only given businesses on Taiwan a little rope to accomplish a much larger objective. I think the United States could break up into smaller soverign nations but the American People would never accept foreign leadership. It is quite possible that the U.S will splinter but I do not thing those new regional countries are in any danger of being taken over by other failed states like Mexico. Face it these guys may are in danger of falling apart themselves and while the south could become quite lawless I don’t think a greater mexico is a resonable reality.
The EU is also in danger of flolding and I doubt they could administer an extra 90 million mericans.

Having read some of the Russians comments about the breakup of the USSR, a group of “countries” that were confederated into one “nation”, (hmm sounds like the USA) they didn’t think it would happen to them either. When the USSR did start to break up, it happened very quickly and I believe it will happen the same way here.
I believe we will conquer ourselves due to a lack of goods (you can read that food if you want) and what people will do to get the necessities of life. Our dollar won’t buy the essentials. First will come the fight for necessities and then the predators will start to kill the useless eaters and then start to kill each other. We will be conquered because the weak nation we have become will BEG other nations to come in to control the violence.
I don’t remember who said it but it goes “A nation of weak peoples will have a strong army come in and breed their women to raise a strong nation again”. That is the history of mankind.

I agree that there will be a breakup of the United States, but not in the manner envisioned in the above analysis. The southwest states will become Aztlan, an extension of Mexico, with much of Texas a likely exception, the midwest and northwest state will be host to the birth of a reinvigorated Constitutional America, the northeast states with the exception of northern New England will continue their big government ways, and the deep south will go to the African-Americans. Read Edgar J. Steele’s excellent analyis “Defensive Racisim” and it pretty much describes the most likely scenario of a balkanized America. While he can’t predict the precise timing of the event, the process is likely to be bloody and violent. The other major world players will simply sit on the sidelines waiting to see how it all shakes out.

I like to think the strength and character of the American people can overcome. We’ve experienced worse challenges to the Republic, especially during WWII and the ’50s.
Actually this “zoning” idea isn’t even new, I read a novel called “Only in America” a few years ago where this Balkanization was part of the story. I believe that the Joint Chiefs of Staff will move to use our military unilaterally to protect the Constitution and the nation, even if that means forcibly removing a communist president and congress. There are still enough members of our military dedicated to America to defend our nation against domestic traitors. There is no doubt that we are facing a serious crisis that many US citizens are unaware of. I doubt however that a disintegration of the US will happen at least not in the next couple of years. I think the United States will survive despite the severest of crisis and turmoil because of at least two reasons 1) this country has grown and developed through the collective efforts of people from around the world who came here seeking a better life. No other country on earth has the human diversity that the US has. As such the US represents the biggest and most diverse cross section of humanity on the planet. This collective energy and hopes of people I think will eventually win. The sooner the dominant power majority realizes this the quicker the transformation. 2) Even the biggest critics of the US, I am one, are for the most part unwilling to leave the United States – why? because terrible as the situation has become collectively people still have Hope that things will improve. Deep down inside the people in the country believe in the ideals of equality, justice, freedom, liberty etc. Despite the sorry state of affairs the US still remains the free-est AND open nation on earth. The people whose ancestors came here centuries ago have forgotten that they themselves came from abroad and took over the existing populace, this trend will continue as it did in the past – the dominant power majority will have to learn that nothing is perpetual. The demographic will change. The ideals of the founding will survive along with the US as a republic. People eventually want to be free, safe and happy, some people think that they can achieve this at the expense of others when the get the education the crisis will be over and the US will continue until the next critical mass of ignorant fools build up.
