The following is a January 28, 2009 Freedom of Information Act reply from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, within which they indicate that no responsive records were located pertaining to thousands of SEC investigative files reportedly destroyed on September 11, 2001 following the collapse of World Trade Center building 7.

Additional details emerged Friday about the effect of the collapse of 7 World Trade Center on investigations being conducted by the New York offices of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, both of which were housed in the building.
The SEC has not quantified the number of active cases in which substantial files were destroyed. Reuters news service and the Los Angeles Times published reports estimating them at 3,000 to 4,000. They include the agency’s major inquiry into the manner in which investment banks divvied up hot shares of initial public offerings during the high-tech boom.

The Jewish Problem, Part 2: The Jews in Government

Every nation which has broken the yoke of the Jews has had to remove the Jews from government and prevent the Jews from influencing government. In every society which the Jews have infected, the Jews have corrupted the government to operate against the interests of the native majority and in favor of the hostile Jews.
The Jews are disloyal and hostile to all other nations and always have been. The Jews are taught to destroy all Gentile governments, which historically have been Monarchies. The Jewish Zohar, which all religious Jews revere, and which has inspired recent Jewish revolutionary movements and therefore forms the basis for the political beliefs and subversive intentions of most Jews, be they religious, apostate or atheistical Jews.
Prainitis wrote in his The Talmud Unmasked: The Secret Rabbinical Teachings Concerning Christians,
“III. CHRISTIANS ARE TO BE KILLED BECAUSE THEY ARE TYRANTS
In Zohar (I, 25a) it says:
‘The People of the Earth are idolaters, and it has been written about them: Let them be wiped off the face of the earth. Destroy the memory of the Amalekites. They are with us still in this Fourth Captivity, namely, the Princes [of Rome] . . . who are really Amalakites.”
1. THESE PRINCES ARE TO BE KILLED FIRST
For if they are allowed to live, the hope of the liberation of the Jews is in vain, and their prayers for release from this Fourth Captivity are of no avail. In Zohar (I, 219b) it says:
“It is certain that our captivity will last until the princes of the gentiles who worship idols are destroyed.”
And again in Zohar (II, 19a) it says:
“Rabbi Jehuda said: Come and see how it is; how the princes have assumed power over Israel and the Israelites make no outcry. But their rejoicing is heard when the prince falls. It is written that: the King of the Egyptians died and soon the children of Israel were released from captivity; they cried out and their voice ascended to God.”
The Torah tells the Jews that they are destined to enslave humanity and that the Jews are superior to all others, whom the Old Testament calls “Goyim”, which translates as “the nations”. The Old Testament states that the Jews are a master race which will rule over the subhuman “Goyim”, “the Nations”. The Torah states in Exodus 19:5-6:
“5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine: 6 And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.”
The Torah states in Numbers 24:17-20:
“17 I shall see him, but not now: I shall behold him, but not nigh: there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth. 18 And Edom shall be a possession, Seir also shall be a possession for his enemies; and Israel shall do valiantly. 19 Out of Jacob shall come he that shall have dominion, and shall destroy him that remaineth of the city. 20 And when he looked on Amalek, he took up his parable, and said, Amalek was the first of the nations; but his latter end shall be that he perish for ever.”
The Torah states in Numbers 33:50-56:
“50 And the LORD spake unto Moses in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho, saying, 51 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye are passed over Jordan into the land of Canaan; 52 Then ye shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and destroy all their pictures, and destroy all their molten images, and quite pluck down all their high places: 53 And ye shall dispossess the inhabitants of the land, and dwell therein: for I have given you the land to possess it. 54 And ye shall divide the land by lot for an inheritance among your families: and to the more ye shall give the more inheritance, and to the fewer ye shall give the less inheritance: every man’s inheritance shall be in the place where his lot falleth; according to the tribes of your fathers ye shall inherit. 55 But if ye will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you; then it shall come to pass, that those which ye let remain of them shall be pricks in your eyes, and thorns in your sides, and shall vex you in the land wherein ye dwell. 56 Moreover it shall come to pass, that I shall do unto you, as I thought to do unto them.”
The Torah states in Deuteronomy 7:6:
“For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth.”
Deuteronomy 28:9-13 states:
“9 The LORD shall establish thee an holy people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, and walk in his ways.
10 And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the LORD; and they shall be afraid of thee.
11 And the LORD shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers to give thee.
12 The LORD shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.
13 And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:”
The Cabalistic Zohar did not arise in a vacuum, rather it is the practical plan for implementing the religious plan of the Torah. It was the Torah, not the Zohar, which first demanded that the Jews exterminate the Amalekites and leave no man, woman or child left alive (Genesis 14:7; 36:12, 16. Exodus 17:8-11, 13-14, 16. Numbers 13:29; 14:25, 43, 45; 24:20. Deuteronomy 25:17-19. See also: Judges 3:13; 5:14; 6:3, 33; 7:12; 10:12; 12:15. I Samuel 14:48;15:2-8, 15, 18, 20, 32; 27:8; 28:18; 30:1, 13, 18. II Samuel 1:1, 8, 13; 8:12. I Chronicles 1:36; 4:43; 18:11. Psalm 83:7).
The primary ambition of the Jews has always been to genocide the rest of the human race.
When you cut off the head, the body dies. The Jews have always sought to murder the Monarchies, to destroy the governments of the “Goyim”, “the Nations”; so that the Jews can institute a Jewish World government, which they will rule from Jerusalem. The Old Testament contains many passages instructing the Jews to destroy the governments of the Gentiles. Psalm 2:1-12 (see also: Sukkah 52a-b) states:
“Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? 2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, 3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. 4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. 5 Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. 6 Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. 7 I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. 8 Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession. 9 Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel. 10 Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. 11 Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. 12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.”
Psalm 2 states:

Psalm 18:40-50 states:
40 Thou hast also given me the necks of mine enemies; that I might destroy them that hate me. 41 They cried, but there was none to save them: even unto the LORD, but he answered them not. 42 Then did I beat them small as the dust before the wind: I did cast them out as the dirt in the streets. 43 Thou hast delivered me from the strivings of the people; and thou hast made me the head of the heathen: a people whom I have not known shall serve me. 44 As soon as they hear of me, they shall obey me: the strangers shall submit themselves unto me. 45 The strangers shall fade away, and be afraid out of their close places. 46 The LORD liveth; and blessed be my rock; and let the God of my salvation be exalted. 47 It is God that avengeth me, and subdueth the people under me. 48 He delivereth me from mine enemies: yea, thou liftest me up above those that rise up against me: thou hast delivered me from the violent man. 49 Therefore will I give thanks unto thee, O LORD, among the heathen, and sing praises unto thy name. 50 Great deliverance giveth he to his king; and sheweth mercy to his anointed, to David, and to his seed for evermore.”
Psalm 72:8-11 states:
“8 He shall have dominion also from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth. 9 They that dwell in the wilderness shall bow before him; and his enemies shall lick the dust. 10 The kings of Tarshish and of the isles shall bring presents: the kings of Sheba and Seba shall offer gifts. 11 Yea, all kings shall fall down before him: all nations shall serve him.”
Psalm 110:1-7 states:
“The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool. 2 The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies. 3 Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth. 4 The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek. 5 The Lord at thy right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath. 6 He shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over many countries. 7 He shall drink of the brook in the way: therefore shall he lift up the head.”
Isaiah 40:23 states:
“That bringeth the princes to nothing; he maketh the judges of the earth as vanity.”
Isaiah 49:7 states:
“Thus saith the LORD, the Redeemer of Israel, and his Holy One, to him whom man despiseth, to him whom the nation abhorreth, to a servant of rulers, Kings shall see and arise, princes also shall worship, because of the LORD that is faithful, and the Holy One of Israel, and he shall choose thee.”
Isaiah 49:23 states:
“And kings shall be thy nursing fathers, and their queens thy nursing mothers: they shall bow down to thee with their face toward the earth, and lick up the dust of thy feet; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD: for they shall not be ashamed that wait for me.”
Isaiah 60:12 states:
“For the nation and kingdom that will not serve thee shall perish; yea, those nations shall be utterly wasted.”
Isaiah 61:9 states:
“And their seed shall be known among the Gentiles, and their offspring among the people: all that see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed which the LORD hath blessed.”
Jeremiah 10:10 states:
“But the LORD is the true God, he is the living God, and an everlasting king: at his wrath the earth shall tremble, and the nations shall not be able to abide his indignation.”
Ezekiel 39:17-18 states:
“17 And, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord GOD; Speak unto every feathered fowl, and to every beast of the field, Assemble yourselves, and come; gather yourselves on every side to my sacrifice that I do sacrifice for you, even a great sacrifice upon the mountains of Israel, that ye may eat flesh, and drink blood. 18 Ye shall eat the flesh of the mighty, and drink the blood of the princes of the earth, of rams, of lambs, and of goats, of bullocks, all of them fatlings of Bashan.”
Micah 17:16-17 states:
“The nations shall see and be confounded at all their might: they shall lay their hand upon their mouth, their ears shall be deaf. 17 They shall lick the dust like a serpent, they shall move out of their holes like worms of the earth: they shall be afraid of the LORD our God, and shall fear because of thee.”
Zechariah 14:9 states:
“And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.”
As the above proves, the Jews are at war with all of our governments. The Jews instigate wars, practice usury, participate in government to subvert it, control elections, propose legislation, etc. all to undermine every Gentile government to work against the best interests of its People in favor of the murderous and greedy Jews who are determined to rule the World, so that they can exterminate every non-Jew down to the last man, woman and child.
The Jews are such a heinous People, that we have abundant legal precedent down through the entire history of the Jewish People for excluding Jews from government and for compelling them to integrate or otherwise disappear. From Caligula to Hitler, the governments of the nations the Jews have infected with their hateful and corrosive presence have sought to break the yoke of the Jews by removing them from government and forcing them to adopt normal human standards for the epoch in which they lived.
The mistake that so many of these governments have made is permitting the Jews to segregate. We must insist that no two Jews bear children between them, and that Jews not be permitted to associate with other Jews outside their immediate family. Short of ending their lives, this is evidently the only way to put an end to the Jewish war on the human race.
If we are to survive, we must remove all Jews from government and make it a capital criminal offense for any Jew to even attempt to influence politics in any manner, including, but not limited to: commenting on political matters; participating in the press or the educational system; donating to political campaigns and causes; proposing, complimenting or critizing any candidate or politician, etc. The sooner the nations of the World adopt these legal measures, the sooner the Jewish war on the human race will end.
We must also make it illegal for anyone to accuse another of “anti-Jewish” or “anti-Semitic” expressions or beliefs.
Whenever a nation permits Jews to interfere in its politics, the results are inevitably a usurious monetary system, wars, depressions, and moral and cultural decay. If we are to be healthy, we must purge our government and political system of Jews and Jewish influence of any kind.

You say Palestinian Arabs feel humiliated and harassed when Israeli authorities search them and their belongings; when they are prevented from traveling freely because of checkpoints, roadblocks, closures and curfews. You say they feel “corralled.”
In Israel, every Israeli is searched numerous times during the course of a single day. Israelis are asked to open their bags and purses for inspection. In most cases, they are subjected to body searches with a metal detector every time they enter a bank or a post office, pick up a bottle of milk at the supermarket, enter a mall or train station, or visit a hospital or medical clinic. Young Israeli men and women are physically frisked in search of suicide belts before they enter crowded nightclubs.
As a matter of routine, Israelis’ car trunks are searched every time they enter a well-trafficked parking lot. Daily, their cars pass through roadblocks that cause massive traffic jams when security forces are in hot pursuit of suicide bombers believed to have entered Israel.
Israelis are searched not only when they go out for a cup of coffee or a slice of pizza, but also when they go to the movies or a concert, where the term “dressed to kill” has an entirely different meaning.
These ordinary daily humiliations now extend to similar searches when Israelis go to weddings or Bar Mitzvahs. No one abroad talks about the humiliation Jews in Israel are subjected to, having to write at the bottom of wedding invitations and other life cycle events, “The site will be secured [by armed guards]” – to ensure relatives and friends will attend and share their joyous occasion.
One out of four Israeli children, ages 11 to 15, fear for their lives. One out of three report they fear for the lives of their family members, and more than a third report they have changed their patterns of travel and social lives due to security concerns.
These ubiquitous security checks do not exist in Arab cities and towns in Israel (or, for that matter, in Judea and Samaria) because those places are not and never have been targets of Palestinian terrorism. In fact, the average Israeli is “humiliated and harassed” by being searched far more times a day than the average Palestinian. Not one human rights group, nor you, has so much as noted this massive intrusion into the rights of privacy and person imposed on Israelis.
To date, no one protests the fact that, since the 1970s, Jewish schoolchildren in Israel are surrounded by perimeter fences, with armed guards at the schoolyard gates, as if their schools were the domiciles of Mafiosi.
Not one Arab village in Israel or the Territories has a perimeter fence around it. Guards are not required at Arabic shops, cafes, restaurants, movie theaters, wedding halls or schools – either in Israel or in the Territories. Palestinians also do not need armed guards to accompany every school trip, youth movement hike or campout. They are not targets of terrorism.
Countless Israelis in sensitive areas within the Green Line – not only in the Territories, but also in Jewish towns, villages and bedroom suburbs – are “ghettoized” behind high fences.
Many Israeli motorists avoid major arteries that pass through Arab areas of Israel, while Arab citizens and Palestinians from the Territories continue to enter Jewish cities and go about their business without peril. Israelis are told, in effect, to disguise themselves when traveling abroad – not to speak Hebrew in public and not to wear garments that reveal their Jewish-Israeli origins. Even Israel’s national airline – El Al – has been forced to remove its logo from the tails of its aircraft at certain airports, out of concern for the safety of its passengers. This followed several attempts to down Israeli civilian aircraft with missiles. On the other hand, Arabs who frequent Jewish cities and towns in Israel wear their traditional Arab headgear without fear of being attacked or harassed.
All this begs the question: Who are the victims and who are the victimizers? Who are the ones being harassed and humiliated? Palestinian Arabs or Israelis?

Why do you think they destroyed them in the first place? There must have actually been some honest people keeping records and ready to do justice. They have been neutralized,.. either murdered or threatened. They are stonewalling, the criminals are running the system. Would the mafia arrest itself if they were given the power?

I once worked for a big oil firm that ‘backed up’ every file server everyday and sent those ‘back ups’ out of state.
Are we to believe there aren’t any back ups anywhere? Or has that question not been asked?

i guess 5′3″ guys with boxcutters getting into all 4 cockpits, making aerial maneuvers even skilled pilots couldn’t do in 1000 tries (pilotsfor911truth), somehow making every pilot and flight attendant commit a felony by not entering hijack code, breaking the laws of physics, these were all easy things for the terrorists? and then coming back from the dead and actually being alive like many of the terrorists, that must be easier than planting bombs in a building when marvin bush runs the security and ordered the wtc closed the weekend before 9/11 huh?
if we have been told by the government that the anthrax (which was planned before 9/11 and part of the 9/11 attacks) was sent by the u.s. military pretending to be muslim terrorists then why is it so hard to believe that the rest of the attacks were done by the u.s. military pretending to be muslim terrorists?
simple question, who benefitted? haliburton/carlyle/silverstein (sharon’s best friend) or the “terrorists” who got the terrific benefit of not only their own death but the death of many of their friends and family and destruction of their homelands.

First, Thank you for your civil reply.
For the record, I don’t assume to know the the truth or the whys and hows of the events that day. The fact is I don’t “fully” believe any of it. Neither the official or truther version. One can only speculate and I would rather not do that. I must however disagree with the idea that fire could have caused the speed of collapse that was witnessed in all three buildings. Please do not take this as meaning that I buy into the explosives theory. As I stated before, I would rather not speculate. I feel though that I am reasonably safe in my disbelief of the “fire” theory based on personal experience mixed with common sense.
My father is a black smith, I studied to be one. Along with that comes knowledge and study of metallurgy. This involves learning properties of steel and alloys, to include the temperatures at which they become malleable, their melting points and what it takes to reach those temperatures using various fuels and oxygen sources. I’m not making any claims that I am structural engineer, but in the same way, you don’t need to be a mathematician to add 2+2. I just don’t believe that the fire from jet fuel could have generated enough heat to cause the absolute total failure of structural steel causing the “3″ buildings to fall at the speed that they did.
Again, the Windsor hotel and Iroqois theatre “DID NOT” collapse. The only collapse present was 6 floors above the 17th in the Windsor, and that was only the concrete of the floors. You can find photos that show this. The steel structure and the rest of the concrete pillar structure along with most of the fascia was still intact. In other words, although totaled, the building withstood over 20 hours of fire without a sprinkler system while also lacking other fire protection due to an ongoing renovation.
Common sense tells me that in order for a building to fall at the speed which was witnessed at WTC, the structure of the building would have to instantly disintegrate. Otherwise the support would slow down the rate of collapse if it was caused by the momentum of its own weight collapsing onto itself. In essence, the fire would had of reached such a tremendous temperature that at one moment the structure was holding, then the next it was completely and utterly nonexistent. I don’t buy the official story because of this. Don’t ask me what I think happened because I don’t pretend to know. I’m not an expert in demolitions or any thing else that may or may not have been involved. But I do know what I Don’t believe. Please understand, I don’t want to believe it was an inside job. Because of the implications, I really do wish that the official story were true. But at this time I just can’t buy it.
The building examples that you provided are not in any way backing the fire claim. As a matter of fact, they help to refute it. I have tried to find examples myself and as of yet, have been unable to. If you know of any at all, I would honestly like to know about them. Like I said, I would like to believe it, I just need a reason.
