The U.S. military has prepared a list of U.S. military bases that could be used to house as many as 250 detainees currently being held at the U.S. Naval base in Guantanamo Bay, military officials tell ABCNews.com.
The list — which includes Camp Pendleton in California, Fort Leavenworth in Kansas; the Marine Air Station in Miramar, California; and the U.S. Naval Consolidated Brig in South Carolina — has been circulated in a classified brief to members of Congress and was prepared by the Pentagon’s Joint Staff.
President-elect Barack Obama is expected to order that the Guantanamo Bay detainee facility be closed on his first day in office, officials say. Officials say it would take at least a year to prepare a new prison and transfer the detainees.

The preliminary list was based on cost, logistic, and security concerns, but the Department of Defense is expected to present a more comprehensive recommendation based on a variety of factors, according a military official.

I have been brainstorming this problem for weeks. I have come up with a brilliant idea that will be clearly a win-win solution. We could move these pedophile throat-cutters to the San Diego Zoo for display. The zoo could modify Monkey Mountain to safely and securely warehouse these guys. The zoo could fabricate a setting that depicts how these guys murder innocent people. You know…..their natural habitat. The tree huggers will love my idea. They could place decapitated (fake of course) corpses, little dead chidlren, and mutilated women about the enclosure. This way the American public can “see” why these throat-cutters were detained in Gitmo, instead of “hearing” and “reading” the reason why these filthy vermin are in Gitmo. You have to admit, the average American is not able to focus for more than a few moments unless you stimulate them with “reality” type stuff. God is perfectly just, and yet he sentences the imperfect humans he created to infinite suffering in hell for finite sins. Clearly, a limited offense does not warrant unlimited punishment. God’s sentencing of the imperfect humans to an eternity in hell for a mere mortal lifetime of sin is infinitely more unjust than this punishment. The absurd injustice of this infinite punishment is even greater when we consider that the ultimate source of human imperfection is the God who created them. A perfectly just God who sentences his imperfect creation to infinite punishment for finite sins is impossible.

If the people in Gitmo are guilty, they should be put on trial. If found guilty, they should go to prison. if not, they should be acquitted.
You can’t argue that someone can be locked up for years and tortured because they might be guilty of a crime in the future. On that basis, you could lock up all of the world.
The Gitmo detainees should be given a fair trial, not sent to other camps without a trial.
This is a dangerous precedent. Soon half America will be locked up on the grounds that they pose a potential danger to the state.

If you are using a dynamic router unplug it leave it for few seconds or a minute restart it you should get a new IP, but if you’re IP is Static you won’t be able to register again.
