School officer threatens arrest for anti-Obama sign – unflattering representations of our dear leader are illegal

In a damning indictment of how the First Amendment has been eviscerated, footage from a recent town hall event shows a school security officer threatening a protester with arrest for holding up an anti-Obama sign while declaring that America has ceased to exist, arguing that unflattering representations of our dear leader are illegal.
Despite the fact that there were numerous other signs being displayed at the health care event in Reston, Va., security officer Wesley Cheeks Jr. ordered the protester to pull down the placard, which featured the depiction of Obama as the Joker from Batman with the words “Organizing for National Socialist Health Care – The Final Solution”.
An argument ensued before the protester declared, “This used to be America,” to which the officer responded, “It ain’t no more, OK?”
Cheeks claimed that the protester couldn’t display his sign because it included an image of Obama. Like he’s some kind of religious deity, authority figures somehow think that it is illegal to display a likeness of our dear leader that is anything but flattering.
As anyone with a basic grasp of history understands, when the authorities start oppressing people merely for ridiculing those in power, dictatorship and tyranny soon follows.

“Sir, leave the picture down,” the officer said. “If you put the picture back up, you’ll be charged with trespassing.”
The officer also ascribes upon himself the power to interpret and invent laws, growling, “If I told you once to take it down and you put it back up, I can charge you with whatever I want to charge you with.”
Cheeks’ brazen contempt for the oath he swore to protect and defend the Constitution is laid bare as he openly trashes everything America stands for and claims that in his eyes the country and by extension the bill of rights itself no longer exists.
This should act as a wake up call to illustrate the shocking reversal of the role of police and security officers from peace officers to political enforcers for the corrupt state.
Officer Cheeks is a member of the Fairfax County Public Schools’ trained School Security Officer team (e mail them), who have refused to comment on the story until their office opens again today.

Agreed, The unlawful use or threatened use of force or violence by a person or an organized group against people or property with the intention of intimidating or coercing societies or governments, often for ideological or political reasons.He should file a complaint under patriot act(criminal case). He should also file against the individual and the employer for violating his civil rights in a civil court. I would guess the guard worried about his being will be more than happy to claim he was improperly trained. Use the weapons the created to control us on them.

I watched the video of Officer Cheeks and harassing police officers is a crime. Like you know guys I have to disagree with you. Kool President Obama did win and he can make the Police remove silly posters of the Messiah if he wants too. We do not have the agitators in Marin County, CA. The man was tresspasing. We have used this film in our Obama Youth Camp training center today. It has been a learning experience. How did the agitator ever get in to a townhall meeting. This is unbelievable. We really don’t have these kind of people in San Fracisco. Even the boat guy is very nice when he is off work.

Honestly, this article and “story” is a bunch of bullshit. Who gives a fuck what some dumb-ass school security guard thinks about freedom of speech. To call this incident a “damning indictment of how the first amendment has been eviscerated” is really sensationalist yellow journalism. Don’t get me wrong, I agree with and think its pretty obvious that the first amendment is under attack all over this country but if Watson is trying to lay down an indictment, this article is a pretty shitty bit of evidence.
First of all the guy is a SCHOOL SECURITY GUARD!!! Have you people never been to school in this country? Do you remember what the security guards are like?? With all due respect they aren’t exactly deep thinkers, so why is this guy’s ideas about America important. Nor do school security guards have a level of authority where their opinions and actions can be justifiably taken to represent that of the state, which is clearly the connection Watson was trying to make here. Yes, I understand school security guards are government employees but so are traffic cops and sanitation workers, but am I supposed to be concerned with their opinions on constitutional freedoms too? All this story amounts to is that this security guard is just some regular working guy, who happens to have some minor authority in this particular location, and is thoughtlessly mixing his fucked up opinion of the state of our union with the execution of his duties. I mean, come on, if some rent-a-cop comes out and harasses an pro-union protester in front of a Walmart and blurts out something about people not having the right to protest, am I supposed to take that as damning evidence of the powers that be suppressing constitutional freedoms, and become infuriated and write letters to Walmart? Get the fuck outa here. The importance of this story has clearly been exaggerated for the purpose of getting people riled up. And we all know the term for that: propaganda.
I’m really starting to get tired of all the non-news thats been on this site lately (i.e. the obamajoker foolishness). I started coming to this site because it was the single best aggregate of actionable information in the fight for our freedom (hence the name “infowars”). Most of the articles used to be pretty good, some of them really good with a lot of substance that couldn’t be easily found elsewhere. Now it seems most of them are in the same category as this sensationalist garbage. No offense to Watson, I understand what he’s trying to do but imho, this type of stuff is not helpful to the serious elements of this movement, nor the basic task of keeping people informed, as it wastes time and takes peoples attention away from real news about real power really trying to eviscerate our freedoms. I apologize for ranting but I feel very strongly that this site needs to go back to providing real, actionable, information. Not stories about school security guards. Please, correct me if I’m wrong.

College security cops are always those idiots who are too stupid to be able to get on their local police forces. Had a run in with those types while in college myself. A friend of mine was getting sexually assaulted by this really strange person. I finally took care of it myself after the campus nazis arrested her and let him go after she insisted on involving them. Let’s face it, only those who are too stupid to pass the exams for the regular cops are college campus cops. Since the regular cops won’t hire people who do well on their exams, imagine how stupid you have to be to become a campus cop. This moron is a typical example.

Someone told him to remove to “protester” and he probably can’t reconcile the situation. Although he swore an oath to protect the Constitution, he may know nothing about it. I understand your frustration, yet, we see this in many colors. The black ancestors did not asked to be kidnapped and shipped over here as slaves, you and I were not slave masters and never would be by nature Im sure. Racism – to a large degree – is in the past, and would be far more than it is today if the politically correct crowd, the liberal white guilt media and liberal white guilt academics, race-baiting reverends in the Democrat Party (we know who they are), and so on, would let things alone. But they won’t.
And so we see people getting pissed off quite often because there is a massive double standard that exists in America.
And why does this double standard exist? Because it continues to be perpertuated – on purpose.
There are those who want to continue to transfer the sins of the past (slavery, poll taxes, Jim Crow laws) to white people living today, and transfer what happened to black people in the past to black people living today.
IOW, horrible things happened to black people in the past, and many want the sins of the past to be transfered to all white people living today (who did not commit those horrible acts against black people in the past), and they want what happened to black people in the past to be transfered to all black people living today (even though those sins of the past were not committed against blacks living today), so that it can be said that black people cannot be racist.
They need an excuse for anti-white behavior and/or black revenge, and the aforementioned is one of the methods thet use to justify either of them.
Another method is for them to say that “blacks cannot be racist because they lack political and economic power.” This is said quite often to perpetuate the divide between blacks and whites, but for them to say this is false and can be shown in the following:
First of all this is a gross generalization and therefore logically fallacious. Secondly, there are many, many blacks (Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, non-political entities, and on and on) that have political and economic power in America. Third, if it comes down to lack of political or economic power, then poor white people (and especially the generationally poor) cannot be racist either, because they too lack economic and political power.
But the race-baiters won’t agree to that. Therefore, they lump all whites together and act as if all whites can be racist because the majority of whites have it well in America, but all blacks cannot be racist because most do not have it well in America. That is illogical thinking on the part of the race-baiters (not just that but all of the aforementioned shows that their thinking is flawed).
This is their rational. Putting people into groups is necessary for them to try and transfer white sins of the past to whites living today, and to try also to give an excuse for blacks to behave as they wish with white people.
Since whites living today did not commit the sins of the past, they don’t have to take any revenge-based, anti-white crap from racist blacks. And since blacks living today almost without exception never had anything bad done to them personally by whites living today, they have no excuse for engaging in anti-white behavior.
All that I have given you here is the way to defeat the divide-and-conquer NWO on this issue. The NWO likes to use racial division to further their goals.
All that I have given you can be adapted for various situations where a double standard exists, where a black person is getting away with something that a white person would not get away with and so on.
Use these arguments often. Use them well.

Black people in this country and the people of color the world over have found themselves brutally treated, maimed and murdered and for many hundreds of years. It continues to this very minute. We and other people of color and our lands have and continue to be exploited by the so called elite and their demons – white, yellow, red, brown and black who worship and work for them.
Who are they that are the exploiters of women, men and children on this planet?
Lastly, one must confront one’s own demons. Change the world? Change yourself. Take a good look in the mirror and deal with that one there. To some it is impossible as it will cause them to commit suicide. To others it is impossible because their minds will not allow them to deal with their own demons. So when they look they see nothing….absolutely nothing!
Blame the victim for being the victim is easy. You can do better than that.

The security guard didnt say it was because it was a picture of OBAMA, he said it was because it had a picture on it.
Saying it was because the picture portrayed Obama in a bad light is just jumping to conclusions.
From the video there is no way to tell if the other signs had pictures on them, or if they were on the school property or on the street.
There was someone else there trying to say about a ruling by the Supreme Court but the video gets cut off. who knows he might be right.

That ain’t nothing. I saw two police officers sitting in their car (drizzle rain) and not helping over 500 motorists trying to get through an intersection due to an accident (three lanes cut down to one). When I pointed it out to the officers that the back up was over 45 minutes long, I was arrested – put in jail for over 24 hours (very slow court system)… lost a day of work, had to pay over $200.00 to have my car towed and to boot… the officer lied on his report and said I jumped out of my car and got in his face. total liar. Broward County Tamarac BSO police officer. Total jerk!

It’s not the lack of education really. It’s the personality types that go into law enforcement. There are a few who are your ”do-gooder” types. They like to help people & are big on doing the right thing. The others are the bully type. They are borderline psychopaths or worse. Those are the ones we are seeing more & more of. They are dangerous ones. It’s been a long time but I was in the miltary police. And I consider all cops the enemy unless they show me otherwise.

Hey, I just thought of something. Not sure if anyone else has said this, but I’ll say it, even though I disagree with the patriot act all together but if they wanna play games, we can play them back. I say this Cheeks guy, by his actions, is a terrorist and should be arrested without any right to a lawyer, sent to guantanamo or any other place they torture people.

It is obvious why Obama was placed in his current role. Anyone who disagrees with him is accussed of being racist. I was discussing Obama with a black guy the othere day and he accussed me of not liking Obama him because he was black. When i asked him to look at his actions and policys, he knew nothing and was happy to just use the race card.
Now if he had sat down with me last year and discussed the ways of Bush, then I know for sure that race would not come into it – ask yourself!

It’s an incredible story really. A man with a nationality not so loved by the country he lives in runs for the highest office in the land. he has to overcome his race, the place he was born and his humble beginings. His speeches are astounding and moving. He has a great deal of charisma, charm and grace. He moves people to an almost frenzy, his oratory skills drive people not only to the polls but to do something in their community. He wins the election based not on experience but a belief that he can bring change to not only his country but the world. Nobody gave him a chance yet he not only managed to win but he is considered an almost messiah figure. Then rumors begin of camps being built, he says he wants the youth to be active in his new vision of his country. Blame is placed upon those who did nothing but be the wrong people at the wrong time. Look, I know it’s somewhat dramatic and reactionary to compare Obama with Hitler but historically the rise to power is almost identical. There are hundreds of Fema camps being built and he wants to,”draft”, the youth of America for who knows what. How much has changed really? The war has shifted focus but it still has no sight of letting up. The economy is still getting worse. The world is still running out of water, food and oil. I’m poor myself and so are my friends. It’s not getting better, minimum wage is still a joke and opportunities are still based on who you know. It’s very dangerous to get so behind one man, especially in our political climate. You don’t raise 200 million a month just from,” The people”. Obama is just another cog in a very well oiled machine. I heard once that people get the government they deserve. Clearly we haven’t done enough.

I attempted to e-mail whoever on that little “click here” thing, got the e-mail addy in the “to” box and then after typing something I clicked send. Nothing happened, got an error about the address and it had cryptic symbols in the place of the original email address. Anyone else get this problem during the email process? And yes, the guy is nothing more than a mall cop. Ignore him and those like him. Why didn’t the sign holder offer to get arrested by putting the sign back up? Did the bum with the badge have a gun or taser?

i have read the entire thread. it does not brighten my hope that as a species we are going to make it. we can’t even find anyhing to agree completely upon other than we are oppressed and things are going to get worse. all i hear is the screaching and howling of beasts. money isn’t real, technology is only used to control, surveille(sp), enslave, etc. information is a big mess. TV and computer, especially computer, just sophisticated tools of isolation and control. everywhere we go and everything we type on the advanced idiot box internet goes somewhere permanently for later or sooner evaluation. I’m getting rid of mine(PC) sooner than later. i’m almost ready, no bank account, home, car, credit card, cell phone, living week to week, when the shit hits the fan i’ve not much to lose so i’ll have alot less to worry about. The idea of nothing is the only thing that keeps me arm at night, all else seems a lie to me, except a few variables in my perception which to me, in my heart, are something like truth. everything else except nature tends to bring me down. all this argument over specific intances is exactly where they want to keep us until they figure out even more horrible created false belief sytems to wear us down even more. 10:10, gotta “work” tomorrow, sad necessity. goodbye

rights? freedoms? where. the right to man the factories, sweep floors, grow corn and shut up? the freedom to think for your self and do what you want and end up in jail or in an asylum or to go with the flow and keep up with the jones’. only dead fish go with the flow. tavistock institute and similar organizations have excelled marvelously at their techniques of social, thought, and mind control. the propaganda and mis and dis info teams working twenty four seven, three sixty five to improve their plan of control for what everyone should think and feel. i was an artist and musician and railed against the machine, thought i would burn out all that programming with heavy, prolonged, and hard drug use, and of course through my art and music. twenty some odd years later it has all been for naught. the programming is still there and metamorphosed into a horrible thing beyond explanation in my mind. some completely differnet way of dealing with this ever growing control mechanism must be discovered more or less by all the peoples simultaneously, like similar species in different hemispheres picking up on some new behavior unconsciously and suddenly performing the same behavior of their cousins on the other side of the world. the middle class is well on its way down to working class poor if their so lucky to find or keep a job. america No.1 days are over man. forget it. this country is being hacked to pieces asymetrically, nothing but argument and talking from our picked/placed/payed leaders oath breakers all, just knuckling nder to the most greedy and powerful people on this planet to save their own ass while french kissing their paymasters’ sphincters. i must laugh or i’ll cry. not to say i’ve not shed tears of fear and hopelessness. my current way of battling the beast is to participate in the system as absolutely little as possible. Tesla technology, H.A.A.R.P. technology, ELF, UHF, ULF, electromagnetism, microwaves, orthogonal rotations, weather manipulation and control, geologic/tectonic resonant frequency precipitation of ‘natural’ disasters. Of course they would use this wonderful technology for death, destruction, enslavement, control, etc. this same technology(ies) can also be used to end diseases, the cure for cancer has been around for a long time, free energy for everyone evrywhere on the planet, frequencies which put our bodies into an harmonious intra-cellular balance for great lengths of time, combustion engine technology that gets anywhere from eighty to a couple hundred mpg being with-held. if a diesel engine frieght train can get three-four hundred miles to the gallon, why cant cars. doesn’t make sense. the lord, or higher beings should help us aginst the assholes at the top or just take all our little gadgets and shit away and throw us back into the stone age. at least it wouldn’t take long to get into peak physical condition if death didn’t take whoever first. spritual, emotional, and mental health would soon follow. progress is a lie. in my opinion it has never ultimately or really made my life any easier or convenient at all. life is still fraught with difficulty, suffering, and disappointment. getting involved = becoming subverted and compromised, totally enslaved in the end to this system you began to fight against so zealously. when the time is right i’m checking the fuck out. unless hundreds of millions demand and destroy the halls and buildings of power, removing their foundations, blowing all the undergroud installations right the fuck out of the mountains and earth they are constructed in/under, destroying all centers of control, defense, and intelligence would be a great place to start. how do you get hundreds of millions of people to understand the need and the nasty reality that the control mechanism will fight back to kill should anything of this nature happen. i’m sure most people who are into these sites and forums are familiar with Operation Garden Plot… a law written some time ago against just such sorts of mass uprisings. They are ready to kill every last one of us for the preservation of the control mechanism and all it’s agencies and tentacles, lesser or greater. well, i’m going to forget everything i’ve written, and sleep.
