UPDATE: New Obama Birth Certificate Another Hoax?
California attorney Orly Taitz has released a copy of a birth certificate that purports to show Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya, which if authenticated would plunge the United States into a constitutional crisis and potentially herald a catastrophic loss of confidence in the legitimacy of the government.
The Obama birth certificate issue has been rumbling on for over a year, with researchers demanding to see a complete birth certificate proving that President Obama was born in Hawaii as he claims, yet none has been forthcoming.
Mainstream media attention on the issue has intensified over the past few weeks, even forcing the White House itself to publicly dismiss the controversy.
However, Taitz’ bombshell discovery blows the whole story wide open and its ramifications could be monumental.
According to World Net Daily, Taitz has filed a new motion in U.S. District Court seeking authentication for the document.

“The document lists Obama’s parents as Barack Hussein Obama and Stanley Ann Obama, formerly Stanley Ann Dunham, the birth date as Aug. 4, 1961, and the hospital of birth as Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya,” reports World Net Daily.
“No doctor is listed. But the alleged certificate bears the signature of the deputy registrar of Coast Province, Joshua Simon Oduya. It was allegedly issued as a certified copy of the original in February 1964.
“WND was able to obtain other birth certificates from Kenya for purposes of comparison, and the form of the documents appear to be identical.”
Despite the fact that a hoax document similar in nature circulated the Internet last week, World Net Daily reports that the new document “bears none of the obvious traits of a hoax”.
The birth certificate was released by an anonymous source who did not want to be named because he fears for his life.

“I filed the motion with the court asking for expedited discovery, which would allow me to start subpoenas and depositions even before Obama and the government responds,” Taitz told WND. “I am asking the judge to give me the power to subpoena the documents from the Kenyan embassy and to require a deposition from Hillary Clinton so they will be forced to authenticate [the birth certificate].”
If proven genuine, the document could herald a constitutional crisis in the United States and lead to Barack Obama being kicked out of office before he’s even able to complete his first year in the White House.
Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution states, “No person except a natural born citizen… shall be eligible to the office of president.”
Obviously the more likely scenario will be that the court will be strong armed into dismissing the document as a counterfeit by the powers that be.
However, the overt preparations for martial law which have intensified since Obama took office have doubtless taken into account the fact that a complete loss of confidence in the legitimacy of the government could foster civil unrest and make a police state crackdown necessary from the perspective of the authorities.

Im so sick of this extremely convenient accusation that all who request PROOF of a president’s eligibility to serve is racism. First of all ‘The Truth Teller’ is correct in his assertation that Obama is as white as he is black. People who consider him to be strictly a black man clearly have their eyeballs disconnected from their brains.
My next point would be that even the SLIGHTEST possibility that a person is not constitutionally eligible to hold the highest office in the land MUST be investigated and probed until there is no reasonable doubt remaining. To not do so would be at best unpatriotic and at worst treason.
It is an obvious tactic by the tyrants to discredit many concerned patriots as racists. Not to mention the new term “birthers”, coined by the administration and the media, is in it’s self a derrogatory slur nearly always accompanied by a sneering tone by all who use it to describe people who are merely seeking answers.
Every day I am torn. On one hand I am encouraged and enlightened by all of those who took the blinders off and now see things as they really are. On the other hand I am disgusted and ashamed of a large portion of our populous who are just too lazy, too comfortable, too scared or too apathetic to think for themselves. I have been involved in the Patriot Movement for many many years- since the early 1980’s and it seems to be more of a common problem than most of the peeps either realize or will admit. The birth announcement in Hawaii newspapers are made subsequent to the issuing of a COLB. This is not proof Obama was born in Hawaii. It was completely legal for Obama’s mother or grandmother to request a Hawaii COLB even if Barack was born in Kenya.
That is why the records need to be opened to see exactly what was used to issue Obama his Birth Certificate. Obama refuses to open the record, we now know why.

The validity of the constitution isn’t the problem, it is quite a valid document, though they may like make it seem not valid and make it the issue.

The registrar didn’t sign the document because it was a copy taken from the registry office three years after the initial registration and not the original from 1961.
The easiest way to determine if the thing is a hoax is to go to the register office where the alledged document was produced and check the ledger, book 44B, page 5733.

It also says it’s a certified copy, meaning a certified copy of the original, it’s a true copy of the entry recorded in the bith register of this province, read the bottom it says “Given under my hand and seal of office this 17th day of Feb 1964.” It was issued that day and date, I have a birth certificate that says it was issued in 2000 though I was born in 1979 cause I lost my other one. Above certificate would still be valid as it does show D.O.B and all other relevant details.

On the Hawaii COLB it lists it as MOTHERS MAIDEN NAME which is Stanley Ann Dunham (which I admit is a little PC, not listing the married name, but that’s the COLB in Hawaii for you) , however this Republic of Kenyan Birth Certificate lists both her Married name and Maiden Name, and they match correctly, there is nothing to debunk there.

This document, at the moment, holds more weight than anything produced thus far.

Nothing produced by Obama’s people or factcheck or anyone else has any authenticity with a signature from an official.
And I have to say the photocopy presented above in this article looks a hundred times more authentic than that phony certificate of live birth Obama and his people spewed forth.
This could, if legit, lead to the release of Obama’s long-form birth certificate from Hawaii and all the other records he has had sealed since this issue first came around.
Remember, Obama was served with a lawsuit concerning his natural born status before the Democratic National Committee even chose him as their primary candidate. A copy of this lawsuit was also delivered to the head of the DNC. All way before Obama’s selection into the primaries.
Meaning this fraud would have been perpetuated this far back and therefore the liability of the $400 million dollars it took to get Obama into office would be substantiated considerably.
Major financial fraud. Not to mention all the other ramifications.
And with this kind of cat out of the bag now and many waiting to pick it up and continue the fight. We won’t need to worry about Orly being suicided or crashing in a commercial airliner incident.

My Michigan birth certificate doesn’t have a hospital or a doctor name, but it indicates the city and county I was born in.

I get your point, but it has not been tested by the Supreme Court, so it is unclear, bur there is a case, and someone could take this to the court.
Worst for Obama he did affirm on a couple of state forms that he was eligible to run for office of the US President. Now if he had studied something like Plumbing he could have signed that form NO PROBS, but since he studied constitutional law, he could not have sworn that, because EVEN if his official story is true, he KNOWS that the law is UNCLEAR, thus making a false statement on an official form.
Now if the man is honest (which I doubt with every passing day) this is unfair on him, but why didn’t Obama go to the supreme court and get it cleared up before he signed the papers, he knew he wanted to run years before he did, and he knew of this argument, its studied all the time.
Anyway it is a legal cluster%^$$, too confusing for average dumb down American to understand, and the Supreme Court have pretty much proved that they will back the NWO, so its not a practical tack.

here is a very high standard of proof that must be met in order to override the Constitutional ‘Full Faith and Credit’ standard granted to the State of Hawaii in this matter. That standard of proof would require that the complainant show proof that there was an actual fraud committed by the State of Hawaii in the certification of that Birth Certificate, or that the certificate itself was fraudulent. Either way, the burden of proof rests with the complainant. Merely making accusations that this may have happened is not sufficient.
This would be true even if a foreign power were to present a Birth Certificate that was claimed to show birth in another country. Under the standard of ‘Full Faith and Credit’ that is specifically provided for in the Constitution, the public records of the State of Hawaii would take precedence over the public records of any foreign power. In order to meet the required burden of proof, the foreign record would not only have to be proven as true, but also the State of Hawaii’s record would have to be proven separately as false.

there was no such entity as the Republic of Kenya on the 17th of February, 1964- while Kenya declared independence on the 12th of December, 1963, it was a constitutional monarchy with Elizabeth II as head of state until exactly a year later, on the 12th of December, 1964.
The forger of this document clearly did not know their Kenyan history and merely picked out a date after Kenya became independent for their “copy” of Obama’s birth record.

The constitution which established the official name was written in 1963, and on the date of independence they did know the name of the country was the “Republic of Kenya”.

Are we to suggest that between the date of independence and the adoption of the constitution the country had NO name? That is probably legally true, but in practice not relevant. They had to have new paper work, they couldn’t use the British Empire forms, so why no roll out the new stuff early.
What paper work was used in the US between September 3 1783 and the signing of the constitution on June 21 1788, and who knows, some states (or were they still colonies at the time) may have already called them selves states after July 4 1776
At least by January of 1788, before the official republic, called for example New York, The State of New York, even though it didn’t become on in the union until June 1788.
So what was Kenya call on February 17 1964.
For most it was just Kenya, for the government (no yet established, but taking over the role from the Brits), they would have called it The Republic, as any proud patriot would.

For Obama, his personal history is full of overseas travel, and non-American fathers, this raises questions to his “natural born” status. This could be squashed by allowing the people (like those from WND and other press) to see the vault copy.

I served in the military for 20 years as an enlisted man and took orders from superiors of every skin color, male and female. Yes what’s your point, the document you a looking at was printed after Independence but before the constitution came into effect, see the answer above with link to the Kenyan constitution and details on how they knew even before independence the name of their new country.
For people born in 1961 in British controlled Kenya or Mombasa (Mombasa was part of the state of Zanzibar until 12 December 1963 when it was ceded to Kenya), what do you think it says on their birth certificate?
It says Republic of Kenya, and the details of their birth. Is that so hard to understand.
As mentioned and debunked, the certificate does not state citizenship, someone born in Kenya (or Mombasa) in 1961 is most likely entitled to both UK and Kenya Passports, and in the case where the Mum is American, most likely Dual citizenship with the US.

The date of the document is in 1964 – it is a certification of birth, not the actual birth certificate. Also, in 1964 Kenya was a Republic, so your point is not valid.
The Registrar in his declaration says that there is a record already, and that the certification is true to that date.

Im so sick of this extremely convenient accusation that all who request PROOF of a president’s eligibility to serve is racism. In order to be natural born one must be born of 2 parents who have citizenship and also be born on American Territory or military base such as MCcain in the Panama Zone etc.
Kenya was clearly never a U.S. territory nor did we have military bases there.
Ergo. Obama is not qualified.
Even if he were born in Hawaii. Once again. Not qualified. Mother was not eligible to transfer citizenship due to her age. His father was Kenyan and subject to British law.
Also even if the above were discounted.
He became an Indonesian citizen. Indonesia does not or ever did allow dual citizenship so once again Obama would have to relinquish U.S. citizenship.

Hint: check the name of the country when the event took place, then check the name on the certificate.

I am teacher at MM Shah Primary school. And after seeing people on here claiming that the birth certificate here is not real. I tell you. I have the exact same certificate. I was born at the same time as our brother Obama. I assure you I even have the same registrar.
Kenyan is correct although his english to you might seem primitive he does not lie.
Flags or republics had little to do with what the clerk typed on the birth certificate.
Back in that time many had limited English skills even though we were a British Colony.
Things were sometimes lost in Translation, however not the fact when a baby is born in Mobassa at our hospital it is carefully looked after and records kept accordingly.
I assure you Obama’s family resides here and they and many other will tell you he was born here.
The seal and the type on the certificate shown matches mine perfectly.

The name of the country on the document is not conclusive proof that this is fake, because it’s possible the government didn’t want to double up on official paper work for the gap year. The Name “Republic of Kenya” was agreed by December 1963 the very day they became independent, it went into effect in December 1964 at the official start of the new constitution, in the gap year it was not a different country in any meaningful way, it just took a year to implement the change from a Dominion of the British to a Republic.
Also as mentioned above, it has been know that in Kenya they rolled out paper work early, because THEY KNEW that the name would be changed. It wasn’t exactly the most orderly run place in 1964, but they were very proud to become a Republic.
Sadly America seems to want to be a Dominion of the Bank of England.

When you can prove that you have served in combat in the protection of our democracy, then you MAY have the right to question any Natural Born Citizen of the United States.

Personally what I think is that if Obama really was born in Kenya, then why didn’t they tell us that in the begining?? Why did they wait untill now? It is same type and is true and correct. I know it is hard for you to except the facts.

Would anyone like my theory on this whole charade? Let’s go back to the beginning..when Obama was Senator, when Tom Daschle coached Obama. Notice Obama never really voted on much, he stayed pretty much neutral….Daschle was his coach so to speak. Obama was groomed for his role as a Fraud, I mean president. Inauguration day, the president flubs when he is sworn in…He doesn’t say “I” swear to uphold the Constitution…..you may think, who cares, he did re do this with a judge present, but their was no bible.
So, today we have this birth Certificate debacle. Now, we have what may actually be proof of a person who is not a natural born citizen that currently holds the highest office in the world. If this comes out to be true, this country will soon be at civil war. I am a Forensic accountant/auditor for a fraud department.
I did a preliminary analysis of the documents posted on here and I have determined that if the real document is not altered from the ones on here it appears to be authentic.
1956 Remington Webster typewriter (which I have in my collection.)
The seal is raised and it also appears Lavender and Miller ( popular british names when Kenya was a colony) appear to coincide with the registrar.

Sounds like the NWO fooked up with their Presidential selection and didn’t cover their tracks well enough. Unlike 9-11, where the government is sticking to its story no matter what, I think if the pressure is too great they’ll certainly throw BO under the bus. Black Democrat here. I really love Obama, but geez. This is very disturbing.
My cousin was born in Kenya in 1961 and his birth certificate is strikingly similar.
I wonder if Obama himself knows about this. He might have honestly thought he was born in Hawaii. But then again his family has repeatedly said he was born in Kenya.
They are proud of it. It seems his sister was deported back there simply because she was starting to get media attention and maybe people were afraid she was going to reveal something that she shouldn’t. Otherwise, how could she live here for so long and then all of a sudden they deport her after he is elected?
Anyway as a scientist I am skeptical but I think it warrants research and like I said it is exactly the same as my cousins. Same type etc.

City of birth, Mombasa, was a part of Zanzibar in 1961 not Kenya.

Weather the people that demand to see a legitimate birth certificate are driven by racial motivation or just want the law to be obeyed is not the point. The fact still remains that the law of the land states that you must be born on US soil to be an eligible to run for the presidency, except if your father or mother is in the military at the time of the person in question birth. Obama up to this point has spend almost a million dollars in legal fees to evade the issue of his birth place. I do not know if this birth certificate displayed in this article is genuine or not but I am sure that the hospital keeps a record on file of all births just as the state of Hawaii does.Kenya may refuse to cooperate with an investigation, but the state of Hawaii must cooperate if a court order was issued and must present a Birth certificate or declare that no records are available to prove that he was born in Hawaii. DR. Tyler if you can determine the legitimacy of a document just by looking at a photograph is really amazing, first of all the raised seal means absolutely nothing. the Two names on the document mean even less then the raised seal. I don’t think anyone would be that dumb to put two Hebrew or Italian names on a Kenya document . I don’t think an accurate determination can be made unless the original birth certificate is submitted for inspection,

It’s difficult to see what this will be used for, but it does seem similar to the Monica Lewinski tactic…distract people with a political crisis, and also weaken the image of the Democratic Party, as they will no doubt ‘dig in’ and defend their man, bringing on the charge of being unconstitutional. By proxy, the Republican party will be re-energized and ready to re-take control for the future war movement they are preparing for, after the 2012 elections.

Twitter is incorrect. The fact is Mombassa was the adopted name of the city and placed on the registrar stationary prior to 1963 in January of 1961. I was born and raised here.
My birth certificate has exactly the same as Brother Obama’s except I was born in July 12 of 1961. I would not rely on Twitter as a factual source but rather a forensic scientist.
I am sure the truth that is know here will be found out there. He was born in Kenya.

So, in 1961, there couldn’t have been any official Republic of Kenya stationary, at all,

I smell a rat. I feel that this was all planned and as someone stated earlier, this could be another flase flag.

I know one way to settle Obama’s place of birth issue. All one needs to do is track down his parents Passports. Wouldn’t the stamps support whether they were both in Hawaii or in Kenya? Do you think the airlines have any data as to when Obama’s parents took a flight to Kenya (I know this is a long shot)?
Or how about some old AT&T phone records of where Obama’s mother might have called her parents back in Kansas (from prior to his birth, through the time of birth and for a long period after his birth)? This would be damning to me – many, many calls back home or the old passports.
Somebody find the phone records of calls back to Kansas.
This story will break to the truth within 3 to 4 months tops.
I hate liars and if Obama was born in Kenya, than he MUST resign as a disgrace to the office of the President of the USA – no exceptions.
Also, what mother, in her right mind, wouldn’t work an angle to get her son citizenship in the USA (like using lax Hawaii)? How many parents enroll their children in a better school district by claiming their children live at one of the set of grand parents addresses (whichever lives in the better school district)? To me, this is all the more reason to be suspicious of a Hawaiian birth certificate or from any other US state that is equally lax.
