U.S. Army Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook, set to deploy to Afghanistan, says he shouldn’t have to go.
His reason?
Barack Obama was never eligible to be president because he wasn’t born in the United States.

Cook’s lawyer, Orly Taitz, who has also challenged the legitimacy of Obama’s presidency in other courts, filed a request last week in federal court seeking a temporary restraining order and status as a conscientious objector for his client.
In the 20-page document — filed July 8 with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia — the California-based Taitz asks the court to consider granting his client’s request based upon Cook’s belief that Obama is not a natural-born citizen of the United States and is therefore ineligible to serve as commander-in-chief of the U.S. Armed Forces.

Umm have you actually seen this birth certificate? The “organization” that released this birth certificate was funding Obama. Ontop of that it was clear that it was tampered with, fonts didnt match. With that numbers were inked out, this wasnt a social security number.
This hard nose “birth certificate” had alot of questionable characteristics. Something that def. should be looked at.

You know if he was born here in the States or not, does not matter. When he was a kid, his mom married a man from Pakistan, for him to go to school there in Pakisan he has to have Pakisan Citizenship. This is also when his name was changed to Barry Soetoro and during that time, Pakisan did not allow duel citizenship. Which means he gave up his US citizenship! When he came back to the US, there are no records of him even applying to have his citizenship reinstated! If this were to come out, would it not only make him in-eligable to be the POTUS but also make him an illegal alien! Which would make sense with all the support illegals get now!

The Pakistan “travel ban” is a complete fabrication based on zero evidence and completely contradicted by State Department records and a 1981 New York Times article. The full transcript from Obama’s grandmother shows that she never said he was born in Kenya—in fact, she repeatedly said he was born in Hawaii. The law allowing foreign-born children to obtain Hawaiian COLBs didn’t exist until 20 years after Obama was born, while Obama’s published COLB says his birth information was recorded four days after his birth in 1961.

Exactly WHERE is this “proof of citizenship” that supposedly exists? I have never seen it. Maybe I wasn’t watching the boob tube that night, but I would be interrested in the proof (if it’s true). They have certifed only that they have an origional cert on file, not that it is from Hawain. The only verification was that they have IT not it’s origion. Also Hawaii issued COLB to foreign born citizens which is different than a long form.

It is obvious that a poor african man married to a white woman in early 1960’s America would have all the clout needed to change the status of his mixed-race, foreign-born son to that of a “native born” American, and, clearly, his grandmother would have had the foresight to know that the child would one day run for president, and planted his birth announcement in the Hawaiian papers just so that 47 years later he’d be able to point to it as further “confirmation” of this fraud.
Then they got everyone at the Hawaiian health department to play along with it for decades.

agency of issuance has never certified the document.
He only gave a copy to an organization (that help fund his campaign and lobbied for him) who supposedly certified it ( it has no authorization to do so) and it posted a scan ( with very obvious flaws ) online.
It has not been checked further and supposedly falls under an “honor”code.
I think this will never come out in mainstream and will cause his impeachment but to my opinion could have merit .

The ultimate document we sought was Obama’s birth certificate. Unlike the other documents, Hawaii birth certificates aren’t public record. Only family members can request copies, so when the campaign declined to give us one, we were stalled.
On June 13, 2008, Obama’s campaign finally released a copy, while launching a fact-check Web site of its own, Fightthesmears.com. The site is a direct response to allegations about Obama that won’t go away: He’s Muslim. He took the oath of office on a Koran. He refuses to say the Pledge of Allegiance. PolitiFact has researched all of these accusations and none of them are true.
WHEN THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE ARRIVED from the Obama campaign it confirmed his name as the other documents already showed it. Still, we took an extra step: WE E-MAILED IT TO THE HAWAII DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, WHICH MAINTAINS SUCH RECORDS TO ASK IF IT WAS REAL.

No matter the reason, I’m hoping more and more US soldiers start refusing deployment orders be it on the grounds that Obama is not a natural born citizen or because the wars in the Middle East are completely unconstitutional. If the armed forces have no soldiers to fight, all of those wars and operations abroad would cease immediately.

I have looked up on the web and all presidents had authenticated birth certificates before running. Obama has never presented an authenticated birth certificate just a copy. He is not legally a president just a deception.
All my family has been in the armed services including me. My children will also be going in when of age. That is if the US is still standing when that time comes.

Hey soldier you’re an idiot. You signed up “volunteeraly” you can’t just make up your own rules on where you want to go. The only soldiers or Marines that had a gripe and a good reason to refuse to deploy are those in the Vietnam era, because “THEY WERE FORCIBLY DRAFTED” and had little choice.
We have an all volunteer military now. If you signed up you have to go to a war no matter how you feel about it. That’s just the way it is. Deal with it and don’t re-up.
