  • Student charged in Logan scare

    7 News Boston
    Sunday, Aug 3, 2008

A college student was in court Thursday after he caused a 3 hour delay on a Delta flight by slapping a 9/11 conspiracy sticker in the bathroom before running off the plane just before takeoff Wednesday.

Jason Robo, 26, a Worcester native who now attends college in California, was boarding flight 1165 to Salt Lake City at, Utah at Boston’s Logan Airport when multiple passengers observed that Robo was behaving nervously.

Witnesses said that Robo left his seat and entered the plane’s lavatory. When a flight attendant entered the lavatory upon Robo’s exit, she found an adhesive address label that read, “9/11 was an Inside Job! PrisonPlanet.com” affixed to the sink area.

    (Article continues below)

The flight attendant also found a second sticker on the fold-down tray near his seat and informed the pilot.

That is when Robo ran off the plane after telling another flight attendant, “I have to get off this plane right now.”

Massachusetts State Police responded to the scene, and after a short investigation, captured Robo at the baggage claim.

Police searched his bag and located many other stickers. He told police that they were a joke.

The plane was evacuated and was not cleared for takeoff until approximately three hours after its scheduled departure.

Robo was charged with interfering with aircraft operation, disorderly conduct and disorderly conduct on a public conveyance.

He was arraigned in East Boston District Court Thursday and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court August 19.

      what can i say

… a gross violation of the freedom of speech
We are at a point to where we cant even question the actions of our own government. What is this?? China? Most people are stupid enough to think we can vote this problem out. In the words of Aerosmith—– Dream On.

    2. Gary L Varnam Says:

The US is becoming USSR real fast. Soon we will have no free speech anywhere. We will have thought police to take you to prison death camp! Don’t worry, this NWO will fall completely, taking with it all the bankers, Military Industrial Complex, and the Privately own Federal Reserve!

    3. illegalhunter Says:

      This guy is just stupid.

    4. mike Says:

he could have handled it differently , why didnt he just start handing out the stickers to other passengers or can you be arrested for that to

    5. dazza Says:

wow! this story has its good and bads

first off thankyou to the media for displaying “9/11 was an inside job, Prisonplanet.com” that sticker was suppose to be seen only by a few people on the plane, now millions of people saw it on TV!!!! I reakon all the curious people would flock to prisonplanet.com right after they saw it.

Bad thing is, yes wtf happened to freedom of speech, How is that message even “fear mongering” ??? i just dont get it. its not like it said “this plane is going down”.

Also why da hell is he charged with “interfering with aircraft operation” ???? He did not interfere with any operation, he did not enter the pilot cockpit, the airplane crew simply OVERREACTED!

this man can only be charged with maybe, vandalism?

Robo thankyou for doing this, at least you got the message out.

    6. chabib Says:

While a bumper sticker should be cause for alarm,
the chap running from the scene does not help promoting
his case for 9/11 being an inside job and Alex Jone’s
      show.
However, I fail to see why charges are being brought aganist
the chap who placed the adhesive label. It’s not like he yelled
“Fire” in a crowded movie theatre.

    7. Dave Toma Says:

Why did he demand to be let off the plane?

    8. Matt McCarson Says:

Man this cat is a straight up jackass. It sucks he is being charged but shit man you handled that situation in the worst way possible.

If he would have said “yeah thats my sticker, no its not a joke” he might still get charged, but at least he will look like a man standing up for his beliefs and not a scared punk running around pulling pranks on an airplane.

This shit makes prisonplanet look bad.

What the fuck are you two retards thinking!? The guy defaced someone else’s property. Stickers are very difficult to remove and sometimes permanently damage the surface.

So, in the name of free speech, I can tag your guys’ car and door to your home? That would be protected by the 1st amendment?

You guys are so fucking stupid.

Hey genius…aircrew took time from their scheduled flight to remove the sticker and apprehend the perpatrator. Also, the investigation delayed the flight. That’s textbook “interfering with aircraft operation.” “Operation” isn’t just those pretty little buttons you see in the cockpit.

    11. htywt Says:

Doesn’t this guy so look like a typical truther?

      Aging.
      Balding.
      Angry.
      Not too bright.

    12. geag Says:

      Hey dazza;

      A quotation from the article:

“The plane was evacuated and was not cleared for takeoff until approximately three hours after its scheduled departure.”

Yeah. He didn’t interfere with the operation at all.

    13. Howard Says:

Suggestion One: Don’t ever be nervous on a flight
Suggestion Two: We need equality in the law, so I suggest when an airliner crashes into someone’s house or someone’s farm, the perpetrators should be charged with interferring with the operation of a household or a farm. Fair and square.

As far as the sticker goes, vandalism, yes, but ultimately, just another piece of trash, along with the partially-filled air sickness bags. The illegals “employed” by the airlines would be tasked just another thing to clean up with hot water and a plastic scraper. What a waste of resources when these Feds could be checking out 89 year old veterans and blond, blue-eyed little girls.

    14. Terran Landing Says:

I agree with McCarson, he should have used the chance to give some strong (evidence based) talking points on 9/11. He was f’ed regardless and saying it was a joke just embarrassed us infront of a mainstream media audience. thanks buddy…

    15. Alienation Says:

This is another reason why kids shouldn’t be allowed to fly alone. He might be 26 but his his years of wisdom put him in the 3rd grade. 911 truth is not “cool” and it’s not a joke. It (arguably) can be considered the most serious business in all of America’s history (and the world for that matter). To have adolescent minded people running around airports after plastering signs in an airplane lavatory (because they thought it was cool and now they’re afraid – chickenshit – to get caught) is beyond stupid. It makes everyone holding up an “investigate 911″ sign at a public event look like a complete idiot and (more importantly) a very small minority. We are already outnumbered and this child has just decreased our chances of convincing the zombie sleepers of America to wake up.

To those comments regarding free speech – you might think you have a point – but not on a freaking airplane. If you can honestly say that you are not aware that such a blatant dumbass act can conceivably be tolerated at our nation’s airports, then you obviously have no clue as to where this country has headed in the last 7 years. Free speech ends when you enter through security…choke on that – it’s not news but only to you. To think that some people believe otherwise just shows how ignorant and stupid people will continue to be regardless of the scenarios that have come to pass as of late.

    16. Alienation Says:

In addition to the comments about how this kid should have spend time talking to the passengers about 911 evidence: WAKE THE F**K UP! When was the last time you could convince ANYONE of ANYTHING? Now put your stupid self on an airplane and attempt to convince the passengers around you that 911 was an inside job! Give me a freaking break. It is no wonder we are doomed to failure if some of these comments represent the portion of America trying to awaken the rest of the nation. What a bunch of morons. I got an idea: how about everyone who believes he should have spoken to the passengers get on a flight and head straight down into the nearest mountain or (empty) high rise condo? I’d say good riddance and “wow we just lost about 3 brain cells in that crash”.

    17. Brian Says:

on one hand, he did make an ass out of us all by saying it was a joke and all that.

on the other, at least he was doing SOMETHING. its hard to tell how many envelope labels he’s put up before this incident, and how many people have seen them and looked into this matter. he goes to school in cali, but is from new york, so im sure he talks to some of the people about 9/11 while he’s there.

at least he is doing something. how many people on these comment boards do nothing, but bitch about what others did or didnt do “right”?

its not like someone let me (and many others) to water on this issue. most people with an inquisitive mind will hear a claim like ‘9/11 was an inside job’ and will look into it on there own… and we all know that once they do, they will side with us. i say that any mainstream exposure is a good thing. that gets the thinkers thinking, then ‘zombies’ will learn.

    18. diddleydo Says:

Ths young bloke felt strongly the need to express something. Young and foolish and he did a wrong thing and that would have been wrong even before everything in 2001 – but don’t vilify him.

    19. Joe O'Donnell Says:

This guy is not a truther he was a plant.
      Get used to it.
In the UK I saw an old person on Disabled living alowance get 4 years in jail for falsley claiming, she had trouble walking but put on her forms that she could not walk at all.

I thought this is not right’ her daughter refused to comment, so I did a search on central news’ court papers and cant find anything at all on this yet it was on the 6 oclock news.

So you will get stories like this Nutter on plane with Nutter stickers that was a JOKE = prison planet.

So the loser in this is Alex jones and prison planet who I bet alex does not even know this guy and whose uncle is in the FBI or CIA and offered him a few grand to do this.

Watch out for 9-11 truthers caught running pedophile groups or 9-11 truther caught stalking woman, any dirt will do.
I would not be surprised if fox new interview the passengers asking do you not think its time that the government agencies shut down whacko sites like prison planet who encourage thinks like that.
That guy has done loads more harm and no good for the truth movement he is a plant.

    20. Dr. Kissinger Says:

Give up. Now. Us the chosen ones will control what is truth and what is fact. This is coming from a mass murderer who then was rewarded a Nobel Peace prize.

You are cattle. Less than cattle, actually. Our dual-citizens placed in ALL positions of power will see to this. No one will ever be held responsible for this crime, rest assured.

We sleep well at night. You should too.

    21. RIOTGURL Says:

He did clarify, if any one noticed, that his arrest was the JOKE not his act. He said he thought it was a joke that he was being arrested. THEY keep saying he said “IT” was a joke. THE MASSES HEAR “IT” AND THEY ATTACH “IT” TO THE ACT THE REPORTER IS REPORTING ON. THAT ACT IS SOME GUY PUT A 9/11 STICKER IN A PLANES LAVATORY. SO NOW THEY MAKE IT SOUND LIKE HE SAID WHAT HE DID WAS A JOKE. gotta love the media machine… lol

I think most of the comments here have been written by agents. LISTEN to him clarify on the news what he said. pay attention, they are controlling what you hear and you are allowing it. you totally heard and read what the news media said, but then he says something TO DEFEND HIMSELF, and you missed it. Why is that?

    22. JJJames Says:

If this guy is for real you’d think we’d see his comments on this? He obviously frequents this website. You’d think he’d be here reading about the story about his stunt.

Explain yourself, son. Right now you are looking like a plant to me.

It appears that you are involved… with that laptop and all… guessing you have other areas where you contribute. I’d like to read some of your blogs… if they exist.

If you are legit, you are not putting your best foot forward on this. I am personally disappointed at the tactics but appreciate the thought.

You remember the person who was killed shortly after 911 as they were acting strange before a flight took off… then tried to flee the plane and was shot by air marshals? Very similar to this story… you are lucky there were no air marshals on your flight… although I thought that was staged as well.

    23. Nick Says:

Jason Robo was interviewed by Alex, on his Sunday show, and apparently Jason did admit that he indeed place the handmade sticker in the plane lavatory, that he did not do 90% of what the mainstream media reported. Jason admittedly stated that he did this not as a joke, but as information akin to the same as you see when businesses send people out to apply stickers to bus stop poles, subways etc. Jason also stated that he did not run off the plane, but remained in his seat, and that the pilot jokingly stated about the sticker, and that the flight will resume as schedule. It wasn’t until the stewardess reported a second sticker affixed inside a pull down tray, that the pilot decided to have passengers disembark the plane. instead of Jason Robo being charged with graffiti, he is now being charged with more serious Trump up charges by the TSA and the police. Jason Robo will be interviewd again by Alex on monday.

    24. Kwejebo Says:

Naturally the media is going to play this off as a joke by a kid, but they will make sure the punishment sounds very sreious indeed. This is how they try to control all of us using fear to keep us all in line. One place i feel free to say anything is here another is this site https://www.intl-alliance.com/forum/index.php its a great forum where alot of people share their ideas and stories.

    25. Morribund Says:

Wouldn’t it be funny if that really was “Dr Kissinger”? On the off-chance that it is… Kiss my arse!

    26. Morribund Says:

      Bloody troll…

    27. Rhonda Says:

In short, at first I believed the report about running off the plane. In that case, he should have the book thrown at him. Since the first article on this came out around here, I heard him interviewed on Alex Jones’ radio show. Two almost totally different accounts. Therefore I say Robo still should be punished for doing something in an area where that type of action would warrant it being seen as an act of terrorism, but the punishment should be no where what the article indicates, such as him running off the plane as it was being boarded.

In the same token, if what Jason Robo said is true about the running off the place not happening, then those who first reported it and the media that might have put in or left out a key phrase here and there as they are known to do, should be severely punished. They are the ones who are suppose to protect us and to make up such a lie, creating public fear way beyond just within the confines of the airport, they deliberately then caused a panic that was obvious to happen because of the lie which seems to me to be a way for the enemy to say how crazy or maniacle the Alex Jones followers are as well as the whole 9/11 Truth movement which is a big thorn in their side.

    28. Roy Says:

his best defense, is to demand a jury trial and attack the so called justice system.!

    29. Papilion Says:

I can’t wait till I become Dictator for Life! Then the real bloodshed will begin!

    30. Rhonda Says:

JASON ROBO NEVER ADMITTED THAT HE DID THE STICKER ACT. That means that he did not even say that he did the writing of the sticker information. Robo is swift, one fo the finest counter intelligence people around, if that is what he is, but I believe since Alex Jones did the checking, that he is not. Therefore he would make a wonderful lawyer. Listen to him again. He says just enough, never admitting to anything, leaving out just enough that his smooth talking makes you overlook just like Obama is good at doing.

When I listened to it again, a 3rd time, it was confirmed when I caught his website he said at the very end, which the name slips me offhand, but it is something about being innocent until proven guilty dot com. I never went to it, but the name and how he did his interview says it all. This guy is brilliant in how he words everything he says. He has to plan everything out word for word so he uses “their” own game against them. Because of that, he was willing to challenge the system by wearing that shirt of his, which meant nothing by itself, but I can see now that he pushes the envelope and will use that as part of his defense as to why the enemy approached him since at least at the time they could not prove that he had anything to do with the sticker(s) as long as he did not attempt to run off the plane as he said.

You really must listen to the interview again and do it more than once to get the full impact of what I am saying. It was in the last half hour of Sunday’s radio show.
