Seventy percent of the 1,489 people surveyed by Pew said television is their primary source for national and international news.
Forty percent said they get most of their news from the Internet, up from 24 percent in September 2007, and more than the 35 percent who cited newspapers as their main news source.
Only 59 percent of people younger than 30 years old prefer television, Pew said, down from 68 percent in the September 2007 survey.

The latest survey was conducted December 3-7 and released on Tuesday. Pew did not provide the margin of error.

Newspapers now lie so much or tell obscured and twisted truth, that they just aren’t worth the effort. Nowdays, they’re just used as propaganda organs of the NWO crazies. Like TV news, which is also propaganda for the NWO crazies and their bizarre and evil agendas.

Newspapers would do a helluva lot better than they do if they dispensed the Truth a lot more. Outside of their own local news and fluff, all the major newspapers do is spread propaganda in the form of AP, McClatchey, Scripps, UPI, Newhouse and all of the other State Run Propaganda services. And the newspapers are also dependent on their advertising which prefers safe news, I suppose.

We are a society that is dependent on machines.
One machine, television, has enslaved us.
Another machine, the internet, is trying to free us.
I just put an “INFOWARS” bumper sticker on my car. Hope that helps.
December 27th, 2008 at 12:41 am
hopefully shortly it will be 70% of people reading off the internet, instead of the nazi propaganda in the newspapers and TV
December 27th, 2008 at 8:34 am
The newspapers ALWAYS show yesterday’s news, so 20hrs would have passed, by the
time you read the paper, first thing in the morning.
The news on the tv, is ALL that the government wants you to know. All you know is
what they show you.
The interweb is great, because it’s constantly being added to, ALL THE TIME !!!!!!!!!!!!!
WE’RE IN AN INFOWAR PEOPLE, LET’S UNITE & FIGHT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, you know? The very first thing you must get past is most people’s innate obsession with the prurient.
That aspect is ‘cultured’ by the MSM, what with every theme of the ’sensual’ and ‘glamorous’ foisted upon the young mind at every turn.
The MSM is ‘themed’ to the idea of it being ’sexy’ to be a certain way, whether it has to do with looks, or acts or both.
Think: How have they succeeded in turning this world —especially the U.S.— into some kind of morass having the loosest possible morals whilst at the same time declaring a degree of ‘righteousness?’
The theme? Go have an orgy, because next week we’re gonna invade someplace and turn it into complete trash.

Does anyone know any newspaper that prints the news?
December 31st, 2008 at 10:19 pm
My local newspaper, The Sacramento Bee, prints stories I know are wrong and refuses to print critical letters. People only buy it for the sports page and the personals.

Say it isn’t so! Soon you’ll see the newspapers get bailed out just like the other corporations that have towed the Global line in the mass brainwashing of YOU.
January 1st, 2009 at 7:05 pm
this means you will see more and more misinformation and disinformation on the web.

Americans get most of theirinformation from moving pictures now, and seldom read. You can see how ‘reporters’ go through motions, such as CNN is doing in Israel now pretending to be crawling and cowering from those big bad Gazans (really men harassed and forbidden the essentials needed for their family, by blockades and torment from Israel)as if their fear is even close to the horrors inflicted by Israel.
