Ten people, including a police officer, were killed across Mexico in the hours before Christmas, in the latest spasm of violence in the country’s brutal drug war, officials said Friday.

Officials said the body of Javier Coapango, coordinator of public security for a town just outside Mexico City, was found dumped along the side of a road on Christmas eve. He had been kidnapped on December 17.

Another man was fatally shot in southern Mexico, while eight other corpses were found in the north, near the country’s border with the United States, authorities said.

and now our government wants to erase the border and bring them here?

    2. .dj.o.r.b. Says:

Extra troops = More killings ????

War on durgs = More drugs ????

Is there a patern here, or is it just me ????

    3. Jim Lunsford Says:

The drug war has been the way the government has eroded our human rights in this country. Once it has been repealed, we will see an end to this madness. If we didn’t want these drugs, the CIA wouldn’t be importing them into the country.

    4. Tim Says:

      Smack a wetback.

    5. swan Says:

I am so much in agreement with Jim Lunsford, above #4. A group called Sanity in Law Enforcement (or similar name) does also.

    6. Walter Says:

Every single person who does drugs has killed those people and are responsible as well. If there were no people doing drugs, the cartel would die.
With all the billions the government wants to throw away and waste, it would be nice if they would throw one billion dollars in as a reward for the death of all drug lords and their minions. But then maybe they have an interest in those drugs….somewhere!
