Alex discusses why rapidly rising gas prices are crippling society as people sacrifice routine comforts like occasional vacations simply in an effort to get by, and why oil prices continue to skyrocket while the media fails to properly address the decline of the dollar.

Alex talks about his experience at a Rodeo in East Texas, where a July 4th commemoration of patriotism revolved not around the Constitution and the founding fathers, but around worshipping the flag, adhering to “spreading democracy” in Iraq and admonishments to not criticize the government.

Alex also talks about a new bill that will turn computer technicians and other utility workers into Stasi agents for the government who will be tasked with reporting on your private life. Alex also takes callers throughout the show.
