Pelosi’s IDEA on how to enslave all AMERICANS…
• Section 7203 – misdemeanor willful failure to pay is punishable by a fine of up to $25,000 and/or IMPRISONMENT of up to one year.
• Section 7201 – felony willful evasion is punishable by a fine of up to $250,000 and/or IMPRISONMENT of up to five years.” [page 3]
When confronted with this same issue during its consideration of a similar individual mandate tax, the Senate Finance Committee worked on a bipartisan basis to include language in its bill that shielded Americans from civil and criminal penalties. The Pelosi bill, however, contains no similar language protecting American citizens from civil and criminal tax penalties that could include a $250,000 fine and FIVE YEARS in jail.
“The Senate Finance Committee had the good sense to eliminate the extreme penalty of incarceration. Speaker Pelosi’s decision to leave in the jail time provision is a THREAT to every family who cannot afford the $15,000 PREMIUM her plan creates. Fortunately, Republicans have an alternative that will lower health insurance costs without raising taxes or cutting Medicare,” said Camp.
Reporter asks House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) on Thursday where the CONSTITUTION authorized Congress to order Americans to buy health insurance–a mandate included in both the House and Senate versions of the health care bill–Pelosi dismissed the question by saying: “Are you serious? Are you serious?”
Pelosi’s press secretary later responded to written follow-up questions from CNSNews.com by emailing a press release on the “Constitutionality of Health Insurance Reform,” that argues that Congress derives the authority to mandate that people purchase health insurance from its constitutional power to regulate “Interstate Commerce”
So lets get this right, Pelosi is saying our Bill Of Rights is no longer valid, no longer any States Rights as everything including our bodies is just “Interstate Commerce”. Faulty logic from a failing communist…

I called to buy coins from Ted Anderson fully trusting he was honest and fair. One of his employees sold me a bunch of gold coins. But I went on the internet to see how good a deal I waS GETTING AND COULD NOT FIND anyone selling nearly as high a price. the closest was about 100 dollars less a coin. I called back to ask about this and they told me it was too late I could not CANCEL. When I told them I would not send the money in they said they would turn it over to their lawyers. A hundred dollars more a coin than I could find anywhere!!!

We do not have two political parties in this country, America. We have one party; called the Big Government Party. The Republican wing likes Deficits, WAR, and ASSAULTS on Civil Liberties. The Democratic wing likes wealth transfer, TAXES, and assaults on commercial liberties. Both parties like power; and neither is interested in your freedoms. Think about it. Government is the negation of freedom. Freedom is your power and ability to follow your own FREE WILL and your own conscience. The government wants you to follow the will of some faceless bureaucrat.
Libertarians 2010(or vote Repubs in for GRIDLOCK as next best alternative)

Contrary to popular belief, a person CAN be forced to commit an act under HYPNOSIS that they would not normally commit in waking consciousness. Why are we nit hearing more about this Copenhagen thing? A few more weeks and the republic is gone? And can never be found again? What is going on????
But on Dec. 2009 when Our President Obama meets with Lord Monckton in Copenhagen to sign the UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change).
