They’ll install our debtor nation in the body of The Beast

Tsarion,Icke,Maxwell and the Zeitgeist guys all believe the same nonsense. And today Alex can’t defend the reality of evil, because he’s afraid to be labeled religious. But Peter is proud of his relativism that says evil is imaginary. The god of scientism and cosmic consciuosness is proudly displayed by these guys.Alex will never win these battles, because his opponents guilt-trip him for not being scientific. So he winds up retreating and finding the good points in their works as a common ground. That’s cowardice and double-mindedness.Which is why anyone trying to enlighten Alex gets booted off his show and forum as well. One day he will understand the battle and take sides. We can’t “imagine” the elitists away as the new agers claim.Yet,Alex constantly sides with these globalists. And they are utopian globalists, even though they pretend to expose the NWO.The Zeitgeist guy flustered Alex today.Alex is confused. He’s in bed with the enemies.Their 90% truth is what sucks him in.Peter has faith in his views that cannot be “scientifically proven” anymore than any other person’s faith. His research is lacking.Alex is confused because Peter is essentially saying the identical things Maxwell and Icke are saying, and he doesn’t know how combat their lies.No real scholar denies the existence of Jesus Christ.Even the atheists will admit it if they are intellectually honest.Alex didn’t even correct the lie about Christians never again being thrown to lions again due to our enlightened age. They are being slaughtered in Iraq,India,China,South Africa and many other places. The lions might be used again one day.The show ends with Alex sending people to the guy’s website.Insanity or gatekeeping…you be the judge.

    3. wakealexup Says:

Alex fell for the trap that P. Joseph set up for him.By making Alex rely on behaviorism and evoultion to explain evil, the rest folllows. No,Alex didn’t agree with him,but fell for it by not addressing evil having an intelligent origins. He went along with the “scientific” aspect of the circular argument.AJ has been weakened in his worldview from the likes of David Icke and Jordan Maxwell. That’s why he couldn’t refute Tsarion’s claims.Ironically,by constantly referring to his show being secular,he is blinded to the new age spirituality spewed out by his guests, and actually agrees with some of the enlightenment gibbersih. Then he backtracks and says he is a Christian. And then he goes a step further by saying their works are good.A common ground with these people is precisely what the elitists desire. It’s not about the left-right dialectic[hate the word paradigm--new agers love that one] or divide and conquer.Division is healthy in some cases. So parroting that common cause unity baloney is the mantra of demented minds that are unstable and double-minded in all their ways.Everything cannot be explained with documents and and the enemies know it.So there comes a point where one can’t be ashamed of their worldview and must offer positions predicated upon them.Certainly the Zeitgeist producer and the Ickle’s do so.They make no apologies for their worldview as AJ does.

    4. gort Says:

Mr.Jones lost it today. There is a mountain of evidence to disprove the zeitgeist claptrap, but he wasted his time getting emotional. The only good point Peter made was Jones buying into the elite game with the way he markets his products.Of course, trying to offer ideas to make Alex and his follers think about how they are being deceived by new age occultists got me booted from his forum. So much for free speech and information sharing.LOL

    5. will hale Says:

i totally agree with the message of zeitgeist.
      i am not blinded
      i am not an idiot
i am a mammal like the rest of us who sees religion as being man-made and absurd!
read god is not great by christopher hitchens
by the way alex i love the fact you have the balls to invite intelligent people on your show and not just fucking born again losers who believe the earth is 4000 yrs old and dinosaurs were sent to test ones faith !

    6. will hale Says:

“Tsarion,Icke,Maxwell and the Zeitgeist guys all believe the same nonsense”
wow what a breathtaking statement coming from a religious fool.
      jesus did exist ….so what!
there were hundreds of delusional jews walking around in that period the romans were their masters telling anyone who would listen to follow him.
      religion is a business
      its big business
the ones who profit in it wont go quietly
you can con the ignorant seeitclearly but an informed educated person will destroy your delusions.
the power of knowledge and reason using critical thinking will bring mankind from the dark repressive age religion has brought him to a higher level of conscieness

    7. will hale Says:

religion is poison it destroys far more than creates
look at what man has done in its name!!
why dont all you retards go and live on an island and kill eachother over how many angels you can fit on the end of a pin.
and leave the rest of mankind alone
what i hate the most about devout religious people is the santimonious attitude of shoving their crap down everyones throat

    8. mark Says:

To Peter: You are the f***ing man. I love you. To Alex, have you not watched Zeitgeist? Religion is a farce. Alex is NWO scum! He supports the holy wars!!

    10. StarX Says:

What’s really bizarre is that Alex clearly agrees with Zeitgeist on many, many fronts. Yet he also clearly feels compelled to reject it because it rejects his religious worldview. He *cannot* endorse it, even though he would probably be much more open to it, if it didn’t contain the anti-religious elements. He should open his mind. Religion is pure mythology. You can outgrow Jesus the same way you outgrew Santa.

I’ve always found it interesting how Alex’s true colors shine through in the way he takes offense to the notion that “America is bad.” Well, yes, America *IS* bad. He is clearly conflicted; he’s done a lot to expose the “badness” of America, yet he ultimately adopts a posture in defense of it. He is a “patriot,” but patriotism is part of the problem. Patriotism is built on the false premise that the world is divided up into plots, and that you should be loyal to the plot where you were born and be willing to defend it. This is pure nonsense. Borders are artificial human constructs; they exist only because we stubbornly refuse to let them melt away.

Alex is also hung up on the fallacy of “human nature.” Apparently he has no hobbies. He thinks nobody does anything except for profit. This is addressed in detail in the movie. I have to wonder if Alex actually watched the whole thing. His reactionary conservative streak is just astonishing. He rants about “idle hands” being the Devil’s tools. This is anti-freedom rhetoric. Apparently we all shouldn’t have the same leisure time that wealthy men like Alex enjoys. We might come up with ideas that dethrone him and his ilk. He is the elite he rants against. What he doesn’t want to discuss is the potential of everyone to join his class, via technology, and to have more leisure time. No, no, “the Devil” might corrupt our minds if we don’t keep our noses on the grindstone.

He falls back on the same tired old slurs and guilt by association fallacies. He can’t get his head outside that box. Or he doesn’t want to, because establishment shills like him know that they can toss around words like “communist” and “Marx” and it will arouse the public, which has been conveniently propagandized ahead of time by the establishment media. He rants about “forced collectivism,” but he seems to have missed the entire premise of the movie. Without division, there is no need to “enforce” anything. Abundance eliminates division. He can’t think outside the existing paradigm (ahem, “dialectic”) of scarcity, where force is necessary to maintain all nations, whether the state-capitalist (i.e., fascist) USSR or the corporatist (i.e., fascist) USA.

What this really boils down to is that Zeitgeist conflicts with Endgame. Alex feels personally affronted, so he’s lashing out like a child. He is a pseudo-rebel, a false revolutionary who wants to regress to a perceived “Golden Age” — which was actually a terrible age for most people — rather than progress to a new age of *TRUE* freedom: freedom from the anti-human divisiveness and cutthroat jungle law culture that money creates by necessity.

I wonder if this will be deleted….

    11. LipMcNip Says:

Very interesting volley of debate. Even if you have abundance (P. Joseph posits that all aberrant behavior is based on scarcity) you will still have competition for the monopolization of “the abundance”. There are examples over and over again throughout history of conquerors who had it all and wanted more. You can have two dogs who are overfed and will still have food aggression. You can put two amoeba together and they immediately begin to size one another up for the establishment of a hierarchy and that is for the reason of organization.

Even the smallest of virus colonies need to be formed into an organization. You can have lions and tigers kept in a zoo who have what they need and still possess a drive to be aggressive and wanting more… whether that “more” be known as the strongest, top of the heap, whatever. The need for a hierarchy of who will do what jobs. Just as a bee hive. There is an innate drive for an organism to test their abilities and status.

It would be a great discredit to the living world to give humans EVERYTHING they need. Scarcity is a form of dysfunction and a dysfunctional situation MAGNIFIES those core human instincts, drives and abilities whether they be bad or good. We are living in a highly dysfunctional system led by dysfunctional leaders and the degree of the dysfunction of our leaders directly correlates with the dysfunction that trickles down throughout society.

Bottom line…there will ALWAYS be someone or some organism that possesses and recognizes a situation where they can parasitize on those they are able to ambush. Throughout the animal kingdom, there are birds, snakes, etc any number of organisms who, when they recognize they cannot climb the hierarchy via conventional means, use means of deception, lying, misrepresentation of some sort. It IS genetic as a means for survival. It is a drive, innate and unchangeable.

There is no way intellectualization can change that. No matter how you simplify society, you will ALWAYS have these forces at work. Always have been….always will be. Trying to control these forces would be like trying to control something abstract like “hope”, “love”, “greed”…..they are all life forces.

    12. Gery Says:

Hi all, I am a big fan of Alex and respect him but in this case Peter has 100% my vote.
He had very good points and Alex was not respecting him to much! Personally I had this already figured it out…my simple logic…” The entities behave between themselves and their environment depending on how the (farm) is build ”
One BIG essential point Peter forgot or perhaps does not know is that a select group(including aliens or not) already have all these things but withholding this from us for more then a century…read more on my old pages…

Best regards all, still love you Alex… :)

    13. ®¤ D~ÅяT Says:

I would have really loved to hear more on this interview if Alex would have let Peter Joseph talk more and explain himself. Alex, u really missed the point on this one. You obviously got real touchy with the “$29.95 comment”, and it was suppose to be an example, it wasn’t an attack on you or the integrity of prisonplanet.com or infowars. We love u man, but sometimes you have to learn to SHUT UP!!! Let the guy talk, and the whole putting the guy on hold (ala O’reiley..cut his mic cut his mic) this really makes u lose some respect from your viewers. Ok, we get it. You don’t agree with the entire Venus project, but let the guy make his point, and he isn’t trying to seem like he is smarter than u. I hate to see you lower urself to the level of ur critics on 9/11 truth. The tactic of just calling people looney or insane, or making fun of them. I really never thought u would ever turn to these pitiful elementary level, childish behavior. You, out of all people, should accept the right of free speech, and ideas and religion. Keep up the great work, but work on your interviewing tactics, especially ur listening and complete allowance of ur guests thoughts and opinions expressed. Peace!

    14. nic meredith Says:

I thought Peter Joseph was very competitive for someone who wants to get rid off the competitive environment. The free market and honest money are what you need to manifest goodness and most important of all …..ETERNAL VIGILANCE.

WE BETTER GET COMPETITIVE IF WE WANT TO WIN THE STRUGGLE WITH THE NWO!

    15. Talk to your Neighbors Says:

I think P.J.’s basic level explanation is well and good, but that’s considering you aren’t dealing with the psychpaths that we are currently dealing with. I’m all for an evolution of the human species, but there are too many cretins in the lower levels as well as blood-thirsty psycho-bosses in the upper levels for his idealism to fully come to fruition, at least not just yet…

      by the way Alex,
you were too freekin’ funny…love you man…

    16. connect the dots Says:

Very, very interesting interview. Alex did a good service to bring this scoundrel on his program and try to expose him. This guy has been scamming people way too long with his sleezy atheist propaganda.

Peter Joseph just kept repeating himself, using idiotic reasoning that Alex could knock over with a feather. I don’t blame Alex for getting hot with this guy — he is EVIL.

God bless Alex Jones and may people wake up to the vicious, insidious propaganda of Zeitgeist. It’s just communism, warmed over Platonic communism. I liked it when Alex caught Peter Joseph on his plan to “reeducate” everybody to think like he does.

Peter Joseph, the perfect shill for the New World Order.

    17. connect the dots Says:

Bottom line to Peter Joseph’s argument:

We can create a utopia if we control the environment totally of each person to make sure they do not get “adverse conditioning” (wahtever that is, and according to Peter Joseph’s dictates), and use technology to create a place of bliss where nobody will ever want to commit any evil.

Man does evil things, not because he is evil, but because he is taught by his environment to do evil. Instead of “the devil made me do it,” it’s “the environment made me do it.”

He doesn’t believe in a soul or that God exists, but that humans are just another animal on the food chain who evolved up from the slime out of dead matter. He tries to pass himself off as a Truther, but he is just a communist tyrant who thinks he is better and smarter than the rest of us and wants to plan our lives for us and if he could he would rule our every thought and action.

      Sick guy.

    18. Michael Says:

Alex, sorry but you acted like a jackass on today’s show. So you have a differing opinion than Peter on a few things, so do I, but we are all fighting the same enemy. I can tell you’re bitter about the Christianity thing, let it go. Lets all put little things like that aside and focus on defeating the NWO!

    19. pljforall Says:

Thanks LipMcNip for making the exact point that Joseph just doesn’t seem to get. He says the money system is unnatural when in actuality nothing could be more natural (ecology=economy). His ideas are pie in the sky hog wash (although I agree with Alex that his films are overall good in that they educate people about various means of social control). The idea that science has all the answers is ridiculous – all you have to do is look at the history of science or the current global warming science-faith to understand that scientists are just as easily manipulated by social forces as the rest of us. Certainly, science has a better record than religion when it comes to adjusting itself to new ideas but science can not decide issues involving human rights – that is for the law. It is the law that has progressed our development, the Magna Carter, the U.S. constitution and the Bill of Rights. Capitalism does work when tempered with the rule of law and protection of the individual’s rights as our constitution was meant to do. To put it in natural terms, we must rid ourselves of these large ticks that are enslaving us and then change the law to make ticking illegal. Without the fractional reserve system, it would be very difficult to make money by lending – so that most banks would not be privately run but instead people would pool their money together into local cooperatives where everyone would share in any profits made or risks incurred.

I can certainly imagine a world with little or no state, only local towns and cities providing people with 90% of the services usually provided by government. Occasionally cities might pool resources for larger projects such as highway systems but that would be all we would need from a larger government structure. But a world without money? Please, I’d like to know who cleans the toilets in Mr. Joseph’s house?! There will always be jobs that many people don’t want to do, and people will always want to barter their way out of these jobs. Others won’t mind doing these jobs as long as they can get something really good in return – money just makes it easier to exchange. It’s the counterfeiting of money (fractional reserve banking, ticking) that corrupts government and the economy, eventually consuming people’s wealth and freedoms. We don’t need pie in the sky, we just need to educate people with films like Zeitgeist until there is a consensus that we need to make this one change in the law (eliminate the Fed), then go back to enforcing the rule of law, our constitution and most of our problems will be solved.

    20. mike Says:

I am afraid I have to agree with others here. I have been an avid AJ listener and agree with a lot of his ideas, however today he went into a discussion with a baseball bat. He missed most every point the guest tried to bring up and resorted to bashing, ridicule and slander without really ever understanding the points made. Even in closing the show he continued to ridicule the guest, making out as though the guest would forcibly “re-educate” him. I fear we may see an apology on the scale of that he gave to David Icke someday…when Alex ‘gets it.’ The Venus project does not advocate the removal of anything (the family, gun ownership, etc.) other than the monetary system of scarcity. Come on Alex, a little more dignity was in order for your guest and besides, there seemed to be a lot more fishing for the “Zeitgeist” listeners to try your films than there was honest debating.

    21. Janet Says:

All in All it was a great interview. Both their views run paralell, sort of side by side on brand new tracks.
I think they both learned alot from each other. Two strong personalities.
Peter Joesph’s material is hard to grasp, it’s like walking out of the woods and seeing the vista and what could be. Like, starting to write music or art and not knowing how it’s going to turn out …but you know… it ’s going to be one a kind….. beautiful and great.

      Cheers everyone…

    22. ArcIo Says:

Ive been a fan of Alex for years. He even inspired me to create my own radio show at one point. Great stuff. But today was different. He was completely unfair to his guest in a very Bill ‘O manner. It was sad to listen to it as i really wanted to hear Pauls views and see how they would mix with Alexs.

It was a sad show where the only thing learned is that Paul was a lot more affluent in his theories and his wit.

It was a sad interview but this in no way detracts from my support of Alex. I am an atheist and I love Alex and what he stands for but it seemed today that he was on the defense against Atheism. It was unnecessary.

Why do christians fear atheist so much? We’re good people too, trying to fight the same enemy. We just don’t share your faith. I’m not accusing im just saying it feels like religious discrimination/intolerance.

      ArcIo

    23. Eric Says:

Alex, I have used your movies and info to inform my friends and family! I have also told them they should really listen to your show each week. But, after hearing the way you acted today, like some child in school surrounded by their friends picking on the school nerd! My only hope was that my family and friends were not listening today. Like every day I will be listening to your show tomorrow and I hope that your man enough to appologize to your listeners for the way you acted!

    24. Jaylanie100 Says:

I like Alex’s information, but I’m fed up with the way he treats people… His callers…his guests…his supporters. He keeps calling himself the KING MONKEY. or King of the movement…!?! He’s getting too caught up in the “Image” that he says he wants to fight against. Ignorant, Arrogant, inarticulate! He wants to empower us…PEOPLE WE NEED TO EMPOWER OURSELVES. Alex tears down the same “movement” that he “says” he trys to build up. Everyday on his show he spends about 35 minutes talking about division…then 20 minutes telling everyone not to focus on divison. Everybody in the USA is not a Hillbillie…respectfully GROW UP! I’m ready to move passed division…and really progress as a species. Alex hasn’t evolved past the stage that he’s been stuck in, because he’s too caught up in the sales of his Windows Media Maker movies! Like Alex always says…”I’m a movie and documentary maker…ahem, and I write books”…. That’s not what we need…We need To turn off the radio, and turn on our heart…learn how to love everybody in this world…and feel pain when we see over 30% of children starving in this world! This WORLD IS BIGGER THEN 9/11 and BUSH…and CHENEY… Peter Joesph has intellgent Ideas…a plan. Alex has no sustainable plan…his focus is soley on the next day and minute. He wants so much to fully wake up…that’s why on his show he’s been saying…”We have a big guess on…David Icke…Big guess Jordan Maxwell…Big guess Tsarson”. They all share many general ideas, but one specifically…RELIGION IS BULL-CRAP! And Alexander is too afraid to get past that last paradigm because he’s afraid… he’ll disappoint his family, or wife. Civilization advances and religion was good for the Golden Age…but I don’t want to stay stuck here. It’s more of US then it is of them. We can take control if we stop supporting those that are HOLDING US BACK Like JP Morgan ect…I’m starting with stopping support for ALEXANDER JONES until he grows up! When Alex looks at this fourm tomorrow, it will shock him when he’s the cancelation message copied and pasted at the bottom of our post! So lets show Alex that we mean business…and also show how WE affect change… not one man with a LOUD MOUTH!

Peter: You are not going to neuter me and keep me from my natural girl loving instincts… DOUBLE FAIL (one for each, huevo)

Utopia=”Abundance” of women/beer/food for all men! LOL!

    26. Samm SImpson Says:

      Dear Alex,

I have been listening to you for a long long time. I’ve ordered products from your radio advertisers. I have passed out and purchased DVDs. I am a born again Christian. I am grateful for your information and your passion.

The way you interacted with Peter Joseph, however, was disturbing. You kept interrupting and misinterpreting what Mr. Joseph was saying. Especially when he was simply using the $29.95 as an example of manipulation. You went on a tirade like he had made a personal attack. I was embarrassed for you. Jesus had patience and listened. This tendency to interrupt and go on tirades has been happening more frequently, but with Mr. Joseph, it was disturbing.

I am saying this out of friendship and gratefulness for your testimony.

I encourage you to take a few days off and take a few deep breaths. There is alot of pressure on you, and we need you to be able to listen and engage in dialogue, not slam others and interrupt constantly.

They will know us by our love, Alex.

    27. divide and conquer Says:

Connect the Dots–you are an idiot. Sorry but it’s true. Don’t ever fear ideas. EVER EVER EVER! It would’ve been nice if Alex had acted like a true leader today instead of a jackass…fine…we move on. But please don’t allow his momentary stupidity, his stupid childish myopia, don’t allow that to rub off on you. Our friend Peter Joseph made a wonderful movie that opened up a lot of minds, and when you watch the movie you KNOW this man is legit, and his intentions are true. Don’t believe in his solutions? At least open your mind up for long enough to UNDERSTAND what his argument actually is. You’re now taking blind faith in solutions provided by the so-called Patriot Movement, which means protecting what you have before you begin dreaming of the possibilities of what you can become. Does that mean the Constitution is wrong? No. Does that mean that the free market is wrong? No. Does that mean that religion is wrong? ehh… What I mean to say is that, if we’re smart, if we’re REALLY SMART; if we really care about the world around us, if we care about what’s good for us, our friends, our families…we’ll recognize that the time for creative thinking is NOW!!

Please, Connect the Dots, this “movement” doesn’t have to be limited to protecting “what’s yours” if you don’t want it to be. This movement can include other ideas as well. This movement can include fairness and respect and creativity and love…yes, love…which is a sentiment we need far more than fear, far more than competitiveness, far more than hate.

      Never be afraid of ideas!

    28. oceanair Says:

Alex is right about the fact that this type of cultural system would create a potential for the greatest tyranny of all. However, you can also get killed just driving to the grocery store.

The supression of technology makes you and me a slave. We need to take control of our cultural society instead of having it control us, and that means rolling out technology even if it drives prices down to peanuts.

Alex lost a TREMENDOUS amount of respect from me today, although I apprecate his past efforts.

And another thing, the people reading this website should be aware that there were no explosives in any of the buildings on 9/11, and buildings 1 & 2 did not come down at free fall speed. Time it for yourself. The elites may have planned it but there were no bombs.

      Thanks

    29. CB112 Says:

I think Alex is upset because Zeitgeist is presented in an atheist sort of perspective, and since Alex is very religious, he won’t accept it. My thing is, religion has and continues to be used as a weapon. I have no doubt that there is a higher force that binds us, whether it be god or some other loving factor. However, I do believe that most of the religions are just hand me down Egyptian religions mixed with other tribal means, and then conjured up to make people think and feel that they have to keep searching for something that has been inside of them all along.

I learned in school and in advertising that in order to sell an idea or agenda to anyone, you have to make them feel like they have been missing something or needed something all along, and they didn’t know it. That is the same position religion takes with people today. And it may make you feel good, it may give you hope. But guess what? Everyone could connect with that universal source everyday. Everyone can radiate their own energy and thoughts just like the sun. We do need a holy house or an ordained person in order to partake in this, although it helps focus our thoughts.

    30. CB112 Says:

      *we do not need…

    31. Steve Says:

This is why i don’t tell anyone about the show!
I never know when Alex’s alter ego, “king monkey” will show up and make a fool out of me.

    32. Pearse Says:

      Alex,

I am a daily listener and have been for around 3 years. I am an Architect, hold several degrees and consider myself well educated in economics, history and religion and generally agree with you, but your interview with Peter Joseph was deplorable.
You were clearly over matched intellectually and instead of letting Peter get his point across you felt the need to slander, interrupt and in general treat him with great disrespect. You have done this before and you really come off looking like a fool!
I have tried to turn people on to you and the movement but its acts like you pulled yesterday that scare mainstream people away. KEEP IT TOGETHER MAN.
Alex as a friend and listener please apologize for your actions yesterday.

I would love to hear back from you.

      Thanks.

    33. Mark McFadden Says:

Alex owes Peter an apology. I love the show but I felt very embarassed for Alex in today’s interview. Peter was trying to make a very simple point but it was futile.

    34. Karen Says:

I believe Zeitgeist and it’s Utopia like Society is a Fairy Tale just as people believe The Bible is. Much of the Intellectual side of the movie is True, but the Religious side of it is totally taken out of context. All I saw in the video was how Christian and Jewish beliefs were false stories taken from Astology. Well what about Buddhist, Muslim, Catholic, Scientology, and everything else? The Story of Jesus Christ is much about the World we live in as we are all apart of the matter all around us! It’s like everyone wants to believe we just exist! There has to be a Creator! What about Satan? No one ever discusses anything about Hell. It’s God and his Son Jesus Christ that gets scrutinized! What’s so wrong with The Bible and what it teaches? What’s wrong with having Faith that you’ll be somewhere else spirtually and intellectually when your one with Christ? Most are so blinded by The Cosmos that they can’t see the True Spirtual Light that “IS” Jesus Christ! When we die we become Spirits! The Spirit is what keeps us Alive as Humans! Without a Spirit, we die! Why do you think Clones have such a hard time staying Alive? They have “NO SPIRIT”! What does a Clones DNA attach itself too? Something as common as household thread? Thus, the clones die because they were not created by God! Simple as that! Well unless it was created by Satan! The earth has unearthed the Dead Sea Scrolls, the lost cities of Sodom and Gamorrah, and possibly even Noah’s Ark! According to The Bible, in the End Times, Knowledge will increase and many will try to debunk the story of Jesus Christ! I find that fascinating because that’s Exactly What’s Happening! Do the makers of and Scientists in Zeitgeist actually beleive they have it all figured out and we needed to be Updated or ReEducated by Them? Why, that’s just about as silly as having Faith and being a Christian or a Jew. Right? Same story being repeated, just different belief systems and ways of seeing things! ALEX JONES KNOWS THE TRUTH & HE DOESN’T HAVE TO BOW DOWN AND KISS NO ONE’S BELIEFS OTHER THEN THE ONE TRUE GOD HE KNOWS WITHIN HIS OWN HEART! That’s ALL That Matters! Don’t Like It, Don’t Tune In! Follow after and get behind Peter Joseph instead, “Sheeple”!

    35. Merlin Says:

      No, no NO!
For everyone there’s a very profound lesson to learn here.
Not Alex’ emotions playing their part, we should look at the underlying cause.
Peter introduces a worldview that challenges Alex’ worldview.
Consequently, Alex feels attacked in his values and all where he stands for, including religious and spiritual beliefs. That is a big hammer.
We see the same psychological mechanism occur with people who think 911 truthers are nutters.
Why? Because someones comes along and questions their belief/valuesystem, and this is why people will turn to a flight or fight reaction, because they think the other says their vision of the world is no good and hence they take it personal.
And that is why we see people just becoming that, becoming personal to someone who poses a rational that challenges their beliefs. (’911 nutters! tin foil hat!, etc.)’

So, in essence Alex felt what many not-truthers also feel if they are confronted with challenging arguments…
the same mechanism. in essence the same response.
And Peter should have known this…it is not about insult, it is about challenging deep rooted beliefs, loving the job you do (leading the infowars i mean), and loving the traditions of the countryside in Texas. I understand Alex very well…though also Alex should know this mechanism for future events.

Well, at least the riddle concerning the psychological resistance to 911 truth is solved…

    36. BoosBro Says:

      this was tragic.

alex’s ego created a huge division among otherwise mostly parallel views. he demeaned himself and his cause.

division, as he’s so rightly pointed out before, does not serve us.

let’s hope alex comes around and can open his mind as he asks his listeners to do. he doesn’t have to agree. a little humility is in order. stop trying to win the argument… this attempt at domination is exactly what he’s against.

perhaps there are two camps of listeners… one that respond to his aggressiveness, and one that’s more open to ideas.

alex, please… in the name of your own cause… let others enlighten you, too.

    37. Global Grist Says:

This guy Peter Joseph is brilliant! Brilliantly stupid. For all his denouncing of typical social structures, especially religion, and his Rodney King ala Marxist pablum: Can’t we all just get along and make a social utopia where there is no competition or competitive advantage and everyone lives in a homogenized, lovey-dovey atmosphere of good will, he fails to realize two things: 1. Babel was tried once before and God intervened, and 2. The heart of man is wicked and selfishness is an inborn trait of all humans. False “religions” are man’s attempt to overcome this trait, usually through a series of moral objectives and self-discipline; however, only through a relationship with the Creator and the indwelling of His spirit working in concert with man’s spirit (which is what true Christianity is, not the man-centered Churchianity) does man have a chance to truly change his heart. P.J. get a clue, there is EVIL in this world and it works above the plane of your logic. There will be no resolution to this problem until Christ returns. Looking at the clock of history, it may not be too long. So, if you’re looking for a world where lions and lambs play together nicely, you still have time to get on board.

    38. StarX Says:

@Karen: The most obedient sheeple the world has ever known are religious sheeple.

@Grist: The moment you invoke the supernatural, you lose the argument. Try to remember: some of us really, truly, honestly do not believe in your deity; his supposed words carry no weight with us. It’s like if I gave you an ominous foreboding that one day you will pay the price for not believing that thunder is caused by Thor’s mighty hammer. My warning would fall on deaf ears; your eyes would glaze over. Those arguments only work with your fellow believers. When talking to non-believers, you need to speak our language: logic and reason.

    39. steve in OC Says:

ha ha, ok first I read the comments and so then I had to see the interview…

I was kinda unsure about Jones in the past but I think this interview just solidified him for me… Joseph is a total example of an ocean of truth with a pint of poison… he makes good points then ends by bascially siding with the idealology of the NWO and the technocratic elites and I think Alex did a good job of calling him out on his own ‘irrationalities’ and relativism… and Joseph justs gushs everytime he speaks of his scientistic faith, which I couldn’t help but laugh at…

you are starting to see the divide now growing within the alternative news community and I think the gap is only gonna widen…

Albert Pike said the third WW was gonna be about eradicating all exclusionary religions (bascially we are talking about Christianity, I mean what else does NWO hate more?) using Islamic extremism as a perfect catalyst… which is now turning into all fundamentalist beliefs… it has to be all be relative of course! just paving the way for Horus’s return, ahem I mean the Anti-Christ… because in case you haven’t figured it out, Atheism is just a transitional phase to the real goal, it creates a vacuum that will be filled by paganism/luciferianism (thats why so many humanists looove bhuddism) the illuminati faith… denying the spiritual side of man as Joseph tries to do just makes him look foolish…

hey you can criticize Alex’s delivery and his articulation (ad hominem) but if you are really just listening to what is being communicated not how it’s communicated I think Jones won this debate…

keep up the good work Alex… PEACE OUT!!!!

    40. StarX Says:

Religion is a tool of the NWO. It always has been, from the very beginning. And even before there was an “NWO,” there were ambitious men who sought to control people. Religion has always been used by such men, because it divides people and causes them to hate the “others.”

It’s so ironic that so many of the people who are able to spot conspiracies like the NWO are unable to spot the conspiracy in religion. I feel sorry for you people. You are what Washington called the “tools and dupes” of ambitious power-mongers.

    41. Global Grist Says:

@ StarX — All man-made religion is a farce, just like man-made social-political betterment programs because they don’t deal with the root of man’s problem: disconnection from God. But, you can’t have a relationship with someone you don’t believe exists. God concerns Himself with atheists to this degree – He provided one passage out of thousands: The Fool has said in his HEART (not head) that there is no God. Like I pointed out previously man has a heart ailment which doesn’t get solved by logic. Speaking of logic, my logic teacher in college accused me of cheating on the most difficult test in his class. He demanded to know how I got an A on that exam when nobody gets an A on it. He thought it downright hilarious when I told him that I didn’t even study all weekend, instead, I read a book about the End Times and prayed all weekend, and when I had difficulty even getting started on the test I relied on prayer for help. As it turned out, I was the only student in all five of his Logic classes to get an A on that test. So, don’t give me any BS about logic and reason being the ultimate source of knowledge. If you believe that go right ahead and see how far it gets you after this life has ended. As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

    42. 4treasons Says:

i totaly agree with #32 i think that jason bermis (don’t know if that is how it is spelled) would have done a better job but. i can understand how alex could have been being alex because,he for sure takes on too much. he is very intolerant. it’s called a lack of faith. with no hope there is nothing.it is all very hopeless looking but,it is all by design, even jason becomes like alex when he has done a few days in arrow. 4 hours a day is way to long. i realy think that ,if someone else should be doing the fill in between. jones does the opening, and the interviews. that way he can treat everyone like the superstars.(jessie ventura ,chuck norris, and the like. those ones always get undeserved aknolegement. others would get, well uno. so we all know he can do it. that goes for the callers to. it’s the same way that christianity becomes a cult.. religon sends people to hell. positive people draw ,negativity.pushes away. don’t we all want us to be on the same side. steven biko said”untill we realize that the only vehical for change, is those who have lost their personality”. in other words we got what we got, lets try to fix it.

    43. paul Says:

Peter Joseph is easy to refute, but a understanding of metaphysics is needed. Religion has many problems but we don’t need to throw the baby out with the bath water. A higher understanding of religion is possible which will embrace science and reason. Such an understanding is at hand today metaphysics and epistemology are needed here. In the end Peter Joseph would do better not to call Religion irreverent. Still the movie makes many good points.

    44. HiFly Says:

I was planning on staying out of this BATTLE, but I will weigh in this one time. We are at a breaking point of warfare against ALL of humanity. Alex realizes this and I am guessing the Athiest feel this way as well. I am NOT against Athiests, however saying that we are not just in a physical battle. Let me REPEAT. I know first hand this to be TRUE. We are NOT just in a physical Battle. Therefore, if you plan on winning on ALL levels you must also take into consideration (and I am speaking to you athiests) you are fighting a battle on a spiritual level as well. Your thoughts are many times NOT your own. You may not believe in the ‘devil’ but I can assure you those with that bent dont care if you believe in thier evil ways or not. I can appreciate some of you have been convinced that science is more pure then man made religion, but God Does Exist. And he never gave up on any of us, we gave up on him and now the choice is do you want to ignore God? You can and I will NOT hate you if you want to Go It Alone, but God is not going anywhere and you must understand those against you would love for you to remain in the Dark. I really didnt want to Preach to any of you who hold other points of view then I do, but it is really important to respect each other and understand that spirituality is growing and you must have PATIENCE with those who do not have the same LEVEL of understanding you have. Hope I didnt piss anyone off, I didnt quote scripture as many Christians understand that even the Bible is not purely accurate. Who cares, GOD STILL EXISTS and you can still find the truth if you look for it and do not close your mind. Thanks ALEX JONES for being a Front Man for this conversation that must take place. Like I said I didnt want to weigh in on this but I guess sometimes you have to pick a side and I just wanted to say that it is OK to believe something different then me… but we must be able to work together even if you are an athiest. Do not confine your spirituality…

    45. StarX Says:

@paul: Tossing around words you learned on Wikipedia doesn’t give your argument any weight. Unless you’re talking about some kind of New Age religion that exists merely for solidarity but makes no baseless scientific claims (as all the major religions do), then it is perfectly appropriate to throw out the baby with the bathwater.

Let’s be clear: the universe was not created 6,000 years ago by a supernatural deity named Yahweh; this Yahweh did not place his seed into a virgin named Mary; this Mary did not give birth to a god-man named Jesus; this Jesus did not walk on water, turn water into wine, heal lepers or cure blindness with a touch of his hand, or rise from the dead after 3 days of decomposition. He was not lifted up into “heaven” to take his place next to his father.

These are fairy tales. They are in the exact same basket with Zeus, Poseidon, Thor, etc.

    46. simon lomax Says:

Alex started off well, then he lost it slightly and looked as though he was desperately trying to defend a belief system, which was unnecessary because if he just relaxed a little bit and listened to what peter joseph was saying he’d have seen that what joseph is suggesting is completely unworkable in the real world. Alex did get it back in the last third and actually made some excellent points in my view it’s just a shame he couldn’t have kept cool throughout. Saying that. in defence of alex, I was not aware that the nature-vs-nuture question was won by those claiming like joseph seems to unless i’m missing something that everything we know, all our instincts are taught, i think we need a “discussion” about this very issue. I have since watched the zeitgeist movie and thought it were great but already covered extensively by alex and his excellent team. Will have a look at the other one.

    47. StarX Says:

@HiFly: Please provide evidence for the following claims:

      >”I know first hand this to be TRUE. We are NOT just in a physical Battle.” (Please explain how you “know” this, without invoking thoughts or feelings.)

      >”Your [atheists] thoughts are many times NOT your own. You may not believe in the ‘devil’ but I can assure you those with that bent dont care if you believe in thier evil ways or not.” (Please provide evidence of this “devil” character. Note that “there is ‘evil’ in the world” is not evidence of anything other than the presence of “evil” [quoted because it's a suggestive word].)

      >”… God Does Exist.” (I’m afraid this extraordinary claim will require extraordinary evidence. The Fact That You Used Leading Caps Suggests That You Are Extremely Confident And Therefore Must Have Such Evidence.)

      >”… GOD STILL EXISTS….” (Again, THIS TIME IN ALL CAPS. Evidence, please. In all of recorded history, some 5,000+ years, no evidence has been forthcoming, despite exhaustive searches for it. Please, if you have this evidence, share it!)

Note that using CAPS does not connote truth. Note also that the Bible is evidence of one thing, and one thing only: that a bunch of people wrote a bunch of things a long, long time ago. You cannot point to the Bible as proof that the Bible is true. That is called “circular reasoning” or “begging the question” (an often misused phrase; most often when you hear it, the speaker should have said “raises the question”). I hope this is not lost on you.

I should add that I respect your attempt to be considerate in your comment, but you must understand that when atheists hear these claims you’re making, they are every bit as absurd as if you claimed to have seen Rudolph pulling Santa’s sleigh. Seriously, it really is that ridiculous to many of us. Do you want to sound that ridiculous? Wouldn’t you rather use language we can all agree on? You trust science every day of your life, so I know you’re not averse to it. All we ask is that you drop the language that we find utterly nonsensical.

    48. Matey Says:

About Peter Joseph… well I was big on Zeitgeist but I just found out that his name is fictional and his real name is
James COYMAN ! This guy has this website called http://www.zeitgeistmovieisfake.com/truth/
He is a little confused and at times sounds like zeitgeist itself! But If this JAMES COYMAN guy is jewish (with all due respect..) I think they are masters of manipulation, Division and in creating animosities among the freedom lovers etc..etc… (and they do it in such sneaky way that you would never know what hit you either)! so Zeitgeist may have been a tool to divide us the patriots. the system/establishment probably helped him to get his movie so successful.!?
So be careful and research every thing/everybody before paying any attention to their products.

      Thanks!

    49. Andy Says:

How come all those defending Alex’s childish, insult-strewn rant in this “interview” seem to be Christians? A rhetorical question, of course. Jones was utterly disrespectful, talked all over Joseph, accused him of being rude when he clearly wasn’t and even resorted to putting on childish voices. A real shame, since Jones is a good person who appreciates the problems of the world. Such a shame his religion produced such a myopic, aggressive reaction to Joseph’s considered and calmly presented ideas.

    50. BeTrueSeekTruth Says:

Both Mr. Jones and Mr. Joseph have serious flaws in their arguments but both have very good points as well. While abhoring religion Mr. Joseph’s views seem to draw from Bible ideologies regarding peace and abundance. In the prophetic book of Isaiah the same correlation is drawn with the lion laying down with the lamb and a child playing over the hole where a serpent dwells and not coming to harm. We’re all familiar with the passage that the U.N. adopted about beating swords into plowshares and not learning war any more. These prophecies are framed in a setting of abundance where people benefit directly from the their labor.
What would be the driving force behind this transformation? Isaiah goes on to explain: 9 They will not do any harm or cause any ruin in all my holy mountain; because the earth will certainly be filled with the knowledge of Jehovah as the waters are covering the very sea.
Whether one believes in God or not is not the point here. The peace and abundance occurs because of A SPIRITUAL TRANSFORMATION!!. The spiritual transformation begins with awareness, knowledge and the application thereof. This is what the global elite have been hiding from us.
No amount of scientific method will bring about this transformation. There is EVIL in the world and the global elite have embraced it. They have corrupted religion in order to control us, just as they’ve corrupted everything else in our lives.
Alex shares the same problem with most Christians who purport to love Jesus then embrace competition and capitalism. The Bible message of God’s Kingdom implies a heavenly theocracy with earthly representatives. Jesus and his followers spoke of giving liberally to those in need, and warned about hording riches and the pursuit thereof. Jesus was aware though of the difficulty in being spiritual and living in the material world. He urged his followers not to love the world and to be no part of the world.
In conclusion, though, any change that will reveal the mechanics of the global elite to the populous is preferable to the current situation.

God there are some fucking idiots commenting on here – Joseph specifically said that it has NOTHING to do with Utopia and that the concept is loaded and it’s not something he’s ever said. Hell, even the Venus Project site states clearly that it is NOT a Utopian ideology or movement. But then what else should I expect from a bunch of sheep who slavishly hang on every word Jones comes out with, no matter if it’s slander or ad hominem (that means personal attack, since these people clearly don’t look things up)?

    54. StarX Says:

@BeTrueSeekTruth: Don’t you understand that when you say “Isaiah said…” that it carries no weight whatsoever? Imagine if I said to you, “Thor said that thou shalt fear his mighty hammer, or He wilt smite thee with a bolt of lightening.” Would you take that under consideration, or dismiss it as blithering nonsense?

    55. paul Says:

      Dear StarX
I didn’t just go to wiki for some long words to use, I can not help what these subjects are called. I am NO religion new age or otherwise. I research that is all.

“Let’s be clear: the universe was not created 6,000 years ago by a supernatural deity named Yahweh”. You will get no argument from me on that.

“Zeus, Poseidon, Thor, etc”. I couldn’t give a damn about any of that, personifications no doubt.

As I said “A higher understanding of religion is possible which will embrace science and reason”. Reason is the key word there. Subjects like metaphysics are key to greater understanding that’s all, call it what you like.

Again should we throw the baby out with the bath water NO, we need to develop our understanding that is all. I’m not sure Peter Joseph would be in disagreement with that. I for one am largely in agreement with Peter Joseph.

The so-called interview was disgraceful. It wasn’t a debate, it was Alex interrupting, yelling, putting PJ on hold, and generally making sure that, in his own way, he was able to diminish any points that PJ would have tried to convey by being loud and obnoxious. I know he’s able to interview others (especially those he agrees with) with a modicum of respect and allowing these people to speak, without interrupting them so rudely. I personally don’t care whether he believes the rhetoric or not, and the concept of a worldly Utopia is probably just that; at this stage, it’s something that will never ever happen. But to disallow a guest that HE HIMSELF invited on the show from speaking made me more than a little uncomfortable, and I wasn’t able to listen to the rest of the interview. I find the zeitgeist movies quite compelling, and am able to accept (or reject) those concepts and ideas which don’t apply to my life, or I don’t buy into. I don’t need Alex Jones to tell me which ones are right or wrong.

Alex was a complete douche yesterday and discredits all the good work he ever does
by cutting people off, playing music over them, insulting them, etc, etc.
He sounds just like O’Reilly sometimes!
Complete waste of an opportunity to discuss real issues.
The Joseph guy barely got a word in and if Alex would have shut up, he would have seen they agreed on most things other than religion.
Alex summed it up himself when he said we have to have tyrrany.
Is he double-agent, cointel, or just an idiot? Time will tell. \
      Consider this :
He’s making bank on insecurity and instability, terrorism, et al.
He has no interest in discourse and ultimately working things out.
He’s waiting for Jesus to come with the sword and sort it all out!
I’m even a long time listener and every once in a while, he puts me off to the point that I don’t listen for weeks or months and don’t feel I can direct anyone to do so.
C’mon Alex! You can do better!
Peter Joseph, Michael Tsarion, David Icke, and Jordan Maxwell are all on the same page.
I don’t know where Alex is and will never take anything he says at face value.
Peering beyond the roots of religion is the first step to awakening.
Google Mithras and Horus! Think! Examine the evidence.
Hell, read the goddamn bible from beginning to end and tell me it’s not the words of men.
Petty, vindictive, cruel, superstitious men herding the populance under their control with possibly the help of an advanced extraterrestrial race that bedazzled with it’s superior technology, ie, an older species of being.
Be your own saviour, your own light, and remind all your sleeping brothers and sisters
to do the same. Take responsibility for your life and quit groveling for forgiveness of the sin of having been born. There’s nothing wrong with being alive!
Now is the only thing that’s real. Opportunity. Kinetic energy. Potential to raise one’s consciousness. Religion is here to save you from your own transformation, your own journey of awakening, your only chance of reality.
Energy = Mass x Speed of Light squared. Be light. Be energy. Be aware of the FACT.
      You Already Are. Be.

    63. Krys Says:

Wow, just wow. How can Alex Jones get so disrespectful with a guest… that was just disturbing. I had the feeling I was listening to a kid defending his ice cream cone. Really Alex, why bother inviting guests on your show if you’re not gonna let them speak and explain their ideas. You kept mis-interpreting Peter’s words, not even letting him explain, and the rare cases you did, you wouldn’t even let him finish to then interupt him go on yet another tangent, twisting words he hadn’t even said! Peter clearly showed his ideas are of a NEW world, while you showed you definately belong in this fucked up world we live in. Peter was calm, concise and ready to explain in details his views, but of course, you didn’t let him because you disagree…. really, that was just pathetic and I lost great respect for you Alex. I still admire your work but, please learn RESPECT and know when to SHUT UP.

      Peace.

    64. Kascee Says:

It’s a new day and I’ve thought about the interview with Peter Joseph. I do believe PJ thinks he is above most everyone. I agree that religion is a man made control grid, but, there is a Creator. We are different than the animals on this planet. We were made that way to learn about this experience. Anyway, I think that Alex was right in trying to call out the hypocracy of those who think they know all and make the very same mistakes we all do. How many books and films has Alex done? How hard does he work? Do we give him the credit we give a self-proclaimed “intellectual?” I’m probably older than most of you on this forum, so I have seen a lot in my life. Alex should have left PJ have enough rope to hang himself and not get so upset, but I do think I know what ruffled him so. He works so hard and researches and researches and then to have this person, who has made one and maybe one-half of a movie, preach utopia and non competitivenss? There’s only so much a man can stand! That is the nature of the beast! I can sense it and I’m a woman. So to all you younger guys out there that think you know ALL about the universe and creation, please give yourself a few decades to really experience having children, death of loved ones, betrayal, supporting a family, ill health, success, failure, LIFE. Yes, Alex did go off a little too much in this interview, but have some understanding. I think he should have limited it to a half-hour interview. Live and learn.

    65. Timothy Bledsoe Says:

I made a post yesterday. I don’t often post. I feel very relieved that many people share the same thoughts I do. I want to post again. Alex, your show is great 99.9% of the time. Your listeners still support you in spite of yesterday with Peter. What a great situation to be in. I can imagine the frustration you must feel in this fight; I live it myself in the work I do with FFI. I might imagine you thinking, “I work all the time, and I am doing my best! Don’t be an armchair quarterback and take action yourself.” I agree. I am taking action. However, you ARE the one with the radio show and with that comes a responsibility. Don’t do all this great work only to mess it up with a bad day like yesterday.

As many have explained here, Peter was not insulting you. Not one single time was he insulting you. He was explaining that you, him, me, and everyone else must deal with the economic system in a particular way. Whether he was right or not is missing my point and the point of many of your listeners. The point is, is that he wasn’t insulting you.

I think you owe Peter an apology. I know that an apology from you would be very sincere and you would never do it unless you meant it. You have a large following of loyal listeners. They, including myself, can empathize with you in what happened yesterday. An apology would help show Peter and others that you really are the great guy we think you are.

One more word of advise. It is not possible to debate whether “evil” exists, or other such things. In order for two people to even begin such a discussion they must first agree to define the terms. How can you argue any abstract concept when the definition is not clearly given. See, it isn’t the WORDS that are important. Rather, it it the CONCEPTS. Only there can you truly see where you agree or disagree. Anything less is a fallacy of equivocation making the entire “argument” irrelevant.

I found Peter to be very respectful. There very well may be some points that could cause disagreement. How would I know though? Peter never got a word in. The few words he got in were not merely misunderstood; they were IGNORED. There is an old saying in philosophy. “Never argue with an idiot.” Many people repeat this tired cliche but few understand why it is good advise. It is good advise because an argument is not possible with an idiot. An idiot does no know how to defend their issues making the entire discussion irrelevant. This outcome, for the idiot, is far WORSE than losing an argument. Rather, they are not capable of having an argument.

Everyone has bad days and you did too. Your work is important. Learn from your mistakes and carry on. Your listeners will give you that chance to correct your mistakes because you have earned it. Thank you Alex for listening. Thank you Peter for holding yourself together.

Lastly, I am a Catholic. I have a deep faith in God and I am not offended by what I know of Peter’s work.

    66. HiFly Says:

For the comment on my comment (a few comments after mine) I am only going to say I am NOT going to debate religion. Yes I have strong confidence that God Exists, but it is from experiences in my life and not necessarily yours. It is like trying to describe a rainbow to a blind guy, you can do it but they may not understand the full concept of what you say. As for Athiests I will take them hands down in our movement over satanists anyday. those who practice evil believe very strongly at what they do and they go to great lengths to cover up who they really serve.
It has been said if you want PROOF of GOD that you must look towards creation and the awesomeness of the mathmatics that GOD used. For me it is a non issue. The spiritual can be a very powerful world and I can assure you that this fact is NOT hidden from satanists. For some reason to put your head in the sand is akin to being right to many athiests. By the way I did not find Alex to be extremely rude nor did I think he hurt any ’cause’ by saying what he personally believes whether you side with his views or not. Free Speech means that others may have speech that you disagree with. As Jesse Ventura says it is not “popular speech” that must be protected but unpopular. For those who would like to drag me deep into this conversation I will just say I wish for you to find spirituality in your life as it will strengthen your decisions you make in times like these.

    67. Andy Says:

Kascee: “I do believe PJ thinks he is above most everyone.” Based on what, exactly? Something he’s actually said (in which case, what?) or are you just parrotting what Jones implied in the interview?

“I think that Alex was right in trying to call out the hypocracy of those who think they know all and make the very same mistakes we all do.” What hypocrisy? Or are you just accusing Joseph of being hypocritical because Jones (fallaciously) does?

“How many books and films has Alex done?” Relevance? Quantity is more important than quality, is it?

“I’m probably older than most of you on this forum, so I have seen a lot in my life.” Age equals wisdom, does it? Age has nothing to do with wisdom – to believe that it does demonstrates an inherent lack of wisdom. This is an ironically childish point-scoring comment that has no basis in anything.

In fact you don’t appear to have any particular point other than appeal to your age and gender as “proof” of the validity of your opinion, which in itself is little more than spurious accusations that Joseph thinks he knows it all (he admits he doesn’t in the interview) and platitudes about the difference between man and animal and our capacity to learn (a point Joseph makes in the interview).

And Joseph doesn’t “preach utopia” – in the interview he makes the explicit point that the term is loaded and irrelevant.

Do you people actually listen to anyone other than Jones when you listen to his show?

    68. BeTrueSeekTruth Says:

@Starx, have you read the Bible from cover to cover? Moreover, are you familiar with the true history and origin of the concepts found in the Bible? You’re missing the point I’m trying to make. If THOR said something that made conceptual sense and proved to work in the real world it WOULD have weight and I would quote it. The point I was making is this so called intellectual, in following the path of the intellectual, has also conditioned himself to stunt his intellect in order to be accepted by other intellects who are similarly stunted! I’m no lover of men or personalities and I don’t care about being accepted or fitting into the boxes that those who engineered the educational indoctrination system have constructed.
The dude is naive although he has potential. Without a spiritual transformation, we will always experience the evil and viciousnesses we see on the earth. The truth is, we are trying to solve the world’s problems but we don’t even know where WE COME FROM! Are you familiar with the ancient sumerian civilization and their writings?
The best we can hope for at this point in time is to enlighten the majority of mankind to stop believing the earth is flat, metaphorically speaking. Whatever “good” method that the majority buy in to and get motivated behind is good enough to start with.

    69. Kascee Says:

Hi Andy. Yes, I listen to all kinds of people and I read a lot! I have run political campaigns, studied political science, and have a degree in marketing. I have my own thoughts, so I’m not an Alex groupie. I think you have the right to believe what you’d like and I have the same right. Like it or not! By the way, why do you waste time on this show if you don’t like it? (marketing question).

    70. Peter Marshall Says:

I always listen to whoever I’m engaged in conversation with – and allow them to express their views in full.

Why couldn’t Alex do the same last night?

Mind you Alex made amends toward the end of the interview – but I got the feeling that it was too little – too late –

Peter Joseph is clever – and so is AJ –

I guess a re-match is on the cards some time soon –

A lot of ‘original’ ideas and thoughts were brought up and argued over in yesterday’s show –

      Good radio -

    71. Max Power Says:

Sorry to all those defending peter, the guys smart but utopias with no money, im sorry the guys off his rocker

    72. John Says:

Another great program- great job Jones. Often we Christians are slighted … and sometimes there is grounds for it. We should not be following the pastors on Sunday.

      P. Joseph does a good job… except for missing it on that fact there is a level of intellectual arrogance rampant (even in his movement)- they dont want to admit that science is a ‘practice’ full of theories and mis theories, just like ‘practicing medicine’- Science cannot decide if Pluto is the farthest away, global warming or cooling.

When I was in Africa recently, locals in East Africa admitted that Dr. Richard Leakey was a total humanist (they did not even know he was /is a Freemason)- i heard countless stories about Leakey abusing Africans, distorting facts, lying, cheating and stealing. My point?– The most esteemed modern scientists are off on their own ‘illogical’ spiritual tangents and they pretend to be ‘logical, reasonable and empirical.’ They did not know Leakey showed up at Bohemian Grove …. people like P Joseph are good intentioned, but the dont want to admit that there is a level of diabolical evil at a deep, supernatural level. There are many examples like this- science is riddled with problems and because of hubris they are blinded from it. Some science takes more faith to believe in than monotheism– like denying all the manuscript evidence for the Bible or the life, death and resurrection of Christ.

There is a host of assertions P. Joseph made that are un-scientific and un-imperical. Perfect job Jones.. the supposed atheist is even operating in subjectivity, emotion based logic- while claiming to be logical and reasonable.

True Christians- prayer moves heaven and earth. Agree with me in this critical hour ‘Lord, shine your face and favor on PP and Jones today- guide them, bless them and keep them in this crucial hour of history. Turn people to Yourself thru this program- for many, let PPlanet be like Saul to Paul in Acts, let the scales fall off of people’s eyes and let them finally see the real issues confronting our world. Amen’ I love you guys, keep up the good fight men!

    73. Jaylanie 100 Says:

Alex is a “hypo”-crite. He’s on the radio right now obviously looking for a fight with anyone that disagrees with his Sun God. It’s funny how he talks about Joseph wanting to eradicate everybody…but Dummy isn’t that what Christianity presents? If your a TRUE Christian Alex, and the rest of you. What’s going to happen to atheist…Muslims…Hindu…gays…everybody else that isn’t Christian? Zeitgeist didn’t say anything negative about “spiritual” It talks about “Religion” Alex builds Straw-men so he can argue with himself. I was a big supporter of the Hillbilly, but now he’s just another pond of his own ego. He’s on the radio building straw-men Saying that the guy on the film is the Anti-Christ! LOL….He uses all your little fears against you. The film uses the word “spirit”…so Ah-HA…IT said SPIRIT…it’s a Religion! Ah-HA STANIC..AH-HA MASON. NWO. Ablbert Pike…Be afraid everybody! oh year and reincarnation!…

    74. Max Power Says:

So where are all there robots that are gonna build our cities and do our jobs, where are they?

    75. Jaylanie 100 Says:

Where are all the robots? That’s like saying where are the battery powered cars in America. It’s obvious they don’t exisit. We could ethier create our future or sit around and wait for the Arch Angel to. The bible teaches self impowerment as much as it does sitting on you butt and following a loud mouth seudo-preacher.

    76. paul Says:

I wonder who is funding the Venus project? The Venus Project: The Redesign of a Culture. Yet another NGO think tank… designing our futures.

    77. paul Says:

WoW you can save money and buy THE COMPLETE VENUS PROJECT LIBRARY SET only PRICE: $138.30… Hmmm I will pass on that me thinks

    78. Jaylanie 100 Says:

Jason Bermasion……was eagerly awaiting Zeitgeist! That’s the truth…it must be hard being on the payroll over a bumbling Crusader for invisible people! Alex was cutting of Jason wouldn’t even let him complete a sentence. From a physiological stand point when folks do that, they believe what they have to say is more important they anything else. Can you imagine Alex Jones being the President?

    79. paul Says:

Welcome to the Future (DVD or VHS) PRICE: $29.95 HAHA Screw this shit…

    80. Jaylanie 100 Says:

Paul: you’ll save money on that…but fund a bumbling idiot fake Christian. Anything these people disagree with, they try to connect with other things that make people afraid. Same tactics they speak against. Then they have there little support group staggers come on and say…yeah they are occult people…yeah they serve the UN Christ.

    81. Max Power Says:

So in this utopia where we don’t have class or money, who’s gonna do the hard labor jobs if your not going to pay them? There just gonna do back breaking labor for free?

    83. stone Says:

seems to be a lot of Zeitgeist cult members around , PJ was not as innocent as people are making out ,he pushed mr Jones` buttons in order to get what he got, and in my opinion he deserved what he got . PJ came across as arrogant , un reasonable ,bigotted and certainly not worthy of all the praise thats heaped on him , highly over-rated is Zeitgeist .

just because there is a lot of truth in Zeitgeist it does not make it good . personally i think its popular for the same reason as Obama , because people want change so they just grab at the sign that says “change ” on the label . also people love it when someone suggests that things should just be free , it appeals to a lot of people does “free” . it may sound good but it just doesn`t work like that and it never will .

the 29.95 thing that PJ brought up was just absolutely pathetic , and a deliberate attempt to poke a response out of mr Jones ,and when he got it back he got upset , sorry mate you got what you deserved ,and then some . Poke a sharp stick at a 300lb gorrilla (just an analogy!) and you get crushed, obviously not as smart as you thought you were …..

i for one am not in any way religious but i think people should be allowed to follow whatever religion they want to follow , no one should be prosecuted or ridiculised (verbally or otherwise ) for following whatever belief they want to follow , its a personal thing and its a right that all should fight for whatever your standing is on this matter .

i certainly don`t think this guy deserves an apology as some are suggesting here , i enjoyed the interview ( and i loved the “piss in your pants..” bit that was pure class;) ) and think that PJ made himself look not as “intelligent ” as he seems to think that he is ,quite the opposite.

    84. Doreen Ellen Bell-Dotan Says:

I have a lot I can disagree with Alex Jones about, but his taking Peter Joseph to task was spot on.

I highly recommend that everyone watch this video about the true intent of Zeitgeist.

      http://www.youtube.com/watch?v.....ture=email

A man by the name of Zam Faiz posted this on Facebook. I agree with it totally:

“Esoteric Agenda just like Zeitgeist the Movie is part of the Disinformation package. Many of us are expected to believe everything that is said in these documentaries because we are shown William Cooper, Jordan Maxwell, David Icke, and Michael Tsarion speak and their speeches taken out of context and made to look like they are of full support of these documentaries. Esoteric Agenda sells the New Age concept to us who are awake to the New World Order. William cooper said “They have nets for everybody at every level” and this is one level they will trick us into thinking that this is the TRUTH. Freemasonry, Theosophy, The New Age our just some of the preparation for the coming ONE WORLD RELIGION. I have edited a William cooper radio show side by side THE ESOTERIC AGENDA clip so you get an idea what is really going on.

      MAYA CIVILIZATION – RELIGION

The Maya practiced HUMAN SACRIFICE. In some Maya rituals people were killed by having their arms and legs held while a priest cut the person’s chest open and tore out his heart as an offering. This is depicted on ancient objects such as pictorial texts, known as codices (singular: codex). It is believed that children were often offered as sacrificial victims because they were believed to be pure.

      AZTEC CIVILIZATION – RELIGION

Aztec religion is a Mesoamerican religion combining elements of polytheism, shamanism and animism within a framework of astronomy and calendrics. Like other Mesoamerican religion, it had elements of human sacrifice in connection with a large number of religious festivals which were held according to patterns of the Aztec calendar.

A common Aztec religious practice was the recreation of the divine: Mythological events would be ritually recreated and living persons would impersonate specific deities and be revered as a god – AND OFTEN RITUALLY SACRIFICED.

      EGYPTIAN CIVILISATION

The traditional cultural practice of FGC predates both Islam and Christianity. A Greek papyrus from 163 B.C. mentions GIRLS in Egypt undergoing circumcision and it is widely accepted to have originated in Egypt and the Nile valley AT THE TIME OF THE PHARAOHS. Evidence from mummies have shown both Type I and Type III FGC present. While the spread of the practice of FGC is unknown, the procedure is now practiced among Muslims, Christians, and Animists.

      THE ETHERIC PLANE

The etheric plane or etheric region is one of the planes of existence, or more specifically a subplane or planes, in esoteric philosophies, in some religious teachings and in New Age thought. In neo-Theosophical and Rosicrucian cosmology the etheric plane constitutes the fourth[higher] subplane of the physical plane, the lower three being the states of solid, liquid, and gaseous matter.

      SHAMBHALA or SHANGRI-LA

During the 19th century, Theosophical Society founder HP Blavatsky alluded to the Shambhala myth, giving it currency for Western occult enthusiasts. Later esoteric writers further emphasized and elaborated on the concept of a hidden land inhabited by a hidden mystic brotherhood whose members labor for the good of humanity.

The mystic Nicholas Roerich and the Soviet agent Yakov Blumkin led two Tibetan expeditions to discover Shambhala, in 1926 and 1928. Apparently inspired by Theosophical lore, Heinrich Himmler and Rudolf Hess sent German expeditions to Tibet in 1930, 1934-35, and 1938-39.

The myths of Shambhala were part of the inspiration for the story of Shangri-La told in the popular novel Lost Horizon published in 1933, possibly influenced by the accounts of Nicholas Roerich published under the title Shambhala three years earlier.

      WESTERN ESOTERIC TRADITIONS

Madame Blavatsky, who claimed to be in contact with a Great White Lodge of Himalayan Adepts, mentions Shambhala in several places without giving it especially great emphasis. (The Mahatmas, we are told, are also active around Shigatse and Luxor.) Blavatsky’s Shambhala, like the headquarters of the GREAT WHITE LODGE, is a physical location on our earth, albeit one which can only be penetrated by a worthy aspirant.

Later esoteric writers like Alice Bailey (the Arcane School) and the Agni Yoga of Nicholas and Helena Roerich do emphasize Shambhala. Bailey transformed it into a kind of extradimensional or spiritual reality on the etheric plane, a gigantic castle in which the governing deity of Earth, Sanat Kumara, is said to dwell. The Roerichs see its existence as both spiritual and physical.

Related “hidden land” speculations surrounding the underground kingdom of Agartha led some early twentieth-century occultists (especially those associated with Nazi or Neo-Nazi occultism, i.e. Nazi mysticism) to view Shambhala as a source of negative manipulation by an evil (or amoral) conspiracy. Nevertheless, the predominant theme is one of light and hope, as evidenced by James Redfield’s and Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche’s respective books by that name.

      THEOSOPHY

Theosophy is a doctrine of religious philosophy and metaphysics originating with Helena Petrovna Blavatsky. In this context, theosophy holds that all religions are attempts by the “Spiritual Hierarchy” to help humanity in evolving to greater perfection, and that each religion therefore has a portion of the truth. Together with Henry Steel Olcott, William Quan Judge, and others, Blavatsky founded the Theosophical Society in 1875.

      HELENA BLAVATSKY

…was a founder of the Theosophical Society.Helena Blavatsky was also an Eastern Star Freemason, and wore an Eastern Star Emblem most of her life as a sign of respect to the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry.

      ALICE ANN BAILEY

Known as Alice A. Bailey or AAB, was born as Alice LaTrobe Bateman, in Manchester, England. She moved to the United States in 1907, where she spent most of her life as a writer and teacher. She wrote on spiritual, occult, astrological, Theosophical, Christian and other religious themes.”

    85. Lou Dickman Says:

Last night did it for me.
Like many others I appreciate Alex’s contribution to the awakening but it’s getting harder and harder to listen to him on a regular basis.
OK, maybe I can overlook the raspiness and stammering but NOT the interrrrruptingggggg.
The constant innnnnnntttttttttterrrrrrrrupting. Let your guest talk for crying out loud.
Last night was a YELLING show, NOT a TALK show.
If Alex is looking for more people to “wake up” perhaps he could tone it down a bit.
If I had convinced someone to listen to the show for the first time last night, I couldn’t blame them if they were convinced that Alex is “one of those conspiracy nutjobs.”

Don’t talk about Mistake that Alex makes how dare you! He’s the King Monkey of the 9.11 Truth Movement! You people need to stop defending a MORON

    88. TheresNoFEDinFreedom Says:

OK to all of you ripping on alex or peter….. atleast they believe in something… what do you believe in? and are you doin something to bring about change in that direction? so either you accept or reject its that simple, Form your own beliefs and take steps bring about change for what you believe in… arguing is not debateing, debateing is productive… whats goin on here is not productive, therfore its not debateing… go do something… get off your ass put the bong down and do something !!! i dont belive peter for the simple reason that was stated earlier… in the movie he states “bits” of facts that are used in such a way to sway opinion in his direction, if you dont take things at face and you actualy do some research youll know what i mean, certain Doors will open and inconsistencies will come out…. either way theres holes in both sides of things… but dont just believe either one of them… do the research yourself

    89. TheresNoFEDinFreedom Says:

you all are starting to remind me of the McCain Vs Obama people… youre once again missing the point… something needs real change and neither of the candidates can do it for you!!! get up and figure it out or just bitch about it

    90. paul Says:

your right TheresNoFEDinFreedom do the research yourself. I have and this film stinks!!! Alex called this sucker out and rightly so, maybe not in the best way but still he was right.

    91. Street Preacher Says:

The whole of Peter’s spiel yesterday was to get rid of God. In his “utopia”, man has no sin nature – he’s only the way he is because his “environment” made him that way, there’s no Creator so you’re not responsible for your conduct – anything goes.

Sorry Pete, in order to realize this fairytale dreamland of yours, man will need a heart change and a new body (the only way to tame one’s flesh). It ain’t gonna happen on earth, pal.

“The fool hath said in his heart, there is no God”.

    92. paul Says:

Jaylanie 100 if you hate Alex jones so much why do you come to this site is it just to abuse? You hate Christians too maybe? Are you just brainwashed by the Zeitgeist cult?

    93. )::( Says:

First mistake that Peter Joseph made was not paying for advertising on Alex’s site.

Second mistake was Peter Joseph talking honestly about the origins of Christianity.

Alex Jones Doesn’t Like Zeitgeist because it’s competition – pure and simple.

      Who is Tommy Chong?

Why didn’t anyone get all pissed off when he showed up on the Alex Jones show? Why?

Personally I could care less if some one sell bongs and smoking paraphernalia online. I could also care even less about what he/she/it/they has to say, but why didn’t Alex Jones make up some horse shit about Tommy Chong? About his alleged connections with the CIA, DEA, and the various Illuminati operated Drug Cartels? (that last part was a joke for you morons).

      Why Chong?

      Why Not Joseph?

Could it be that Peter’s film is competition?

Could it be this stupid and childish?

Also if Alex Jones is worried about the Satanic Illuminati New World Order why does he play and promote the evil satanic and comical “Motley Crue”???

Last week I heard him playing “Looks That Kill” from the Crue. He was excited that they play his movies before their shows or something like that. I mean what a joke from the veiwpoint that he’s out protecting us from these evil satanic forces – moron.

For you Christians who don’t know who “Motley Crue” is they’re from the 80’s and are heavy metal clowns.

This is the first step with the Venus Project, and has been met with a lot of resistance which is a good sign. They said similar things about elvis ;)

    94. trueblue Says:

Jaylanie, what is it about true Christianity that makes you and others afraid? Just curious. Will

    95. mark Says:

The people here who are disagreeing with Peter Joseph are FUCKING CRAZY. I completely agree with Joseph that religion is a parasitic leech robbing society of what it is truly capable of. First off, there is no LOGIC in religion. It is not real. It is provable. Let me repeat, there is no god, and there never was. I mean for Christ’s sake, christians think the earth was made in 7 days, that evolution isn’t real, and so on and so on. Christianity has done nothing but promote ignorance and crime. SCIENCE is the new religion, which is why the power hungry elites CONTROL it! Wake up you fucking stupid shits! GOD IS A DUMB IDEA, IT IS A WASTE OF TIME, INSTEAD OF READING THE BIBLE, WE COULD BE READING SCIENCE BOOKS AND LEARNING HOW TO CURE DISEASES AND MAKE OUR LIVES EASIER INSTEAD OF PUTTING BLIND FAITH IN A MAN IN THE CLOUDS WHO WILL SUPPOSEDLY RESCUE US FROM OUR PROBLEMS. YEAH RIGHT! I hate religion and I will continue to suppress it in any way I can. I have to say, religious people are generally STUPID, and this is true for a REASON. SOMETHING YOU NUTJOB JESUS THUMPERS KNOW NOTHING ABOUT ! LOL

    96. will hale Says:

trueblue your ignorant of the history of the cult you belong to.
that is the only reason i can think of if you have to ask that question ” what is it about true Christianity that makes you and others afraid?”
hmmm maybe it has something to do with the un-speakable horrors that are done in its name by fucking religious nutjobs!
by the sheer ignorance displayed by people who follow it and want to shove it down informed and educated people!
i have a question why is it most christians who profess their love to jesus have no fucking idea about its origins and bloody history?
so i suggest instead of shoving it down peoples throats do some research into the destructive behavior of your cult.

    97. Jaylanie 100 Says:

trueblue: I’m not afraid of Christianity…I’ve studied the bible my whole life. But allot of Christians have a very myopic view of the Country and World. Very intolerant; we live in a time that we have to consider the human race…not just our religious sect. That why allot of non-believers have disgust toward Christians. I’m not one of them, but I do understand where they are coming from.

    98. Jaylanie 100 Says:

paul: I come to Alex’s site because I had it as my Homepage…I’ve been a prison planet member for a long time…until last night. And I’ve been a DVD slanger for Alex Jones. I don’t hate Alex, and I sure don’t hate Christianity, or Muslims…or Hindu, or Gays, or black, whites, Asians. I love and am tolerant of everybody…except those who exploit others

    99. John Says:

Some are making Peter look bad on this site- completely. You are arguing for some cosmic consciousness, love and respect… and you cannot even show it on this website (with respect to Alex) This is because as intelligent as Peter is, his assumption at ‘reform thru education and the evolution of the species’ is false entirely. If you cannot even recognize the goodness of what Jones does, his generosity (no copyrights on videos) and the ways that he has served the USA and world by his work… give a guy credit where credit is due.

Some of you have spoken true- it is a ‘cult’ even if Peter denies it or tries to make it such. It has every bit of loyalty/belief structure in it that lives in classic religion. They tweak it a little here and there, modernize some terms with nuances and fads (Because basically there is alot of legends, beliefs and not-so-new information in Zeitgeist)

Anyone who reads history or literature can see it- nothing new under the sun, just nuances with new personalities.

I give credit to Peter for some good correlation and a great production- the ideas though are old as the hills and he is developing a kind of cult following that resembles alot of the Babylonian /Egyptian mystery cults.

I am not a Jones cheerleader- but come on, give the guy credit for his life, service and work.

    100. MJ Says:

      What an utterly embarrassing experience.

I’ve just doubted my visits to your websites over these past years and while I have always found you to be fairly terse, I wanted the earth to swallow me whole on hearing this interview. I do not agree with Paul Joseph on religious aspects, but on many points I do see the value and eloquence of his views and commend him for having an ideological alternative for the future, unlike so many others. He was stimulating, polite, calm, eloquent, concise, unfortunately, mainly unheard and I certainly have huge admiration for his stellar level of patience with your unfathomable level of sub-juvenile behaviour.

    101. Jaylanie100 Says:

MJ: I couldn’t agree with you more. “SUB-Juvenile”. I hope Alex reads some of these posts, but I’m sure he’s get enough money from his endorsements. He’s quickly becoming the Shawn Hannity Of conspiracy talk radio. I won’t elevate him to the status of Rush, because at least Rush can interview people.

    102. Jaylanie100 Says:

John: Africa could use allot more then a belief in invisible men at this time… Alex should stick to making movies since he’s “so good” at it. And stop shutting down decent because some people don’t believe everything he does in regards to Christ. You can’t change the world through religion, no more then you can change the world through a gun. This debate in this “movement” was destine to happen, both sides will have to learn how to be tolerant of each other. Even though each side thinks the other side is crazy. The rest of the world thinks we’re all crazy, meanwhile 40% of people don’t have food to eat at night.

    103. Dave310 Says:

Alex is an emotional guy with a lot of passion for what he does. That’s what makes him so damn good–and every once in a blue moon becomes his achilles heel. (All I can say is keep up the good fight Alex, you’re inspiring people to take action like never before.)

    104. mark Says:

For all of you defending Alex. How can a man of such great intelligence not understand that Christianity is a farce? He has been capable of such incredible critical thinking thus far, and sometimes yes he does slip up, but is it in purpose? You all must look beyond your own ego. The world is a freak show and if you can’t laugh at it you are worth nothing

    105. John Says:

One great truth on Jones and PPlanet companions to note: their service, fruit of labor, consistency and loyalty to impartial and objective truths. Rather than the usual grumbling, complaining and critical spirit in so many (especially those who rail against PrisonPlanet- you know who you are, you sit at a computer and usually dont do any proactive thing to help humanity) — Jones stands out as a doer, compassionate and accurate. If only the truth movement and others would put their money where their mouth is… words are easy, actions cost you. Anyone can criticize… very few can build. Many a guy can knock a barn down… few can do the necessary craftsmanship and commitment required. Bravo Jones and PrisonPlanet… you guys are almost too nice to let all these nasty comments on your website… you are good men!

    106. Jimmy Neutron Says:

      Not to change the subject….

Im sure the Job (HOTTjobs.com) of looking at all the decent breasted women (TSA,etc.)will go something like:

Security Guard: Maam, sorry but you could be packing something in them double D’s
Woman – really now I think I KNOW what you are planning on doing!
Security Guard: Maam I am with the Government, we are here to protect your rights!
Woman – What happens to my naked body scan every time I FLY?
Security Guard: (Silently Chuckles) scouts Honor no one will look at it except me (My Boss, Hiss Boss, the Head of Security Guards USA, and the Prez)
Woman – Are you sure? no one will keep it?
Security Guard: Scouts Honor (fingers crossed)

    107. shiv Says:

peter joseph sounds like a hippie to me… Alex could have done a better job though, he is way to emotional and moody… true free market capitalism which Ron Paul and the founders envisioned is the human way… this guy thinks that competition is not in our nature, what nonsense… competition is life, you cant live some carefree life… he is way to idealistic…

    108. Info Warrioress Says:

A statement like “There’s no such thing as evil” is a dead giveaway revealing at best that the person has no common sense, or at worst that the person is attempting to camoflage the existence of evil. A good movie on this topic is “Mr. Frost” starring Jeff Goldblum as a serial killer who is actually Satan. Satan has come to earth in ordinary human form because people have stopped believing that he exists.

    109. John Says:

Alex mentions Jiddu Krishnamurti, who opens and closes Zeitgeist: Addendum as the “Global Christ, leader of all religions, of the Theosophy Society”… he is only half right, and missing an important fact (which could allow people to say he is twisting the facts to fit his position) The fact is that Kishnamurti himself declared the aims and means of the Theosophy Society to be erroneous and that he was not “the Christ”.

Even with all that talk by Peter Joseph about conditioning making a person “what” they are, from childhood Jiddu Krishnamurti went through a lot of it from the Theosophists, he turned his back on it all, dissolving the movement set up around him and returning all of the funding. Krishnamurti is shown talking in the clip used in Zeitgeist at an advance age, so I guess he was about 30 plus years on from removing himself out of the grips of the Theosophists. He really only spoke of one thing throughout his life after that time, that all mans troubles come from lack of examination and attention to his inner condition (nature) and how any ‘path’ is frivolous!!! Not quite the Anti-Christ.

There is a controversy still, with the film, and I don’t think the Addendum version of Zeitgeist would have got much attention if that had been the first film Peter Joseph had made. But as the ’sequel’ it is riding on the previous name… which itself borrowed most from the works of others (Alex, Icke, Maxwell, Acharya S, Tsarion etc). A bit of a ‘bait & switch’ ? Many people are looking for and asking answers of those mentioned in the brackets above and Zeitgeist Addendum is attempting to step in to fill that need, and could take people out of the real arena as much as it is new age cult itself.

As Krishnamurti may have said himself – an ongoing review is needed…

    110. 1984 Says:

      When it comes to religion:
      1. There are too many fan clubs and they cannot all be right. Fact is that the all may be wrong
      2. We’re often prisoners to the religion that we’re taught from our parents, society, the zeitgeist
      3. There is no need for religion today
      4. Religion is a perfect tool for control, mass conformity
      5. Religion is often anti-scientific, reactionary and all too divisive.
      6. To most religions we’re all atheists. Some of us see them all as man creations.

    111. will hale Says:

just listened to the full interview jeez alex your a pain in the ass sometimes.
so rude to him and simply wont let him finish his sentences
sorry mate you need to pull your head in
      zeitgeist is a brilliant doco

    112. DKS Says:

      Comment 112 by John:

This comment is absolutely correct. Krishnamurti dissolved the movement in a surprise move that shocked everyone involved. He has consistently expressed his disdain to be idolized and left the issues up to you to solve through self-examination to shed the social conditioning that contradicts the only human truth–freedom.

    113. Max Power Says:

The end of the movie and the solution is a complete and utter fraud, world government is not the solution

    114. joseph Says:

It is very interesting to see Christians marginalized for simply being Christian. Truth be told, there is a bend to Christian thought. We believe in a personal God, one you can have a relationship through the person and life of Jesus Christ. This is very divisive doctrine, because it creates a paradigm that Christians have been taught is going to lead to persecution. These are those birth pains. Not to ironic to see a simultaneous attack, Alex assumed a baffoon simply for believing in Christ, and thousands of Christians being persecuted in India for believing and proclaiming their belief to others. This is the real fight, between good and evil. Seemingly, we are at the end of days. Christians should come out of the closet, shed false republican, democrat, or any party allegiance, and side with God. We all need to repent and go screaming, pleading, crying, tearing our vests, lamenting, and begging for forgiveness from the only God that truly is God. Every time our people are destroyed, or routed, or stripped of inheritance, it is because they have forsaken God. Alex, please don’t do that. I believe you are seeing the very beginning of persecution and the marking of God’s people. It is very possible that you will be seen as a threat ( you’ve said many times that you are) but not by people, but powers and principalities. You said as you scratch the surface, puss just keeps pouring out, these are the beginning of birth pains. This is sin come to get its due. God forgive us.

    115. joseph Says:

also, not saying i assume you are forsaking God, but saying these are the times when we shall be tried, and so many found wanting. I include myself.

    116. Axivah Says:

Wow. I’ve been listening to Alex’s show for a while with my husband and appreciate all the information and good work Alex and the production team does. I never appreciated the rants and angry fits, being a pacifist myself, but he seriously outdid himself today! This interview really showed me how closed-minded, defensive and insecure Alex is! There was no need to bash Peter the way he did and I was pissed off at the end because he kept getting in the way of great information. Alex manipulated, insulted and yelled his way through a subject that he obviously doesn’t understand. I command Peter, the grown-up, for the way he handled himself in the mist of this fiasco. Sorry Alex, this is how I feel! Now I’m going to check Peter’s websites for a boost of positive and creative thinking!

    117. Jaylanie 100 Says:

Joseph: You must be a prophet, like so many before you. Why don’t you be the first to declare holy war on the sinners. Yes my son now is the time…put down you papyrus and pick up your sword. Yes ole wise and inspired one, go tell it on the mountain. That Your god will destroy all other people, the ones that your zionist leaders give Aids to….yes go preach in Africa and tell them how God’s Country America loves you. Take Alex, the son of god with you. He should serve as a perfect example of what Christians stand for. He will not allow anybody else to talk, and will finish they’re sentences with his “secular Christian” knowledge. Please activate yourself…I want to turn on CNN and see some Columbine action.

LOL. You guys have predicted the end for more than 100 years!

This is Quote from Krishnamurti. You followers of Alex and other men need to listen.
“This is no magnificent deed, because I do not want followers, and I mean this. The moment you follow someone you cease to follow Truth”. I’ll add this… The truth is not something you follow, the truth is something you find!

    122. Jaylanie 100 Says:

      PreasureCrack: AAAAmen

    123. B Says:

Zeitgeist is at the peir but misses the boat. The guy is definitely onto something but he seems as if he just worked it out in his head and hasn’t actually taken any steps to impliment it. If he did he would have come to the following conclusions – as I am working on a bottom up solution to eliminate scarcity.

      1. Any technocratic society, to not be a tyranny, must be built from the bottom up – not top down. It will come in the form of first, CNC personal factories (which already exist in a pre-Apple/Windows era sort of way) and then replication technology being developed at MIT under Neil Gershenfeild. They key is individual self-sufficiency. You don’t need a government or an economy even, if you can grow your own food, clean your own water, and manufacture your own goods.

      2. Land is still going to be an issue even in the “Zeitgeist future”; to impose population control or an imposed means of dividing land “fairly” suggests government and the invitation of abuse. Space travel and the building of space habitats, terraforming etc will be the only truly free options as space is supposedly infinite.

      3. Human beings do have innate instincts. Evidence from sociobiology and evolution both suggest this. Conditioning and enviorment affects how our instincts play out. We do indeed have reason, but look around you and ask yourself, how many people actually use their reason when making a decision? Fact is, our natural urges are much stronger than our ability to rationalize. Zeitgeist’s theory that it is all conditioning is rubbish. Travel the world and you will see distinctive similarties between all human behavior regardless of the extremely divergent conditionings these people have been subjected to.

      4. Eliminating scarcity would definitely reduce violence, but competition is a fact of human nature and is not always bad. I do agree with Peter Joseph about “evil.” I believe that unnatural conditions in our environment cause unnatural responses – what people would call evil – but it is our innate instinct being expressed in an orchestra of conflicting and abhorent behavior to cope with these unnatural conditions. People aren’t “just” evil. There is an underlying biological casue – be it genetic defects, unnatural expression of innate behavior, or a chemical imbalance.

      5. And religion shouldn’t be bashed. Give people the means to sustain themselves. With a personal factory, computer, the means to feed and water themselves, they will not need institutions and they will focus on the philosophical aspects of their relgion on their own. In fact, Jesus and Buddha both criticised institutionalized religion. When we the people remove the necessity and the motivation for institutions like government, religion, and corpoations to exploit us we can fill the void as we wish.

Finally, Alex Jones is right about fighting the NWO now. They are proactively trying to change our very nature. Chemical and genetic manipulation are unnatural manipulations that endager our very humanity and must be exposed and stopped. The free market economy must be struggled for – though it may never truly be realized – because eventually, CNC home factories and replicators are going to become a reality and a huge paradigm shift will then occur – bottom to top.

Sorry for the long winded response. ulsongunner@yahoo.com insult and/or converse.

    124. trueblue Says:

Will Hale, obviously I’m not as ignorant as you.The religion that spawned the inquisition and the Knights Templar (the precursors of the modern international banksters) has next to nothing to do with either the Old, or New Testament of the Bible. Are you aware that the Rothschild’s wealth has come from their being the Vatican bankers?
BTW, I’ve never been a member of any kind of cult. I’m not a follower. Will

    130. Andy Says:

Kascee: well that’s all good and well, I’m very impressed with your credentials, but it doesn’t really have anything to do with my points: why do you think PJ thinks he’s above everyone? What’s he said or done to make you think that? Why do you say he “preaches utopia” when he explicitly states the term is loaded and doesn’t use it himself (just as the Venus project site states utopia has nothing to do with it)? More to the point, who said I don’t like the show? I think Jones is generally very informed and is great at waking people up to wider issues not covered in the mainstream – is he above criticism though? Am I not allowed to express thoughts on an open forum when I see his behaviour as childish and rude and his arguments weak and crude? This is a very narrow and cultish attitude to take, I’m sorry to say.

Info Warrioress: “A statement like “There’s no such thing as evil” is a dead giveaway revealing at best that the person has no common sense, or at worst that the person is attempting to camoflage the existence of evil.”

You missed his point – it was about the definition of the word “evil” and the religious connotations that go with it. He wasn’t disputing the existence of “good” and “bad” acts, just the environmental conditions on which they are predicated. But hey, I’ve just read your “good movie on this topic” bit and realised you probably aren’t capable of grasping semantic distinctions and the point Joseph was making (a bit like Alex Jones!)

Max Power: “the guys smart but utopias with no money, im sorry the guys off his rocker”, “The end of the movie and the solution is a complete and utter fraud, world government is not the solution.”

It doesn’t call for world government or utopia – do you people listen and think for yourself or simply take whatever Alex Jones says as gospel and repeat it ad nauseum? I’d say the latter, judging by many posts on here, and it’s very sad. Jones was operating on an intellectually inferior level in conversation with Joseph, completely out of his depth, and resorted to ad hominem and wilful misinterpretation, just as many posters on here appear to be doing. Peter Joseph does not advocate one world government – listen to what he actually says and this is patently obvious…

Max Power, your comments are particularly asinine…

    131. Jon Says:

HAHA, wow this guy is crazy!! Ok so say we are on our way into this new “society” where theres no money and theres no guns and theres no prisons, and what not… What happens if I don’t want to give my guns up, are they gonna take me away and “re-educate” me!
What if I don’t want to go? What if I take a couple of them out when they are trying to take me away? What are they going to do? Are they gonna shoot me, I thought that there are no guns? So what he is saying is there will always be that “force” that makes sure people will stay in line, or take people away to get re-educated, so they get guns but I don’t, HMMM! Does this sound familiar, can someone say, Hitler, stalin, musselini?
Say some group tries to take over this economic paradise for there own gain? Who is gonna stop them? None of us cause we won’t have any guns! So there will always be people in charge, there will always be government, but he says there won’t be, how can that be?
Oh but no-one will want to take over and gain control because there is no evil satan and people will be good natured then because society will be different, right? RIGHT!
I am not against technology but we are creating technology and the tech is not our savior as the Z man sayeth!
Alex was right for going off! This guy is frickin crazy, and if he and his people want to come and disarm me and my family then let em come, I’ll get a couple of them on the way!

Oh but Im just a grunt, knuckle dragging christian that is violent person and my kind needs to go away, right!
Wrong, I am a peace loving American that believes the only way to keep tyranny from putting my family in chains and putting us on the slave train is to protect ourselves WITH WEAPONS! LIVE FREE OR DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If they want to usher in this new “utopia” fine; But if they try to take away my farm or my weapons then they better bring tanks, and if I die let me be a martyr for freedom, and let others see that they too can stand up and fight back against the NWO, cause that is what the Z man is representing, the NEW WORLD ORDER, illuminism, the Freemasons; Essentially terrorism against the world.
I do not advocate violence, but the 2nd ammendment was created so that this kind of terrorism does not take root against America and her people.
This is totally satanic, and this Z man’s people are satanic. I guarantee that if it were possible to see who is the financial backers of this guy and his websites and films, then we would see that they are the World Power Elite, The NWO, the Illuminati, the Rockafellers and all of those satanic followers that we all love, right!!!
The Z man is infiltrating the patriot movements of the world. He says 9/11 is an inside job, yes; He says the government is trying to subvert human kind and make all of us slaves to them, yes; But he also says that we should have a one world government, with no guns and no money and not need prisons!!!
There will always be people that want more power, no matter how we fashion society, it is human nature to take, take, take; But there is also an evil force in the world that wants to do us in. That is why we will always need guns, and ammo!
He is saying that there is no evil spiritual force in the world, and only because humanity needs to, we fight back and become evil, because we were fashioned to do so by our environment!
Then where do the Illuminati fit in?
If there is no evil spiritual force in the world, why do they start all of the wars to kill off 80% of the population?
Oh are they being evil because they have to?
Are they being evil because they are forced to? Oh wait no they are being evil because there parents taught them to. There parents taught them to try and take the world over and worship a non-existant devil, right!
The Z man is completely deluded and if you follow him you will also find yourslef being completely deluded as well

    132. A bad person Says:

@ Andy “It doesn’t call for world government”.

Hey they told us in Europe it would never be a UNION, just a trading block and no more. How easy a fool is to fool.

    133. Jon Says:

Some of these comments on here are completely crazy!
These people in the world get so smart and intelligent in there schooling and degrees and teaching that they think people like me and the majority of the world are stupid and our opinions don’t matter!
They are completely deluded and if you notice some of these people get so smart that they don’t remember where they come from, nor do they think that there is a God that created their brains and intelligence!
They get so smart that they think there is no God anymore; Or more inherently you will see that these people think that they are Gods; And then even more inherently they think that their creation is our savior!
The Z man says he is not religious but then he turns around and says that the technology is our savior!
Yes Alex did go off on him and prove that he is not as intelligent as this Z man when it comes to the societyl intelligence that believes in.
Do you really think that Alex wants to be like this guy which is to speak perfectly and sit down every day and have tea and crumpets, and then after lunch go and play a brisk game of Polo with his other intelligent fellow travellers?
No, why would Alex want to be like that? Alex is completely human and believes that he is. He says that he doesn’t have all the answers and that he is just another guy who goes to work everyday and does his part in society.
Yes Alex flew off of the handle at the Z man, I would too, and so would the majority of people who are in this world, why? Becuase we are not sheep to be led around by people who want to put us into a society of slaves.
The Z man says that all labor is slavery. Ok then if I were in slavery would I be able to get up out of my chair at work and leave whenever I wanted to? No, I have a choice, and a choice is what seperates slavery from employment.
We all have a choice, we can go to work or not. Of course there are consequences to our choices, but there will always be consequences to any choice that anyone makes, that is what is so beautiful about a free society.
Yes Alex did act a little crazy to this guy, it’s his show he can do whatever he wants! If it was the Z mans show then Z could have done whatever he wanted to do, it’s the choices we have.
I personally think that the reason the Z man made these films is that he wants a piece of the NWO pie, he sees it comin down the pipe and wants to be apart of it. He probably figures that if you can’t beat them then join them.
“There is no satan” that is hilarious, very stupid, but hilarious!

    134. Andy Says:

A bad person: “Hey they told us in Europe it would never be a UNION, just a trading block and no more.”

“They” were not the same people – your point is utterly irrelevant. Or are you saying Peter Joseph was involved in the formulation of the EU?

“How easy a fool is to fool.”

Wow, another highly developed, articulate proposition… you work for Mensa by any chance?

    135. Andy Says:

A bad person: “Hey they told us in Europe it would never be a UNION, just a trading block and no more.”

What does that have to do with anything? It has no relevance to what Joseph was saying at all. Or are you suggesting that Joseph was one the architects of the EU?

“How easy a fool is to fool.”

And whatever other pointless ad hominem you want to throw around that obfuscates the fact that you can’t refute my point with anything based on what the man actually said…

    136. Andy Says:

jon: ““There is no satan” that is hilarious, very stupid, but hilarious!”

Yeahj, utterly stupid – I mean, who hasn’t seen the proof that satan exists? He’s been on talk shows and everything!

    137. Jon Says:

      Andy,

It is people like you that make these comments stupid! I am commenting on the interview and on the movies, but you would rather comment on other comments of people commenting on the films and interview!
How do you do it? How do you make yourself sound so smart with all of your articulated words and structured comments, wow you must have been at the top of your class!
Hey I have an idea how about we have a contest, ok? How about you meet me somewhere and we sit down and talk and lets see who is more intelligent? Then as you come near me, I will shove my fist into your throat and then I will sit down. You can then tell me about all of your college classes and how you like to eat crumpets with your tea and all that. How does that sound, eh?
Oh I guess thats not fair, is it? Hmmm, well I guess when I was studying for my 3rd degree black belt after joining the 75th Ranger Regiment you were sitting in class learning about how to start a sentance, so you could come onto forums like this and try to impress people with your intellectual know how, and make people look stupid all the while making yourself feel real good, right?
I would guess that your quite shy in person around people like me, thats why you have to commit your belittlement over the air waves. If you werent shy around people like me, I would make you shy thats for sure!
So I guess hand to hand intelligence isn’t your thing is it, only mind to mind, what about hand to mind, or hand to head!

    138. Andy Says:

Jon: “Do you really think that Alex wants to be like this guy which is to speak perfectly and sit down every day and have tea and crumpets, and then after lunch go and play a brisk game of Polo with his other intelligent fellow travellers?”

Ever heard of playing the man not the message? It means taking crude and childish pot shots at someone’s character as a mode of personal attack, usually formulated when an objective critique of the person’s actual position on a subject cannot be offered…

    139. Andy Says:

Jon says: “I am commenting on the interview and on the movies, but you would rather comment on other comments of people commenting on the films and interview!”

Hmm. Jon’s previous comment began with: “Some of these comments on here are completely crazy!”

Methinks he may be a bit of a hypocrite! Are you commenting on the comments or the movies, or the comments on the movies, Jon? I’m getting confused!

The rest of the post is basically a personal attack against me making all sorts of inferences as to why I post on here and assumptions about how shy I would be around a bloke who’s got a black belt and been in the army. Wow, implications of physical threats and intimidation on the internet! You big brave man!

Why not drop the threats and have a metaphysical debate or perhaps a discussion about how you see a post-elitist/NWO world taking shape? Personally I found Peter Joseph’s concepts missing out on many key points – e.g. no money and an absence of scarcity may relieve us of our competitive edge in one sense, but what about sexuality and pride and other concepts? He makes no mention of these and they’re every bit as conflict generating as market-driven wage earning monetary systems.

What are people’s ideas for solutions to NWO power grabs and economic collapse? What is Jones’s solution, for that matter? Disagree with Joseph all you like but he ain’t NWO – Jones is wildly misinterpretting what he’s suggesting – and at least he’s trying to suggest a better way for people, however “out there” it may be.

    140. Jon Says:

      Andy,

I am simply stating that while you may be able to dazzle us common folk with your words there are still those of us that are able to shut people like you up. You pissed me off, what do you expect, I am bred to kick ass, so thats what I do, and when people like you come around and start making people like me look like a fool, thats when I usually shut them up and I am fairly good at it.
I did not mean it as a threat I was simply stating a point, your mind against my fist, who is gonna win?
Someday your gonna start talking bad about someone thats near you and then they will show you what I mean. The internet is a buffer for people like you to flex your intellectual muscle, while the “real world” is a place for people like me to flex my real muscle
You can try to dazzle others with your debating skills, but still you know in your heart who would win if we were face to face.

    141. Andy Says:

Jon, you may think I’m trying to demonstrate some sort of intellectual superiority and belittle others, but that’s not the case – I’d be far more pleased if someone responded without threats and offered reasons why they dispute Joseph’s ideas and shared with me their alternatives. Granted, I may come over a bit combative (in a wordy not physical sense) but it’s just the way I’m used to posting – generally the responses this provokes are a focused and clearer point of view on the topic, not the threat of a fist down my throat! And I haven’t used any words that Alex Jones hasn’t used on his shows, either! Granted I don’t usually post on prison planet; perhaps it’s more normal around here…

I’m sure you would beat me up in a fight – I know a bit of Wushu and might be able to use your strength against you for a couple of punches but I’m not a violent person, my heart wouldn’t be in it and I would probably try and talk my way out of a fight, so yes, I’m sure you would win and batter me to a pulp. But why hammer this point home? We aren’t going to meet face to face, are we?

Jon, we both obviously read Jones so we’re coming from similar angles when you think of the bigger picture – my intention was not to make you look like a fool but to get you to think about what you’d written and discuss it – if you want to do that then great – if you aren’t interested in discussing anything with me, fine. Threatening me with violence seems a bit silly though – why not just call me a pompous arrogant asshole or something like that instead? ;)

      Have a good day.

    142. Jon Says:

Yeah your prob. right, you pompous arrogant asshole, lol.
I don’t mean to come off so combative but I guess thats usually how I am, sorry.
And no theres prob. no way that we will ever meet in a world of 6 billion people, I would say that is highly unlikely. Although it is not impossible.
I do not go about threatening people either, usually. I usually do not ever instigate a fight, but rather I feel more protective over people who can’t protect themselves. I would like to see myself as somewhat of a guardian angel if it werent for my sandpaper like personality and my obtuse view of most intelligent people. Not that I don’t like intelligent people but most seem to inhibit a most annoying god like complex, which does bring out my bad side, I guess kind of like Alex, lol!
I almost always feel horrible after having intimidated someone, which is I guess good because it keeps me in check. So it is for that reason that I usually try not to say anything, but when I do I end up making a fool out of myself.
Anyway, I do wish to participate in a nice debate so I will try not to be so obtuse.

    150. TheresNoFEDinFreedom Says:

My thoughts on this are a little more spectral, I see this as a waste of energy on both sides of the fence, Alex jones listeners (myself included) stop posting comments about how Peter Joseph is CRAZY, youre just buying into the buzz words that decredit people without giving them a fair shot at a defense, and Peter believers (or whatever you wish to group yourself as) stop saying that alex is a crazy christian its the same situation… These forums are here to facilitate conversation to bring about change… I see just people and their egos here,

and Dear Andy Post # 120 is me just a different Computer and name….

I dont see this movie as a threat… Sure Peter has some facts mixed up, does that make him a NWO cronie.. Im hesitant to think so. And sure alex jones gets a little carried away sometimes (to say the least) but thats why i Love listening to his show… Hes passionate about what he is saying and what he believes… and it gets people like you and me fired up… i dont think Peter will have much luck in his “brave new world” lol … sadly… because i would love to see a world where everyone worked together and curruption is a thing of the past, but the fact is everything has an opposite, that is fact as science and Physics state it, and also as Religeon states it, There can be no Good without Evil because Evil pushes people to do good…. so to have a society where people only act according to the norm just doesnt seem reasonable, and also .. What would be the point of Life if we all thought the same way, where would be the beauty in life? It would be like a sea of grey, you have to have balance to make this world work, there will always be bad people and there will always be good people, the only thing that changes is the ratio…. thats my 2 cents

    152. Erik Says:

I’m not commenting on anyone else’s comments, just the interview. At times Alex annoyed me by interrupting Joseph. Then again, he interrupts everybody. I generally agree with Alex’s points more, because I do believe some people are just born evil or competitive. If I was the zeitgeist guy I would’ve lost my temper pretty early. They were both thought provoking.

    153. Andy Says:

TheresnoFEDinFreedom: “youre just buying into the buzz words that decredit people without giving them a fair shot at a defense,”

I think that’s unfair – I’m challenging people on their assertions and asking why they’re making the statements that they’re making, many of which appear to be echoes of the very distortions Jones has made in an effort to smear Peter Joseph – to that extent Joseph’s position is irrelevant; the tactic of distorting his word and calling him names is the issue. Jones is behaving like Bill O’Reilly…

“and Peter believers (or whatever you wish to group yourself as) stop saying that alex is a crazy christian”

I’m not a “Peter believer” – I’ve already laid out a handful of the (many) flaws I see in his ideas, and there are many others (for instance, he doesn’t appear to propose a method for dealing with the here and now; the crooks on Wall Street and in the White House provoking further conflict). But Jones’s “evidence” to assert that he’s NWO is nonsense – tenuous links and associations through use of words e.g. Utopia – which Joseph has stated is loaded and irrelevant anyway – is a general term for ideal culture/society used by many different groups. It’s how one defines it that needs addressing, not simply the use of the term itself. Jones has also been inferring/interpretting NWO connections from vague concepts, for instance the eradication of class. He erroneously reads “eradication” as synonymous with “guns to heads” which is taking the word at its most loaded, but beyond this – and more worrying for me – is the implication that Jones is defending the class system! Since when was class a good thing for humanity? Does Jones want a stratified society with masters and servants? His response would imply that yes, he wants to keep a structure that breeds elitism… what do you think?

As for the rest of your post, I agree with some of what you say – PJ’s vision is very “out there” and I can’t see how you’d shift from a monetary system to a resource based system in the current climate – a huge mental shift in humanity’s perspective on the purpose of working and the value of things would be required that isn’t going to happen in our lifetime. By the same token, he is NOT calling for a new version of elitist control and social stratification, and Jones is way off the mark to suggest this is the case. Like I say, there’s something O’Reilly-like about Jones’s manner over all this, and having been a regular listener for some time I find these irrational outbursts and smear tactics distressing and disappointing. I’d have hoped that Jones would recognise that they share a common interest in striving against a common foe – instead he’s created an unnecessary conflict between two of the largest bases of the alternative movement….

Alex made a complete fool out of himself during this interview. He would take one or two words Joseph said and generalize entire arguments. It clearly did anger Joseph especially the “piss you pants” comment which was completely out of line.

    158. Andy Says:

ConspiracyX: yup, he was clearly desperate to get one up on Joseph in any way he could – and since he couldn’t match him intellectually he resorted to latching onto the slightest thing and distorting it into a smear, putting on voices and being abusive. He even made out he’d got one up on him because Joseph thought the piss pants comment was off air: “Ha ha! That was on air! Got you there, Peter!” kind of mentality…

Although alex missed the point on this one, he is still one of the best leaders we have, like it or not, dont get me wrong, im not looking for someone to “LEAD” me, but who else on this forum has a radio show and has millions of regular listeners? it is good to be a Critizen when you are doin it to be constructive. but you need to protect those who protect your freedoms, because without these, regaurdless of who you agree more with, there are plenty of people in high places that are waiting to take them away from you for their own personal benifit.

Hmmm…then how is it that we learn anything new, since anything that runs counter to the prevailing orthodoxy must be looked upon with EXTREME skepticism, and as such it is difficult to learn something new? Oh, wait, I know, I know…you take the time to investigate, and to weigh alternative ideas; and challenge your own intellectual comfort; and play devils advocate with yourself; and ultimately to pretend as if you know NOTHING, which is about as close to the truth as you can get.

All you “Zeigeist is NWO” idiots need to stop for a minute and consider what it is that you’re really saying. These speculative statements, although well-meaning I’m sure, are no substitute for a real argument, and are a sure recipe for a lifetime of intellectual douche-baggery, which if you’re unaware is something to avoid at all costs. Only YOU can ask yourself how much of Peter’s argument you have understood and considered with an open mind. Only YOU can ask yourself how much of the history of monetary policy, of labor systems, of the cause-and-effect relationships that are evident throughout history’s pages, a mystery to be uncovered with care and diligence…only YOU can ask yourself how much of this you really understand. I, myself, am humble enough to say that Alex Jones, G. Edward Griffin and others might be RIGHT about Zeitgeist and Peter Joseph’s ideas, and as such I’m going to consider them with attention and free of prejudice…are YOU humble enough to say that you might be wrong? Are YOU humble enough to ask what it is that you don’t know, ask some questions, and start investigating to find some answers? This life…it’s no learning “contest” here. Nobody is “judging” your perspicacity, nobody but yourself. Do you care enough to be honest? Do you have that kind of maturity? Or must you find out what “intellectual douchebaggery” really means?

Haha – “is it all admitted lies now?” My guess is you haven’t looked for the evidence so therefore you don’t believe if exists. For mythological consistencies throughout history (e.g. the retelling of the flood and so forth) read through ancient mythological texts – starting point The Epic of Gilgamesh. A general, introductory text is this:

      http://www.amazon.co.uk/Myths-.....VP1IQWJGQK

Gerald Massey’s work on Egyptology is very informed. Also, a sound understanding of the ancient pagan religions, their symbolism, and their evolution through various cultures should serve to open your eyes (along with an understanding of astrology). I can see why Christians are offended when told that their belief system is an amalgamation of other belief systems deriving from a primal worship of the sun but it seems pointless to me – decency, love, respect and everything else good in this world still exists and does so independent of any particular belief system. Surely that’s what counts?

    180. A bad person Says:

No thats not what I asked for. I am not offended I said I would love to see the evidence. Lets stick with Horus born of a virgin and born on Dec/25 etc, now you can understand that right? Thats what is claimed in the first film. Now has that been dropped because its untrue/lie? If not I want to see peer reviewed papers not a book on Amazon. Are there any peer reviewed papers that support the claims made in the film about the birth dates? Yes and no answers will do here. Also thank you for taking the time to answer.

    181. Andy Says:

A bad person: “Now has that been dropped because its untrue/lie? If not I want to see peer reviewed papers not a book on Amazon.”

The book on Amazon I linked to is published by Oxford Press – y’know, the most reputable university in the United Kingdom? You clearly don’t know how to treat sources if you think peer reviewed papers are the only sources that count…

    182. A bad person Says:

If a 100 lb scholarly little chap gets into a ring with a heavy-weight boxer should he mention that ‘if it was a maths test id win?!?!’ as he’s carried off on a stretcher? No that would be rediculous. Please Jon spare us from your crap.

Andy you seem to be one of the more coherant of people here and im glad you have the views you do.

In defence of Alex Jones – imagine a big guard dog that stays in a kennel guarding a home for the blind. The big dog has scared off many thieves and other criminals who thought it was easy pickings in that blind home. Then the pizza man comes over who the dog thinks smells a lot like the thieves that have been around. You cant blame the faithful dog too much for making a mistake this time and biting the pizza mans ass off!

As for Peter – Im in almost complete agreement with him and the films, in fact I was starting to come to a similar, if much cruder, assessment of the way things should be. If he turns out to be NWO or something then I wont change my mind about whats presented, I believe that money is well out of date and we need a fairer system. Money and gold are abstract wealth…they may as well be shells and turtle shit for all the good they do us as living beings. Imagine going to another planet and seeing half the population starving simply because they dont possess a lot of shiney useless rocks as the other half of the society does? You, dear reader, would be a firm advocate of change in that society.

I do know one thing however, in order to get anything changed blood is going to have to be spilled. Thats sad to say but I dont see how people who can gain control through rivers of blood will be de-throned without the prospect of a conflict.

      JayLanie,

If you are sincere in seeking the truth for Jesus Christ, please refer to this book: “The Case For Christ”, by author Lee Strobel.

Mr. Strobel, in the forward, says he was an atheist set out to debunk the so-called myth of Jesus Christ. He discusses most of the issues found in this thread.

An excellent and comprehensive study of the matter.

I do have to say though that in this interview he was doind a pretty good impression of Bill O’Reilly. Cutting the guy off and even temporarily cutting his mike off, speaking over him and making mocking voices really reminded me of Fox News.

    190. GJ Says:

Excellent point RSD – on all accounts.

Even in times of crisis, I have a hard time listening to Alex because of his ‘O’Reilly’ delivery style.

And, unfortunately, this amplifies in times of crisis.

It really does bring a shallowness to the show, and does a disservice to the allowance of a great guest list to get ‘their’ points across in an atmosphere of reflection and connecting the dots.

Information can be fascinating and life changing, but this bullying style of delivery is for the birds.

He claims (AJ) that he is not a mindless christian, unfortunately his manners with Peter Joseph and others did nothing to disclaim this.

Alex, if your reading this stop being so defensive, (I wasnt impressed either when you spat your dummy and insisted on grabbing the mike when benjamin Fulford came on) allow people to get there point across so we can all think about it. It was a waste of time getting Peter joseph on, because ultimately Itwas difficult for him to get his point across as you were acting like a child. Im not pro zeitgeist, not at all, I just think that AJ, the way you acted will make people think that you are a “mindless childlike christian baby”. i hate to say this coz i do love you brother.

ps i dont understand why you never talk about Israel and zionists either?. Could you or anyone explain this to me? Im asking nicely and politely, Im merely a confused englishman wanting to know everything and i mean EVERYTHING. heres my email gangzs@gmail.com So dont anyone lose their temper with me but feel free to explain this to me!!

    193. Andy Says:

A bad person: you ask for evidence, I tell you where to look to get the answers you’re after. You say “I don’t want some book off Amazon” I say the book is a university publication every bit as valid as the peer review paper you demand (Amazon is a shop – if I point you to a law dictionary sold on Amazon the material itself is the source, not the shop!), then you say I’m avoiding answering! Read the fucking sources! Read the material for yourself!

Or make another excuse to not do so – people like you don’t care about “truth” anyway; you’ll find any justification for not looking at the facts objectively to bolster your world view…

There is some information that i’m going to put out there about your dear Alex. I been trying to connect all the dots, but haven’t been able to but I’m getting pretty close. BE CAREFUL about following Men, in general and Alex specifically. I was going to try to vet this info out behind the scenes but I just don’t care that much about Alex and GCN to give that much time in that regard. …I suggest you look it up and connect all the dots…after that Understand that Alex is a Gate Keeper. He uses allot of truth but he’s controlling the “movement”, DON’T Be FOOLED….I’ll post my info later today. If they shut down this forum I’ll post it on one of the others…so Please look for it, in the event this forum get axed.

first we need to bring down this criminal elite, which we will never do if were all fussing and fighting between ourselves. then we can talk about utopia and the like.look at history, its all very well destroying the order of the day. but if you dont have anything to replace it with and you dont replace quickly, society will deteroate very fast. mob mentallity sets in and things may never be the same again.so yes plan for after, but lets bring them down first.

    196. sammy Says:

do we all agree that there is a criminal elite trying to form a one world goverment if the answer is yes then lets concentrate on that

      You are most welcome JayLanie100.

      >I suggest you look it up and connect all the dots…after that Understand that Alex is a Gate >Keeper.

Again, thank you. We must do our own research, then make our own decisions. Yes, AJ is a (G)ate(K)eeper. Information is like water in many ways. A drip here, a drip there, pretty soon you have a mass with inertia.

Turn the spigot, and viola, there is water. Then question then the purity of said water. Is it potable? Is it poison? One can drink a little poison and live.

AJ is simply ONE spigot. Is his water poison? Look at the heart of the matter, the human heart. Where is AJ’s heart? Where is your heart? Where is your heart, Andy?

Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.

A Gate is an opening through a wall, a portal. The Keeper of the Gate opens and closes said portal. Some are allowed entry, some are not. Of course, phone calls can be and are registered on a caller ID, at some point.

Question. Does AJ own the wall in which the gate is set?

Where have your dots led you?

    198. Phil Robertson Says:

      YODOMOJO
Joseph sounds and acts like a condescending intellectual elitist.
I observed how everything he put forth in this interview was ‘research and fact’ and everything AJ said was at best conjecture.
But what got me was Joseph’s assertion that he does not support a moral law or believe in a moral law. But he ‘ll immediately turn around and appeal to a moral law when it works for his argument.
For example he uses terms like corruption. What is corruption in the absence of an absolute, a right or wrong. He then tried to couch iit in his own quasi humanistic terminology but it did not wash!

Either there is a moral law or there isn’t! Don’t say there is no right and wrong and then in a 2 faced manner, appeal to a moral law for the sake of your own arguments.

    199. innerline Says:

I love Alex but he showed a lack of depth in this interview. If he listened he could have found much common ground. Alex is not grasping that technology is human extension. Humans have problems that we will creatively solve through technology, what slows or inhibits this creative process, the idea of property or ownership. Beleive me if you could go into a building with all different services that do not cost anything and travel if you wanted would you be so focused on what you own? Wouldn’t your idea of what is of value change all together. This takes alot of imagination with the abilities of technology. Alex has a good point with the reality of the Elite. They both fail at giving solutions that are effective. Alex is focused on taking down the globalist but does not show what is the possible society we can have, and Peter is showing what we can have but does not deal with the reality of the Elite. Peter thinks we can just act beyond them, but the elite owns the land. Alex think if we take down the Elite then we have a chance of creating a balanced society still based on property, which is the essence of the problem. Hey ALEX, want to be more informed in solutions for the future, study Integral Ideas at Integrallife.com and inform them of what you know which everyone is missing.

To see Americans become followers of, quote, Islam, is nothing short of insanity. Terry, you know, I’ve been in Africa many, many, many, many times, and you see people over here learning Swahili, for example. Swahili was the language of the slave traders. The Islamic people, the Arabs, were the ones who captured Africans, put them in slavery, and sent them to America as slaves. Why would people in America want to embrace the religion of the slavers, and the language of the slavers?

What a sad display by Alex Jones. Even if he does not agree with Peter then at least let the man speak and LISTEN to what he says and …then come up with relevant arguments instead of just shouting for 2 hours …. Jones also clearly has no solution for the fact that so many childeren die of hunger in the world every day, that 40 % of the wealth is in 1 procent of the worlds hands , that money is truly stopping further development, just look at the pharmacutical industry or oil companies, none of this stuff is mentioned. Why if Peter was NWO would he tell people to quite the military!!!???? Locking up the NWO and freezing their assets isnt gonna solve a thing for those people dieing of hunger and those who cannot get medical care cause they cant pay for it…….Alex clearly doesnt understand that there are more people in this world than Americans and being an American doesnt make you any better or any worse than the rest of this world,.. The spiritual part which Peter decribes in the movie, the change of conciousness so to speak, explains that to move on you must not see yourself as better because you are American, Indian, Hindu.. It doenst matter, if people keep dividing themselves then we will never achieve peace and in fact never call ourselves a civilized species, and we will always live in scarcity just like the animals do even if we dont have to thanks to modern technology…….Think for yourself

I really appreciate Alex’s stand and commitment but i felt really embarrassed for him. Totally over the top and destroyed what should have been a sterling interview. I commend the work of Peter Joseph, i don’t agree with some of the angles he approaches his subjects. However if his work serves to stimulate debate on mass around the world SURELY it’s a good thing. I consider both Alex and Joseph giants in what they have achieved in terms of shedding light on The elite goals and the Fed. MY GOD AT LEAST P.J IS DOING SOMETHING TO WAKE US UP. WHAT ARE YOU ALL DOING? WE NEED MORE LIKE THESE GUYS, JUST DON’T FUCK IT UP AND LOOK LIKE MORONS.

    211. JESUS ALEX WTF Says:

Alex- you’ve done alot of hard work and you deserve much respect. But, please learn to STFU sometimes and let people talk. You’d probably have twice the listeners if you were not so freaking crazy all the time. The dark and scary commercials don’t help either. It’s repulsive. You don’t have discussions, you have shouting matches. In some ways you’re just like Bill “just shut up” O’reilly. Calm down. Let someone else talk. I’ve been listening to you since 2001 and you just keep getting crazier. I want people to wake up too, but I don’t want them to be so repulsed by the messenger that they go right back to sleep.
