Alex welcomes back to the show Ray McGovern, a retired CIA officer under seven U.S. presidents over 27 years and founder of Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity or VIPS. The organization is dedicated to analyzing and criticizing the use of intelligence, specifically relating to the War in Iraq. In January 2006, McGovern began speaking out on behalf of the anti-war group Not in Our Name. Alex talks with Michael Hollingsworth in Montana about the APF and the prison in Hardin. Alex also covers the latest developments from Harkin, Montana.

   It is not just Likud and AIPAC pushing for war on Iran. It is also the majority of Israelis, at least fifty other Jewish lobbies in the USA, and most of the Republicans in the USA. Freaks, every one of them, who don’t care about liberty and justice for ALL!

   Truther: Hear ye, hear ye: this is not a venue for your self-proclaimed Apostleship. My sincere hope is that, unlike you, all religionists visiting this site will grasp their existential obligations to this world before announcing any ethereal commitments to the next. Staying grounded is, after all, part and parcel to being human. Claims of religious authority, however traditionally based, are no substitute for sane analysis of the world itself. I have personally met your kind before. They always reject life and any understanding of its spiritual meaning. That’s right–spiritual meaning. One must first live, before one can understand. Your obvious intolerance for the living announces your ignorance of who and what we are. A Siddhartha or Jesus you can never be. Jesus lived in the world; you live not at all. Learn to live first…then die… Ecce Homo!
