The new issue of the ‘Village Voice’ (July 7) features an article by Graham Rayman on the recent Bronx bomb plot, focusing on what has been learned (in the weeks since the arrest of the ‘Newburgh 4′ in late May) regarding the role of the FBI’s informant.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Police Commissioner Ray Kelly held press conferences at the synagogues to reassure New Yorkers about their safety. During Kelly’s remarks, it was startling to hear the commissioner refer to al-Qaeda by name, if only to say that the four purported home-grown terrorists had no ties to Osama Bin Laden’s organization.

As more details emerged, however, the less the four defendants sounded like men with the skills to plan a sophisticated terror plot. They were small-time crooks, felons with long criminal records whose previous activities revolved around smoking marijuana and playing video games. One defendant, Laguerre Payen, was arrested in a crack house surrounded by bottles of his own urine; his lawyer describes him as “mildly retarded.”
It seemed fairly astounding that, for a full calendar year, such a group could remain interested in and plan anything more complex than a backyard barbecue, let alone a multipronged paramilitary assault, as the indictment against them alleged.
But what the indictment didn’t say, and what the initial news reports didn’t fill in, was the extent to which the fifth man in the plot, an unnamed FBI informant, had provided the glue to hold the Newburgh 4 together….

Al Qaeda is structured in a similar way as the bloods and cripps.
You don’t have to meet Osama Bin Laden or go through the Al Qaeda jungle gym course to be in Al Qaeda just as you didn’t have to meet tookie williams to be a Cripp.
Swearing allegiance and starting a group acting their behalf and by their rules and followings.

Let me translate-you have to just “trust us” when “‘we” say “al qaeda” is behind something. Which means you have to be REALLY AFRAID of “al qaeda” like I am. I dont care if the FBI manipulates some retards into taking an oath to “al qaeda” for money, thats good enough for me to be shit in my pants afraid of them. It all comes down to trust. this is actually true, in a twisted sense. all you have to do is tell that fbi informant you swear allegiance to “al quaeda” which translates to “the base,” the cia database of islamic assets, then you will be made a part of it. you will be entered into their database.
so if mentally disabled drug addicts go shooting their mouths off, they will be paraded out as terrorists. but is anyone really buying it? probably the same cattle who will happily march off to the furnaces.

It’s not only about offering someone bomb materials, they find desperate dumb people and manipulate them, often offering them money. (These are low-life characters for the most part, some of them are probably scamming the informants, trying to take them for as much money as possible with no real plans to blow anything up.) They don’t realize they’re being set up.
