The messianic fervor which has preceded Barack Obama’s expected ascension to the White House has alarming implications for freedom and is a painful reminder that most Americans have once again been suckered into believing that the two-party monopoly offers any kind of solution to the crisis that we face.
For eight years during the term of Bill Clinton, Alex Jones was labeled a right-wing fascist for opposing him and for the past near-eight years Jones has been derided as a communist and even an Al-Qaeda member for railing against the Bush administration.
Now even regular readers of our own websites are calling Alex a right-wing racist once again merely for questioning the ascension of the new great leader – Barack Obama.
The messianic complex that has been attached to Obama is truly frightening. Bishops like Cornal Garnett Henning are calling Obama the new “Moses” while his supporters refer to him as “the black Jesus”.
In one You Tube clip, a woman hails Obama’s Godly powers by proclaiming that as soon as he is elected, all her problems will simply disappear, saying that Obama will help her personally almost like Jesus healed the sick and wounded.
The election of a new president should not be a mindless act of idolatry and fanfare, it should be a solemn commitment to find a leader who will follow the Constitution.
But Barack Obama will ride into office with a gigantic approval rating to rival that of Bush after 9/11, along with a complete power monopoly over the executive, the legislative, the judicial as well as widespread media support.
This makes Obama more dangerous than Bush and certainly a damn site more dangerous than a McCain administration, because his policies for at least a year or two will enjoy universal acclaim and voices of dissent will be drowned out by a wave of droning acquiescence.

Obama has all the political capital he needs to implement the terrifying policies that he has already announced and beef the architecture of the police state crafted by Bush.
- The creation of a “civilian national security force” that is “just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded” as the U.S. military to enforce Obama’s carbon tax scheme and the total regulation and control of the American middle class.
- Obama has talked openly about his intention to bomb Pakistan under the guise of pursuing terrorists, continuing a Bush administration policy of violating the sovereignty of foreign nations.
- The guarantee to “bankrupt” coal power plants, costing millions of American jobs and skyrocketing energy prices.
- Unbridled implementation and expansion of the banker bailout that is hated by the majority of American citizens yet was vigorously promoted by both Obama and McCain. Doling out taxpayer’s money to Wall Street, causing rampant inflation, a lowering in living standards and the destruction of the dollar.
- Obama has rhetorically supported the second amendment and an individual’s right to bear arms, but his actions tell a different story. Obama supports local gun ban laws, including his endorsement of a state ban on the sale and possession of handguns in Illinois.
- Obama grandstands on the notion that he supports environmentalism with his climate change rhetoric, but his intention to extend biofuel subsidies will only accelerate price food costs that have already risen 75 per cent since 2002, causing economic distress and rioting in such countries as Haiti, Egypt, and Somalia, as well as deforestation on a massive scale.
Mark our words – the causes that the liberal left has been fighting for over the last eight years will simply be forgotten just like conservatives were put to sleep when Bush came to power. Obama is the pacifier that the establishment needs to quiet the simmering anger amongst Americans that has been threatening to boil over.
It will no longer be “fashionable” to fight the police state amongst the political left.
Mark our words – there will be no repeal of the Patriot Act, there will be no repeal of the John Warner Defense Authorization Act, there will be no repeal of warrantless secret surveillance of American citizens.
Democratic control of Congress and the Senate since the 2006 elections has achieved nothing in the way of reversing the Bush administration’s assaults on the Constitution, so why should we expect Obama to do anything different?
Obama may eventually withdraw a portion of troops from Iraq but mark our words, they won’t be home long before they are sent off to bomb another broken-backed third world country, this time in the name of a United Nations-backed “humanitarian” war, just as Bill Clinton presided over in Somalia and Serbia with the full support of the establishment political left.
Indeed, Obama’s running mate Joe Biden has already “promised” and “guaranteed” that Obama will be faced with an international crisis that will mandate him to take “unpopular” and “tough” decisions in the context of foreign policy.
Don’t think for a second that our warnings about Obama are an endorsement for John McCain. We have tirelessly attempted to educate Americans about the two party monopoly and the fact that Democrats and Republicans serve the interests of the elite, not the people, and have for at least five decades since Kennedy was killed.
Obama is Coca-Cola and McCain is Pepsi – at the end of the day you’re still drinking the same beverage.
The two-party monopoly offers no solutions for the problems we face, in fact the two-party monopoly that you will be helping to maintain should you vote for either Obama or McCain – is the problem.
Stop falling for the same bait and switch trick again and again every eight years.
When George W. Bush was elected, conservatives were in adulation and awe, confident that after eight years of federal government expansion under Clinton, Bush – complete with slick conservative rhetoric and promises of change – would shrink the size of government and restore dignity to the office of President.
Nearly eight years later and what have we witnessed, a record expansion in the size of government and an almost universal contempt for America around the world.
When Tony Blair swept into power with a landslide in the British general election in 1997, the country breathed a collective sigh of relief that this new young dynamo would put right years of Tory malfeasance and provide the “change” that everyone was crying out for.
When Blair left office in 2007 he had created a Socialist surveillance police state and eliminated a huge popular approval lead the Labour Party had enjoyed over the Tories, leaving most of the public once again to demand Conservative rule.
When are we going to wake up to the fact that voting in the lesser of two evils is not a solution?
When are we going to realize that participating in a rigged system, where our vote means virtually nothing anyway because it is counted by a completely compromised and hackable voting machine, not only fails to address any of our problems, but actually compounds them because of our passive obedience in participating in the phony virtual reality presented to us as “democracy”?
When are we going to realize that by continually electing Democrats and Republicans, we are voting away our own freedom as the march towards a new world order and an American police state proceeds no matter who takes office?

Guess what, there’s already a civilian national security force with 10 times as many members as the US military. Its called the US CITIZENRY. The Free Militia? Ever heard of them?
I think there’s something about that in the , um, what’s it called again… oh yeah, the U.S. CONSTITUTION, that’s what it’s called. About an inch from the top of the page, I guess they didn’t want anyone to miss it.

Thing that scares me is that this “There is no difference between the two parties” was the story sold to us during the Bush/Gore campaine… there’s LOTS of differences. Mainly, our democrazy fades FASTER with the Republicans. Boycott the elections you say. Well that’s on HELL of a solution! Sorry dude, you gotta do better than that. All I get from this site is FEAR FEAR AND MORE FEAR. Sure, there’s a LOT of scarry ass shit going on in “our” country, but you ain’t offering any solutions. And when someone does a-la the “Venus Project” you accuse them of being a cult. My guess is that the New World Order will collapse in on itself while at the same time more and more people begin to access higher states of awareness. Perhaps the darkness of a police state is just the challenge we need to awaken us from our “American Nightmare”. The mass mind rape will only end when a critical mass of people reach enlightenment. All we can do is the best we can do with the situations we’re given. I still have faith in the human spirit to win out over fascism.

I just listened to your piece with Webster Tarpley, and Mike Rivera. Interesting commentary from both gentlemen. Mr Tarpley was all over the place, cautioning people not to be full of hate while spewing the most vicious unsubstantiated hate against Obama. Also his calling himself a “Hamiltonian” is very telling. In my opinion Hamilton was the first real traitor of the US revolution as he was an obvious agent of the Rothschild banksters. Also trying to differentiate between Hillary Clinton & Obama is ludicrious. They are both backed by the same scum, as is McCain…I agree with Mike that out of the 3 of them Obama is the best bet to pull a Jack Kennedy and shove it back up their asses….Mac is too old & feeble, Clinton is a more entrenched & co-opted entity and lives with the real slickster who is joined at the hip with GHW Bush….It is a long shot but Obama could turn this thing around with the proper encouragement from the true patriots here in America…Forward this to Willie Nelson & see what he says…

This brainwashing by TV, radio, newspapers, and magazines works real good! No one even remembers the DNC or RNC free speech zones, hookers flown in from London, and millions of tax dollars wasted on these clowns.
We live in a one-party state. Foreigners hate us because of our imperialism and our wrecking the world economy. We will continue to be invaded from Mexico making for a constant drain, and the current illegals may all become citizens encouraging even more illegals. Our economy is dead with gold going up an average of 15% a year (try to get THAT kind of return) so everyone with money will hoard money in gold. Unless interest rates outpace gold you can forget about the economy improving. Wars will continue and so will the military-industrial complex. Our VA hospitals will continue to fall apart. Our vets will continue to breathe depleted uranium dust in Iraq. No one will clean it up. Foreign aide giveaways will continue. Bankers will still get taxpayer money (to hoard). Outsourcing of jobs will continue. And states will suffer with deficits and the unemployed.

In everything I’ve seen, everything I’ve researched, all I’ve heard, and all I know in my heart of hearts is that this is a good man and he will do good things but it will be hard. He will be challenged and confronted with adversity and opposition and there will be those who try to lead his agenda but I pray that he does what he says he will do. If not then we will see but believe me when I say we will be worse, much worse with McCain and Palin. I will vote today, for my first time because i believe that the last 2 elections were fixed, and I will vote for Barack Obama. Understand that I have thought this out for over 2 years and have been a supporter of Prisonplanet.com and Alex Jones.

I say do away with parties entirely and have everyone who seeks office run as an independent. That would end the blind allegiance to “my party” and force people to look at issues. It doesn’t seem right that money and political influence should be consolidated into what is essentially a marketing business.
I also think we should ban all TV and Radio campaign ads, they’re usually misleading anyway and intended to provoke an emotional response.
I think I’ll look into forming a group advocating the ending of parties and serious campaign reform. A get out and vote sort of thing to try to get people to really thinkabout the current two party system. If enough people look at it objectively and agree that it’s screwed up, maybe something can be changed.

You know, it would be better if we had mulitple parties, but we don’t. You can blame the GOP & the DNC for that one, going back to the 2000 election. The whole “black jesus” nonsense is a small group of despondent & sad people who are looking for a “great savior” to come in & save them. None of that nonsense reflects the vast, vast majority of Obama supporters, from both parties, Independents, etc. I mean seriously, stop using these YouTube clips of quacky people as legitimate sources. It makes you & your enterprise look foolish & works against the majority of your reporting, which is more fact-based than not, usually, and either way at least has some substance for your readers to chew on.
Would we be seeing this article from Alex Jones & his people if McCain was heading into today with a commanding lead? Not because Jones is a neo-con or a racist. That’s foolish & reactionary (though Jones is often reactionary, sometimes for better, sometimes for worse). What Jones also is is a former Republican. & over the last few weeks of the election, I can’t help but wonder if his old party loyalties are dying a bit hard. “O, but he’s a big Ron Paul supporter” I’m sure some of you are saying. & Ron Paul is a Republican as well, is he not? Despite all the “revolution” talk & all of his radical policy ideas, many of which I could support, he remains a party man. Fact.

I’m tired of anti-science conservatives, and the more I read such tripe, the more I fear Mr. Jones to be exactly that. Biden’s “guarantee” was seconded by the Pentagon & pretty much every National Security expert in this country; the only problem is you failed to report that they think either McCain or Obama will face the same situation. Why not report THAT? Because you wouldn’t want to paint the Republican with the same brush? That’s how it looks from here & I’m tired of it.

How are you different from any other infonews outlet? Are you doing this work for the good of the American people, and your tragedy is then that no one seems to be listening enough? Here’s a challenge to Alex — prove to us your no longer a GOP sympathizer, if not a card-carrying Republican. Put your tax records on display & let’s see where the donations go. Offer some solutions to all of the crisis you exploit for a profit rather than spewing one-way vitriol. Make all of your broadcasts free, end your subscriptions, find a new way to earn a living. If you are so self-righteous, you should be doing this good work for the good of the citizenry, but you won’t. As Bill Hicks said, “you’re another whore at the capitalist gang-bang” & until you can prove otherwise, put a cap on your brand of fear-mongering & negative gains. Be about what you claim to be about & stop your associations with anyone from either party, bring in independent minds with an eye & an ear for positive, progressive change. Offer ideas & solutions, not just reactionary, thinly veiled bile. It’s tired & it’s time to take your show in a different direction or find something else to cover. Because these kinds of aritcles only show you to be as compromised as McCain or Obama or Paul or anyone else in the policial sphere in this country. The difference is you dillute yourself into thinking you are somehow different, when you are not only anything but, but you’re also part of the problem. You’re not a communist, racist, neo-con, or any of that other nonsense. But you do have an agenda, you are for-profit & without this system you despise so much, which gives you an endless string of issues to be reactionary about, rather than logical & constructive, you would have no product to sell your audience.

I voted Green, McKinney.
The two parties serve the primary purpose of dividing we the American people. United, we are much more of a threat to fascist oligarchs, and the NWO.

If Obama ends up being Messiah he’ll be assassinated and be elevated to martyrdom like Kennedy. I’ve been thinking with hints of plots against him, he’s intended as a sacrifice to ignite race riots, particularly if the assassins are white racists. Any vote for any candidate is a vote in support of the criminal system that rules your lives.
The US elections will never be democratic as long as it is owned by bankers. The bankers fund the system. They own the successful politicians.
If you’re fed up with being treated like a subhuman herd animal, stop acting like one. Stop running out to vote in elections like a brainwashed primate, stop listening to the grinning idiots on TV, stop using their money and stop supporting their system.

Supporters of the Manchester nurse Karen Reissmann, sacked for speaking
out, have launched a fund to help pay for her legal costs. “Karen’s
case raises fundamental issues of justice. She deserves all the support
we can give her” said Tony Benn.
Paul Reed from the Manchester User Network (MUN) said ” MUN have
supported Karen from day 1 because we know the injustice behind the
case. We are happy to contribute in any way we can and call on our
fellow Mancunians to do likewise.”
They assembled in the NUJ offices in Manchester exactly one year since
Karen was sacked by Manchester’s Mental Health Trust for speaking out
about cuts and privatisation of services. Her employment Tribunal for
unfair dismissal will be heard in Manchester on 26th January 2009. Since
her dismissal Karen has been elected onto UNISON’s national executive.
Mark Steel, comedian said “Karen and her supporters clearly had the
interests of patients at heart, whilst the Trust had the interest of
saving money. So obviously Karen Reissmann is the hero and the Trust the
villain, but somehow in modern Britain the people in charge can decide
its the other way round.”
Graham Pink, a retired nurse from Stockport who was himself unfairly
dismissed for speaking out about care of the elderly 18 years ago said
“I am appalled that nearly 2 decades after my case this unacceptable
treatment could be inflicted on a caring nurse.”

Clarion, you are correct in stating that local community networks are the way to go, but you are and Alex are completely wrong and Alex pretty much conceeded that debate to Peter Joseph about instinct (nature is a correct term, instinct is animalistic and is programming) vs environment.
Whether intentionally or not, both you and Alex miss what is meant by environment in this setting. Quick definition is anything that is outside our genes’ pre-programmed function, which is pretty limited in its scope. And includes things like emotions, family/culture/religious influences, stress (physical, psychological, chemical), diet, and etc, etc.
In fact, there is a whole science that studies it, epigenetics. As a physician, I was always at loss to explain the origin of problems such as autism, diabetes, cancer, autoimmune, and many more, but once epigenetics come in into the equation, it becomes clear that a person is affected on their genetic (deepest) level through the environment. Environment dictated to genes which ones to activate as we go on. if the environment is conducive to disease and illness, those genes turn on, or express them selves, and vice versa.
Take a glance at Bruce Lipton’s book “Biology of Believe” it explains much better.
We don’t disagree, and my intend is not to prove you wrong or myself right. We are on the same page, my brother. You talk about consciousness, it is what I talk of too. It is it that drives our genes, it is an environment I am speaking of. And trust me, if we are use this to our fullest advantage, there is NO limit to human potential.

Something’s really fishy with everyone claiming to be Obama and Truth supporters. If you did your research, you -KNOW- he’s bought and paid for. I often find myself coming to your sites, Alex, for alternative views and viewpoints. I don’t agree with everything that you say, nor the authors that publish on your site, but I do find common ground on certain issue. What I do disagree with you about and what I am, quite frankly, annoyed to find as a constant theme on all of your sites is this absurd obsession with the two party system. You hail Kennedy, support Ron Paul and cheerlead most third party candidates and yet many of them are a part of the two party system who would be graciously accepting a Presidential position under either of the party labels. There are SOME corrupt and dangerous Republicans, Some corrupt and dangerous Democrats, Some corrupt and dangerous Constitutional party candidates and etc. and so on. These sweeping accusations are just as dangerous as what you accuse the other parties of doing.
Give the man a chance, just as I would hope that people would have given Ron Paul a chance should he have been so honored to have been nominated and elected to the highest office of one of the most awe inspiring nations in the world. If much of the world population has placed their faith in a President Obama, then why can’t many of you?

Ron Paul said himself, that out of all the democratic candidates, he was closer to Obama than any other. I agree with what John says, I trust Obama and he does bring hope, positive attitude. He is not perfect, but has enough to make a difference. A truly more united America with a positive attitude will start a good chain reaction.
We should be grateful we finally have an intelligent and honest leader for this country in the years to come, and I believe he will set a high standard as President of the United States.

As for Ron Paul, yes Alex supported him, and he is a Republican, but Ron Paul is not in the tank for the elites. He is for freedom and he would have been killed if he were allowed to even leave St. Paul as the Republican nominee.
Back to my first point, yes there will be riots when Obama is disqualified from being President, but the media will take 90% of the blame simply because they were in the tank for him. The other 10% will go to the Democratic Party because they failed to properly vet him as a candidate. They could have gotten the same result with New Mexico Governor Bill Richardton as a nominee, and that result would have held. I think Alex is anti-liberal for sure. If you go back to his past, to Bush’s early presidency and ascendancy to the White House, he never called out Bush. In fact, he has recently stated that at the time, they didn’t know what to expect out of W. despite the fact that it was well known then that Bush had come from a well known, crony capitalist, criminal family with Nazi business ties. I do think that McCain was a fall guy, they knew that a republican wouldn’t win this time around. I am not sure if he was in on it. But the other repub candidates wouldn’t want to loose the election (this time) then go for it again and maybe win in years to come.

We have recently heard of the US military having secret talks etc in dealing with rioting in the streets.Do you think that they have been doing this just in case something is going to happen ,or because they have something up their sleeve to make this happen.

For eight years we have had a shift of power in favor of the executive branch and away from the checks and balances built into the constitution. It will be the responsibility of congress to realign the powers – so let’s all work hard from the bottom up to insure that our representatives do the right thing.
Let’s stick to the facts and make our arguments without the name-calling. Let’s use the process to make government work.
Over the last 8 years, efforts to make things right were met by the heavy hand of Bush – who demonized dissent and ignored reason and did just what he wanted.
Obama has promised to represent all Americans, and he will vow to uphold the Constitution. Let’s give him a chance to do that.
I understand too well how the world is enslaved by the global elite… and I fear that any President straying from their plan will be taken out. So it may look as if we are damned if we do and damned if we don’t.
But let’s give Obama a chance – and support him when he does the right thing.
I cannot agree that Obama is more dangerous than Bush.

It always amazes me how much ‘dis-information’ is circulated around about Obama (both good and bad), he is not a savior and not a terrorist radical. Once you have a good understanding of American history you will see that a president has very limited say in how things are ‘ran’. His goal will be to mainly make ppl feel good about getting screwed over (like Clinton or Regan and so many before him).
The reason he is elected is because it restores some faith in the ‘democratic system’; what Bush/Cheney and company have done is completely illegal and unprecedented. Very few ppl have made lots of money under them illegally and now the rest of the ppl are awaking to how awful this new reality is…
Truth be told Obama is not good nor is he bad for the country. We are in such a low point that it is damn-near impossible to make it worse, so if he is offering hope to ppl -let it be. The “Change We Need” is for Obama to finally prove he is eligible to be President. This would mean that he is a “natural born citizen” and did not lose his citizenship when he moved to Indonesia or, if he did then it is okay for him to regain his citizenship through naturalization and that he can therefore be called a “natural born citizen.” In that case he would have to prove he is a naturalized citizen. If he can’t do that then he is not a citizen, and therefore he may be an illegal alien.
This is all under the assumption that he was born here which has not been proven either way. I would think a court would have to rule on this if there is no definitive documentation.
I think it has been established already that a person not born here but is a naturalized citizen is not eligible to be President. I don’t know why this is.

Age and Citizenship requirements – US Constitution, Article II, Section 1
No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty-five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.

In fact, there has been enormous misdirection this election, where in fact Obama has made his allegiances clear with his genuflection to AIPAC and craven vote on FISA and the bank bailout. The return of Clinton era officials, from Rahm Emmanuel to Lawrence Summers to Richard Holbrooke, as well as foreign policy advisors pushing for war and aggression, means we are seeing the dawn of the Manchurian Candidate for the left who will be completely betrayed and a much more sophisticated propaganda effort than the failed Bush thrust. Well SPUN and TWISTED Realness. May I ask what your solution is by the way? Believe in another fake god profit puppet of a politician perhaps? Go out on some loony killing spree? What sort of solution are you, in your supposed grand wisdom, proposing for us all? Or perhaps you just don’t want to admit that the world is a heck of a lot more complicated than you initially though and you just can’t handle the truth?
The fist step is to a ’solution’ is to educate yourself and others, about the complexities of this world – instead of being a mug for the rest of your life. Maybes that will help you more in your own life, more than any fantasy or quick fix that never works in the long run and really only enslaves you more.

this TRUTH MOVEMENT has been going on since the 60s …the NWO has been going on in various shapes and forms for hundreds of years and has been fought in various times by various peoples.
