I just wanted to point out that Eugenics cannot succeed as long as the focus is on sterilizing women. Women can only get pregnant once a year. But a man can conceivably impregnate (hypothetically) AT LEAST one woman A DAY – that’s a potential of impregnating 365 women a year.
Realistically, I’ve never heard of a man doing such, but if population control through sterilization of women is their idea of a good population control method, then they really are rich and dumb.
Oh, I and I checked out the Council on Foreign Relations website today. Their writers must work at FOX.
